In reference above cited subject matter I have lodged the complaint for defective goods, under sized and wrong blend of goods were dispatched. I bought Three sarees One Neclesh(HAR) and one Jacket+ Shirt (Linenen + Cotton and shirt 100% cotton) booked at IGI airport New delhi on the counter. What I got (i)Three saree in one saree dark green were send instead of parrot green (ii) Har found defective as three jewels were not found in the HAR (III) I found jacket of synthetic instead of Lenen + Cotton and shirt also found synthetic instead of cotton and that too under sized. One more shirt was send for which I did not order. I booked single order for all these items while these were send in piece mail. I immediately within one hour of last delivery lodged a complaint but your representative told that complaint was not lodged within time frame so action can be taken, I told them that I lodged within one hour then they told that it return is not company policy. Whether your company is cheater, fraud and looteri company. I appeal to all on line purchaser that be ware od home shop 18. Please return me my money. Dhan Raj Gupta

In reference to above cited assurance I kept packed all the goods but only one packet of jacket was picked your courier rest are still kept repacked condition. To day A call from your representative received who denied to return the said goods. Thus it appears that company is inclined to deliver the defective goods to the consumers. Dhan Raj Gupta

    I have bought Fbbic Women's Jacket - Black from homeshope18.com. But the product quality was so poor and had lodged a complaint to Homeshope18. Since 1 month I am calling again & again for some resolution but they are unable to give me proper support, either refund me the money back or exchange. I am fed up now. Please do something for humanity sake.

      I had placed an order (order number[protected] on 15.12.2014 for semi stitched hiba anarkali dress and i got the parcel on 19.12.2014. But when i opened the packet, there was a completely different dress. It was not the dress which was shown on the site. I immediately called the customer care for return and refund ( complaint number[protected] and i was told i will get a call back within 48 hours and will be guided further for the return and refund procedure. But after following up, I got the call only on 23.12.2014, which is 5 days after the lodge of complaint. Again, to my distress, on receiving the call, I am further told that I will again get a call within 48 hours for the further procedure on returns and refund !!! Imagine the trauma i am undergoing !! Now I dont know when wil this 48 Hours come up !! Considering the serivces provided by flipkart, jabong etc I have made a grave mistake by ordering from Homeshop18. Homeshop18 is here only to loot the customers and nothing else. I request to please help me get back my refund .

              Hello Team, I Lata Raju Kamble have registered a complaint against a product ie. Roti Maker to your customer care Centre. The product is not satisfactory. So I want to return it ASAP. PFA of the invoice for the same. After having a conversation with your customer care service they gave me the Berg Service Centre Contact Nos. which were unfortunately switched off even during the working hours. Its been almost 8 days i have register a complaint & haven't got any solution to this problem. Its a humble request to solve my problem & solve this matter ASAP.

                I PREETI MALIK PUCHASED TABLET FROM HOMSHOP 18 AGAINESTsub ORDER NO 90154171 AND IT GOT OUT OF ORDER ON NEST DAY . From that day i am following customer care but not getting right path .I also send my tablet Back to Homeshop18. my Compalin no[protected].I Send many email to homshop 18. but they are not giving any reply on it, such a poor services of homeshop18 . please do needfull and get my money ...                   I had placed Two sub-order No. (1st[protected] and (2nd[protected] for Product Code No.[protected]pc Stainless Steel Complete Kitchen Set), which both orders No. (1st ).[protected] and (2nd[protected] was delivered to me on 12th November 2014, but due two coupons of Rs. 500/- each has not been received at the time of delivery. I had complaint several times on toll free numbers[protected] etc. and then on 17.11.2014, only one Gift Coupon No. CPT6NE5PNEC received through SMS, with condition to use it in next purchase of above 4990/-. Due: one more Gift Coupon of Rs. 500/- which is due for second purchase Order No. 92248811 has not been received till date. Request/Complaint: At the time of display of this product on HS18, it was declared that one gift coupon of Rs.500/- with one order (without any purchase condition) will be given with product. In spite of purchase Two Dinner Sets thorough 2 orders No. (1st[protected] and (2nd[protected], you have SMS me only one Gift Coupon as narrated above. Kindly give another gift coupon of Rs. 500/- for my second order No. 92248811 and withdraw your purchase condition also because your any printed gift coupon does not cover any purchase condition. It covers only validity.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is very sad to tell you that I have purchased Jewellery Shop (15 Jewellery sets) by Knex which product code is 32892505 from your Homeshop 18 . and it was delivered on 05th of December 2014 . But the same day I have lodge the complaint at evening to return back that product due to the Item is not in good conditions the finishing was not good and some ornaments are breakable. They have registered the complaint and the number is[protected] on 05th December 2014. Your customer care officer told that the call will come within 72 hours. but till date I am waiting for that call, severally I am calling to your cust care for 4 to 5 times but telling that the call will come within 24 hours. hope I have to wait for 24 months. It is very discusting taking the product from your Homeshop 18. today is 19th of December 2014 almost 13 to 14 days. hope you all understanding the problem .                         Complaint: Non delivary of product Online site: Homeshop18 Order date: 11 decc 2014 order no:[protected] problem: I order a mobile phone through online site and made advance payment of rs5949 through net banking. it has been told to me that the product has been shipped through aramex courier, awb no:[protected] i was later told that the product has been delivered. when i tracked the awb no on aramex.com, i find it has been delivered to KANPUR. i mentioned my address of Secunderabad, i have no link with kanpur, now homeshop18 people are not paying attention to my complaint, they are saying that they shipped and order has been delivered.. please take necessary actions. what is the nonsence a customer leaving in secunderabad (hyderabad) and you are delivering at KAnpur. cheater sites. virender verma [protected]

                          I have purchased 4 Top Burner Designer Gas stove from HS 18 vide order no [protected], delivered to me on 22/09/2014. I started using in first week of October, 14 and its Glass top started breaking on 17/12/2014. On the suggestion from your customer care, I contacted "ADVANTA" company who demanded Rs 1800 excluding conveyance and replacement charges on the plea that there was no grantee for Glass Top. They claimed that they had already suggested not to use certain type o[censored]tensils of Glass top stove, while no such specific instruction was mentioned in your TV-add when I purchased the said item. Please look into the matter and arrange free of cost replacement of the broken part of my gas stove at the earliest. Hoping for a quick response from your side as no such commitment was taken from me at the time of purchase of the item. .

                                This is finally written to Homeshop18, Dont believe any purchase on Homeshop18 they never help you HomeShope18, Its my last communication to HS18 once seen ..delete my profile from you database please, I feel very same my profile with you, IF any HS18 –Business higher can seen this mail, My below advice help you, Why because I always think my enemy also so be good, 1, You people is thinking only short time business not thinking in long time business & not known business trick And not known how to change online customer to convert as regular customer .through this your current approach definitely You can not stand maximum 1 year in this competitive Ecom business 2, I booked the complaint immediately once damaged product received, but your customer support, even escalation call attended your customer support excutive not asking to share the damaged received product photo or snaps & by cheating mentality purposefully you not enabled such snap upload option in online Ticket raised by customer ----- So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint 3, I made both way complaint, First booked Online complaint & Second Phone call complaint but your people easily closed My online complaint as duplicate case, So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint 4, You are not arranged reverse pick up of damaged product - So i clearly understand You are going to cheat me and not in care about customer /my complaint Such your[ HOW to make customer STUPID ] HS18 ways for cheating business i can pointout Finally you telling me to send the materials to XY address on my own cost and not arranging Reverse pick up with your very well business tiedup courier I know very well what will happen next If i will send the material to You mentioned XY address, your people will inform after my 1000 Phonecalls the product is not received warehouse and after my several calls to respective couriers and you finally you will convey the product received & payment process is going on and will arrange payment cheque as earlier, but you will not do anything even after 1 year and not going to settle any payment . Thanks your entire HS18 team try to made me fool but i slightly escaped atleast made me through the damaged product in my hand to my dust bin. Myself satisfied i wasted my money in my hand and not further expensed by irresponsible HS18 faith . I will share my very good experience with you in all Internet –Complaint log sites & from this experience atleast my friends on NET will escape Your cheating business, If really you have stuff replay through this public websites, & From today onwards Pls don’t try to cheat customer in any single way .                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I Ordered a jewellery set from Home Shop 18 My Order No was[protected] for that Item, I made a payment 2599 for That also I found All the items Changed I ordered After having a discussion with HS18 Representative I replaced the Product Via Speed Post And I have confirmed the Delivery of that on 10th Nov.2014, Now Since October They are saying their representative will Call him for this Neither I'm getting a Call from their side Nor I'm getting a confirmation call for refund of my Payment Sir, Plz. look into the Matter & Get my payment Released ASAP Thanks Harbir Baghel [protected]

                                        MY Order No.[protected].‏for Sanskriti Jwellary combo, When i received product i found one necklase is totally damaged piece. when i contact to HOMESHOP18 they told me we will arrange reverse pickup within 48 hours but today after 10 days no response from HOMESHOP18 and whenever i contact them every time they told me wait for 48 hours... worst service. HOMESHOP18 always deliver faulty and wrong prodcut
