I received msg from homeshop 18 on 23rd of may that i have won 1st cash price or 2nd is car. Since i had truecaller the call was from bihar. But i asked him where are u calling from? He said i am calling from delhi branch. I came to know its a fraud call. Since i haven;t received call from the mumbai branch & no mail was received. The no was [protected]. How did he got my no?? He asked me to give my bank details & asked me to send rs. 6000 to pay. I said you send me the amt first then i can send you rs. 6000.

    I recieved a fraud call from no. [protected] on 22/05/2017 at 4 pm.
    The caller named himself as sudheer.. He said that i got a second prize as tvs scooty in lucky draw. He said that he would send documents with in 15 days on my address and asked to pay 3000/- rupees as service charges.
    He confirmed my address and also said that if i have any doubts he can be called to get clarification.

    Later to confirm it i called homeshop 18 customer care executive... Then i came to know that it was a fraud call by some one..
    Kindly register my complaint for future reference.. Thank u

      Hi team,
      My name is mamta and i am from kolkata. I seen a add of homeshop18 on tv. They sell a product, named as samporna singaar (Set of dulhan all jewellery set & a pic of saree). My mother ordered this products @1100/- including delivery charge. But when we opened this courier i fell like m i mad??? Why i placed order such a 3rd class products. We receive in courier a used (2nd hand) and damaged saree. My order no - [protected]. Then next morning i called up homeshop18 customer care and asked them to come and take there courier and refund my money back... But they didn't do same. They provide my there whatsapp number-[protected] and told me to send some damaged products pic, after that they revert me after 24hours. But today is 5th days but didn't revert back with a proper response. Please help us from this fake website (Homeshop18). They just know how to make a customer fool.. How they get license??? Sir ji, plz help us... I promise that i never ever will give order such a 3rd class, fraud website.

        This is with regard to my order no. [protected] of penta quad core wifi tablet with keyboard. The order was placed on 5th of may 2017 and received on 8th of may 2017. As described in the product the keyboard is not received with the tablet regarding which i had registered my complaint on 8th of may 2017 where i was assured of providing the keyboard within 72 hours. There was no revert back after 3 days from their side and so i registered my complain again on 11th of may 2017. Today its 19th of may and there is no response from their side and thats why i am writing this to u with a hope of getting a resolution.

          My order no .is [protected], my name is Vishawas Gangurde, am received faulty projector worth rs 6300/-, after taking followup with home shop18, they are not ready to take responsibility, saying that, contact to brand company, brand sayd contact to service center, we take this projector to 5-5 service center, some are not exist, some are mobile shop, and they dint have knowledge about this product. still, home shop is not taking responsibility...i want my money refund, i dont want this faulty product. home shop18 is chatted with me, worst service by them, please take action against this company and bann this company

              Order no [protected] first time delivered partial order, after complaint courier person deliver the rest order to different address. After calling again to Cc courier person denied to deliver at home and asked to pick from his place. Called cc again that ask courier person to call first or call if he finds nobody so he denied that we will not call. My parents are there and they can not go to collect as the shop is far away and cc executive not ready to call before coming as I can't bound my parents not to leave home for next 24-48 hrs.this is the way they are harassing the customer

                Dear customer,

                Don't expect a good item delivery from sach a chip shop portal(homeshop18). This is totally fraud.. they only make customer's fool.. i am also suffering from sach type of cases.
                I purchased a crystal mop from home shop18, 3 years back, now when i enquired from your customer Care to provide the service center no. They said go to Google and search yourself.
                We are not having their no.
                Why this kind of roodnes with old customer?
                They do not bother for old customers enquiry.

                    We had ordered a penta t-pad IS70IX from home shop 18 on 8th may 2017, they have a 48hr return policy, we received it on 10th may 2017 and the tablet is switching off automatically after every 10 seconds. I even read the return policy and we are eligible for the return, but they are not at all approving my request for the return of the product. They repeat just one line, *service centre jaaiye, service centre jaaiye*, this is the worst online shopping site I have ever dealt with. Please don't buy anything from here.

                        I am receiving many fraud calls. I acknowledge that those calls are not from the hs18 but there is something company needs to do. Some employee of this company are leaking the details of the customer. So they are calling confidently and talk about price. And this is very much embarrassing that those frauds call again and again from another numbers.

                          Just that I placed an orderno.[protected] (Suborder number[protected], the product was 100% different and I am not satisfied. I complaint on 15th March against the same. HomeShop18 Portal shows as refunded, but not credited to my account.
                          But now 2 months have elapsed and customer service team was not able to mention, what is happening to the refund. Only making fake promises by the this fake company, I have stopped purchasing from this company and recommend do not buy anything from this fake people and fake company.

                            About two week back, i got a call from unknown number and he said that he is from home shop 18 jharkhand and i have won a tata safari or12.5 lakh rupees cash prize against the item purchased from homeshop18. He asked me to pay initially rs. 6500 for registration of prize. I paid the same in one of his bank account. Then he asked me more money about 2.8 lakh against technical support from rbi and cheque clearance etc. I want to get these fraud persons caught as they are using fake name of company and fooling people out there. He also confirmed my material delivery address. I am very much surprised that they have sensitive information about customer address etc. How it is possible without involvement of any person? So it is my request to investigate and take some strict action against all this. This is really bad that home shop 18 management is not doing any enquiry / root cause analysis and turned deaf ear towards such complaints mostly lodged by your esteemed customers from all over india. This way your company name is also defaming due to these cheaters/fraudsters. Besides again today i got another fake call in the name of your company this height of fraud. Please help for the resolution for problem.

                                Now the mobile battery is having complaint. It is charging but not withstanding the charge. Just after 2 weeks of purchase it start to show the complaint. I request the concern to look in to this and do the needful to solve my complaint. Here with i am attaching the details of purchase.

                                  I sadiya khan, i have ordered the product of jewellry, jewellry was defected and then i have return the product. After 1week homeshop 18 called me about the product, that product is out of stock. We don't have stock. So i told them to return the cheque of amount 1200/- still now means 2 month gone i have nt receive the product nor an amount of 1200/-.
                                  They told me we will do neft, so give ur account no. And ifsc code, so i gave them the account no and ifsc code, after 1week, i called them i didn't received the amount of 1200/- in my account, den they told me we have not done the neft we will send the cheque, but now i not receive the cheque... Now it is now 2 months gone... I didn't receive the cheque.
                                  So please stop your this fake homeshop 18 service

                                      My suborder number is[protected]. I have ordered on 22nd aprl and then i have made a call to homeshop18 for cancelling my order on the same date (22nd aprl). Then also they havan't cancelled my order and shipped it. And then i have thaught no problem i will use that product but when i opened the parcel i saw that the product is totally waste of money. The quality of cloth is worst. And then i have made a call on 3 may to cancel my order and they have denied to do accept my complain. Firstly they have shipped the cancelled order and then they are not accepting the complain for returing the product.

                                        Hi team, i tries calling the customer care but was unable to reach anyone.this is pertaining to order no. [protected], the product delivered is a defective product. Very bad customer experience where the saree provided in it is totally torn in many places. I need a replace of the saree as it is in a very bad condition. And had never expected homeshop18 brand will send such a bad experience. Call back no. [protected]
