I am Girish Arora . I have ordered two denim jeans (order no.[protected] of size 32 but it was not fit to me so I ordered a replacement of bed sheets (1. Order no.30501477 of Rs. 719 and 2. Order no. 32554299 of Rs. 849) than I have called again and again from 7th Jan. 2015 but always you said that wait for 48 to 72 hours then after some days your company members said that the sunglasses that were free with the denim jeans are not collected by us and you have not send them but I have given the whole packet which contains two denims along with the sunglasses.I have added the proof also that the courier man has taken the whole product from my house.

    hi... I sonali chandiwade I have ordered the touchstone jewellery of 26 pcs from homeshop 18 after the two month the color of chain removed. so we replaced the product to homeshop 18 but we got the damage product so we replaced again the product we got a used product. so again we replaced and now we got only 1 set and 1 earring. we complaint to homeshop 18 customer care we are not getting a satisfied answer lot of time wasted in this calling and all.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK..

      Hi, I have purchased a product of 7110 from Home shop 18 . I used my 7000 points and 110 was paid in rupees. I have returned the product, but homes shop team refund me only 97 rupees. I have not received my gift voucher payment even-after a lot of conversations and commitments over phone. 240 rupees which was courrier charges for sending back the product has also not been returned.         Sir, I am CHINMAYA RANJAN MISHRA, From orissa, i am a regular customer of HS18 at least from 4, 5 years, we had ordered a no of items by watching HS18 channel, Last time i have ordered a (CRYSTAL INDUCTION COOKER) but after using 10 days it shows problems but after several attempts to repair the product i fail to contact or replay with HS18 team and CRYSTAL, any way i move on from that incident, This time i have ordered a combo of 3 Denim o[censored]BER URBAN, SUB ORDER NO[protected] when it delivers to me 1- I have seen that out of three jeans 2 of them are of same colour, 2- And even the design or the product shown on HS18 channel are way different that delivered to me, there is no design on the denim, all are just simple plain jeans, no design or patterns on either side of the ZIP that shown on T.V, 3-After that some stitching's on the denims are not in proper manner, on one denim there is two small hole type scratch mark on the leg, 4-The pockets on the front side are so tight that i cant put my phone or my hand on either side of pocket on front side, only my four finger can able to get inside, and back side pockets are so tight that i cant keep mp wallet inside, 5-The sunglasses given with this product is so third class that by holding those glasses one cant ever imagine to put on them on, if you could able to see the glasses which i have complained to HS 18 to replace plz check the quality of those glasses, Its my humble request to you as a regular costumer don't appreciate these kind of product, this time i have loss my faith on HOME SHOP 18, So please don't give false information on your channel about the quality of the product on your show or else check the quality of the product which is delivered to your(HS18) COSTUMER by the company, Sorry if i Write any harsh line but i need a reply from your side on this matter, And for your kind information i have complaint earlier about this product to HS18 on toll free number and they assured me to replace the order but i might afraid that my issue can resolve, so need a reply from your side about delivering lower quality product,

          RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, I PURCHASED TWO SPICE QWERTY MOBILE UNDER COMBO OFFER ON JAN 11, 2015, WHEN I RECEIVED ON JAN 13, I FOUND THAT BOTH HANDSETS ARE DEFECTIVE, THERE IS NO INCOMING VOICE/SOUND FOR ALL INCOMING CALLS .THE MICROPHONE DOESN'T WORK. IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL ACT BY home shop 18, i want to ask if they send only used /defectives products then why do they advertise for the new ? or their motive is to cheat the people only ...plz expalin or some one should take action against their mean & shameful acts so that like me millions of customers should not suffer like me. i request the home shop 18 to refund my money at the earliest without any delay as my new sims lying useless whcih i got activated 4 my new moblies .             I ordered a necklace from HomeShop18, to which they delivered me a broken neckpiece. When I tried to return the product, I had to bear the courier charges, which they said, they will return, but they did not till date. After more than a month, and numerous phone calls to customer service, I again received the so called "fresh" piece, which was again not upto the mark. I asked for refund, as I was highly disappointed by now. But, they instead told me to order some other product of that price; which I did. This time again I had to bear the courier charges. Even on receiving the product at their end, they did not make any communication. Instead, I made numerous phone calls, asking them the status, only to be replied "You will receive details by Tomorrow", which is yet to come. They have the worst and most inefficient customer care representatives, blaming each other everytime!! They are cheats, have looted my money and also did not deliver me the product!!

              hi, i bought 'smart you' pack of 3 trendy denims from rusty jones light 36 and recieved the same on 17 nov under order no[protected]. The same day i called them to return the jeans as it would not fit. They told me that refunds department would call within 24-48 hrs. since then i have been calling them speaking to executives and managers and being promised about a return call.. i even gave them my personal number to call back as the number registered with them is of my father in law. one of the managers did confirm that they have my number as well and they will call back 48 hrs...but still no response no reply no solution. every time i call them i m being promised a call back or i have been put on hold for indefitinite time if i ask to speak to the manager. why cant they just transfer my call to the refunds department who supposedly are trying to call me. i want to return this product and get my money back. please help i am really lost tired and angry. shweta pawar [protected] complaint no[protected]

Which already sent to Home Shop 18 3 times. I, hereby, wish to complaint about one of the major problems, which I'm facing only because of Home shop 18 negligence and recklessness. I had order through watching tv channel "Singer Food Processor - Kitchen Craft" product vide order No.[protected] with the worth of Rs. 4696/- through telephone from Home shop 18. When I get our order and used first time, we found that it was not working properly and defective piece. We call immediately at customer care number and they suggested that send this product by courier at "Anisun International, B-1015, II-Floor, Wazirpur, Industrial Area, Delhi - 110052". Next day on dated Dec. 13, 2014 we sent it back by Madhur Courier Services to your described location. By Courier it was delivered on Dec. 15, 2014, attached online tracking courier detail. We did not find the solution regarding their defective product. You are requested to Kindly ask him regarding our complaint and refund our cash of Rs. 4695 + Harasment Charges Rs. 10, 000/-.                       I have purchased a spice mobile with model no mi516 through your home shop 18 online booking as per order no[protected] invoice date 11 oct 2014 . Soon after 1month 15 days i had problem with the mobile for which i had given to the service center at hyderabad on 22 dec 2014 at sri mobile service center hyderabad, telangana state. They have told me to wait for 15 working days which have been completed and they have prolonged for one more week . I have contacted the home shop 18 call center who advised to book a complaint to you for follow up with spice mobile center. My mobile ime12/meid2 no [protected] and service request no 36100886ec0069 . The problem comment given in service request letter is " charging showing but not charging full and vibration while receiving phone".
                      I request you to follow up with spice service mobile center and help me to obtain the same at the earliest or else replace me with a new mobile. Kindly send me your reply to my mail address " [protected]@yahoo.com" or "padma.[protected]@gmail.com" as early as possible.
                      Kindly treat this is most urgent.

                                  Iam deepa sampathkumaran from pune.i have ordered HCL 3g tablet which has internal memory of 8gb on 4th jan 2015 but the table which i received is HCL tablet with 4 gb internal memory. Same day I called the costumer care number and told about the product but customer excutive said that the product have 8 gb internal memory and its conforme..but its not. Please go to tbe problem as soon as problem and try to solve it.

                                    invoice date-4.12.2014 invoice no-14-15/09341 order no[protected] The product that was ordered was a set of 03 non stick fry pans with 02 detachable handles 02 lids and some spoons to be used for cooking.One of the pans was a square girdle which could be used for giving a grilling effect.the brand name was Essenza. The pans that were delivered were only 02in number the delivery was promised within 3 days, which was not done on time again, time being a constraint because i needed to bring the pans with me to Dubai, as i am a resident of Dubai.since they were not delivered on time, it could not be identified that a wrong product had been delivered. My mother who is residing in Delhi, called up the helpline number and she was informed that nothing can be done now, as a complaint can be made only within 02 days of delivery of the product. I flew back to Dubai on the 11th of November, the product had not reached even by then. What is the credibility of your service and how and what can you do to resolve this issue?                                         This is very shameful that Homeshop18 not taking care of the customer by not giving proper services. i am waiting for my mobile phone from last 12 days but didnot received the mobile. The whole process took almost 26 days but still waiting for the phone. I have not got even a courtesy call from homeshop18 since 20th december 2014. How such online shopping sites will get customers which are not giving proper attention to the customer complaints. Evey time when i call, they say the complaint is under process. They think that the customer are like jokes.Recently i have got a mail saying that it will take seven days to resolve the issue. It is like When a customer goes to a shop and ask for the credit, the shopkeeper tells him to come tommorrow and that tommorrow never comes.whenever i call they say that within 48 hrs. iw ill get a call but no body calls.
