Received but My phone is of another colour i.e. Blue and black.

    Dear All,

    We are regular customers of products from Homeshop18. However, during the most recent delivery of a product (24th June), the delivery boy from the courier office has started misbehaving with my parents, who are old aged and handicapped. He and his manager started accusing us of not making payments, especially when we had no idea he was waiting at the door. It takes a lot of effort for them to go and open the doors for delivery boys who come at really odd hours. It has been a constant request from our side to them to make sure they can intimate us an appropriate time & date of delivery and/or call us before they come.

    The most recent delivery boy and his manager had started accusing my parents of NOT opening the door because we were trying to avoid paying them. This is an absurd way to communicate with customers. Especially ones who are elderly and have their own set of challenges in executing day-to-day tasks.

    This sort of behaviour isnt new, as I have heard complaints from the Security at the colony that I reside in that delivery boys from Homeshop18/Aramex(Courier Company) do not observe appropriate security protocols.

    I recommend everyone to boycott such a service from companies like these. Further more, I request to some action to be taken against such companies so that they understand the value of service to customers and at the very least, learn to behave appropriately with customers.

      I ordered a product to homeshop18 on 31-may-2016, its expected delivery date was 10-jun-2016 by gati surface currier, but till 16-jun-2016 i didnt get the product then i registered a complain (Complain id:[protected] on homeshop18. But i am not getting any update via mail or sms. I talked to customer care on [protected] and[protected], they were telling we are looking in this issue, again i talked to customer care on 23-jun-2016 they simply told me please talk to on[protected]. I also talked to customer care of gati surface currier they were telling given awb number was invalid. Please do the needful.

        We had bought Inalsa food processor from Home shop 18. the box recieved by us was intact, but the material found inside was shocking. everthing inside was dameged.The quality of the material was as good as scrap material. ea had launched a complaint with Homeshop 18. but they are constantly replying "we will revert in 48 hrs". They want me to ship the product at my cost. they are not providing any refund for the same.

            Hi my self harjot singh from amritsar (Punjab)
            I placed the order first time from homeshop 18 for colidad t shirts. Xl size
            When i receive the my order i seen t-shirts size not perfect then i complaint for change the t-shirts xl size to xxl. After 5 days i receive the t-shirts with l size. I really shocked then again i complaint again and demand for xxl size.
            Again after 5 days i received t-shirts with xl size. I really harassed from last 17 days.

              There is an advertisement on TV from homeshop18 for the nicer dicer costed @999 /- only .I HV ordered the product.when the product is delivered at my address, I pay 999/- + 98/- as shipping charges.the total cost is 1098 /- .I HV pay for the product .when I opened its seal.there is no slip inside of it .and the advertisement shows the unbreakable n good quality product but when I opened it, I got the damaged product.when I complaint, there is no response for my phone n no one picked up the call.and after 5-6 days, the call received and they deny to refund it back.

                Hi i submitted on the same day to have a pick up on the 3 pants i had ordered which claimed to be a great products in terms of quality and price

                the product is not fit for a beggar also, Quality is 3rd rated product ., i have filed many times for the order cancelling and refund

                none bother even now after taking my money

                this is the worst company i have seen ripping the customers, after the money exchanges hands you are not even bothered,

                    I have purchased a spice mobile model xlife m5+dt on 11/4/2016 from homeshop18 vide their invoice no. Tara/16-17/26829 by tarash overseas p. Ltd. Against order no.[protected]. Its touch started giving problems after few days, now internal screen breaked/cracked automatically or may be with little shock that i could not guess but external/upper screen is ok.

                    I approached service center in ludhiana, they are asked me to pay rs. 1500/- for replacement of screen whereas homeshop18 gives advertisement on tv that even a heavy loaded truck moved over the phone or beats with hammers or nuts are breaked on the screen of said phone. Nothing will happen

                    So please let me know why i pay charges?

                      I have purchased a product electric Master cook ( a tandoor) The product was delivered on 24th may order no:[protected] the product is used to grill food stuff which has 2 heating coils one at the upper portion and another at bottom, after using the product for first time ever since then product when was opened after a week for cooking the bottom heating coil of the product is not heating (not working) when I complained about this to Homeshop18 they are asking to contact Mastercook service center which is situated at Delhi, and when i contacted the service center they are saying they will send me the coil to Belgaum (Karnataka) and have to get it fixed from a local mechanic shop, and I have to bear all the coil fixing expenses, I questioned about this to Homeshop18 asking them why should I pay the fixing expenses of coil and requested to replace the Product since it is only used once but their customer executive called Shweta is saying " tumhe kiradh te waqt after sales service ke baare me kyun nahi pucha" why you didn't enquired about after sales service before purchasing " well when the product is broadcasted on TV for long hours they do not speak about after sales service and don't mention any terms and conditions at the point of sale. and when the product was delivered it did not contained any terms and conditions card Now they are saying that we are not going to replace the product as per their policy it is replaced within 48 hours and they are not concerned about the after sale service. My question is that if any mishaps happens causing by the defective product who is responsible for it? service center or Seller (Homeshop18) my only request is to refund the money 2000 I.e cost of the product

                        We complained on 28th may and then 8th june again about faulty products and faulty replacement but we were told we were "too late". Despite being disappointed we tried to give the products one try only to realize that not only were things missing but also there were double gels instead of tonality cream in the facial kit. We know being the u are you will again say we are complaining late but this message is not because we expect u do something about it instead it is to make u realize just how much your service suck. We and and no one in our friend or family circle will ever buy anything from this site again. You guys can go to hell and stop making people suffer.

                          I had bought a Chapati Maker from Home Shop 18. It was COD and I paid in cash. When I opened the package, it was without Handle. Thereafter I have been lodging repeated complaints on phone without a response. Finally, after speaking to every one in the chain, they agreed to send the Handle informing me by SMS. I did not receive it but got a SMS that they sent but it was returned undelivered which is a patent LIE. This is nothing but cheating.Most disgraceful conduct for a small item. If they have any shame they must send the item of mthe roti maker which was not sent in the package earlier.

                              Given wrong product and now not responding and denied to refund the amount.

                              Online order was given to Home SHop 18 based on Television advertisement. reference order no. is[protected]. received on 4th June. Product purchased is electric Roti maker, which is not as per shown in the tv advertisement, getting hot immediately and not working properly. We are doing follow up since last 3 days to customer care of Home shop 18 but not getting any response, and now they are not responding our call to. Its cheating and they are not ready to refund the money for wrong product. need support to get refund immediately. Cusomer care executive behaving very rudely. and not ready to refund the fund. its cheating and now not giving support by giving faulty product.

                                We recieved a product on 28 may but we found that the product was used. We filed a complaint immediately and we were told that someone would pick up the order and replacement will be delivered. After filing the complaint we realized a bottle of cleanser was also mossing from the order. We waited for someone to pick up the stuff that was to be replaced but no one came. We got a message that some stuff is out of stock and will be partially replaced. On 1st june a person came and delivered only one bottle that was missing from the order. We thought we were getting rest of the stuff replaced after the old one is picked up by homeshop person. So we waited but no one came to recieve the stuff nor deliver the rest of the stuff that was to be replaced. Confused we called homeshop to enquire about the order and replacement but rather than listening to us and accepting their mistakes they just backed off saying we didt call earlier. As a customer who was conned by homeshop we are now forced to drag you to court. We need proper result of all this. Extremely disappointed and angry with homeshop. Will never shop from this company again.

                                  On14th may 2016, I bought Roti Maker from Homeshop18, order no[protected], suborder no[protected], however order was received very delay from promised time period. I discovered that it was not my ordered product after delay service plus inside bill of someone else..

                                  Secondly they said if we will courier it back they reimburse either courier charges or rs 750 whichever is less with replacement of product. But when i returned the parcel and whatsapp the courier slip as per their procedure, they said they can't reimburse full charge of courier which is approx 300 rupees only.

                                  Now they said they reimburse the 10% of product charges (1100) i.e. 110 rupees.

                                  They have poor service plus if they sent faulty product after two time confirmation in that case customer bear all charges and bear all pain and tension relating to product because they invest their money. They deny even such company has show no responsibility and even not reimburse the courier charges fully. All headache of customer because they ordered the product.

                                  I will have no alternative but to raise a dispute through the Homeshop18 Buyer Protection dispute resolution process or to consider court action.

                                    I had ordered zoha suits from homeshop18 almost 20 days back. When i received that product i have complaint in red colour suit arms cloth. I inform the executive so many time. Then they sended me a new suits. But the problem remain same. I inform again to then then mr. Alok told me to send entire suits back and they will send me the new and correct suits piece this time. And today when i received that product same red arm cloth is different. What they telecast in tv it's opposite from that. And when i called again today then the executive took 40 min and he told me to refresh enter the product code again i again i informed him i am using on mobile he didn't get me and again and again he repeated to enter the product code. And also he told me the product code what he entered he get to show 4 suits colours are beige, black orange, pink, navy blue. But i informed him that i booked ordered which have red color suit but he was not trusting me and he is not able to trace from and thing not from ref no not from product code and not even complaint no. Tell me what to do now. And then he said what product sended u that is the correct one. Like this type of service u offered to ur customer.

                                      My product is Xolo Cube.
                                      When I got the product I found that the front camera was already damaged and it appears as if the lens has burned somehow. The mobile should have the front camera of quality 5 mp but when I got it and opened to take one selfie I found that the lens was burned. When I open any app it takes very long time to open, sometime the mobile is also hanging, i think there is some software issue.
                                      Please I want to return and refund my money because I dont want to use any damaged product.

                                        According to feature the mobike should have a front camera quality of 5 mega pixels and rear should be 8 mega pixels but when I looked at the camera and picture quality it was even worse than 2 mega pixels.
                                        And the phone is hanging a lot!!
                                        The phone is actually iritating.
                                        I want to return and refund my money.
                                        Please respond as soon as it is possible!!
