    I had placed an order for the product Home & You Tea, Coffee, Sugar 3 Pc Set - Black (4505) order no is[protected] on 12th Dec 2014 as per the details given below but the same has not been delivered to me. On 24th Dec I received an SMS saying that my order has been shipped through first flight courier AWB No: j[protected] . I have given many reminders to them through their toll free & Chargeable numbers and through mail but still issue is unresolved . The money has been deducted from my HDFC Credit card ***********5056. Talked to Shweta Mahajan (TL) & Escalation desk Bamdev Sahu but they not resolved my issue. As discussed with First flight courier Mumbai branch head office they told me that this is fake courier AWB No: j[protected] & not found any details for the same. As these passed so many days after made payment, If you can not deliver my product within 2 days than request you to refund my money in my Account. Regards Rahul Mantri

      sir, I ordered 4 kg rice of shri lal mahal with it -- 3 kg was free. i got the ordered on 25/12/2014 by safe express. my son got the delivery. When I open it has only 4 kg of rice with less quantity and 3kg of rice as free was not there. I contacted Hs 18 immediately but till today no response. I have proof of SAFE EXPRESS receipt in which it is clearly shown as 'actual weight' as 3 kg of package. The order no. HS 18 is[protected] AWB NO. of SAFE EXPRESS is 81965715. COMPLAINT NO. is[protected]. I have realized the conclusive proof that homeshop18 has delivered product less in quantity -- i.e. I ordered rice with 4 kg + 3 Kg (free/combo). But homeshop18 delivered 4Kg and that also not full quantity i.e. each packet was less than 1 kg. the product was delivered by Safe express with awb no./Shipment no. 81965715. I have attached scan of safe express in which CLEARLY SHOWN THE SHIPMENT/AWB NO.[protected] AND DATE -- SENDER'S NAME --- ACTUAL WEIGHT AS 3 KG. (IT SHOULD BE MORE THAN 7 KG) ---.         my order no[protected], sub order no[protected], has been collected by delhivery courier service on 24-12-14.on contacting your assistance i came to know that it had been received by yourside.now i want refund for my product but on contacting your customer service they only say that our senior will call you and tell about the process but since then no help is provided to me.i call daily and your customer executives give same type of response. so kindly help me in getting refund for my damaged product.

          Hello, We bought a induction combo (Order No :[protected]. It was a defected piece and din work even once. we have been complaining about this regularly on the toll free no. Initially they said we will receive a call and the product will be taken away within 24hrs. No one ever came. Now they ask us to courier it to Delhi. The customer care representatives are either very rude or they don't have enough information to answer all the questions to provide complete clarity. We want the service that we are entitled to.                 This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with you dated 17th August 2014 for Motorola DROID 2 Global A956 Android Mobile Phone - Black. Detail is already with you. I was committed by your officer to either take the money back or by any other product of same amount. Now inspite of repeated request nothing is happning. More then four months already passed and no clue of any solution on my last call discussing for more then an hour with different people, I was informed that I will be getting my same defective mobile back and nothing can be done. I have all your mails and SMS, S saved with me with all the commitments etc. This is my last mail to you for a feezable solution, otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.                   I purchased Wespro 10" TAB product on 11-DEC-2014 . Oredr No.[protected]. Sub oredr No.[protected] WESPRO 10" Tab). Complaint: Return & Refund The Product. I received this product on 18-DEC-2014. i received Not working and damaged product. i gave complaint on 18th December regarding this not working and damaged product. that complaint number is[protected]. after one week their customer people told me that send product images to [protected]@homeshop18.com. I send that product images on 26-DEC-2014 . then I received ticket number is #735612 from homeshop18.com. but they didn't respond to me yet. I called to their customer care so many times. every time they told me that wait for 24 to 48 hrs. please solve this problem. what can I do ?

                    Mrs.Deepali Nigalye(phn no [protected]), had shopped 13 pieces organiser set through online TV show on 2nd Dec 2014.It got delivered on 6th Dec 2014. when I opened the same I found some pieces defective in it. soon I called on the no.[protected] to register the complaint but since complaint did not get registered I called again on10th dec 2014. I got a call from customer care executive once, but due to some reason I could not receive it. soon I got the massage saying that I will get a call within 24 hours. But I did not get it.I am continuously calling the customer care executives for the same problem to get solved. I am not getting the required response. Also one of the customer care executive told that I will get the defective pieces soon delivered on 22nd Dec 2014. I did not get them too.I am very unhappy with such a slow response given by such a reputed online shopping TV show. also very irritated as there is very poor service given by HOMESHOP18.

                    Its such a pathetic service given by HOMESHOP 18. Never buy from this site. Its just hopeless. U will only regret buying from homeshop18. NEVER EVER go for shopping from them. Its just worst. Flipkart, Amazon, Jabbong are best online shopping sites.

                        I have purchase a Spice Mobile M6110N (skin touch) by paying Rs.1, 999.00 on 19th September, 2014 and found that it is not working. I inform the authority and they told me for charging of 4 hours. I made it. But it is still not displaying and even not showing any charging display during charging. I complain to the homeshop18 on 21st November and ask for replacement. The gave me the Complain No.[protected]. But till date from 21st whenever I call them they only give time, sometime 72 hours, sometime 48 hours, sometime 24 yours. Lastly, on Saturday they assured within 72 hours they will phone me regarding this. I have a doubt of doing this.                                 I have been harassed by homeshop 18 for two months now i ordered a sari and they gave me a wrong product a reverse pick up was arranged but again the same product was returned back finally the complaint no is9337903 as the sub order number..today finally they said do whatever you can because we will do like this...i kept on requesting to talk to their seniors but someone mr.satyam said he won't and said do whatever you can..Therefore I have been compelled to file a case against them with consumer forum

                                    I had ordered two jeans of size[protected] wherein on receipt of the courier, I found the size 30 is delivered to me. When I called customer care, I was requested to wait for 2 days. Later I got a call after 2 days and then they arranged for pickup of the product. I was not explained about what further procedure will be conducted. Eventually after 3days I was informed that replacement has been processed. Till now I have not received the product. Order was made on 19th december today is 27th and till now the jeans are no where. What kind of services are given? For a mistake of homeshop18 why should I be waiting? My money is gone and jeans are nowhere. I want an apology letter along with the product and compensation in any terms or else I am not going to continue the relationship with homeshop18

                                        i have odered a pista green hiba party wear saree on 12 of dec n i got the product on 19 of dec 2014 n when i opened the package i foun that saree is having hole blouse pice is torne boder is also having holes n saree is loking a it was washed 2 3 times i called homeshop18 costomer more then 50 times n ever time i get the same ans wait for 24 to 48 hrs our team will call u today is 27 of dec n i got a call on 25 of dec which i was enable to pick after that when ever i call them they say wait for 24 hrs
