Hs 18 the worst/ fake service providing online co. I have purchased two sarees in which one was damaged and other having colour difference in saree & blouse .my order no was[protected],[protected] . I have lodge a complaint for exchange but the repack the same product and send to me without any change in one product. Again i lodge a complaint sub order number was[protected]. They replied that If you complaint after 48 hours we have no exchange and return policy. This saree in no use for me . If It is not exchange i will through it in dustbin. I request all the people who are useing online plz don’t buy from Home Shop 18. You are breaking the trust of people very bed experience. Home Shop 18 is a fake, fraud and Irritable online store. Best product to show Sub slandered & worst product for delivary

      Dear Team I have ordered Set of 10 LED Light Vizio Bulbs from Home Shop 18. Which should contain 4 pc- 10 watt Bulb 2 pc- 7 watt Bulb 4 pc- 5 watt Bulb 1 GC worth Rs 100 Issues- 1- I have received 4 pc 10 watt bulb, 5 watt 5 bulb and 1 bulb which is 5 watt but they pasted sticker of 10 watt (Pic attached). Didn't received any GC worth Rs-100 2- I have compared your 10 watt led bulb with my 9 led watt where my 9 watt bulb is giving more light. (How can a 9 watt bulb give more light than 10) 3- As per my information HS18 only sale 100% branded item but these bulbs are not branded at all. No brands put stickers on bulb for branding where it has been used by Vizio even i cant find any branding in there boxes so what kind of brand Vizio is??? 4- As per there TV show its worth Rs. 2999 and HS18 i giving us in 999 (Discounted price). As I can see the MRP on the box is Rs.100 (Pic attached) which should be 299 if the worth is 2999 means its worth 100*10 = 1000 only. Don't make us fool by selling cheap quality products by showing high discount . 5- I had made a complain to customer care and got a call from your executive from number[protected] but disconnected than i called back on that number and Mr. Himanshu picked the call but i must say his behavior was pathetic and arrogant towards me he was telling that HS18 is not bother about quality its given by Vizio. again i asked to connect me to his senior he transferred my call to Ms Deepika, She was telling me she can only provide me 2 bulb of 7 watt but she wont change the products and she is also not bother about quality. They are telling that they don't have any policy to take return electronic products. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHY SHOULD I PAY 1068 for RS 1000 WORTH PRODUCT WHERE YOU PEOPLE ARE SHOWING IT WORTH RS. 2999 WHICH IS NOT IN ACTUAL. I WANTED QUALITY PRODUCT NOT SOME CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT WHICH ARE OVER PRICED AND THAN MAKING US FOOL BY SHOWING BIG DISCOUNTS. I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF HS18 BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT I AM NOT GOING TO BUY SINGLE PRODUCT.

          On 10.06.2015 my set given to Chandu Services at Mangalore for slow charging Battery Serv.Req.No.10102172F60031, dey gave it back on 20.06.2015 saying new battery fixed but you have to charge. So I have kept for 8 hrs charge but it was not getting on, Again I went and said the problem[protected]F60051) dtd.20.06.2015. they said we will send it to the company within 15 days it will come back but till today I called and visited several times but even now they say not come once it reaches here we will call you. Now suggest me what best I can do it is 1 month I have not received my set. Hope that you will take immediate action and send my set immediately.             please refer invoice no EKTA/15-16/03932, dated 30/06/2015 and order no.[protected] order dated 29/06/2015 of Perfect glow-set of 10 LED light bulbs by Felix.On 8/07/15 as soon as we put 1 LED light of 5 watt into holder and switched on it the bulb got fused after five minutes. Since the product is waranted for one year, hence you are requested to replace our fuse bulb with new one at your own cost immediately.                 I have purchased a mobile spice mi - 551 from homeshop18 which i received on 12 april 2015. On receipt i paid the full amount of rs. 6999 / - vide order no.[protected]. . But on opening the box i found the phone to be defective as it was flickering nonstop. I lodged a complaint over telephone but there was no response. Therefore i went to spice care at baripada, mayurbhnaj, odisha - 757001, i. E. Draupadi mobiles. I gave my phone quite early for a repair but they received quite late vide sr no. 18101168f50001 on 31 may 2015. I received my phone back on 13 june after the so called repair. But the same problem persiisted. Again i went there and gave my phone and they received it on 13 june 2015 vide sr no. 18101168f60001 but till date i have not received my phone and on contact both spice care and homeshop18 are telling you will get shortly. But yester homeshop18 told we will tell within next two days whether you will get back or not.

                Simply they are killing time and harassing me.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Richa Singh and I had purchased 5 bedsheets (Buy 4 get 1 free) for Rs. 2799 offer from HomeShop18 on June 19, 2015. The quality of the bedsheets mentioned on the website and those received were not the same. One of the bedsheets was clearly of lesser quality than advertised as the printing on the sheet had patches of white on a colored background. All the other bedsheets have dulled after just one wash and are not fit for use for their intended purpose rather have been relegated to being used as night-time covering sheets - very far away from the intention i had bought them. I would like to get compensation for 3 of the bedsheets either kind or in cash.                             Hi I placed an order for Jewellery Collection by Kumkum Jewels 14 sets on 02.07.2015. the order was delivered on 03.07.2015. however, When i opened the box, I noticed that beads and jewels from the necklaces were loose also the finish was not good. I immedialtely contacted the HomeShop18 helpline and informed them about the defect. I requested for a refund. however, all i was given was an assurance that I will recieve a call.however I did not recieve any call. I am still waiting for the call. I would like to have my money back, and I have amde a vow bever to buy from homeShop18 again. my order number[protected] and sub order number[protected].

And th problem is not solved. It works very slowly and gets struck every time when ever the data is on. After opening an app it works after 5 minutes. Camera is not good and gets switched off automatically. Please give me solution for this problem. please change my phone.

                                Order no.[protected] dated[protected] Product Name : Nova Roti Maker Delivered on[protected] The Roti maker is not working since day2 from the date of receipt of the product and I have lodged several complaints but not sorted out so far. Homeshop18 runs the same music wait for 48 hours whenever i call them. Complaints numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] etc... Please held me in getting replaced the defective items or let them refund the cost at the earliest. In case of inabilities, let me know so that i can move to other forum.

                                    I recently purchased a Ezy Home Insect Killer (Order No.[protected] and Order Date 19-Jun-2015 ) from Homeshop 18 but after using it for the first time it was not working.I tried to contact to the HomeShop Customer Care for the same but there has been no response from the Seller Side. Since i have been a regular buyer from the Homeshop but this kind of fault cannot be neglected so i request for a quick response from the Seller Side.

                                      We odder this shoes and by mistake we got 6 no. shoes instead of 7 no. I again call and tell them the matter then they says they will gave 7 no. shoes three four days ago. I said we will be not at home and I also Sade that when will we come back then I will call you but when we came back on 29 our nabures gave us the product and when we open it one shoe was of 7 no. and one was of 10 no. I sade then to return our money on the second time but they again give back the shoes. All write the us the shoes but out they were of wrong size. Today I call them and tell them the matter but they are saying that there is nothing written that I Sade them to give us the showes when I call them. Now they are not returning our money or not changing the shoes. I request to give back our money.
