Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed an item(Panasonic Automatic Cooker) to delivered to my provided address.
And the product is delivered to my address on 19 August 2014. But that product was damaged.
So I have returned it to Homeshop18 and requested to refund my amount(Rs 2499/-) to my Husbantd. But they sent me the cheque with amount of 2499.00 with wrong name. As I again complain and updated the correct name of my husband(Mr Arun Kumar Patjosy). But Homeshop18 again sent me the cheque with wrong name.
Then I registered a complain for give me the right cheque. Till now I have not getting any response from Homeshop18.
In between I have changed my residence, and for safe I have provided my husband's office address to send me the cheque. But till now I have not received any cheque from homeshop18. From Last 6 months I am waiting for cheque.
When I am asking them for cheque, their reply is the cheque has delivered. But I have never received the cheque.
Please do the need full.
