      I have purchased Micromax mobile from homeshop18 in Nov 2014 model no. elanza A93. I face problem in speaker & go to simran communication Micromax service center in NH 5 faridabad.They refuse to repair it in warranty. They told it's Chinese local mobile. Now tell me it's solution.           I have bought Floret bra from home shop in two different colours one in black and one in white. I received both of them in black, even the size was problem. When I raised the complaint after two days from the date of delivery, they actually put me to shock by saying that they cant take return, even when the problem is from their side as they delivered a wrong product. I had talks with 2-3 people on phone but none could solve it because they didnt know how to respond to something like this where the customer is at fault because she didnt register the complaint in three days as well as the company who delivered a wrong product. The fact is when there are so many different companies selling products online, giving time to the customer to see and check the product before going for a return, why HOMESHOP 18 failed to give a solution to the problem, instead said we cant help you. Secondly its a gift I bought for my mother, and she stays far from the place where I stay, which also took me two days to come back and retur. Thus two days is too less for even the shops outside where we see the products and then buy- even they give a fortnight. What homeshop did with me was bad, and this is something that I would put on every forum and spread it like the word of mouth, so that people are careful while buying products from home shop. The most important thing Homeshop doesnt have a proper policy which suggests clarity. Since they cant handle customer grievances, they should start concentrating on their business objectives more precisely. Its unused and not even opened because its I received two products of the same size and colour. Extremely sad and unhappy with homeshop's service, I give a 0 feedback to the company. I would even lodge a complaint in the jaago grahak jaago forum so that people know that their money and emotions need to be invested with care.

            hello sir/mam, i bought a tablet from home shop 18 under sub order no[protected] they send me 2nd hand product with opened seal and some quantity is missing. when i call them then one of their team leader(NITIN) said its often happen in HS18, we will call you within 48hours, when i received call from them then amrita said please send me screen shots, i did the same after that when i call them then firstly mr narinder gave me surprise by simply told me we always open the seals of product before dispatch.when i said i also have invoice of another customer within box then he simply told me we can replace the product.when i asking for refund & compensation he denied to do so n said you can visit consumer court and beyond me there is no superer authority in HS18 with who i can talk...what aa pathetic service by HS18

              i have ordered a penta tablet with order no[protected] from this company, but it is not work properly which have shown in tv before buy.touch pad expand one side, battery have no charge keep capacity, camera not so good, when i put a pen drive it switchoff, invoice he has not given me, dongle also not work. i complaint to them to change it and to give me another mobile, but he had said me 'sorry'. so i sunil kumar request you to kindly help me. phone no-[protected]

                I have bought a lava iris fuel 50 awb no:[protected].Under the specification feature in the box content it was mentioned that a flip cover will be provided with this but i received no flip cover with this the order no. Of this product is:[protected] Homeshop18 contacted me and their response was not up to mark two days before They told they would give me a discount coupon of 200 and I can buy flip cover from them getting a discount of 200 from the coupon But my opinion was that as the handset with flip cover costs RS 8300 and which I received was of RS 8000 So. Minimum of RS 350-400 discount should be given and one more problem is that it is not avialable on Homeshop18 webpage so I have to buy from market which is costing RS 500-600 (original lava flip cover)in market ONLINE minimum it costs RS 400-450 and also then I have to pay 100-150 delivery as order is less than 499 charges so all total I have to pay RS600 so, their looks two option first they would arrange a lava original flip cover oomeshop18 contacted me and their response was not up to mark They told they would give me a discount coupon of 200 and I can buy flip cover from them getting a discount of 200 from the coupon But my opinion was that as the handset with flip cover costs RS 8300 and which I received was of RS 8000 So.                       I had purchased a mobile set Spice MI-514 Dated 19.05.2015, with in 12 days its display is not working. I reported this problem to Spice Service Centre (Karol Bagh) but they denied to resolve the problem and they giving me non-sense reason that it got moisture and because of this display is not working, i had already purchased couple of spice mobile through homeshop 18. I always refer to peoples to buy products from you but after this experience i dont think i should refer to any one abut you. above all kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible for your end unless i will go to consumer court.                           I had placed an Order No.[protected] on 6th May 2015 for "Padmini 3 Burner Crystal Black Gas Stove - CS-3GT Prima" to Homeshop18 and made the payment through my Credit Card. On 9th May 2015, a packet was delivered to me by DTDC Courier. When I opened the same, I found that was a different model of Gas Stove than for what I placed the order. It was Model No. 3GT Prima. In fact I had placed order for Model: CS-3GT Prima with the specifications of Copper Burners and Auto Ignition facility. But I received Model: 3GT Prima with the specifications of Aluminium Burners and Manual Ignition. On 10th May I logged a complaint through "My Ticket". against which I received the massage as under: "Customer Care[protected]:55-Dear Mr.M. K. Saksena, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As per as your query is concern kindly send the snapshot for the invoice received with the product mentioning your order number at [protected]@homeshop18.com for us to give you better resolution of your complain.Warm regards, Customer CareHomeShop[protected]" On 12th May 2015, I sent the scanned copy of the bill through mail. On 13th May 2015, I received the following reply through mail by H18 Care: "Dear Sir/Madam, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that we have escalated your complaint to our Customer Service Team for the resolution. We request you to please wait for 24-48 working hours. We thank you for your time and patience. Order No[protected] ; Complaint no[protected] Thank you for your patience and for using our services! Thanks and Regards Bhawna Kumar Customer Support Executive HomeShop18 [protected]" There are so many mails sent by me to Homeshop18 and their reply but my complaint could not be solved so far. I made so many telephonic conversation also to Customer Care of Homeshop18, every time 2 to 3 days time was given by them for rectifying their mistake by replacing the correct Model of Gas Stove. Homeshop18 could not picked the wrong model of Gas Stove from my residence so far. I request you to go through in the details of the said Purchase Order placed by me and get me the replacement with the correct one.

                            Concern, I have requested for 7 T-Shirt XL order no 97034245 and has received the Courier yesterday But the Courier which i have received was of XXL size which was wrongly Sent Also when i opened the parcel i found the Paper inside where in there was the address of Rahul Sharma (Jammu) but the address over the parcel was of mine, might be the Courier is exchanged with some another one Now, when i registered a Complaint regarding this[protected] they said that i will receive the Call from our Concern department Give me a clarity, When i placed an order on 22-May-2015 and received the Courier on 26-May-2015 which was wrong one and then again i have to wait for next 72 hours (3 days ) for a call and then after 2 days the person will come to collect the parcel then again i have to wait for next 5 days for replacement of courier whats the use of placing an order and getting the parcel after waiting 16 days Its not the first time, whenever i have placed the order there was some or the other mistake from your end Please take this complaint on priority basis or else its not me its you who will suffer

                            I have requested for 7 T-Shirt XXL order no[protected] and has received the Courier. I opened the parcel and wear the T-Shirt at that time I saw that the T-Shirt is so much large size was 46 after that I called to Homeshop18 Customer care to exchange this T-Shirts from XXL to XL and the Customer care executive told me that he received my complain, he suggest me that send the parcel through courier after that Homeshop18 will exchange the parcel with XL size at that time I asked him that which courier, he said any other courier and courier charges will pay by homeshop18 after received the parcel. Similarly I sent the parcel through Bluedart courier and courier gave me a Money Receipt after send the parcel again I call to Homeshop18 customer care executive and told him that I have sent the parcel and also I email to [protected]@homeshop18.com with attached the Bluedart courier Money Receipt of Rs. 500/- I return the parcel on 19/05/2015 but till now I have not received the exchange items and not received the Courier charges. when I returned the parcel after than so many times Homeshop18 Customer Care Executive one by one call me and confuse me, they did not give a proper solution. Please take this complain on priority basis otherthan I bound to understand that I have lost Rs. 1068/- of product price and Rs. 500/- of Courier charges on online purchase with Homeshop18.

                                I ordered for Kenstar Air Cooler on 28 April 2015, I received it after 15 days. It was faulty one. Wheel was broken. Fan not working. Remote was missing. Giving foul smell. I asked for replacement They came to pick it after 7 days. I got product after replacement. Again it was faulty one and was of another lower model. I spent 7490 INR for this product, and I am still struggling to get the right product from pathetic Homeshop18 company. Really they have made me cry and since the day I have ordered from this company, all I do is follow up and try to track my order by calling them and emailing them. And these people are just senseless and insensitive towards the customer. Homeshop should be banned and shut down permanently for such frauds and exploitations

                                  i am regular customer of on line shoping, but this time i am not satisfied with your service. i purchased spice mobile phone spice full touch dual sim phone -M6112- golden as on 08/04/2015 my order no[protected]Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd.) problem is my mobile not working in proper manner. Sensor not working in good condition, when i touch for opening the file, not open in one tap. When i open any application automatically audio will start and give the instruction about file. i am calling your customer care your representative are telling me go to the spice service center after i call spice service center his phone is not responding. than i am calling again your customer care your representative are telling me i am send a sms your complain no. and our representative are talk with you 48 to 72 hours . but i am not recieve complain no So i want to replace this mobile from North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd. . kindly inform me about the replacement of this mobile as early as possible. Thanks & Regards...

                                    on 21/5/15, on seeing your television advertisement homeshop 18, I tempted and placed order nayasa square printed service ware with an offer buy 6 pecs get 6 pecs free costing rs. 1299/- The item was delivered on 26/05/2015 and opening I am surprised to note that package containing 6 pecs with plastic spoons accept extra free 6 pecs not contained in the box which is complete violation from your commitment. This is never expected such a company cheated and full to customer. I want to know will the company conform there commitment. Awaiting reverse from your end. Mrs. Jayanti Das Gupta
