I had purchased a Spice 5 Inch(12.7 cm) Quad Core 4000 mAh Ninja Battery Phone - Stellar 518-Mobile - Watch - Sunglasses- Head Phones on 20th May, 2015 from Homeshop18 which was delivered to me on May 26, 2015. I found there was touch problem and immediately I filed a complain to Homeshop18. The costumer care executives told me to give my phone to the service center, so I gave my phone to the service center (FineFone Solutions, Jayanagar, Bangalore) on 11th June 2015. Till date I haven't received my phone. Its been more than a month that my phone is dying in service center. Whenever I go to service center they say that my phone is in company. And they have no idea when my phone will be repaired and will handover to me. When I call Spice company, they tell me to talk to Homeshop18 and when I call Homeshop18 they tell me to call Spice mobiles. Nobody knows where my phone is. And nobody is ready to either take the responsibility or to solve my problem. I have spoken to both the companies executives like more than 50 times but my complain is yet not resolved. And the executives doesn't not respond to my complaints. They're very rude and doesn't know how to talk to the customer and solve their problems. I request them to keep my phone with them but transfer the amount I paid them in my account asap. Order No.[protected] Suborder No.[protected]

I am listening to this statement for the 100th time now. Every time I call up the customer care, or get the call from Homeshop18, they always say this line, " Ma'am, your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned team." If you really would have sent my complaint to the higher authorities, till now it would have reached the CEO of the company.
I do not want any more fake promises from you. I need my money back. Please transfer the amount in my account asap.

      I purchased a mobile phone make spice(501 golden) 5 inch as per sailing procedure by home shop 18 a company selling their product thru TV on 16/01/15 order no.[protected] dt.16/01/15. but it became stop functioning within one month i contacted the above co thru phone they advised to deposit the phone to their service centre, As per them I deposited the said phone on 8/6/2015 as per service request no, 25100036F60141. I also met some persons who are experiencing a similar type of problem for a long period at the service centre. After that i mailed them(Home shop 18) twice and contacted thru phone several times to replace my phone or to repair my set in good condition but every time they are telling lie to send and send my mobile within short period but till date they do not bother to contact me by any way but every time it is my duty to contact with them. I request you to please know the fact and they are duping a lot of people everyday of India like me. Beware of home shop 18 don't purchase anything.

                    Hi Team, I have got the coupon from Homeshop18 and when i tried to use that coupon i was not able to use it and got the message that someone has already used the coupon. Homeshop18 team has been saying continuously that we will check internally since last two month but no resolution.                       sir this is a very unfortunate complaint.. i received a defective piece.. its torn from upper side at the center.. n ur customer representative said that its replacement/refund is not possible.. i always place orders with u without even a second thought in my mind coz i trust ur policy.. before dis also i hav returned order no 94947439.. why not this time.. that guy said its used.. its not used sir.. there is a lot of diff between try n use.. immediately within a second i removed wen i noticed its torn.. if i ll keep it n use it na den after just 2-3 wearings it will torn completely from the center.. so i hope u ll understand my concern.. i m attaching its defective part pics also for ur reference.. i understand ur concern regading innerwear but its not completely an inner wear.. its used as a legging not dat kind of innerwear which cant be returned.. if i known dis earlier den i would not have placed its order.. that guy named prashant said u have to keep the product even if its defective.. n customer hav to bear that loss..why.. its seller mistake ur quality dept mistake.. why will i pay for a product which i ll not be able to use... i[censored] see the image carefully den u ll notice one line like thing in the center.. its not properly visible in the image as it actually is.still i tried to capture it at my best.. its not stiching coz its seamless.. no stiching is there in the center excpet sides.. n u know na if one thread is loose den all the threads around starts coming out if its stretched on wearing.. n this is extremely tight so it will stretch completely after wearing.. n after wearing it once or twice this torn line will become bigger n hence will be torn completely..so of what use it is to me?? ur representative told me that seller cant accept its return coz he ll not be able to resale it.. so doeas that mean seller is clearing his defective stock n earning money for such defective pieces.. is he so smart? dis is not the way.. plz take it back n refund its money..
                      Sir, The Product which I ordered is different and what I received is different, more over I got the defective piece.the lid of the non stick bowl is not fitting properly.here is the proof that Im up loading .Im not interested in your product kindly refund it.

                                  I, Smt. Sarbani Sarkar, recived a call in my phone number [protected] at about 10.57 a.m. from one Swapan Das, Team Leader, Adamus India Pvt. Ltd., 38 Indrani Park, near Jogesh Chandra Chowdhury Law College, Kolkata, calling from [protected]. He alleged that I had placed an order from my phone on 09.07.2015 in the name of one Soha Das and that today was the date of delivery. When I replied that I had not placed any order he got agitated and claimed an explanation as to how my phone number got registered with them. I requested him to give me the details of the alleged order so that it may be clarified as to how my number got registered with the alleged order. He refused to give such details and handed over the phone to one Surajit Dolui, Supervisor, Homeshop18. Sri Dolui made the same allegstion against me. When I tried to explain that they might have mistaken since I have not placed any order and that I do not know anyone named Soha Das he too misbehaved with me. I requested him to give me the details of the alleged order but he got furious and shouted that I must be knowing better about such order. He insisted that I take delivery of the product as the order had already been placed from my number. The aforesaid persons also threatened me with dire consequences for placing an order and subsequently denying to take delivery of the same. Thus the said persons caused mental abuse and harrassment to me and also misbehaved using abusive and slang languages. They no the least about behaving with people, especially women. Accordingly I request you to take the stringest acyion them and to ensure that no further calls are received from them to my phone concerning the alleged order.

                                      These guys are big frauds, I had ordered 2 quantity of this product almost 2 months back but they delivered only 1 machine. When I asked them about this they are giving only excuses they remaining quantity would be delivered soon. Even after almost 1.5 months there is no clue about the delivery and they have cancelled my order without refunding my money.                                         Hi this is Ravi from kolkata. In 22nd june, 2015, I ordered a 5 nos of combo pack polo t-shirt of tsx in small size for my brother birthday gift . Bt after delivery the product i see that the all t-shirt are xl size then again i call da customer care told them everything then they take my complaint. Then after a few days later again i recieved my t-shirts and wat i c again then they doing mistake. Only one t-shirt is small size da other all r medium size. Its really very embarasing to again call da customer care. They takes so many time to delivery the ordr. I really shocked homeshoap 18 is a very big brand, bt they cheet us.
