I ordered a Khaitan Room Heater- Halogen 1117K, order no:[protected], on 18th December, 2014. It was ordered for my parents in Nainital, Uttaranchal. They received it in a damaged condition and on informing the customer care of HomeShop18, I was told to courier it back. My parents couriered it to them which involved a cost of RS 900. The company received the courier on 31st December, 2014 via DTDC courier no: D20174813. I then asked for a replacement. Ever since I have received no reply from them. Whenever I call at the call center, the say :- "We will get back to you" and whenever I raise a ticket on their website, they close the same asking me to be patient. It is ridiculous and very painful for my parents. I want a refund now, please help me getting the same. Homeshop18 is doing a job at the name of customer service. Please help me get my money back.         Dear HomeShop 18, AND I DEMAND A REPLY. My uncle and aunt stay in Nainital, and in this year’s chilling winter I thought of gifting them a room heater. I ordered a Khaitan Room Heater- order no[protected] to their address. They received a damaged product (not expected), so we decided to replace it. I called the HomeShop18’s customer care, and they told me to send the product back, so that they can send the replacement. I asked my uncle to send the courier back on the provided address. He did the same and for that he had to spend Rs.900. My return Courier no is - D20174813, which was received on 31st December. After that nobody contacted us from HomeShop18. I called the customer care and the executive from HomeShop18 said that “we will get back to you”. But when I did not received any notification for about a week I called you guys again. And just like the last time, I got the same reply that “we will get back to you.” But as expected nobody contacted us. I raised a ticket (ticket no[protected], but soon I realised, that my ticket has been CLOSED without solving the problem. So I raised another ticket (ticket no[protected]. By this time half of the winter was passed and the gift was nothing more than point of embarrassment to me. Yesterday when I opened my Homeshop18’s account, I saw that both of my older tickets are showing as CLOSED. I got ridicule and I raised another ticket, ticket no[protected]. I called the customer care, and again, I got the same reply (we will get back to you). Just wanted to keep your Facebook page in loop, so that others can also get a lesson from my incident. Problems which I have faced because of HomeShop18: • My uncle and aunt received a damaged product as a gift • Spent Rs.900 for sending the product back (I was expecting a person from your end would come and not only collect but replace the good at the same time) • Poor/ negligent customer service • Fake assurance from your customer service person • Inefficient communication channel, which CLOSED the open ticket, not once but twice • Last but the most important one, I sent this heater as a gift in the winter season, and now even if the replacement will come, it will almost be summer time Thank you, A NOT SO IMPORTANT CUSTOMER for HomeShope18

                    hi, This complaint is basically on Atrash Aman, Sukanta Das and anshu wasan, please stop forcing advisors to make a call rude, in the interview hr will tell there is no target as such, but when a executive enters the operations floor then he/she comes to know that there are three targets which has to be met which forces advisors to wrap call fastly which makes 1 or 2 calls a bad one, and one thing if you are terminating any advisor first see the past record and then take the action as per your hierarchy, many times this thing has happen when 1 time a advisor got complaint from the customer end and your management asked to resign, and if that thing falls under ztp then there should not be ask to resign then it should be termination only in which you wants to give 3 mnths salary. 2 thing please stop making fools of the customer, eg: if you are showing jensons buy 8 pc and get 8 pc free set in 1499, then plz make it clear that what customer is getting, and maximum mobiles tablets which goes air on daily basis these all are outdated models, 3 please penalize seniors also for not doing follow up in time to time in maximum scenarios when a fresh complaint comes then your advisors asked for the call back in 72 hours but it generally takes 7 days or more or in maximum complaint your postsales mention that "call twice but unrecheable" which is truly wrong, 4 thing if mr sandeep malhotra wants a good customer care service then please dont hire any person in 8-9000k becoz in this amount never you will get a good advisor .

                            Sir/ Mam, I am Mahesh Kumar Jha from Patna, I have ordered a Product on 16th Jan 2015, and received on 21/01/2015. but that product we don't like, so i tried to return by calling you People on 22nd Jan at 09:43am, and executive told me that i will receive a call from HS18 for product handover within 24 to 48 hrs. and at the time of evening i got a sms that shows " Dear customer we tried to calling you regarding your hs18 complaint no[protected], however, your no is non contactable. we will re call you in next 24 hrs for the same" at 06:21pm. but i did not received any call from you guys. and also i know till today evening i will not receive any call for return procedure. and after 07:00pm you will not returned the product and niether i will get my refund back.. if its the policy of hs18, then kindly let me know.. complain no :[protected] order no :[protected] If you guys are free to resolve my issue, then call me, otherwise leave it. at the time of order placeing you guys are frquently calling but at the time of return without any call you are send sms for unavailabily of customer and may be at the time of refund procedure, you will not pick our call..                             since last 2 days i am getting such reply from you all guys, and also i got a call from one of the executive she told that we will not be able to refund on that product. also she said that u can choose another product and revert me that product, but we will not refund for that product.

                                        My order number is[protected] Date[protected] and i given complain against my order that still not updated and every day i was calling to homeshop18 every day they are giving different answer by CCE, and i given complain to then and still they didn't reply, i am really fed up to call again and again other wise just refund my money or place to order my communication address.
