But, i have recevied the following mobile on[protected]which is different from the requried one. the details of received mobile details are maintain below.

    My complaint is about the product, daisy fashion jwellery by kavya, order no.[protected] . this product is totally different as shown on tv and is a demo like product .some pieces came in damage form too . i am very dissapointed . i hope ur team take a serius action because it is going against ur brand name. now i am sending this product back andi want refund or replacement of this product what ever is possible.

      This company is making fool to peoples

      firstly they send wrong tshirts, hence i requested for replacement with L size tshirts, but they sent M size tshirts. Both time company makes a mistake and now saying that both mistakes are mine(consumers mistakes) and they cancelled my order without informing me.
      yesterday i received a call from HomeShop18 representative he told me he will send tshirts today as well as he told me to pay the money for t shirts which i have already paid which i received the tshirts first time and he will refund previous money but there is no guaranty of it

      Every time they said wait for 2 days but after 4 days there is no response.
      Why are you irritating the customers.
      You are already used my money for 1 month and now you are not giving me money or T-shirts.

      please take strict action

      At least send me T shirts except refund

            I had purchased a xolo 5inch (12.7cms) android gorilla glass phone-q1200-white vide order no. is[protected] on 2nd april 2015. i want to inform you that the mobile is not functioning properly as it hangs in middle of a call.in past few days even the charging is not happening properly as it seems the battery has spoiled. this has happened in a spare of just 14 months of the purchase as we do not have problems to our phone that early. we had purchase the cell phone since it was channelized and promoted by homeshop18. this has happened with most of the xolo phones that most of my friend circle had ordered. if this happens how would we have fate or belief on the products sold by homeshop18. i request you to please take this up and reply me giving me a solution on this. below is the purchase order that i received after booking.

                I got a call from one of the agent and the person saying his name is Rohit Verma and he is from Homeshop 18 and I won the Car Alto K10 either cash 4.50 Lakhs for the item that I have cancelled. I can not believe this how this person knows about my all Orders, Vendor Name, contact number and address.
                Even I complained regarding this to Homeshop18 customer care and they do not care about this. They are saying its fake call ignore. Even if I have the agent name and contact details they are not ready to take it seriously.
                Please take a serious action about this because it's issue of exploring privacy details.

                  Disgusting fake company helpless good for nothing customer care rude behaviour. delivering wrong product to the cusromershi

                  This is very pathetic sevices from home shop 18. this company just cheat people by delivering wrong product. firstly the product when i was ordering was not available in the stock.. later there was only 1 stock of khoobsurat-heavy embroidered lehenga sarees by alveera blue 33043469 available in the stock. i ordered it order no[protected]. whereas the product delivered in red... then i called customer care to replace and send my product for blue one. they are denying that not available in stock... this is how you harass people... services... i just want that my product to be replaced on the spot and give me replacement of blue lehenga which i had ordered..

                      i have orderedd a double bedsheet from homeshop18.i returned my product due to bad cloth .after that i m calling again and again to refund my amount but even they didn't give a satisfactory answer.and they also gave me bluedart no to check my delivery but again there was a problem of address then they said to ask homeshop to mail bluedart my complete address so that tthey will despatch my cheque.but i call again and again but i m not receive a single revert from them .today again it was surprising for me that wen i called them they tell they again despatch my cheque on same address as i updated but when i m called to update they never tell me about that .so why we belive in such companies .there is a lot of gap, confusions and tnsns.i requested to check that if this happens wat the customers do u tell.

                        This is niranjan kumar suman from pune loni kalbhor pune. i had odder 3combo pack shirt with one designer shirt, from homeshop18, but product quality is too much bad, i want to return this product but no anyone is going to listen me. they told me that pickup facility is on my given address. just i want to know that if they are able to send me product at my residency then why they dont gv me pickup facility while i am ready to pay courier charge.

                                I shopped a product from homeshop18 bit I received the product with fault(missing parts). so I self return the product by contacting the customer care of the site.The courier company charged 600 for the return of the product, before courier the product I called the customer care that it's taking Rs. 600 to courier the product, the customer care of the shopping site told to courier without any hesitation and all your courier charges will be refunded via cheque. After some days I got the cheque but for only Rs. 110. So I called the customer care and told him that the whole amount had not been refunded, this time the customer care told me a different story that according to our company policy we can only refund the 10% of the price of the product against the refund of the courier charges..
                                this is totally fraud. why should I pay for their fault because the fault was in their product. please look into the matter asap

                                      I have purchased a 4 burner black perl gas stove through order no[protected].
                                      Kindly take back your product and provide a fresh pic because i am not satisfied and received a used product & defected pic.

                                      When i ask to company to take back, he is saying that, you have to pack it and hand over to a courier company. Courier charges will be refund by [protected]@rs750/- not more then this amount.

                                      When i contact to many courier company they are charging @ 2500 approx. For this product up to ahmadabad.

                                      The company people refused to collect back the product from my home where he has delivered the product in ncr. National capital region.

                                        I ordered 7 fiesta tshirts from homeshop18
                                        Firstly they delivered mixed size t-shirts but my ordre was for medium size tshirts so requested for replacement with all large size tshirts but next time they sent me again medium size tshirts, so ii rejected the product as advised by customer care executive of homeshop18.

                                        My request is only to issue me those Tshirts with L size on my previous order and this time shold b correct order not tshirts like i received first which have wrinkles on it as well as logo missinh, size tag missing, and looks like they are used.
