hi i had ordered toni and guy refresh it shampoo 200ml (my order no is[protected]not only i received the parcel late but to my shock it was not the product i had ordered and the other shampoo which i got for for wavy hair(i dont hv wavy hair at all) was totally damaged.they asked me to return it.i couriered them back immediately and i got a call tht they hv received the wrong damaged product and they are investigating the matter.its almost a month i had ordered it but they just giving excuse, the product was ordered on Friday, March 27, 2015 i recieved it on April 07, 2015 (they promised 3 working days but i received it much later) since then i am just trying to follow them up all i hear is just excuse.the product cost was 949 + courier charges. plz help me thanks and regards neelu agarwal

    Hello, This is a request for a refund of my amount which i paid to purchase xolo win q1000 from your online shopping store. The main reason is that i am very disappointed with your service, first time i got a soap (expert bar) instead of mobile and the next time your store sent me a phone which is defected.       I ordered a product and i received it on March 19th. When I open the product found it was an used one and happily they send it to customer!!! The order no is suborder #[protected], product is Wonderchef Turbo Dual Speed Food Processor with Peeler Plastic Carrot Grater and Slicer. When I talked to their customer care executive, they suggested to return so that i could get my money back and they would pay me the courier charge with the product price. It is now almost 2 months passed, still I have not get anything. Every time I talked to them, they always asked for another 1/2 days, 7/10 working days.. blah blah. They are simply cheating customer in a very large range. When I talked to some of my colleagues, they also faced some of problems with this website particularly. Please be WARNED, don't take anything from this company as they used to harass many customers giving fake commitments.

          I have purchased a BSNL Penta Tabtop (11 months back) from homeshop18 with order no.[protected]. I found that the quality of video Recording /Photo is very poor as the photos taken or video taken was not clear. Complaint was filed with homeshop18 through email (in the month of April 2014 immediately after purchase). But till date neither I have received response nor the item was replaced. Now again I am experiencing a problem with battery. The fully charged battery is showing battery charge is nil. Further, the screen was not opening in spite of pressing open button. If I want to switch on the button than it should be connected to charger otherwise it will not open. The delivery of such poor quality product was not expected from such a reputed online marketer. 5 days back I have received a call from customer care stating that I should take the tabtop to Bellary (city was located at a distance of 400kms from Belagavi) service centre. 2 days back I had received a call from executive of Homeshop18 and he had informed me that the homeshop18 was not responsible for product defect and asked me to contact penta (manufacturer) and also said that the same was displayed on the website of homeshop18. Such poor and pathetic service quality was not expected from such online marketer. Today when I was planning to connect the tabtop with charger, I found that Penta Tabtop was opened automatically and there was bag inside which had probably put the pressure on both the covers as the size of bag had increased making it impossible to close both the end covers of tabtop.             My wife Mrs. Anurag Kumari had booked collection of 5 designer printed dress materials on homeshop18 on 5/4/2015. Order number was[protected]. the product was delivered on 7/4/2015 after payment of Rs. 1999/-. But after opening of the packet, it was observed that two of the dress material was defected which was reported by my wife on same day 7/4/2015 to the customer care executive of homeshop18 who advised to pack all the five dress material alongwith a complaint letter inside the same packet and stated that they will collect it either for replacement or for payment of amount after cancelling the order. the packet containing all the five dress material alongwith a complaint letter inside was collected from my residence on 15/04/2015. but after two/three days, the officials of homeshop18 called my wife and told that they received only two dress material inside the packet. thereafter, i and my wife has talked several times to their customer care officials but they are only saying that they received only two dress material, whereas we had packed all the five dress material in the packet. they are not ready to either return the amount or deliver the replacement. in such a situation, we are totally unable to get the return or replacement. we are totally unable to understand that where we have returned all the dress material, then why they received only two out of five. now, they are making me a lier. i am a gazetted officer with government of india. i feel that it is a hidden source of income of this company or their officials or otherwise. finally, i left hope to get my amount of material back and told them to keept the amount/material with them.

              Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that Ihad ordered electric tandoor on 11th Mar15.with Order No.[protected] & Sub Order No.[protected].When recieved, it was found to be defected piece.On calling no. of times on toll free no.we were told to despatch to Golden Sparrow Ind., We had sent to above mentioned adress as told by you through IPO(Speed Post) on 24th Mar15 bearing No.-EE[protected]N.But the parcel was not recieved & again sent back to us. Again after contacting you numerous times, we were told to sent through courier to the address mentioned by you. Now once again Ihave couriered the parcei through Track On courier with POD No.[protected] on23rd April15. I have attached the reciepts of Speed Post & Courier.                 I have ordered a washing machine worth Rs.22000 from homeshop 18 with order id[protected] on April 5 and it is almost a month that my order is not delivered despite several complains via mails and calls. Whenever i call them they just provide bad response and say that we have registered my complain and since one month i am not getting any sort of valid response from their side. Request you to please look into this on priority basis.

                  I bought two insect killer from above cos.& one of product started malfunctioning after receipt of 3 days.I made complain to cos.on 16/4 & asked replacement.They kept the same issue pending for more than 10 days & denied replacement as warranty period is 48 hrs.I asked the product started giving problem on 3 day, how can we follow your rule.At last on 28/4 they refused for replacement & asked to talk manufacturer directly.I said how can I go to mfg, when product bought from you.They did not listen problem & stop responding on this complian.This is violation of contract & insensitivity to consumer right. When i opened the box i found the quality of products in very bad shape and it does not contain the items shown in advertisement.                                     मेरा ऑर्डर नम्बर[protected] है मेने होम शॉप से एक मोबईल की ऑर्डर किया लकिन उनोने मेरे को सिगल सिम का डैड फ़ोन मेरे पास भेजा जिस की मेने कम्प्लेंड भी तुरंत की वो हर बार ये ही बोले आप बेट कीजिये 24/48 hr में आपकी दिकत सलव हो जायगी 24/04/2015 को 05:20पर बोला जाता है की आपका फ़ोन 3 दिनों के अन्दर वापिश हो जयगा आप को में पता बेज रहा हु आवर उसके अगले दिन फिर बात करता हु तो कुछ और ही बोल जाता की आपको इंतजार करिये आपकी जाच में 7/8दिन लगेगे और अभी बोलते है की आपका फ़ोन चेंजं नही होगा ?कभी कुछ बोलते है कभी कुछ लकिन अभितक कचंग नही बदला गया मेरी हेल्प कीजिये

                                      ORDER NO.[protected] DT 03.04.15 I ordered a milk pan which was told to be of 2 litre capacity on TV. I enquired the same from the helpline of Home Shop and was told if I was not satisfied with the product I will get my money back. I received the milk pan, but noticed that the capacity of the pan is not 2 litres. I contacted the consumer care of Home shop and lodged my complaint and requested to collect the item and refund my money (Rs. 999). They refused to collect the product and asked me to send the product to Mumbai. They will check the quality of the product and if found OK would refund my money. While purchasing I was never told that they would not provide the return pick-up facility. Now I am being harassed.                                       I want to inform you that i have purchased a Windows 3G Quadcore Phone - Q1000 Win-Green vide Order no.[protected], order dated 1st April 2015 and date of delivery is 03.04.2015.

                                      Further, i want to inform you that in the above said handset i am facing several problems like battery / handset heating, heats up on charging, while playing games the game
                                      window close suddenly and it comes to the main window, touch response is
                                      very poor or not responsive, several applications hang several times,
                                      light defective at back button, screen display defective at search
                                      button, battery backup very low.

                                      In this regard i have complaint Home Shop 18 many times over phone from
                                      09.04.2015 and I have personally visited the Home Shop 18 office at
                                      Sector- 16A, Noida, U.P. on Saturday dated 25.04.2015.

                                      Now, i don't want to repair the handset, i want my money back as i have NO TRUST on this brand cellphone.

                                      Now I am being harassed. Please look into the matter and get me refund of Rs.7, 349/- otherwise I will be forced to move to consumer court / Police Station/ Civil- District Courts.

                                        hello sir, maine depsember me new mobile celcon 349* set 3combo pack liya hai usme mere mob. me software problem aaya hai jab main kisi ko call karta hu to vo dialled number me dikhta ni hai aur missed call bhi ni dikhata hai hai aur kuch bhi setting apply ni hota hai aur phone memory me massage save ya contact hai vo Delete nahi hota hai . aur bina memory card ka mobile on ni hota hai.. mera mob no [protected] hai.
