I had booked a melbon tv 32inch + free mobile and a wall stand on 28/5/2016 on my mothers name mrs. Rekha sanghvi order no:[protected].

I received a confirmation sms from homeshop 18 with a courier tcixps courier docket no: [protected]

Today (I. E. 04/06/2016) i received a call from courier company to keep the cash ready and he would come for the delivery by 12: 15.

The delivery was taken by my father and he paid the entire sum of inr 13300.00 to the courier delivery boy mr. Maurya.

On opening the box they found the entire box empty with just few thermocol pieces in it.

After verbal complaints to the customer care i am writing this written complaint with the details and pictures of the product received as per the guidelines from the customer care.

Please find the attached images of the product box received and the id proof of my mother on whose name the product was ordered.

This is a drastic experience from online shopping.

Today (i.e. 04/06/2016) I received a call from courier company to keep the cash ready and he would come for the delivery by 12: 15.

The delivery was taken by my father and he paid the entire sum of INR 13300.00 to the courier delivery boy Mr. Maurya.

On opening the box they found the entire box empty with just few thermocol pieces in it.

After verbal complaints to the customer care I am writing this written complaint with the details and pictures of the product received as per the guidelines from the customer care.

Please find the attached images of the product box received and the ID proof of my mother on whose name the product was ordered.

This is a drastic experience from online shopping.

Its almost more than 3 regular days passed and no particular response or steps taken initiated by homeshop18 on this issue. This way buyers will loose interest on online shopping in India from a branded company like Homeshop18.
I received my cheque for entire sum I paid for my product on 21/5/2016.as refund. It took almost 2 weeks to get my money. Thanks Homeshop18 but I would like to know the reason for me getting a empty box and the punishment given to the actual culprit behind this. This transaction has actually created lot of mental harassment to us. The female from social media when she called up was really rude in speaking but later on when the case was handled by the HS18 investigation team they were really polite in handling the investigations and resolving the case.

    The product samsung in the ear with mic earphone has stopped working with just within a month. Its song voice is not coming from earphone. Their is no outside damage so as its just a month i want you to change it and replace the order. I have taken my order from homeshop18. The order no. Id[protected] and courier code is 36667238.         I have order 1 saree of chabra 555 brand for rupee 999 the product was not properly finished as per the brand name so i file for replace but i recieved 1 mail that the money is refunded by cheque but than I order another color of same brand but this time the color is different and not as per the description given by the executive of that company so I file second time for replace for previous product. I want my money back or else replace my product no one listen to me what should I do.

        Your executive said that the there is an embroidery on saree but the actually it is only a print on that how could accept that product if the description of product given to me is wrong.

                I'm complaining about a product that i received from HS18 that was damaged steel product.when i return the product i was charged 400 to ship and company only give only 100 rupee check..even they take 300 rupee to ship me.the problem not end here..the address they provided for the repacement of the order was wrong.i dispach two times the product but both time it return to me saying that the address was incorrect.when i called again to HS18 then the agent said that delevr through another company..means i gain send the product at 500 rupee cost and company give me only 100 rupee and i always keep on going loss..and

                  I ordered "singer atlantic senior cooler" dated 22nd may 2016 through homeshop 18 website. They delivered the incorrect product dated on 26th may 2016 named as "singer atlantic mini cooler" instead of "singer atlantic senior cooler" and they not responding us to replace this product. My invoice shows the correct product name but delivery is not correct. I have already made the full payment via hdfc credit card worth rs 6198 (Cost of cooler 5999 + courier charges 199).

                  Please find the below required details.

                  3) desirable resolution - replacement of product without hassle

                  Request you to help on this as they are not replacing my product and asking me to send it through courier to rewari address, then they will see what they can do.                     The quality of this combo is very poor and designed is also differ according to shown by home shop 18tv show on dated 26may 2016. I am worried from your that kind of service and never purchase again y cloth product this company. Please take it return as soon as possible. My wife is more worried. She denied to purchase this product but i want give her surprised but my choice is very poor. The company claimebed that they give the best quality to their customers but i think that is wrong way to play with customers hope and believe.

                      I ordered a dr. Morepan bp monitor, glucometer & digital thermometer combo, while asking for information i specifically asked about the number of strips along the glucometer and the person attending my call told me "the sugar can be checked 120 times so strips are included".
                      Under this condition i bought the combo, but on delivery i realized that the strips from the glucometer have been removed and then repacked for shipping.
                      Now the homeshop 18 is refusing to give me the strips saying that they don't sell them with combo as well as asking to return the product and then refund will be given if they think the product is okay.
                      I want to complain that their advertising is highly misleading as well.

                              I have purchased a spice 3g calling tablet from homeshop18 on 1/4/16 delivery date i have lot of problems on that product. After talking to customers care they not ready to replace the product. They suggest go for repair after 15 days they replied product should not be repaired so pls collect the dod certificate.                                   Complaint case - short supply of product - invoice no. Nitcdrh/drh/04/2016/6966056 - sub order no.[protected] – dt. 18.04.2016 - cod
                                  An order for supply of whirlpool magic microwave oven with free gifts (2 nos) was placed on home shop 18 on 18.04.2016 after viewing display on tv channel. It was promised that delivery will be given within 4 days which has not been honoured.

                                  Gatti courier delivered one box on 03.05.2016 after 15 days period against committed period of 4 days containing the following:

                                  1. 20l whirlpool magic cook microwave oven - 1 no.
                                  2. Dinner & storage set - 40 pieces (Free gift).
                                  3. Pendant set (Free gift) displayed on tv channel was not supplied.
                                  We lodged a formal complaint with home shop18 on 04.05.2016 i. E. Within 24 hours of taking delivery.

                                  On getting a call, position was well explained to ms anita saini, ms sanjana mr. Anuj, mr. Ramesh of home shop18 about short supply of pendent set.Initially, they agreed to make available designer saree on the grounds that they are presently displaying it in lieu of pendent set but after few days they backed out from their commitment and stated that pendent set was never displayed and designer saree is subsequent edition and cannot be given against our order despite the fact that value of the product remained the same.

                                  Further, our complaint was treated as closed without giving satisfactory response which is arbitrary and amounts to cheating with a customer. This is not the first time we have been cheated as in the past when we placed order for unstitched suits, lining was not supplied and when we lodged formal complaint they stated that we have failed to report the matter within permissible period of 2 days, hence cannot be agreed to.

It would be better to take photograph of items displayed on tv channel before placing order so that home shop18 does not go back from its commitment.                                       I had ordered an enzy home electric chopper- purple from homeshop 18 on the 30th april and i received it on the 1st May 2016, it was ordered by me to gift it to my mother for Mothers day, so i didnt open it and assumed that it would be working, i gifted to my mother on Mothers day and the next day when she wanted to use the chopper, it just didnt work, i mailed homeshop 18 customer care the same day on the 9th may night. from 9th may will date my complaint is still not resolved. i have made multiple calls to their customer care but all speak the same language that i have to visit the service center of the brand. i just asked one thing to then that what proof you guys have or the brand has that you had sent me a working chopper, there could be a fault from your end too, the brand could also send a defective product so why do i visit the workshop to repair it? they had no reply.Then i asked why cant you provide a good service to the customer by asking your brand to get the product collected from my address or get it picked atleast. Your job is to just sell the product????? your escalation desk also speaks the same language as in we are sorry, you have to go to the service centre, , , what is the escalation desk for? if you are not able to resolve the escalation? i am agreeing that i didnt check the product at that point of time as i assumed that you guys would not cheat your customer by sending defecetive product...you guys actually dont try and test the product before sending it to the client or your brand doesnt do that??? Am i at all fault that i didnt check it? it could be a possibility that the brand must have sent it defective, so atleast to respect a customer or for a good service ask your brand to get it collected for repaired or final call would be that you can pick back the product and i dont need the refund also, then also they said no not possible. the i saidif nothing is possible from your end then just keep fooling the customers by JUST selling your products with poor service. i spoke to inderjit many times and Vandana verma from escalation desk.
                                      i keep shopping from many websites and their service is superb because now days if you have any kind of concern they get the product picked up and dropped back also after replacement. Please if you can help in resolving this. i will never buy atleast electronics from online.

                                      it is not yet resolved, i dont know why have they closed it.i received a call few minutes back from homeshop18 number: 01206189818, a female executive called me and in a very commanding way she said" that listen to me and follow the instructions that i am telling you. you have to visit the service center for repairing your enzy chopper. please listen to the call as they have all the recordings and you will come to know how much helping she was. i said i am not satisfied and she said we cant do anything and dropped the call. Resolution not done? how can they close the call like this? same resolution..not happy to help the customer at all! thanks sheena
