Dear sir,
It is to be brought in your kind notice that, we have placed a order no, [protected] dt-10.2.2017 we received the goods and found that the quality of the product is not as we thought. Hence we returned the product to homshop18.

We are waiting for our money to be returned by the homeshop18., today i came to know that that amount is forfeited as we have not placed any order equivalent to that amount in 90 days since the return of goods. Which is absolute wrong way of doing business online and its against the business ethics. You tell me how you can keep a money received from customer without delivering the product?

We used to place orders to other number of site (Like amazon, filpkart etc.) doing business online, but this our first bad experience with homeshop18.

Sir/madam, i ordered a mobile phone of ikall 4.57 cm (Mobile phone combo).
I ordered two different colours dark blue + red. But i received both same colour phone and also received wrong inside billing slip. I also complaint but there was no response from homeshop18. I called so many times to homeshop18 but always they said that one thing do that and blahhh... And i faced same problem earlier also. Therefore i request you to please action on my complain. Thank you.

I will book a 1 sandel form homeshop18 site, but this product size not corret, i am return this product to company, bt my produt price (Rupees) not return in my account so plz return my mony in my account,
I will cll there coustomer care he ans ur payement return in 4-5 days etc.
I think this company is fraud so plz help me for return my payment...

I discussed with grahak seva kendra.. They suggest me that i have to take replace product.. And now i want want my replaced i kall n3 tablet or my cash 324./- at any cost.. Please understand i dont want to stuck in homeshop18 fraud. I paid money and i deserve a perfect product from you. 3240 is not a small payment.. So please kindly replaced me the product

Amazon services are better than homeshop18, i kall n3 tablet in just 3899/- at amazon.. For 500 rupees i buy that tablet from homeshop 18, its my one of the biggest fault sir/madam. Why i have to go to service centar i dont want repaired product. I need new one. N why i have to wait 7-10 working days.. Its really #.

I wish to buy white tablet but i got black its ok... I have ur delivery today noon 12.15 of tablet i kall n3... And the tablet is dead or something else

But i wanna replace it... More than 10 times i am called all your customer service rs. I was just 16 years old from that time i was shopped with homeshop18, nd many more online marketers but this is the 1st time issue i had.. So please resolve my problem in 1 day.. I received a phone call from home shop 18 that i have won 1st price (Tatasafari) and amount price is rs 1280198.00. He asked me to pay registration service charge of rs. 12800 on 6.06.17. The person gave his mobile no. [protected] (In the name of rajesh kumar) a/c [protected] sbi bank.
He also gave his office address : homeshop -18 pvt. Ltd.co, near bsnl tower road no. 29; company no. 32. Tata nagar, jamshedpur jharkhand. Toll free no.[protected]. Please look into the matter as the reputation of your prestigious establishment will be at stake

I had ordered a smart watch through homeshop 18 after watching their show in the TV. They had shown that they were giving a Ikall smart watch along with a power bank and a bluetooth speaker and were charging Rs 1299.00 for it plus Rs200 delivery charge. Upon arrival of the product we persisted to open it and see, but the courier boy said he won't return the product once it is opened. We paid the money. When we opened it. The promised power bank was not in the packet. We immediately lodged a complaints regarding it in their costumer mail id but they are not responding to it.

I have purchased two combo trio t3 star mobiles by seeing the advertisement in tv channel at homeshop18 for 1099rs. They have sended me one non-working phone & one is working phone. The basic functionality of the phone sim itself not detecting. Without sim without usage the charging also coming only for 1 hour. When i giving complaint they not responding properly and whenever i am calling to them they wasting the time by asking full address, phone, compliant number they given company two numbers. One number is not at all lifting. Another number is lifting saying i don't understand your language even i am talking in english he is acting like he is not understanding and switching off the phone. Please be the favor of refund my amount back.

They are giving advertisement just for selling the non working products nicely. The phone boxes are not having proper seel.

I got a lava phone with name connect m1 4g key pad handset with price of 2900 which have 4g connectivity but dont have the hot spot thethering option so it is totally useless for me, when i call them to lodge a complain they totally refused for return and told me that there is no option of any kind of return or replacement policy in homeshop18
So kindly do something because this phone is totally useless for me the keypad phone with price 2900rs

Totally rubish nd poor quality bed sheets, one is totally torn off nd after that stiched.. Plz refund my money or otherwise give me fresh pieces of bed sheets.. Moreover as u shown on tv show totally different designed sheets.

Our complain no. Hs[protected] has not been resolved against order no [protected].
We have order an gold type jewelry set of rs 999+charges order no [protected] they dispatch wrong material dimond typey hewely set with different colour cloths. When we lagged a complain they reply saying that the iteam you have ordered is out of stock thats why we have sent the oher similar product.
This is absolutly not fair pl. Do need ful.

I just received a call regarding home shop18 from [protected]. Someone said that I win a car which price is 12 lakh 50 thousand. If I received the car then they invite me to Jharkand for the car key or I may claim the money to my account and for the process I give my account number and addhar card number to them. They give me a account number and said that if I deposited 6500 then in my account the cash will be credited within 1 hour. The account number is [protected] of Krishna Meheta.
I just wonder how a fake caller get my details from your company.

Dear sir, someone call me with your company name that i have win a tata safari car. And he requested me to to deposit 6000rs as a home shop18 register money. Is it true or a kind of fraud call.

On 26.05.2017 a massage was sent to me regarding winning the second prize of TATA Indigo r.c from (home shop) 18 & Rs. 1280000/-. and direction was given to deposit Rs. 12800/- as a registration charge. Having seen the massage I ignored but after sometimes a call from Mobile No. [protected] was started to come, lastly I received a call . after receiving a call one Rakesh Kumar Mishra and his M.D namely Naresh Rao of homeshop18 said that you ( Sunil Kumar ) have won TATA Safari vehicle so, kindly deposit Rs. 12800/- for registration within half an hour in SBI A/c no. [protected] and he has further stated that after deposit Rs. 12800/- for registration, nothing will have to pay. I have deposited the said amount on same day.
It is further contended that on 29.05.2017 again from Mobile No. [protected] call was made and said that vehicle has been purchased in my name so, Rs. 8500/- be deposited for transportation charge in the account of TATA MOTOR company bearing SBI A/C No. [protected] Rajesh Kumar and again said that now nothing has to pay. On 29.05.2017 itself about 5.00 p.m call was made to inform that vehicle will proceed at 9.00 P.M. Now today i.e 30.05.2017again another pretext has been made and said that vehicle has been purchased and loaded in transport and the transporter demanding insurance paper so again you have to pay further Rs. 15, 700/- for insurance and Rs. 5000/ for registration no. of Bihar.
It is further stated that time and again I had asked that how much money I have to deposit but no body has clearly said about the money so deposited. Now it seems that they have committed fraud with me and fudged my Rs. 12, 800 + Rs. 8500 = Rs. 21300. and thus. it is clear that M.D in connivance with his associates cheated me and they are liable to punished.
Either provide my prize without taking further money or Refund my money which has been taken in different SBI A/c in different name amounting Rs. 21, 300/- within 24 hours.

We have buyed some product and it was broken and it was incomplete and when we complaint about this 20 days back . we have called them 20 times but they are not responding we did not get the product and hundred rupees get deducted from our money very disheartening company. Lossing their 8years old customer I will not shop from home shop 18. When they send the product they did not do quality check but when we return that they do quality check and tell us that if you have some use then we will not take it back and you will not get your 1200 rupees where is the justice?...

Hi am regular customer of homeshop 18.Today I got a call from number[protected] saying that I have won a Tata Safari car of ₹1200000 and I have to sent my account number to his mobile number via SMS without knowing the fraudulent activities of this site I had sent the SMS & he has also sent me his account number sayimg that I have to give ₹12000 as commission charge then I realised this is fraud and I now I have blocked the number but the number is being called frequently.I thought this to be genuine because homeshop 18 is a good online shopping site but I realised that it is not. I will never shop from homeshop 18 and if you are not taking actions I will have to give complaint police

And getting a call from this no [protected]. The person is saying that i won tata safari worth rs 12.40and he saying they will charge rs only 8499/-
Please check verify the sms and mobil no and take strict action if they are defaulter.

Before 15 days i ordered on home shop 18 xxl size polo tshirt price 999, size supplied l, xl, xxl all three diff colors, not same as details given while ordering, free watch was broken, complained same day returned pickup after 4
Again delivered diff xl size after4 days on saturday, complain same time didnot pickup till tuesday after calling again for pickup, the reply was do not have xxl so we will return money deducting delivery charges
It was free delivery for 3 months as per there scheme and they delivered wrong product and they want to charge for delivering wrong product
Please do needful to resolve this

They are saying that i won Safari SUV worth rupees 12 lach. They said they will charge 20000 rupees before delivery. Please check verify and take strict action on this number if they are defaulter. Name of that person is Sagar Mishra and number is [protected].

I have order 3 products roti maker stello container and mop.
That was my biggest mistake i have ever done
I placed a order on 16th may 2017 and i got the products aftr 10days and oll the products have some or other problem.
First i received as per homeshp 18 steelo container and in box it was some juicer.
Secound was mop i order pink colour and paid extra for the same and received blue colour.
Third i rec roti maker and their was no handle and freebies available under that which was promise at the time i was ordering.
I am tired i wasted ma money tym and energy.
The executive were very careless about this.
Just they bother about process and process.
M not happy about the service at all.
And now gods knows.
