Hi, This is Niranjan Reddy, I am from Bangalore. I have purchased an item from Homeshop18(Order No.[protected]. I didn't like the product and I raised a refund request for the same. it's been one month over i didn't get any response from Homeshop18. When ever I call to Customer care, Their response is "Please wait for 48 to 72 Hours, you will get a call". Anyone Please help in getting the refund. Complaint No:[protected]

    I have ordered a Pick Any 1 Exclusive Festive Wear Saree By Hiba-Blue on 16 Nov 2014 (Order No.[protected]. I received my order on 25 Nov 2014. On opening the parcel I found that the saree had a big hole, within minutes I called customer care to ask for refund and collect their product. They provided me with the complaint no.[protected]. Every time I enquire about the status of my complaint I am told that I need to wait for 24-48 hours to get the call from concerned department. They called me once on 10 Dec 2014 and I was again asked to wait.They called me up on 12 Dec 2014 once but I was not able to attend the call since I was in a meeting. After that they never called. After weeks of this mental torture today I received a message from their side that the process for replacement has been initiated.But I asked for refund, not replacement. And on calling them up, again I have been asked to wait. I want full refund for my product.

      I have ordered suiting & shirting clothes but it is not as per my order. So I have sent thru courier on 3/11/2014 and recd. at Bivandi on 7th Dec 2014. I have given the option to return my amt Rs.1499 + Rs.250 courier charges [For sending the material]. So many times I have talk with homeshop18 executives but till date I have not received my amount rs.1750.00. You are requested please release my amt immediately.

          i have sent manual juicer having sub order no. 93145309 for replacement on 10th of dec 2014 by Proffesional Courier Company having AWP no. VPL[protected] and i have inquired with the courier company regarding delivery of the product and they said that the product had been already delivered on[protected]. but till today i have not received the new product from your side neither any call. i therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful

            I had placed an order to buy Nova electric tandoor on homeshop18. Product was delivered to me on 13-Dec in damaged condition. I immediately reported it to your customer service and asked for replacement via complaint no[protected]. Till date product has not been picked up by you. I called at least 6-7 times in last 13 days for replacement but every time I was told that it will be picked up for replacement in next 24 hours. Every time customer service guy said that our back end team called you on 14 Dec but you did not pick up the phone hence delay. After 14-Dec nobody took pain to call me again inspite of my multiple reminders on phone and well as on email. Some of the customer service executives were even very rude when I started following up against my complaint. First my product was delivered in damaged condition and then nobody tells me when exactly it will be replaced. I would strongly recommend against buying on Homeshop18 from now onwards. I never faced such issues with other e-commerce players in the market. A BIG NO TO HOMESHOP18.

              I bought one of the product from your website. I have bought a "chiffon" material saree for a b'day gift to my fiance, but the product which I received doesn't match up as per the quality of the product as a chiffon, not even it's color is according to the picture showing on your website. Because of which we requested your team to take the product back and REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT ASAP!! Complaint No.[protected] against Order No.[protected].

                    Hi, I have ordered clothes for my kid from homeshop 18 around 8-10 days ago, but haven't got the product. When i called to check about the same they apologized for the delay and told me that i will get the product in another couple of days. Finally i got the product in next couple of days and to my surprise when i opened the product i found that it was some cosmetic product. When i checked the delivery address i found that the address was of Maharashtra but the great delivery system of homeshop delivered it to my address in Bangalore. After i got the wrong product i have been calling customer care and asking for refund but only response i get is they took the high priority complaint and will arrange a call back but never got any call from them. Pathetic service, very disappointing absolutely no customer satisfaction. -Santosh

                      ORDER NUMBER[protected] I I ordered this phone spice gaming phone x2 on 23rd nov and received it on 29th nov but due to some issues i filed a complaint against it. Problems were -Very negligible voice from microphone so cant be able to make calls or receive it.-Touch isnt working smoothly and sometimes i have to restart the phone to touch.-Speaker is extremely bad & voice flatters. Homeshop18 customer care is pathetic & response wasn't good at all. I was told to visit spice service centre in ahmedabad which is 50kms away from my place which is something like receiving a faulty/disappointing product & running after service centres to repair it within a tenure of just 2 days. Next HS18 executive informed me that it will be replaced and offer me some alternatives to select from & told that it will be reverse picked up & new one would be supplied from HS18. After 3 days one another CC executive called up & told replacement would not be available & u have to get it repaired by yourself. On next day CC executive is calling me up in between a very important meeting & telling me to send it to some address with all things intact.. Dear HS18 dont play games with me & dont try to cheat customer. Just showing good advertisements on channel doesen't mean that customers will get attracted to buy things with no value certificate from HS.                         dear sir/madam i was given order of four pack of polo T-Shirts by tessort express XL.(my order number is[protected] i got the courior of my order on 24th nov 2014 on courior, the lable was as per my order, but when i open that courior i got four T-Shirts from two different company one is from RHINE FLAMES and three t-shirts from D F N K companys.after that i spoken to homeshop18 executive on 29th nov 2014they gave me complaint no[protected] and told me that complaint department will call u with in six days. but today is 25th dec 2014 i hv called to homeshop18 5 to 6 times executive always give me same answer that u will get a call with in 48 hrs or 72 hrs but till now any sigle call not came from complaint dept.almost one month is near to complete. so my complaint is either give me t-shirts as per my order from tessort express co.or refund my money from;-HITESH RATHOD cell:[protected]

                              dear sir i feel very regreted while writing so to such a quality concious brand homeshop18.i have palced an order for berg roti maker dt[protected] and i got my order whithin a week. but unfortunately i found it damaged and replace it on[protected] via maruti courier.today it is more than a month and i dont get may replaced order back. even i dont get any kind of communication in this regard. detail of product name : berg rotimaker order no :[protected] sub order no: 92332943 i requset you to provide my order whithin two days with my courier charges otherwise i have to go to consumer forum.

                                This is regarding the defected roti maker for which a complaint was made for the past three months continuously and finally was sent to Home Shop 18, A-60, Ram Nagar, Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi Pincode-110059 on your executives command.It is, however, aired on your channel that he product if found defected or not suitable for one could be replaced or sent back by your delivery boys only but this was not real actually. Kepping this aside, the defected roti maker was sent through "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Limited bearing consignment number: *3513300* I was being repeatedly asked by the same consignment number a lot of times for which i asked a full refund of the product alongwith the courier delivery charges and told that the following cheque will be soon sent to my address. Not able to fulfill such condition, some days ago another executive called on for me asking again for the same consignment number bringing me distress. Further, he told that the refund was cancelled and that the same amount could be used for ordering another product of the same cost and i was told to send a complaint to this website. Although i do not demand for a new product but wanted full refund alongwith the courier charges, i request you to look forward to consider my complaint and do the needful and please stop bothering people again and again making calls asking for the same.

                                    i have received the singer juicer mixer grinder on 9/12/14.When i had opened the courier i found that the bigger jar of glass was broken completely from one side.Further on checking i found that the side lock made of glass was also broken.I complained quickly and got assurance for furthrer assistance.my order no is[protected].Sub order no[protected].I complained on 9/12/14 but till now no further assistance is provided to me. i am attaching the broken jar and lock picture.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is very sad to tell you that I have purchased Jewellery from HS18 by Knex vide the order No.[protected] and it was delivered on 21st of November, 2014 . But the same day I have lodge the complaint at evening to return back that product due to the Item is not in good conditions and some ornaments are breakable. They have registered the complaint vide number is[protected] on 21st November, 2014. Your customer care officer told that the call will come within 72 hours. but till date I have neither received any response from your side. Each and every time I called they assured me that they will pick up the order and my refund will be returned. Please look into the matter and my refund may please be return as early as possible.
