      last year in the month of october we bought 3 choppers from your company and they only worked for just a week and then i went your service centre and they told to bring the bill and then other time they told to bring the register number and after that they gave us some numbers to get our complaint register they are saying bring order it means your company or providers re not at all intersted in helping us and they are only confusing us and now we are totally messed up and if no action will be taken we will be taking the issue to consumer court.

        i have purchase a tablet 5.6.2015 with keypad, after 2 days key pad stop work, then i made telephonic discussion then they said we are giving 500/- rs coupon through sms for purchase keypad. then they said we not sell only key pad. according to your policy if the product is defective then we can revert product to company. now they are saying we will not accept the product. order & dispatch detail given below : 1 order no.[protected] 2. complaint no. :[protected]. please look after this complaint.

          Maine 07/06/2015 ko intex aqua y2 ips grey mobile phone order kiya tha jiska delivery time 18/06/2015 tha. jo ki aaj 26/06/2015 hai abhi tak nahi ho paya hai, AWB no. se serch karta hun to 13/06/2015 se current location KOLKATA APEX bata raha hai. mujhe 3 din ke ander delivery ho jana chahiye, nahi to order cancel kar ke cash refund kar dein please.                     Sir, I had ordered a Spice mobile model Mi-506, but sir the mobile's model is of March 2014. I had ordered the same mobile a month back and it's model was of December 2014. Because of this gap the two models have different Android softwares. I have received the delivery today at 10 in the morning. But the phone is not turning on. I even tried and exchanged the batteries of the two phones and the old phone was working perfectly with the new battery. But the new phone is still not starting up with the old battery. I hereby request you to either exchange the phone with a fresh and working model or refund the money. Thankyou Dolly Bhatia

                      I have purchased a saadi from home shop 18, at the time of delivery i have get the saadi & open the packet i saw the saadi is defective, I have registered a complain at the same time. I have decided to return the same. I have sent the saadi to HS18 on 27/04/2015, but they denied to accept the parcel & i have get the parcel return. On 05/06/2015 i have once again sent the parcel, this time also they have not accepted, but till today i have not received the parcel, i received the call from there side that where is gopalpuri, i asked why do you asking but they can't told me the reason. Actully i have shifted to gopalpuri, so i have sent the return address of Gopalpuri. At this time also they have no information about the parcel. Please do the needful & oblige.                                   i have ordered wespro notebook order number[protected] from homeshop 18, after i got the product today, i charge it and then start the system, after i start the system it not booting, instead showing wespro and android jellybin 4.1 and get shut down, this type of problem generally occur in old system after long use and needs formatting, why a system that is so new act like an old system that need formatting? It is mainly because homeshop 18 is a cheat, and deliver second hand/ used product, along with that the computer screen shivers when it showing wespro and android jelly bin, also homeshop 18 not given me the free kit that was available with the product.

                                    I just bought wespro notebook from homeshop 18. . Order no.[protected]. . Delievered today at 20th june 2015. .

                                    After adequate charging when i start the system, its not booting​. ​. .

                                    So i called wespro service centre in kolkata and tell them the problem, giving details, ''that it showing wespro, and then android jellybean 4. 1, then going completely blank''. . They told the system need formatting and if it is new it should be exchanged. .

                                    In order to cross check i called several computer engineer friends of mine (I have proof of some of them in whatsapp) they also told that the system need formatting.
                                    Why a product just newly bought needs formatting?​ can you imagine the new system needs formatting? The product must be second hand / old product.

                                    Also i havenot receive the free sleeve shown in the pictures.
                                    Very poor customer service. .
                                    Please do the needful as soon as possible, or the matter should go to consumer forum. . Because first major fault is that the product is old and not working, second the free kit also not delievered. . Please provide a fruitful service. As soon as possible.

                                        Order placed for [protected]@Home cotton single bedsheet set(05 Nos.) vide order no[protected], price-Rs.399 per set on 13.06.2015.The same delivered to me on 18.06.2015.On opening it was found that instead of two pillow cover as mentioned in your package contains, one pillow cover is received for each set.So for five set, 05 nos. of pillow cover is missing.Please enquire the matter and send me the same in my address.Thanking you.
