I purchased online shopping mobile wristband with you delivered on 10 july 2017. I instantly lodged complaint regarding defective battery (Swallow condition manufacturer defective). As per telephonic conversation with you, advised send this mobile to alpha radios shop no.1900 near shish ganj guru dwara chadni chowk delhi 100006. I dispatched by courier to alpha radios on 13 july 2017. Please look into the matter and return me other mobile wristband at an earlist.

    Mobile wristband बिना बैटरी के डिलीवर किया और COLOUR भी Gray की जगह copper भेजा गया ।मैंनें 10/07/17 को contact किया तो मुझे Whats app no.दिया गया और फोटो भेजने कहा गया, मैंने प्रोडक्ट की pics भेज दी और अभी तक 4 बार बात कर चुका हूँ, पर अभी तक कुछ नहीं हुआ, हर बार सिर्फ आश्वासन दिया जाता है,
    अगर जल्दी ही प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं किया जाता है तो मैं उपभोक्ता फोरम में केस करूँगा, मीडिया में भी दूँगा ताकि और लोग Home shop 18 के फ्राड में न फँसें,

      I have bought three suit from homeshop 18 and i got first one alright which was golden in colour and the second one was a combo in which the colour i chosen blue+black, but they delivered me golden+black, moreover the golden one is defected piece. When i called them, they told me that they can deliver me blue+golden which was not my choice. And they asked me to return me even black one which i ordered, if i ask them for refund, they are not giving me cheque or cash, they giving me coupons of their own. This is very disappointing please help me out of this, these people looting innocent people.

        Hi

        I ordered the above mentioned product from homeshop18 on june 10, 2017 and paid rs 2464.00on the same day through online mode. I received this order on june 12, 2017 and the same day i placed a request for the retrun since the quality of steel is not up to the mark items are of very low quality.

        From that day i have been following up from company's customer care executives regarding my concerns about the refund. They always say they are waiting for the qulity check.

        Its unfortunate but seriously, this is really alarming that a company like homeshop18 is cheating people by selling such low-grade items. Neither your company is arranging any pick-up for returning these items. This is highly disappointing. The customer care people are not ready to help in any way.

        Added to that the courier company is charging approximately 700-1500 for returning this item. However, your company policy say that you will refund only 10% of item value.
        This means that i have to spend extra amount for courier.

        I request you to look into this matter. I am feeling highly cheated.

            I have ordered a rechargeable pedestal fan of make eveready at the cost of rs3775 from homeshop18. The order no is[protected]. The fan was delivered on 30 jun 17. On installation of the product i came to know the followings.

            1. The fan is not working in any mode i. E.ac or dc power supply.
            2. The indications on the fan i. E. Fan on and power are not glowing which is indicative of either fan is not getting input power supply or there is problem in its internal circuitary.
            3. The company has not given me any invoice and also warranty card without any details filled and without signature / stamp on it.

            The fan is completely unserviceable and i am requesting them to replace it since 30 jun 17 they have not taken any initiative to resolve the issue. Instead i am troubled a lot and being shown different doors.

            I request to you to kindly intervene for early resolution of the issue and also order them to pay me compensation for the pain and agony caused

                    I ordered the above mentioned product from homeshop18 on june 25, 2017 and paid rs 6999.00 on the same day through online mode. I received this order on june 29, 2017 and from that day i have been following up from company's customer care executives regarding my concerns about the product.

                    Below are the concerns:

                    1. There are missing items - 1 karahi and 1 tadka karahi
                    2. Out of the 6 water glasses that i have received, 4 are of one design and 2 are of other design
                    3. The steel coating is partially removed from some of the utensils
                    4. The thermostat plate of the dry iron is not flat.
                    5. The quality of steel is not up to the mark. Some items are of very low quality.

                    Its unfortunate but seriously, this is really alarming that a company like homeshop18 is cheating people by selling such low-grade items. Neither your company is arranging any pick-up for returning these items. This is highly disappointing. The customer care people are not ready to help in any way. They say that they are bounded by rules.

                    Moreover, the courier company is charging me approximately inr[protected] for returning this item. However, your company policy say that you will refund only 10% of item value (I. E. Rs 700). This means that i have to first spend extra inr 500-800 for courier and then approx inr 300-500 to buy any other item from your company.

                    I request you to look into this matter. I am feeling highly cheated and am ready to take up this matter to any appellate authority like yours.

                      Dear Forum Members;

                      HomeShop18 Not refunded my paid amount and display on my account section that my order amount is REFUNDED from last 9th June 2017.

                      I have my citibank credit card stmt their is no money credited from HS18

                      I am Still Waiting For My REFUND of Rs:5999=00​ which confirmed from HS18 on 9th June 17 but still not send back to my credit card account.

                      After Cancellation of my order within 40 minutes HS18​ Just send one confirmation email and SMS that My FULL AMOUNT is REFUNDED to my bank.

                      But its not TRUE they are not Refunded or credited my credit card account I have my Citibank Statement of last one month their is no amount credited from HS18 from 9th June to till date 5th July 2017

                      Plz take ​proper ​action againes HS18 ​and help me to get refund of my Rs:5999=00 ​ASAP .

                        Hi Home shop Team,

                        Today I got a call from ALOK SINGH /[protected](5/7/2017 12:26pm) referring calling from Home shop 18.

                        He was giving reference of my order previous order with Home shop Portable Mini Silai Machine With Foot Pedal Rs. 809 stating that I won a first prize of Marti Alto car(Rs.430000) and they sent me a winning lottery message also.

                        He was having all my address, contact details. As per him there are 2 options either I can avail car on my name or cash transfer to my account.

                        If I want car then it will be delivered at my home address and I need to pay app 12000 or so for the paper work or if I want cash price transfer to my account then I need to pay 8000 or so to manager account. He want my account details on the above mentioned contact number.

                        I informed him to send me an email from Homeshop18 confirming the above mentioned details. After that I will take the necessary steps.

                        This is a serious offence of customer details leaking from Home shop 18 . Please look into this matter very urgently and if it’s a fake call please inform your other customer also or update your site with details.

                        Also I need an explanation on this how a stranger got all my order details, contact details and my shipping details. I am waiting for your response asap.

                          I had ordered a product on 20/06/2017 having order n. O - [protected]. The product got delivered on time but it was not same as shown on advertisement, after discussion with support team on phone, whatsapp, they promised to replace with correct product. But after 2 weeks we received same product as replacement.

                          Never except false commitments from homeshop18.

                            I have ordered a gas stove, which was delivered at my premises on 16th June, when i opened the parcel it had a major dent on it. my father in law called them on 17th June to register the complaint. for this they told him to call from the registered mobile no. and i got an OTP on my mobile. no complaint canbe lodged after 6 pm . next day was sunday. next when i called them i was informed that we will check if there was a call been made. and will respond after/ within 7 day. but i did not receive any call from them. when i called them today i was told they made a call but since it was not answered so the case was closed and they won't be able to change my damaged piece.

                              I had ordered a product on 10/05/2017 having order n.o- [protected], Invoice n.o- R.K./17-18/06602. THE PRODUCT GOT DELIVERED ON TIME BUT IT WAS NOT SAME AS SHOWN ON ADVERTISEMENT, many items were missing.
                              I called for replacement & product got replaced on 19/05/2017 having pickup receipt[protected]/Homeshop RVP[protected]. Now it's been 40 days & neither the replaced product came nor the refund amount.
                              when asking on customer care, they always say to refund the amount in just two days & now its 40 days.
                              Kindly Replace the amount in 3 days or ihave to go for consumer forum for further solution.

                                I am an old customer of Home shop 18 since its inception. I have been regularly shopping but I am very sorry to convey that of late the quality check is not being done by home shop officials. Also the sellers enrolled are of very substandard. Neither the product is checked but also all the items shown on the TV are not included. The call center personnel are also rude & not ready to hear us.

                                Recently I had Placed an order for Red colured full bed set of Bella Casa vide order no [protected] . When I received the Packet it was wrong color & short in quantity. I immediately asked for replacement by correct order & product. Two days back I received the replacement & was shocked to see the contents. the bed sheet quality was third rate without any product label which usually is stitched to the corner of the bed sheets. The top sheet or the so called top sheet was a piece of cloth roughly cut from a cloth bundle. Besides the cushion covers are short in quantity.The side contrast taping of the top sheets as shown on TV is not there. This is enough proof that there is no check by Home Shop & it is only a middle man taking orders & nothing else. As a result we are receiving substandard products.
                                Since I have had enough I called for return & full refund against my order. The call center personnel initially refused return without listening to the complete sequence of events. They were also very rude. Finally on demand a senior came on line & finally agreed for return & refund. But he put a condition that only the cost of the product i.e Rs. 999 will be paid in cash the delivery charge of Rs 151 which I have paid in cash will be given in terms of coupon. Why I should be penalized for no fault of my own. The fault totally lies with Home Shop 18 team. I do not wish to receive any coupon but I request a full & final refund of Rs. 1050 which I have paid in cash.
                                Please expedite pick up the product & refund at the earliest.

                                Shipping charges are charged for complete& correct delivered product. In my case the wrong, damaged & incomplete product has been sent to me & still you insist that I should pay for your or distributors negligence. What kind of a company policy is this ? Is this how low Home shop has come down to. All other online shopping portals refund full charges including shipping charges for any returned product.
                                I request one more time to understand the situation & process full refund through NEFT at the earliest.

                                    My mom got call on friday, 16th of june, 2017 from this number [protected] which claims to be homeshoppe executive number, regarding a gift of laxmi mantra executive asked whether we want that gift or not. My mom said yes she wants that gift. Than she said that it will charge rs.700/- for that. And than disconnected the call. Today, i. E on monday 19th of june, 2017, we got the call again from home shoppe 18 from same number ([protected]) informing us that "'puja hogaya apke laxmi mantra ka now we are sending the gift address dedo." when my mom said i don't want that, u did not listen to me that day. And did not inform me anything regarding puja will be done for that. I will not accept such gift she started misbehaving she said"aaplog ki aukat nahi hai to kaise lega".
                                    Like what kind of service is that? Is that how you value your customer?
                                    Fist you don't give full information to us, than if customers refuses your offer you guys start abusing them. This is your customer care executives. I need an explanation and apology from that executive for my mom.

                                        Homeshop18 never asks customers to deposit money into any account and if TDS has to be paid it only needs to be paid into Company’s official account. If you faced these issues on calls, you may lodge an FIR either with the Police or Cyber cell.
