Home Shope 18 charges before delivery of ordered goods by credit card . To day I make call to homeshope 18 regarding the payment process but they saying I should make payment first by credit card.In their website there is no contact number to contact. When I asked for contact number they told me to search in google.But in google any one can insert informatin or contact no. I suspect it is fraud . In naaptol payment process is cash on delivery and customer can get contact against each product and unique product code for every product item . But in Hs18 one product code covers a group of item. It is the way to cheat customer by delivering wrong product.But Naaptol is good, they deliver product as per customer requirement and payment cash on delivery there is no chance of cheat, but in HS18 there is chance of fraude.     Hi This is Dinesh Chawla wanna register complain regarding product purchase order no[protected] 1) product was deliver 1 day late 2) there was no coupon given with the other products at the time of delivery 3) while promoting product on TV details was not given that 600 voucher how to redeem that's a big cheating and also it was not told what's the validity of coupon Product was deliver at my residence on 17 April 2015 and Coupon details were send by company through msg on 19 april 2015 after complaining them I think this is the big mistake done by homeshop18 while promoting product coupon redeem and his validity was not told .       Ref. Order No[protected] ; Complaint no[protected] I have placed the order for Crystal Classic Induction Combo over telephone on 19.04.2015 on homeshop18. The order was delivered at my address at Sector-23, Noida today on 22.04.2015. However, when I checked the Crystal Induction cooktop, I find that the same was not working properly and was defective. I immediately registered the complaint for either return of the defective product or refund of my money. Now the service centre people are saying that I will have to courier the defective product back to them at a given address. It is quite surprising that while selling the product, it was delivered at my residence by homeshop18 and while returning the defective product, I have to go to courier agency along with the heavy weight parcel for returning the product to homeshop18 at my own risk and expenses. The homeshop18 and its management is cheating the innocent consumers by giving false lucrative offers and selling them the garbage. They should be held liable for their cheating practices and punished accordingly. I request that my hard earned money should be returned to me by homeshop18 immediately otherwise I have to seek assistance from Court of Law.

        Dear sir I had ordered 1fan before 1 month ago n I got wrong fan I m following than from more than 15 days but they are just saying that courier boy will come n take the fan n after receiving the fan at our side I will dispatch your fan but no one is coming to take fan back from last 15 days they saying that we will take fan back but there is no response from your end.

              About two three months before we had brought two shilpa shetty kundra saree. there is a problem in one of the saree. we complaint on home shop 18 office.then the customer care send a collector man from ecom express to collect the damage piece .the man had collected but had given the reciept of someones other.then once again we call back to them and told them the whole problem. and to give the correct reciept and refund the moneyback..but the customer care said that they did not refund the money instead of this they can give us some other product we have already booked the projects.. but nowdays ther is no response.home shop 18 have our all infomations our phone number is [protected].so, pls kindly sort out our problem.

                        Long pending replacement of non-functioning Skyline Quartz Room Heater against order no.[protected].

                        On 23/01/15, I informed you via forwarded e-mail that the machine delivered on 12/12/14 went out of order just after 7 night use and requested for early replacement.

                        On 30/01/15, I again reminded the same.

                        On 30/01/15 (10:30) I talked to your customer care executive Ms Ava. She very courteously assured me that she will forward the complaint for immediate replacement. She was also kind enough to send me a complaint no.[protected].

                        On 01/02/15 (11:47) I received a phone call from your customer care member. After a long tele talk and after my long reporting and his listening, he assured me nothing other than another phone call within next 48 hours.

                        During last 10 days after my complaint, I received few auto generated e-mails, made telephone calls, received back the same and landed with the liability of gathering records for composing and sending e-mails to you sitting late night (without a room heater) instead of going to bed. You would surely appreciate the position of a very senior citizen.

                        I hope to receive the replacement at an early date.

                          This is Gaurav Kumar Vishnoi, I have placed one order (Order No:[protected] on Homeshop18 and product was delivered to me on 15.04.2015. on the same day, I have raised the complaint (Complaint No:[protected] for return of the product to the customer care. Unfortunately, No action is taken from your team till now. This is really very bad experience with Homeshop18. You are requested to take necessary action against this otherwise I will move to the consumer court to resolve the concerning issue.

                            Hi Guys, I ordered "Nayasa-Red Roses 56 pcs. dinner set" order no.[protected] from home shop 18 on 28 Mar for Rs. 2, 299/=. I received the already damaged piece, then after communicating thru HS18 team, I returned the product on 3Apr. They told me that they have initiated the payment in my account on 6 April but till date I have not received any amount. Everytime, when I call then they ask me to wait me for a never ending next 24 hrs. It is such a fraud company, please don't trust these guys. Please suggest me how do I get my hard earned money back?

                              we returned a product( jewellery) bought from homeshop 18 on 16/03/2015, and yet haven't received the refund from them. we have submitted the POD also. we have been struggling since 1 month behind them making calls every 2 days and they keep saying you will receive a call from them about the refund but daily they keep saying the same thing everyday and do not give the refund.
