I had ordered an enzy home electric chopper- purple from homeshop 18 on the 30th april and i received it on the 1st May 2016, it was ordered by me to gift it to my mother for Mothers day, so i didnt open it and assumed that it would be working, i gifted to my mother on Mothers day and the next day when she wanted to use the chopper, it just didnt work, i mailed homeshop 18 customer care the same day on the 9th may night. from 9th may will date my complaint is still not resolved. i have made multiple calls to their customer care but all speak the same language that i have to visit the service center of the brand. i just asked one thing to then that what proof you guys have or the brand has that you had sent me a working chopper, there could be a fault from your end too, the brand could also send a defective product so why do i visit the workshop to repair it? they had no reply.Then i asked why cant you provide a good service to the customer by asking your brand to get the product collected from my address or get it picked atleast. Your job is to just sell the product????? your escalation desk also speaks the same language as in we are sorry, you have to go to the service centre, , , what is the escalation desk for? if you are not able to resolve the escalation? i am agreeing that i didnt check the product at that point of time as i assumed that you guys would not cheat your customer by sending defecetive product...you guys actually dont try and test the product before sending it to the client or your brand doesnt do that??? Am i at all fault that i didnt check it? it could be a possibility that the brand must have sent it defective, so atleast to respect a customer or for a good service ask your brand to get it collected for repaired or final call would be that you can pick back the product and i dont need the refund also, then also they said no not possible. the i saidif nothing is possible from your end then just keep fooling the customers by JUST selling your products with poor service. i spoke to inderjit many times and Vandana verma from escalation desk.
i keep shopping from many websites and their service is superb because now days if you have any kind of concern they get the product picked up and dropped back also after replacement. Please if you can help in resolving this. i will never buy atleast electronics from online.

Complaint marked as Resolved it is not yet resolved, i dont know why have they closed it.i received a call few minutes back from homeshop18 number: 01206189818, a female executive called me and in a very commanding way she said" that listen to me and follow the instructions that i am telling you. you have to visit the service center for repairing your enzy chopper. please listen to the call as they have all the recordings and you will come to know how much helping she was. i said i am not satisfied and she said we cant do anything and dropped the call. Resolution not done? how can they close the call like this? same resolution..not happy to help the customer at all!

Updated by aairah No call received yesterday and today. Waiting their response as the case is still not resolved and yet cannot see any positive response from their end also.
