Dear Sir/Mam, I ordered zen firefox mobile two and a half months ago. Order id:[protected] Complaint no.:[protected] In my first order, I got the message "your product is not successfully ordered" but my money was deducted. So, I ordered it again. But, later on I got the order twice and my money was also deducted twice. I have asked for return about 50 - 75 times. Every time I hear the sentence "we will call you in 48 hours". But, I never get any call. Whenever I call their staff, they say they are not able to contact me. I have given 10-12 numbers including mobile and land line numbers still they are not able to reach me. How could it possible that they are not able to contact on any of the 10 given numbers. I receive calls from other people on daily basis. Only home shop 18 is not able to contact me. I don't even receive any mail from home shop 18. They have my 10 phone numbers, my mail id, and my address. Why can't they contact at any one of them? Why don't they come to the delivery address to pick up the order and initiate the refund? I have told them to take this request on high priority as it is already getting delayed from months. But, they don't respond. The only line every time they say is "We will call you in 48 hours". And, I never get call. Why do they need any confirmation call when a customer himself is calling them and asking for return more than 50 times. I don't expect this from home shop 18. I have wasted 300 rupees in calling them. They put me on hold and keep checking the details. They should bear phone call cost and penality for wasting my time. I need my money back. Request you to escalate this issue and get refund done quickly. Thanks

    I ordered one Spice Mobile M6112(Silver) through you on 17/01/2015. Though it was to be delivered within 4 days, it was delivered on 23/01/2015. As per the instruction on their manual I charged the mobile for 4 hours initially. When I saw that the battery was not charged completely, I charged it again for another hour. But the Battery indicator showed incomplete charge. So I called your Toll free number on 25/01/2015 (within the stipulated 48 hours) and complained to them about it. The complaint No. is[protected]. They said that your representative would come and collect the said mobile and would check the defect and replace the mobile if found defective. It has been now 12 days since the complaint was lodged and even after reminder after reminder, no one has come to collect the defective mobile. And your Feedback team has sent a note that my complaint was late and hence could not be entertained. This is totally nonsense. I must inform you that you have given 2 different order no.s for the same product. The original invoice sent with the Mobile mentioned the order no. as[protected] and your mail to me mentioned the order no. as[protected]. Since I was in urgent need of a Mobile for my personal use, I had ordered the mobile through you. Now I am in spot. Please resolve the problem at the earliest. In future, I shall remember not to buy anything from Homeshop18.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased a spice full touch Dual Sim mobile with model no M6112 through your home shop 18 online booking as per order no[protected] on date 19/12/2014 invoice no TARA/14-15/489964 date 19/12/2014 . On the same I found software problems in this product in this facebook page not open, any jawa phone browser not install, it was also not worked as phone as modem and had many other problems, I was complained to customer care within 24 hour, but they replies that they will contact within 24 hours then I was again contact to customer care then they again replies that they will contact within 24 hours In this procedure I was lost more than 7 day then your officials are suggest me for checking the phone at spice service center Jhalawar road kota Rajasthan but they are telling that problem will not repair, than your officials are suggest me for the replace phone, and it now intimating me to return the phone to NITC P.LTD TCISCS, C/O Acorn warehouses and logistic park, block 3, 68, vil, Kapriwas &MALPURA, TaluqA DHARUHERA Rewari-123106, this item Delivered on 08/01/2015 then after Item Delivering massage of India post on 08/01/2015 I was contact you’re customer care, but they alwase replies that they will contact within 24 hours. . Whenever I call at the call center, the say "We will get back to you" i registered complaint to your explanation team on 31/01 2015 they will gave me 6 day time to resolve my problems But till to date neither any action has been taken nor replaced the phone which cannot give exact time. pls tell me why are you cheating customers and making fake promises, what does this 30 days replacement mean to us. pls retuned my new spice M112 phone as early as possible. I also attached post office slip.

        Since the day i have purchased my bsnl penta from homeshop 18 its calling service is not working and it is not reading the sim card when it is inserted into it. When i complained against it they are giving me phone numbers on which iam not getting any response so kindly reply to my complain

        Hi, my name is amit singh i bought datawind 3g5 pocket surfer from homeshop 18 last month. when i received this product it was cracked and had many other problems like auto shut down while talking etc, when complained to customer care they gave a number which was not responding then i searched the service center freo google and returned the phone but they are telling thet they will repair the phone not replace and it will take 3 months time or more they cannot give exact time. pls tell me why are you cheating customers and making fake promises, what does this 30 days replacement mean to us. pls refund my hard earn money and keep phone with you i dont want new/repair phone.

          Dear Sir,
          Please refer to my order no.[protected] dated 03.02.15 and your official promise of delivering the said order within 4 days i.e. on 07.02.15. Based on your promise, I booked the order to gift it to someone on 07.02.15. However, your officials are now intimating me that the said order cannot be delivered on 7.02.14 and may be delivered not before 10.02.15.
          In this regard, I wish to state that you have not kept your promise of delivering the item within 4 days for which advance payment has been made by me. If any body has to suffer due to any technical fault in the delivery, it is your company not the customer.
          I again request you to deliver the item within 4 days of booking or I have to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum (Govt. of India) for cheating me.

I called up customer care on 11 th January and Iwas told that I will be called on 12 th January 2015 but didnot get a call. I called up on. 13 th January around 10 a.m. and was told that I will get a call at 3p.m. and in case I don't then I should call up at 1 minute past 3 and the call will be forwarded straight away to the concerned person. When I called at the above time I was said that I should wait and would a call from HS18 soon . It is 52 minutes past 3 and am still waiting for the call. This gives me a lot of anxiety and harassment . I have to hang up my work and keep waiting for an answer endlessly for no fault of mine. Thanks Anju.

                                      I had ordered spice mobile MI-501 on 16/1/2015 and received the same on 19/1/2015 by cash on delivery. On the same day problem started as it gets very hot within 10 minutes, it gets switched off/blanked suddenly and starts only reinstalling the battery again and it happens frequently . Further message is flashed FREQUENTLY as " LONG PRESS EXIT" . So I lodged the complaint on 20/1/2015 ( complaint no.[protected] against order No.[protected]. Every day i am calling but they replies that they will contact within 24 hours. But till todate neither any action has been taken nor replaced the phone where as delivery man told us that if any defect is there they will replace the product or refund the money back.
