Dear sir, My Mobile no is [protected] and i am receiving per day 20-30 from customers regarding service center of SPICE MOBILES, when i asked from where they got my mobile no. every one is saying from Customer care of home shop 18, i tried to clarify the problem with your toll free no but after repeatedly calling them my problem is not yet sorted out. I am not working for SPICE. Same is asked to Spice company also they told previously this no is used in service center and now they had changed their service center and you contact to home shop 18 only. Please updated your service list other wise if will complaint to CONSUMER FORAM.

      I bought a pair of Denim jeans from homeshop18. But unfortunately the size of jeans could not fit to me. I called on their toll free number and they told me that their customer care executive will call be back. Few days later I received a call from their customer care executive. I requested them to exchange my jeans ad they agreed to it but they told me that with both jeans I have to send them free bees also which I got in a deal. But I was not aware that I have to return free bees also so I had used sun glasses which came as free bee. I told them that I just want to replace jeans only so please send me jeans only. You don't have to give me free bees again. But they replied very arrogantly. They told me that to replace your product you have to d us free bees also with jeans which I think is not understable at all.

        I have ordered a set of sarees from homeshop18 TV channel over phone. Sarees delivered were not the one I have ordered and quality was also very poor. I tried to call the same number [protected], but it was disconnected every time with a message 'call blocking issue'. I struggled to search customer care number in there site... finally when I got the number, they said 48 hours crossed so we can not initiate return. They do not have any work around service if customer was not able to contact them for complain. DO NOT buy anything from homeshop18. Quality is not as good as they shows in TV and have pathetic customer care service and return policies.

          I purchased Micromax canvas duet EG 111 from homeshop18. on 19 March 15. they delivered me on 23 March 2015. This mobile when both sims CDMA+GSM is used then only CDMA SIM works. within 24 hours I complained to homeshop18, They asked me to take the mobile to micromax service centre. I did that but micromax service centre did some software setting and then the gsm started working for some time 3 hours or so. afterWORDS again it started the same problem GSM calls not receiving. I informed homeshop18, the said I will get replacement and arranged for reverse pickup. however 5 days have passed but reverse pickup guy has not arrived. I phoned many times to homeshop18 but no proper response, they say courier boy will come. pathetic service from homeshop18.

          Let me tell you what happened at Micromax service centre that I visited. I went to Micromax Service centre Dadar Mumbai branch, there they took the mobile after hearing the problem, they did some software setting by connecting my mobile to their computer. After this they showed me that the GSM incoming is working. I was happy and returned back home. After returning home I got a call on my CDMA number(alternate number) of same handset from my friend that when called on my GSM sim number it is telling number does not exist. I was surprised so I called from my land line number on my gsm it told me number not reachable, although on display range was showing full for GSM. so I tried multiple times only to find that it connects some time but other times it just says number not reachable or number does not exist. so once again I called homeshop18, then they told to visit the micromax centre once more. This time I went to Micromax service centre located at Vashi New Mumbai, they told me that the mobile needs repairs they will have to check motherboard and do repairs and software update if required. I said them that this is new mobile and I am entitled to replacement of the handset if it is defective. They said that the micromax policy is to return the defective mobile within 7 days of purchase, to get replacement and now that it was the 8th day so replacement cannot be given. Only repairs can be done and the repair work will take 1 month if the motherboard is to be changed. The Vashi Service centre also advised me to take the mobile back to dadar service centre as they did not check the mobile properly and returned the mobile to me by doing some software setting, they said they should have processed my replacement at that time itself.

          This is really a cheap answer from micromax.Shame on them. they have no where mentioned this policy on any invoice. they think that their customers are free to visit their service centre located at miles away from customer location. I want an replacement or refund of this mobile. Looking forward to your answer

                we had done on line shopping of cutting blade 7 in one with juicer free.against order no[protected]/[protected].on 15th march 2015. we recieved stocks on 23rd march15 without juicer which was free.So we had launched complaint on 23rd march 15 & we recieved message on 24th your complaint was registered under complaint no[protected] against order no[protected].after waiting for 12 days i had called again they told the order was of 2014.But i had not given this order no to your staff no complaints against this..This order i recieved in 2014 with juicer in good condition i have I just want juicer free for above two order.kindly sent this

                      Dear Home Shop team we purchased Data wind tablet online on 01/10 and confirm data wind service center available in Faridabad.. your repensetive confirm Yes ... still our tablet not working properly and after 1 month 15 day we have sent to Gurgoan service center on 16/03/2015... Today we have confirmed the tablet status ... this not ok ... he needs 2 -3 day time more ... Dear sir we used Tablet only 5 days ... still this is a dump box for me... why are you sale wrong product ... please check itself service center are avialble or not..                             I am writing this to inform you about the displacement of one of the orders ( Jewellery Festival-11 Items by Sanskruti -2 quantites) which I had placed on 24-dece-2014. It’s been over a period of months now that I haven't yet got my product delivered and I have been constantly complaining regarding the same, but no one seems to have the responsibility to take the initiative and get it done. It is a letdown to see, how such a well developed E-commerce company could make such a lapse in delivering the right product. It is a shame to shop from your site. The product was wrongly delivered so I refused to accept it and returned it back as it was delivered to me. Kindly send me the right product which I have ordered else, I will be left with no choice but to place a complaint against you.                                   I ordered a bean bag in the month of feb 2015 and Received it . I was not satisfied with the product . I asked for replacement. It was sent through courier and it has been a month . i call them daily. they hung up the call saying that i will get a call in 24 to 48 hrs. I kept waiting. ticket number:[protected].
