      Hi, My name is Priyanka Thapa and my number is [protected]. I am so disappointed with the person who picked up my call earlier. That fellow did not know how to distinguish customer category.I never faced this problem with you guys.That person picked up the call and simply said he cannot place an order for me and wanted to speak to my parents and hunged upup. How idiotic was that! I am a grown up lady and if you hiring this kind of agent, I am sorry I don't wish to order anything from you people or would recommend it to anyone else. If you can drill into the details and think about your customers, I would appreciate it. Thanking you, Priyanka.

        On 18th Feb we have ordered a product[protected] after receiving we have seen 900ml Box broken and 2 items are missing which was shown on the Show one glass and knife set is not available. We have raised a complaint on same day[protected], but till day no action has been taken from the Homeshop18. We are requesting you to solve the issue on urgent basis.                 We have ordered SUPER COMBO-7 SUIT MATERIAL BY AANYA(order no.[protected] from the website.On receiving the product on[protected] found all suit materials are changed. Since then whenever we call the customer care they said that your product has already returned or our concern team will call you back but they never call us back .We want to return the product and want our money (Rs2999/-) back.We'll never shop with the cheaters again.

                  Dear home shop team I bought a ubislate 7" tablet on 20th(received via courrier).The camera quality is poor in compare to other brand & the major concern is i am unable to on this tablet so i want to return this tablet & want to back my money5999. i have already regusted a complaint against this to ur home shop team. they told me that ur service team will contact me within 48 hour which is too much late.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an item(Panasonic Automatic Cooker) to delivered to my provided address. And the product is delivered to my address on 19 August 2014. But that product was damaged. So I have returned it to Homeshop18 and requested to refund my amount(Rs 2499/-) to my Husbantd. But they sent me the cheque with amount of 2499.00 with wrong name. As I again complain and updated the correct name of my husband(Mr Arun Kumar Patjosy). But Homeshop18 again sent me the cheque with wrong name. Then I registered a complain for give me the right cheque. Till now I have not getting any response from Homeshop18. In between I have changed my residence, and for safe I have provided my husband's office address to send me the cheque. But till now I have not received any cheque from homeshop18. From Last 6 months I am waiting for cheque. When I am asking them for cheque, their reply is the cheque has delivered. But I have never received the cheque. Please do the need full.                         complaint no[protected] We need to return back to jeans as they were not upto our comfort and also they are boot cut jeans though we were shown stretchable narrow jeans.Also we wear 38 no jeans but it is too loose for the same size.We have complained for that long back 15 days but no steps have been taken to replace that or to take that back.Plz do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will have to take firm steps

                              I have booked famous five-pack of 4-polo t-shirt with 1 round neck tee by teesort Xpress XXL on dated 22-Jan-2015.I have received above material on 30-Jan-2015.I have received coupon along with the packet but expiry date of the coupons were 31-Jan-2015.I complained for that on your customer care they assured for assistance.after 5-6 days we have asked again about our complaint while booking of new item(Mobile phone), he/she informed that we can use these coupons till 31-March-2015 and we will get the confirmation through sms on our mobile phone.Again we booked pack of 6 cool half sleeves T-shirt at that time we again asked about use of coupons but he refused.Today i have booked Women suit length and asked to adjust these coupons but again they refused i asked him to give the coupon nos but he informed that this is secret nos and we cant share with you. know my problem is that Home shop 18 send the wrong coupons and after almost 20 days home shop 18 is able to send me coupons.how ever in between i have purchased material thrice.When ever i asked to adjust coupons your guys refused.Guy who book my order asked me to cancel the order.This type of arogentness is not good for your type of shows.Now today your guy asked me to wait for next few days.What is this why should i wait for more days.Kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will take the legal help so that home shop 18 can not cheat the other people.

                                I have ordered "STYLE DIVA 2 - Pick any 1 Anarkali Semi stitched suit by NAAZ-Dark Pink" on 15th Feb from my number "[protected]" .This order was delivered incorrectly with wrong product.I have never seen this kind of worst website where they are booking order very smartly but delivering the product incorrectly.And when I called them they are not able to answer."NO RESPONCE OF CUSTOMER CARE, NO SOLUTION."

                                    Hello, My wife, Pratibha Sharma purchased 'HCL Duel Sim Duel Core 3G Calling Tablet' through Home Shope 18, whose billing and purchasing/ delivery details are given in attached file as a scanned documents. Plz. download the requisite information through attached files. Unfortunately, experience with this product as well as seller (HOME SHOPE 18) is very -very----- bad to us because this is switched off after one hour of purchasing/ delivery (~ second week of December 2014) and on sufficient charging the tablet switched on for hardly few minutes and so on and later 4 to 5 same type of efforts, this has been dead till date. After many complaints and endless efforts, the Home Shop 18 CUSTOMER CARE Executive provide many fraud/ wrong HCL SERVICE CENTER/ EXECUTIVE. After ~ two months a true SERVICE CENTER/ EXECUTIVE contact details has been provided by the Great 'Home Shop 18 CUSTOMER CARE Executive' But, after telephonic appointment when I went to the aforesaid HCL executive Anil Rathore then he told me that first register the complaint to HCL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE and provide the Caller ID/ Complaint ID. Then he touch the mobile for observation of tablet. So, please provide the Caller ID/ Complaint ID for the same so that this great product of great company purchased through very -very great shopping background can be beneficial to us.Regards

NO RESPONCE OF CUSTOMER CARE, NO SOLUTION . SHIPPING MASSAGE "WITHIN 2 DAYS" BUT RECEIVED AFTER 8 DAYS. I have ordered for SPICE mobile, which have problems and I have informed to customer care number [protected]. They gave me Spice customer care number, and Spice person ask to go 60km far from my resident. so no any result. Again I have called on [protected] numbers, they told me to give local Bharuch Gujarat contat detail which is not received after second phone reminder.   Problems : 1. Incoming and out going voice call have lot of disturbance not able to hear and some time cut the call. 2. Charger pin have to plug in reverse direction. 3. Pass current while charging.
