    Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that, I Shiv Kumar from Jamshedpur is being purchased a Mobile Phone vide order number[protected] dated 06.04.2015. Product is Spice 5 inch (12.7c.m.) Quad Core 3G Android Phone Mi-511-Mobile + Sunglass + Watch, Qty. 01 No. The item was reached to me on 09.04.2015. After getting the product I have checked it and found some problem in its keypad function. Accordingly I have informed to North India Top Company (p) Ltd. and customer care department. They have book a complain vide No.[protected] dated 10.04.2015 and they assure me that this has been resolve within 72 Hrs. But unfortunately they have done nothing regarding the matter. Again I enquired them. They just told me to contact another number. And this is happen for last 3 days. Now I request you to kindly replace the product within 3 days strictly otherwise I will go for consumer court to fight for replacement for the same. Details as below. 1)Order no.[protected] dated:08.04.2015. 2)Spice 4 Inch (10.16 cm) Dual Sim Android Phone- mi 401-Black 3)Sub Order No:[protected]. 4) Invoice No: TARA/15-16/14753 Dated:09.04.2015. Complaint details: When charging and using the mobile it gets heated and some burning smell also coming. Charger also getting heated and partially charging the mobile ( 20%-30%)only, after it indicates USB charger not supported. What can i do Now. Please do needful to me.           I placed an online order (Pretty lady make-up collection) with home shop 18 vide order no.[protected] dated[protected]. This order was delivered to me on[protected], in which one item i. E, foundation is missing & another item, i. E, lipstick no. 209 has been received in broken condition. I contacted their customer care the very same day. They have given a complaint no.[protected] & assured that within 3 days, the problem will be resolved, but i am sorry to write that nobody has contacted me in this regard. It is indeed a matter of great concern that such a reputed name like home shop 18 is committing such types of lapses in their delivery.             I have purchased Spice MI 514 with above order no as per the product specification Internal Memory of the phone is 4 GB but when I received the phone it is showing only 2 GB internal. I am not able to download temple run2 game. I am very disappointed with the product I get.Request you to plz resolve the issue and change the phone

              Today I have received a Spice MI-514 mobile phone, but the phone is not going On while I have charged the battery for two hours also. When I book this order i saw advertisement on my tv (Vediocon d2h) it showing that we get a gift coupn of 800Rs(500 Rs+300 Rs) But I only get one coupan of Rs 500 only.Leave it but big problem is that phone is not working right now.

                Hi, I received my ordered product, but 3 things are missing from it, Battery, Cleaning brush, and Blades. and also the free products along with it was open, the product packaging was very bad, it gave a look of old thing that is being delivered, very unhappy with HOMESHOP 18, this was our first shopping with this online shopping site, and we are very much annoyed. I hope required action takes place as soon as possible.

                  Hi Guys, I had placed an order of 'Nayasa Red Roses 56pcs Dinner set' on 28 Mar'15 via order no.[protected]. The product was dispatched via Aramex with AWB no. [protected] for which I made payment of Rs. 2299/= via Cash on Delivery. The piece which I received was already broken for which I filed the complaint no.[protected] against order no.[protected] and asked HomeShop 18 team to collect the order from me and refund my money back. As discussed with HS18 team, The courier man came and collected the order and I received a SMS of payment initiated towards my bank account on 6 April'15, Now, Despite of calling Homeshop18 team several times, they have not refund my money INR 2299/= into my account. May I know the reason for this delay? I don't know what services are these guys offering and how much more time I have to wait for getting my hard earned money back. Can anybody help me please in letting me know what should I do to get this payment... Everytime when I called, these guys told me to w8 for never ending 72 hrs call. Shruti

                    Respected sir/ madam A person by name VISHAL SING mobile No.[protected] is repeatedly calling from this no and asking me the details about the bank and ACC No and he is also asking for passwords saying that for debit(refund the amount ) he requires the password and user ID everything.. like this he is saying please help me out this regard... even about the online shopping from this site they have given a used item which i have already mailed u regarding this issue yesterday on 14th april 2015 so help me in this regard i need a response plz...

                        i recently received my order from homeshop18. But the quality of product was not up to the mark. it was light weight and the size was not up to expectations. On the day of delivery, i registered a complaint regarding the returning of the product to the company on the customer care number and they assured me for returning the money within 72 hours. the product was delevered on 11 april 2015, but no action has been taken yet. complaint no.[protected] order no.[protected]

                              I had placed an order with Homeshop 18 on 9th April 2015, Order Number:[protected] Sub Order Number:[protected], which has the estimated time period of delivering it within 6 working days, I got the SMS of product despatched also, but again after few minutes before I got SMS that the product is undelivered. So now I need to know what is the issue for which it got undelivered. Why my ordered product got undelivered ?

                                    We placed one SPICE phone order by order no.[protected] on 6th April, 15 and order was delivered on 9th April, 15. After inserting the SIM, phone didnt show 3G signals while showing 2G signals. We have tried all permutations and combinations but still yet to see success. We have lodged the complaints over toll free no.. The complaint no. is[protected] but every time different statements are being given by call centre people. We have spken to Mr. Jai and Deepika and Abhishek but all in vein. I request you to replace the set without wasting any time. Seek your help...
