i purchase a LAVA W520 Wife router cum battery power bank with order no.[protected] dated 12.9.2014, but internet dongle not connected in wife router, so i go to customer case of LAVA and give product for solve the problem, after 15 day LAVA place to new delivery order to me. (D.O.no.[protected] dated 26.12.2014). so i again call to HS18 and said about DO. Company take old piece and send a new piece with new order no.[protected] dated 5.2.15. now problem is that there is a no new piece delivered it is my old piece was again send to me. i attech both Retail bill copy and DO copy of LAVA. My Mo.No is +[protected]

    DEAR SIR/MAM. I Mr. Neelam Dhyani purchased spice mobile phone through homeshop18 worth Rs. 5999/- my order no. is[protected]. I recived the mobile phone through courier company ARAMEX on 17 feb 2014. after some time i notice that phone is not working properly. battery of that phone getting low very fast. I alredy called for missing of active flip cover and and complant no. is[protected]. your represntativ open 1 more complant regarding defect of the mobile phone in the same above complant no. I recived my order by 2 days delay and after that the product is defective. And i orde black accessory and you give white colour accessory and no flip cover with accessory. i purchased firts time from homeshop18 and it was vary bad expernce for me.i want to give this phone to someone on his b.dayon 19 feb. but due to your service i feel very shameful. now i want to replace my phone or refund my money. for good business relation hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.       Hello, I have ordered a Spice 501 mobile on 07/02/2015 & the same delivered on 12/02/2015. My order no is[protected]. I got three things mobile, sun glass & a wrist watch, however I have not received the 500rs gift coupon as promised by them. When I put the mobile on charge, within 10 minutes it got warm and after one hour it discharged completely.Blinking continually when it is not in use and gets heated if you use it for 5 minutes.

      The very next day I called to the customer care & registered a complain, complain no is[protected].I went to Spice service center as per Homeshop 18 's instruction & they told it is a Software problem, better You solve it with Homeshop18 because it is a brand new handset.

      I called Customer care repeatedly for solving my problem but till now my problem has not been resolved, though they are telling repeatedly within 24-48 hours my problem will be solved. However till date nothing has been done. Please help in getting my money back since i do not want damaged product.

          HomeShop18 has delivered an expired nutrition supplement that has delivered on 19/11/2014 against order no[protected]; They supplied twice the same expired product even after my 1st return of the consignment!!
          I also returned it twice & supporting courier detail is attached herewith.

          For your kind information; no refund has initiated till date 18/02/2015. Kindly note that product was purchased on 06/11/2014 & 3months 12days has already elapsed through repeated mail as well as phone calls.

          After putting complaint; some body bearing mobile number- [protected] has called me & told that he is calling from homeshop18 & asked me to provide atm number so that he can initiate the refund. When I provided he again asked me expiry date, cvv & pin! why homeshop18 is asking for debit card pin?

          Again somebody called me from mobile number-[protected] & claimed him as a representative from homeshop18 & told that this is a regular verification call & I should share these detail. Why should somebody share ATM pin & online registration password? Is it a requirement for homeshop18 refund process?

            Hi, Purchased Singer Multi Stitch Sewing machine having order number[protected] on 19th Jan. The product is damaged as per the GATI Courier Tracking System[protected]. So, I requested the customer care to cancel my order and refund my money(~ 6K). But my order is yet not cancelled since I have received no notification for order cancellation nor is my money refunded.               I had booked an order number[protected]. This order was delivered incorrectly due to which I registered a complaint number[protected]. They offered me a refund cheque of Rs.2599. I asked them to send the cheque in the name of Bhuvaneshwari Iyer and also update my name in their records. I even sent a mail to them. But they always refer to me and Bhuvana and have sent the cheque in the name of Bhuvana. I am unable to deposit the cheque in my bank account. They cheque is also for the amount of Rs.2399 when it should be for Rs.2599. I have registered a complaint for that as well but I am yet to get a call back. I asked them to take the cheque back and now they are asking me to send it through courier and they will not pay the courier charges as well. It is their mistake and they should collect the cheque back from me and issue me a refund cheque. Request you to kindly register this complaint against them and help me in getting the cheque in the name of Bhuvaneshwari Iyer for Rs.2599/-

                I have received order no.[protected] for sinimini girls t-shirts set of 4 -10 -12 years. I am very sorry to say you are mentioning set of 4 T-shirts but I have found only 3 T-shirts. I have already paid Rs. 799 for 4 T-shirts. Moreover, One T-shirt size is wrong. I mean i have ordered for XXL size but i am surprised that size:XXL is written on the cover but T-shirt size is XL which is wrong. You are hereby requested to refund me Rs. 200 for the one t shirt which is still pending. I want to add one thing more that my experience for shopping with Homeshop18 is very bad.                   They have mentioned return policy on their website but no one is willing to follow that in company. I had ordered for a non-stick set of 9 items (Crystal) on COD, after checking an adv on TV. I thought it was on-stick induction base set. To verify it, I called the customer care just after 1-2 days of order and asked if this item is induction based or not. If not, I told him to cancel my order. CC executive check the details and said that "it is not mentioned any where whether this item is induction base or not. So better wait for delivery and once you get this product you can check. You can return this item then also". Now I am fighting to return this product. CC executives are now not ready to refund my amount. I am being offered to exchange this item from any other item available on website. They are not ready to refund the amount I paid for it. So beware to purchase any item from HS18, they have policies to show on website but nobody is following those policies. I have purchased many products from Flipkart, Mantra and Snapdeal.                     hello, dis is Pooja Barai from Nagpur..i hv purchased 5 dress materials of Zoha from homeshop18 worth Rs 1800/- on 10 th jan '15 and three things were found to b defective..I sent those to homeshop18 on 20th back but since then they r calling me every 48-72 hrs putting new things every time..today is 16 th feb, its more than a month now..d person who came from aramex to take back their products told me to give only defectivke products but d company is blaming me 4 not sending it whole..whatever d representative whos coming will say will do d same..now dey should cm n take d whole product n refund me d money as dey r nt having stocks left bt dey r calling me n m calling dem since a month..wht kind of a service is dat..firstly u shud nt send defective products n i[censored] hv done dat replace it..homeshop18 sucks, its a fraud company..ppl dont buy products mainly clothes fm it..my complaint no is[protected]..i want my money back now u cheats!!!

                      Hello, i Prateep patnaik ordered a Spice 501 mobile on 26/01/2015 & the same delivered on 31/01/2015. My order no is[protected]. I got three things mobile, sun glass and a wrist watch. The mobile i put On for charging and within 10 mins it got warm and after one hour it discharged completely.Blinking continuely when it is not in use. The very next day i called to the customer care & filed a complain, complain no is[protected].The wrist watch is not at all in working condition. I went to Spice service center as per Homeshop 18 's instruction & they told it is a Software problem, better You replace it wIth Homeshop18 because it is very new. I called Customer care repeatedly for solving my problem but till now my problem has not been solved, though they are telling within 48 hours the costomer 's problem will be solved. Take this mail as a notice And solve my problem within 7 days otherwise i will move to Consumer Court.

                        Hi,
                        I had ordered spice mobile MI-501 on 28/01/2015 and received the same on4/04/2015 by cash on delivery against order no:[protected].After one week problem started as it gets very hot within 10 minutes, it gets switched off/blanked suddenly and starts only reinstalling the battery again and it happens frequently.We contacted customer care they said us to approach service centre. I took leave on that day as ours is general shift and service centre is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The service centre people said there is software problem and they reinstalled again and said it will be fine. But after 4 hrs the same problem started again.What is the solution for this problem? Again we called customer care they are telling the same contact service centre.How may times should we go to service centre ? Why Homeshop is selling defective products ? Need a solution for this problem. I think all Mi-501 model is defective as I have seen previous comments also..

Why don't you replace it and see how much pain we are carrying repeatedly. In mobile industry replacement is done even before to this condition I don't know why you have so much of reservation.                                       Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a product from homeshop18 whose order no is[protected] amounting to Rs.999/- and a earphones whose order no[protected] is amounting to Rs.269/- .The product having an order no 93698213 was not up to the mark and after repeated complaints to the executies of the above mentioned company they have not returned the product.Moreover, the earplugs has stopped working within 10days of purchase and when I have complaint for the same, the company executives have given different contact no of the service centers but all were out of order.After so much issues they have finally registered my complain and my compliant no is[protected] and they told that they will arrange a call back from the company but there were no such call back.When i personally called them to ask why there has been no call back from there side, the executive who attended the call replied that nothing can be done as the complaint was registered very late.
