    I have ordered the car seat cover for Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo on 11/04/2015 for Rs 4945 which is paid through my debit card of Central Bank Of India.The order no is[protected] . Yet i have not received my ordered product. The reminder is also given so many times but still i have not got my product .Either send my seat cover or refund my money immediately and i also want reply as soon as possible.

      I NILAM SINGH of jamshedpur is totally disappointed due to your such a poor service. I had odered for SPICE STELLAR-518 from your site on 20th may, 2015 and got the delivery on 23rd may, 2015 probably much before the expected time. But the problem is that along with the phone the main thing that is the battery was missing. its was not in the phone box and also with the phone the freebie items which we were going to get that was a watch, a sunglass and a headphone was also not available in the phone box. only the coupon was there in the box. totally disappointed from your service want to return the phone if i don't get d missing item in just two working days. I am not at all satisfied with your service.

                My order no.[protected] placed dated 4th May 2015 for Spice 5inch (12.7cms) 3G Android Quad Core Phone-516-White Mobile- Watch (Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd.) priced Rs.4999. The order has been assured to be dispatched and will be delivered to me in 3 days. I have received a package of "5 in 1 Graviera Suitings" worth Rs.999/- instead of above order mentioned. I have lodged tickets and made numerous calls to the customer care. At last they have collected the package and dispatched my mobile after 15 days. This is worst experience for me with Homeshop18, who couldn't able to deliver right product in right time. The customer care executive (name not remembered) has apologized for the inconvenience and assured that he will provide the product soon. But the dispatch of the product has been done after they received the wrong product to their office. And one of the executive has assured me to provide compensation amount or any product. But now they are declining of any assurance.

                  dear sir i m ketan gaude i purchased new mobile celcon DOA 1305GA403601A01 MODEL NO;A354CBKWT on 09/03/2015.i dint opened that mobile for 2 days becouse i was out of state and when i opened it it was faulty . after that i contact ur custmar care they told me to go to your service center margao goa .i went there they had checked it and covered it with 1 ceirtifiact and told me to give it to dealivery office i went there theye told me that we dont got mail form service center n then only they will collect it from me n now 7 days are past they dint reply to my complaint .and dnt get to much of time beacuse i am working i a company so i please request you to replace sevice completion date 13/05/2015 model A354CBKWT IMEI NO [protected] MY CONTACT NO [protected] please replace it immediatly

                    Homeshop 18 is the biggest thugging network in india.I want to share one of my worst experience with it. I bought 101 pices steel dinner set for 6000 rs + 150 rs delivery charges on 14th may 2015 booking cash on delivery the courier guy delivered me the items on 20 may 2015 and he took money and went off when I checked the product its quality was totally unacceptable and you can imagine they mentioned 16 kg weigth on the website but its actually 6-7 kg only and the tey mentioned free products one pressure cooker, one iron and one bag but only pressure cooker was there in the box thats too of very low quality but pakaging list on the top shows that it include all items so their paking list and items alos not matching. Somehow I thought to return the product but these guys started telling so many things asking me to scan the bill and send pack the items and courier to the address they are not ready to arrange the pickup even I am ready to pay for that. My order number is[protected]. I request all the peoples who are buying online please don’t buy from homeshop 18 because it is impossible to get refund from these guys unlike to flipkart and amazon and other good brand sites. They deliver alwyas low quality products home shop 18 by collaborating with local suppliers just thugging the peoples.

                    I have purchased 10 LED bulbs with free gift items that are a mobile bar phone, a decoration bulb, a solar LED latern. I got the dlivery and opened the box all items were of very low quality. And two LED bulbs blasted within 15mintutes when I plugged it.
                    So guys dont buy from Homeshop18. They are a big fraud supplying useless products.

                      Sir I book a spice mobile phone on 18may2015, when I was watching show on TV, after booking my name selected on lucky draw and flashes my name on TV as sixth winner, but I was very much disappointed when after three days when talking to customer care for delivery of mobile, customer care informs me that I have cancelled the phone order, how cheap and redicles was the information of or customer care which gives me false statement. Please inform otherwise I file a case against company for cheating me.

                              this is raghavendra here, last month I purchased a xolo windows phone from homeshop18.order no[protected].mobile worked well first week.but after that it gave lot of problem.so I called customer care n asked for replacemneg but they said it is not possible, take it to xolo service center they said.so I went there, asked them for replacement.somehow I got DOA letter from them.after getting I again called customer care n asked procedure for replacement .they said me to mail DOA letterand wait for 48 hours, within that time they will call back n give solution they said.its already 6days passed I mailed them the DOA letter but there is no response only.whenever I call they will tell, a call is arranged for u, our executive will call n solve they said.but I didn't get any call at all.they r such a irresponsible people they don't even reply to mail.Now I m worrying what to do as DOA is issued mobile can't be repaired, it as to be only replaced .I m really not knowing what to do with this people.please anyone help me.

I ordered it on 27th April .Whn I called thm thy said I wil get a call within 2 days or so but I dint get so I called again n today on may 18 I got a call saying I have to use it as I got n he was very rude I said u peopl while selling say tht we can return d products If we don't like n no answer will be asked but it is not true thy asked u thy covin to keep d product I don't know wht to do I think I shd go to consumer court for cheating I am a regular costumer of them then also this is happning wid me.plz do ask them questions before buying any thing for this company as I thing I very Important n d people who call you r very rude.(HOMESHOP18)

                                    It's 21 may today n till date no phone nothing from homeshop18.
                                    I requested the homeshop18 people to just exchange it don't give me my money back but they are not ever doing this favour on me as I am their costumer since 2011. It's real shocking tht they are acting so so wiredly

                                      Honestly most ridiculous experience ever had. Bought a combo of loafers (Blue and Black - Size 9), On 23rd april got delivery which was Brown Loafers with blue laces and Black loafers of size 8. Registered a complaint (#[protected] on same day (23rd april) for return. After few days they are saying that they have got information from warehouse that Product is used, When I asked them to send me snapshot of product they said we can not share it with customer and when I asked to send me back the same product I'll complain against you in consumer court they said they can not return the product either. I mean how much limits these guys can cross. Mr Sundeep Malhotra (CEO HS 18) you really need to have a check on your company and attitude of your employees, especially Mr Gaurav Singh, Brahm Dev Sahu from your escalation department they do not even have sense on how to talk to customer. My only question is when you are saying the product is used why do you hesitate to share the snapshot of the same and who the hell are you to keep the product I have paid for (with Coupun + Cash), and how can you guarantee that the product was not used by your own staf[censored]ntill this time, if you need donation to run your company go and beg in front of any temple or gurudwaras, don't use customer money for your expenses, there is no way you can keep the product the customer had purchased. You guys are not less than Dacoits and people reading this thread I would suggest you all to beware of this company and do not buy any products form them, there are lot many companies like Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal who follows the marketing rule of "Customer First"

I would like to tell you that the phone is defective after geting the phone on 26/04/15 after 4 days this phone is not working. It is defective when I went to the service center they also said same thing "this phone is defective" and one thing also i would ilke to tell about the Gift voucher worth Rs. 500/- is not in the box when I complainted about this matter your customer care excutive Ravi said that after one week you can get by courier but till now it wont come.
