We had purchased a windows mobile phone from your shopping website. Due to some issues from your side, our product had been delayed and delivered late two months after the delivery date. It also consisted of warranty card proclaiming one year warranty.Its been two months since the expiry of the warranty card and the phone has stopped functioning. When taken to repairing shop they are claiming as its a 2 to 3 yrs old...

I want to register a complaint against HomeShop18 for disclosing my contact details.
The matter is that I received a call form +91-[protected] on 19thMarch, 2017 form a person who claims that he was calling from HomeShop18 and I won a Tata Safari as I won first prize as a lucky winner.
He told all details of the product which I ordered from HomeShop18 in past as well as my postal address and my mobile...

My order no. is [protected] and I have purchased 10 sets of led bulbs along with one phone and brightness of the led bulbs is very poor and sim card slot of the phone is also damaged and they are not taking return of the product as they said brightness will be that only.

I very disapointed with them.

As I ordered a item to gift someone.

I gifted them. But when they opened this gift pack, they found that product is defective item, It's cap is not able to set with each other as its cap is already cracked.

Becuase I have to gift someone that's why I could not open pack and I had directly gifted them as I faith on Homeshop18.

But...

I got my order delivery yesterday.
The quality of lipstick and other cosmetic very bad. And not in same colour as view in advertisements.
I want to return my order. Because of bad quality of the material.
