I have bought pearl sensation vide order no[protected] delivered on[protected] in place of imperial green by sempre of london vide order number[protected]because of defective product. This time homeshop18 delivered me completely broken product. The set is broken into 4 pieces and they packed pieces in the box. From delivery date onwards I follow up with their team but all of them asked to wait for 24 hours and hang up the call. Now its over and I don't want to purchase anything from them. I need my refund. That's it.

          I have ordered this combo on 5th January 2015, i go product on 10th Jan, but all fabrics was different not a single piece was matched, so i have requested for replacement, they gave me replacement on 10th Feb, again wrong product, only one pant fabric was matching, again they gave me replacement and gave surety that i will receive original product on phone call, now today i received 2nd replacement and same result, wrong product. They are not giving the original product which shown in their website, other color and combinations of fabrics i received, they are also delaying for replacement and refund of courier charges, and not giving proper solution, now i don't know what to do, so i thinking to go in consumer forum, if they are not give me original product this time, for 1 time replacement they took 1 month, and our money has blocked.. 2nd time replacement order no[protected] 1st time replacement order no[protected] Main order no[protected] They are telling in TV commercial that they have happy and satisfied customer, but i don't think so, they should see this complaints in these websites.

              dear sir i have perchased combo pack of globolite shoes abaut more than three month ago.combo pack was goggles, t shirts and 8 no globolite shoes. i offen wears all companies 8 no shoes. but the shoes provided by home shop18 no 8 was tight to me.i request to replace and give big sizeno9 shoes. i courrier back to companies to replace MY OWN expenditure. but long time had passed no pair of shoes not return to me. i regulariy call homeshop18 for this but no result.please send back my shoes as possible. thanks you.                 Dear All This is for your information that I had gave the order for 15 set jewellery set but once i opend the box i got only 13 sets and remaining two sets are missing. Since than 12 feb 2015 i had lodged the complain but till date i have not received the missing items. Just they are passing the time rather than solving the customer problem.

Order no.[protected] Complaint no[protected] Sir With reference to the above mentioned complaint no I would like to inform you that I had purchased kilkarii cotton cordrouy pants for girls from homeshop18 order no.[protected] complaint no.[protected] reg.mobile no.[protected]. against the above mentioned order no for Rs.1300 Which I returned for the reason of size mismatch homeshop18 didnt replace it as the product was out of stock hence I demanded a refund but its been 2 months now they have not yet refunded the amount inspite of my continous follow up they are not giving any favourable reply

                        I have received Spice Mobile MI 347 Gold Order no[protected] from Home Shop18 on 22.02.2015. found problem with charger & Unit hangs every 20 mins I called homeshop18 ([protected]) for Refund C- Executive told me product will be taken back & will pay the full amount, after so many calls to Home Shop 18, product not yet picked also not received any proper update from Home shop 18 team.

But the jewellery is not the same which was ordered by me. worst experience of shopping with this website. This website does not provide the same products which was ordered by customer.                               Dear sir, I Mr. Shivshankar G. placed a order ( No.[protected] of 5 "T" shirts of XXL size on 22nd of jan and got the delivery on 2nd of feb. On opening i found that the T shirts were of wrong size (XL). On very next day i called to customer care department and returned the product on 10 of feb. by DTDC courier and as suggestions give by customer care executive. The product was reached on said adress by 12 feb but no correspondence made to me. I called on 17 feb and your customer care executive informed me to wait for next 24 hrs. On 19, 21, 24, 25 of feb made a call and every time i got the same answer wait for next 24 hours. I am completely unsatisfied by your service, If you could not returned the correct ordered product i will choose some legal way to file a complaint against Home shop 18. Hope for positive responce.                                   Hi, We have ordered one BERG ROTI MAKER to HOMESHOP18 vide order no[protected]. As the product was defective, we request for refund/replacement of the order. As suggested by them, We dispatched the product (as communicated from Call centre) via JETEX Services vide AWB No 1929206 on 10/11/2014 which was duly received on 11/11/2014(POD attached). Till then, whenever we call at the call centre, they are saying that product s not yet delivered. We have also provided them the POD from courier Co. that same has been received at their end. However, till now we didnot get our refund.

                                    my order number is[protected] i have ordered Min-chopper without electric last month they have given me electric mixer, I have requested replacement wit them after replacement they have again send the same the product, after that i have demanded for refund from then there is no call from them evry time i call on there help line they say i will get a call within 48 hr but it has been 20 no progress on this i have already pay 1300 rs fro this they are not evrn refunding my money this is the biggest cheat by Homeshop 18.

                                      I had ordered a loveu sale trouser on 13th feb 2015.My order no is[protected].I had ordered a balck trouser and i was being delivered a olive colour trouser.Since 13th feb i have called around five times and spoken to your staff.everytime i am being told that within 72 hours you willl get a call.its been 240 hours only i have called and not homeshop.your person says after 72 hours a courier boy will collect the trousers from you and at that time i want get the replacement.again it would take 72 hours to get the right product.this is your policy. I would strongly recommend you people to adopt the business model of flipkart.this is the first time i purchased from homeshop and i am literally irritated.after sales service is so horrible. making policy does not builds a business, serving customers builds it.with my experience i can understand why people dont prefer homeshop. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible and if possible replace the product simultaneously when the courier boy comes top pick the defective product.
