A pack of 7 Sarees by zoha was supplied vide order no[protected]. Today I have unpacked the sarees but sorry to inform u that out of 7 two sarees are defective, one is not usable due to visible joint and other due to effective printing. In this way this deal was much expensive for me and also a very bitter experience with hs18.

    While the skilled anchors on Homeshop18 TV Channel were advertising and praising various products including the “Datawind 3G Dual Sim Calling Tablet with Keyboard”, I somehow got influenced by the anchors and the popularity of the channel and decided to order the product. The product was later delivered to me against the COD mode of payment under invoice No. TARA/14-15/947363, dated: 07.03.2015 (Order No.[protected], dated: 05.03.2015; Sub Order No.[protected]. As can be seen that not more than a month has passed, the product has completely stopped functioning. It won’t turn on anymore and believe me I have used this product "Datawind 3G Dual Sim Calling Tablet with Keyboard" for not more than a few hours. Is this what I should actually have expected of the Homeshop18 Corp. and is this the reality of its business? Though I know Homeshop18 is not the manufacturer of the product but I purchased it because these people praised it on the channel and motivated me to buy the product of such poor standard.     Regarding the above complaint, I got a call from an unknown number ([protected]) and the guy asked me to email him my identity proof on the email id "dpt.[protected]@gmail.com" that he sent to me after half an hour through a text message from the number (+91-[protected]).Could you please confirm whether the call was authentic from the concerned agency or Homeshop18 team?

            I am really frustrated n disappointed with HomeShope18 sevices. The product quality is so cheap. Kindly check the reviews of the Product on Google(for the quality) before ordering them. I have ordered the Shamrock doormats and the quality of the products is so cheap. They charge the Price for 2 products and delivered me only one product. From the day, when I got the delivery of the Products I am calling them everyday and they promise me to return a call within 24-48 working hours but its been more than 12 days there is no call from their end. It cost me and time to call them everyday. Because their toll free no. doesn't work. Kindly do not order anything using your Debit or Credit card. If you like something order for COD(Cash on Delivery). But if you guys like my suggestion, Please do not order anything from HOMESHOP18. There are many other better website than homeshop18. I ordered a wallet from Jabong and I dint like the quality of the Product. Their executive visited me in 2 days time and they processed my refund in 4-5 working days. This is call Service. But what HOMESHOP18 is doing is MAKING PEOPLE FOOL. . Guys be aware before ordering anything, May be you losing your Money and Time. Priyanka

              I have ordered fromhomeshop18 TV channel over phone Mahabatchat Jabhardast when I was received The product not meeting as per our requirements immediately inform to customer care but nobody not respond and somebody saying the items you go to sale in market these guys (Home shop) are very using unparliment language.in my suggestion don’t believe home shop 18.I have logged compliant against above said product and compliant no:[protected] and Order No sh:[protected]. Since last three years myselfpurchasing homeshop18 product today onwards I”ll not recommended to home shop and free publicity given to peoples also. When we are taken time they are saying returnable basisafter receiving the product they are saying it is non-returnable.
              Simply Money collected company and no ethics followed don't bothered about customer.

                2 month later when i found my mobile from service center, that has became worsend and found following fault
                1 headphone jack not working properly (one side hearing)
                2 on viberation mode making much noise such any internal part has been loose

                when i said this thing to service center they had been saying that these fault will not be fix

                  Dear madam, I am totally surprised to received your mail, because you have washed your hand by selling a defective product to your customer. Now you have put all responsibilities on your customer by asking me to send the product to you at my own risk & spending my money because I have truly made a great mistake by purchasing a product from you. I have already spend money & time as per your advice, by going to your service centre ( 55, Manictala main Road, Kolkata. Mob no.-[protected]), where they checked the set & told me that the battery was not working. I asked them to give me the document of their checking but they denied to give the document & advised to return the set because the set is new. Other guys, too, had come there with same mobile set with a several number of problems. The set was only 15 days old. So, I have decided to buy other product from you with same value. So, this is your responsibility to collect the product with proper documentation by mail & received slip & hand over the product to me which I want to buy of same value, immediately. Note that all other Internet marketing agencies follow the same procedure which I expect from your side.                     I have ordered saree from homeshop18 TV channel over phone. The saree I have received was a defective one.I have lodged a complaint to return, the day I have received the saree i.e 2/4/15 and I was being told that I will be getting a call from the customer care within 48 hours, which I have not received yet.I have made several follow ups on the no.[protected] and every time I was being told that I will receive a call in next 24 hours.Now its already 120 hours and I have not received any calls from the customer care.I really fail to understand why am I being not contacted to return the product??? I will make sure that in future I won't be making any purchase from Home Shop 18 and make sure that none of my relatives do so.

                        i have purchased online XOLO Q1200 Mobile from homeshop18 channel of Rs. 6824.00. i received the product on 1st April 2015. the mobile getting hot from back side, hang during use and network goes out and i call homeshop18 customer care on 2nd of April 2015 for either replacement or refund of my money. They agreed for refund and told me to courier their product on their address which was send to me by their sms service. when i approached various courier companies, they either denied to take the courier on their said address or either they said that they do not take electronics item in their courier. even i go to India post to parcel the product back to homeshop18 but they also deny to take the electronic items. so when i call customer care of homeshop18 for other alternative address, they deny to give and said that i have to courier them on that address only. i tried several times for help from home shop 18 for arrangement for reverse pick up of their product but they deny every time for reverse pick up. every time they just registered my complaint and assured me to call after after 2 days but no call till date is received from them. . so now i don’t know how to send my product back to homeshop18 and till date no help is received from them in spite of several calls for help from them. please help me. the details of courier companies to whom i approached is as follows. 1. maruti courier- dont have delivery on said address 2. DTDC Courier- dont have delivery on said address 3. Blue Dart- dont have delivery on said address 4. First Flight- dont take electronics items. 5.                           It all started 3 months back when I ordered a dress from u online. Because of size issue u immediately collected back the same. But when it came to replacement with another item then the big issue started. Every time I had to call home-shop & ask that when am I getting my stuff (for which the money was already with u) & every time some or the other call centre executive apologizing but my product was not reaching me. After one & half month the courier delivers a packet on which the same code & name of the dress material is mentioned (which I ordered )but to my astonishment when I opened the packet there was some other dress. Again I called them up to change it. It's already been a month, no one turned up and my 2000Rs is still lying with u. Now seriously, am fed up of calling & taking apologies. I want my money back.

                                      Dear Sir A product with order no.[protected], suborder no. 98125169 was wrongly delivered to us. We informed same at toll free no. [protected]. We were asked to send the product back through courier at following address CHHABRA TRIPLE FIVE FASHIONS Pvt. Ltd. A-15, Naraina Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-110028 But the courier came back because the address was shifted to some other place. After that I have called many time to toll free number and asked them to do the needful but every time they registered my complain and said that you will receive a call for the senior management and they will tell us what to do. Three weeks have already gone and still the product is with us. I am waiting for the refund. Kindly let me know how to proceed. Whether you will take action immediately or we have to approach through consumer court. later we were asked to send the parcel at Najafgarh address but from there also its has come back twice.                                       They dont attend the customers problems at all. Once the product is delivered. They are responsible only upto delivering the product and taking the money. But if somethings is wrong with the product then homeshope cant do any thing. I am trying to send one parcel which was wrongly delivered but for last two months nobody is receiving at their end. One should not opt for this site

                                      This is with reference to your your comments made above. You must be calling on the number which was used to book the product but that is not ours number. You please call at )[protected]. Call if you really have some solution otherwise don't call Because as said by your team i have posted same parcel thrice but its is again sent back. So its unnecessarily harressment.

                                        Customer Name and Address: Amit Wasdev, House No. 3145, Sector 39D, Chandigarh. Order No.:[protected], sub order No.[protected] Invoice No. NATR/15-16/00011 dated 02.04.2015 Complaints: 1. Partial Delivery: The order was placed for two pair of shoes i.e a combo of Men's Blue Boots & Beige Casual Shoes - bacca Bucci Combo -IND 9. However the delivery was made for only Men's Blue Boots. The Casual Shoes were not found in the parcel. The payment was however made for complete order. Even the invoice attached shoes the combo as order. 2. Late Delivery: The order was placed online dated 31.03.2015. It was assured that the delivery would be made within 3-4 working days. However the delivery was made on 05.04.2015 evening 6.30 pm. 3. Rude Behaviour: The behaviour of Customer care representative was found to be very rude when the complaint was made for partial delivery of the order. Overall Experience: Overall the experience of dealing with Home Shop 18 is worst. It cannot be suggested to anyone to go for Home Shop 18.
