      Dear Sir, I have bought 10 led bulbs from home shop 18.The led bulb quality is very poor and all the bulbs have been fused with in 1-2 days after use.I have complained abuot this matter and also have write the mail and it was assured from your side that matter will be resolved with in 2 days after complaint but so far issue has not been resolved. I do not want to use your product and pls refund my amount rs. 1068/- as your warranty is for 1 year but quality is so poor.I do not have so much time to call you more over you do not provide any solution to the customer so I do not want your product and pls refund my amount.                   We placed a order no.[protected] on April 26th, 2015 vide payment thru credit card for magazine cum newspaper stand. Daily we are following up with customer care number team but blaming that courier company is delaying not our fault. Is this our job now to follow up with courier team also as we have paid the amount Rs. 1, 119/- in advance. Like other site, no message is sent for the delivery status and we are very disappointed. If you people are unable to deliver this product, give us our money back, otherwise I will be forced to write a letter to media for fraud done by your company.

                            About two three months before we had brought two shilpa shetty kundra saree. there is a problem in one of the saree. we complaint on home shop 18 office.then the customer care send a collector man from ecom express to collect the damage piece .the man had collected but had given the reciept of someones other.then once again we call back to them and told them the whole problem. and to give the correct reciept and refund the moneyback..but the customer care said that they did not refund the money instead of this they can give us some other product we have already booked the projects.. but nowdays ther is no response.home shop 18 have our all infomations our phone number is [protected].so, pls kindly sort out our problem.pls call on the number mention at the earliest.

                                        I purchased one spice mobile for home shop last week. Its creating a lot of problem. I have already complain with Home Shop thorugh your customer care. As per the specification, the battery life is 19 hr. But, it is working only 4 to 5 hr even Iam not using facebook, whatsup. There are problem with spice software. It is hanging frequently . Your executive forward me the customer care no and spice service center no., they are not reachable Also the gift voucher, the terms & condition you are not clearing at the time of purchase. You gave me Rs. 1000 gift voucher and I can avail upon purchasing of Rs. 5000. I request you to kindly replace my spice mobile.
