    Dear sir, purchased spice mi 508 in Nov 14. Last month on May I got display problem of the mobile. Given mobile in last month at Sai Mobiles, M.G.Road, Secunderabad. Recently one day back they returned it but its not working so handed over once again to them. They have taken for testing and now rang up to me and said having mother board problem and asking me to bare the cost. Please assure the product stopped working suddenly which is in warranty.

      Sir i have purchase a spice mobile set No.MI-347, at Rs.2399/= TIN #[protected] Order#[protected] Dt. 07/4/2015, Sub order .[protected] but yesterday on 17/6/15 is not working a single apps opening and not showing all my contact number and can't be able to receive any sms. repeatedly showing that storage is full please uninstall some apps or clear apps caches .but today is right now phone is not switch it therefore I would request you to kindly arrange the matter or replace a set early as possible.             I have ordered Spice mi 514 mobile phone on date[protected] on homeshop18. There executive said that it will delivered in 5-6 days. Its now 16-06-15, still i didn't receive my product. I called to homeshop18 several times and the courier company Gati courier too, but i didn't get any positive reply from them. My order details are as bellow. order no.[protected] Tracking Number[protected] so Please solve my problem as early as possible.
            This is with reference to your order no.[protected] placed with us dated 5th June 2015 for Spice 5 inch(12.7 cm) Dual SIM 3G Android Phone-MI-514-Golden (Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd.). We would like to inform you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered to you in 5 days.

            1) Power bank with this have to be of 2000 mAh and sent 1600 mAh and actual output of this is 1000 mAh...
            2) Watch they sent is not working...

                This is with respect to order no[protected].in the month of April I purchased a XOLO mobile from homeshop18.As I had problem with phone I took it to authorised service center for replacement. they issued me DOA letter for replacement.I called homeshop18 for replacement .they asked me to send that DOA letter first after confirmation they will replace.but they took nearly 30 days for taking back my mobile. I asked them for refund so they assured me that they would give me refund cheque.its already 20 days past I ve not received any cheque .my mobile, money is with them only .if I call the customer care n ask for refund cheque, those customer care executive name deepika is speaking irresponsibly. they r playing with customers money.I would suggest don't ever purchase any product from here, as they are not customer friendly.before purchasing they will give so many mails n messages of the order but once i[censored] face any problem after sale they won't give any response.its already more than a month I m not having mobile n also the money .everything is with them only .I would wish to make this a big issue.they r playing with customers.

                  This is complaint against homeshop18, as homeshop18 is not giving my refund for this order in spite of multiple reminders

                  I had raised my ticket on homeshop 18 and also called them multiple times to get refund on my tshirt which was short of quality. .

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I Manoj Tanksali had ordered a Spice mobile through a call to home shop 18. At the time of booking my order I had clearly asked about the process of returning the product in case I didn't like the product and it was clearly told to me that in case if I am dissatisfied with the product same can be returned back to home shop 18 after informing with in 48 hours of product delivery. After I received the product I got to know that the touch screen is not working properly, and I called up the customer care number and told them about this.. They upfront declined to accept the product back. Why are there different versions at the time of booking the product and while returning the same ??                         I had ordered Fashion Fiesta - Pack of 3 Fashionable Denims(order no[protected] by Uber Urban on 03-Jun-15 .The order was delivered via Aramex on 05-Jun-15.Since the size did not fit and the quality of the items was not good, I requested for returning the items and refund of the amount on 06-Jun-15. When there was no action on the refund till 8th June, I called up the helpline on 8th June to request for return.The reverse pick up was arranged and I received a call on 9th June from your executive for return of the items. Since it was office timing and I was getting into a meeting at the material time, I requested your executive to come upstairs as my office is on the 11th floor to collect the packet to which he refused. The next day ie on 10th June, I got a call again from one of the Aramex pick up executives and I returned the item. Surprisingly, post this I got an SMS that the reverse Pick Up failed for my order and the pick up would be attempted again. The status that has been updated online on my HomeShop 18 account is “Reverse Pick Up failed for your order. on Thursday, June 11, 2015“. Today I received a call from one of your customer care executive asking whether or not I had returned the item. I gave her the details and enquired about the refund to which she stated that the product has not been received by their team and the refund would take a week to 10 days. The foregoing reflects a sorry state of affairs relating to customer service prevailing in the company. Camera photo of this hanset seen half screen and the voice is not clear on this set. My father take this set to spice service center at Alwar twice but the service center told to my father that service center not able to repair the handset.
