ONE OF THE CHARGER OF THE MOBILE IS NOT WORKING AND DEAD. WE TRY TO CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER NUMBER, BUT NO FRUITFUL REASULT IS ACHIVED. PLEASE HELP IN THIS CONNECTION ADVISED FOR FURTHER ACTION.

    Dear Sir/ Madam ( Home Shop 18 team) Ref : Model no : Spice 4 inch Android phone 402 IME # [protected], [protected] from online shopping at Home Shop 18 order no[protected] dtd 18/02/15 & Complaint no[protected] Dear Sir/ Madam, This email is complain for poor service, faulty product and no customer satisfaction at all. I collected the phone from your Borivali service center yesterday finally after so many follow ups. I gave phone to your service center on 27 Feb 15 and got it back after 26 days on 25 March that also with the same defect for which it was given to service centre. After coming home again i got electric shock hence tested it with tester which shows electricity current in the phone. I have a small child at home and cant put life of my child on stake with such faulty product which gives electric shock. Is your company going to take the responsibility of any hazardous event happening at my home due to this hand set? Please find attached a picture of the mobile phone with electric tester and you can see the electric current is there in the metal body of the phone while phone is kept on charging.         I ordered a Micromax Canvas 5.3inch(13.4cm) GSM + CDMA Android Phablet - DUET II I (Seller: Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd.) order no.[protected] placed with you dated 31st January 2015 delivered on 3rd February 2015.The phone works with GSM sim but does not work with CDMA sim. I thought there may be a problem with the sim or the signal from tower since it is an old sim and trying to get a new sim.. Next week after fixing the new sin also it did not work. Then I approached the micromax servce center to check.they told one of the three pins in the CDMA sim tray is broken and said this will not cover warrantee and ask 8000 rupees for service. then only i realised that Ihave been cheated. whine checking with the order it was shocking to note the seller had cleverly given only 48 hours for replacement. please tell me what should i do now.

            Hi Team, I ordered Roti maker ( Nikky Tasha) from your company around 1.5 month ago. After the receiver we found it as it does not work as shown in the TV. It was really a bad product which does not function as shown. I requested for the refund of the money and even after the long follow up your company was not ready to provide refund of money. This is really pathetic way to treat the customer. As they stated that there was 7 day money back guaranty. After so many days of hard trying, we came to know that Homeshop18 Representative is just making us fool and not ready to provide refund. Then i went for another option i.e replacement as explained by your representative. The product got dispatch from my house around 4 week ago, however i have not received any update regarding my second replacement product ie mobile car holder. I placed ordered by my father name as Mr. A. T Jivesh. Requesting you to provide me replacement product which i mentioned in dispatch box as below, 1) Combo dress of 3. 2) Mobile car holder. I received a call from customer service that they they will give call back to me about my second replacement, however i have not received any call from them till the time.               I ordered a kurthi for price 1781(order no:[protected] on Oct 29, 2014. They delivered the wrong product. Then I called the customer service and they told to return the wrong product to a mailing address, and they will refund the money back. So I sent the wrong product in professional courier[protected] within one week. But I didnt get any response from homeshop. Kindly return the correct product/ refund the money. I have lost 1781+100 courier charges because of their mistake.

                      Dear Sir, I had purchased 'Padmini 4 Burner Crystal Gas Stove Cloud' (Order No.[protected] on 26 jan 2015. On 31 jan 2015, courier reached to my home, but the stove glass top is damaged . So I had not accepted delivery of the goods and at the same time, I launched a compliant to Customer Care. Compliant No.[protected], Order No.[protected]. I had done all this as per company's Shipping Policy criteria. On 2 Feb 2015, i got a message in cell phone stating that 'your order has been delivered on 2 Feb 2015. This message is shocking to me as order had not delivered to me till date. HomeShop18 company to show the evidence of order delivery that is my signature for acceptance of order/delivery. Till now the compliant is not resolved from your end. Please let us know when this compliant will close and when my order 'Padmini 4 Burner Crystal Gas Stove Cloud' will be deliver to me or refund the money.                           I order my product from home shop 18 which was cost about 1999 and the product that was given to me was faulty. Calling issues and slow process problem were arrised in the product. The product features which was shown in their tv show were al fraud and wrong promises. I talked to their executive MR.Rakesh and he gave me the promise to refund the price and on the next day their senior representive decline all the promises which were made by Mr. Rakesh . She also decline me the refund of the price and said me 1999 (mey kya logey or). My complaint no is[protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected].

                                      In the name of vidya pawar purchased 3 tops where one top was medium in size where we gave complaint also many times but no one respond. Almost 2-3 months over but top was not exchanged .I am from mumbai remaining 2 tops xl size that is perfect but one top we wanted in xl size it was delivered in medium size. Your executive didn't even respond and didn't even gave door steop for exchanging top.
