Dear sir/madam,
With reference to above captioned subject, i want to share my bad experience of driving with you, as my bike is from honda brand so you are deserving for feedback from customers and what i experienced day before yesterday is quite embarrassing (For me and for you also i. E honda).

I have purchased honda livo last year having registration no. Pb08dv5355 in name of myself in 18.10.2017 (Rc date 24.10.2017).

Day before yesterday, i was travelling for my office, in midway suddenly chain of my bike get off from chain wheel crank. And i was just shocked what happened to bike. Midway i am helpless, speechless, i was just thinking how to reach office on time, where to stand my bike.
I have really feel very embarrassed midway how to tackle with this type of situation i have no trust on your product. Just roll back your bike from me.

Literally this was very poor experience of my life. Is your bike is a cycle whose chain get off from chain wheel crank on routine basis. I have been using hero passion bike from last 10 years not a single time this type of incident happened on that bike.
Now i just want from you to pick your bike from me and reimburse the amount to me as no longer i have trust on your product.

    I purchased honda livo in 2017, 30 june from dhingra honda. I had done all bike service on time but after i don't know how am i facing problem of shock observer and bike engine. My bike engine making so much noise and heating up even i changed oil in regular basis. Before some time i went to your service centre and lodge a complaint of shock observer but they didn't take me seriously. I also complaint about my bike engine and i don't know they checked or not they told me your bike is ok. Just tell me when your service time over than you don't take care of your customer. And you don't open your service centre on saturday but why i have working off on saturday and i go there for my bike service or checkup. Your charged high amount after free service.

    I request you to tell me suggestion about my bike engine why it make so much noise and heating.

      Sir I Am samir sheikh I bought a Honda Shine SP bike which has been 10 months Ago and its engine is having difficulty. I have gone to the sub dealer and dealer many times, I have not received any satisfactory. They took my bike for 4months as for repairing. Bt problem not cover. Now sub dealer and dealer not taking my bike for repair.Please solve my problem.

        I have purchased activa 5g ka03jt9912 a month ago from city honda kalyan nagar bengaluru. The vehicle has self starter issue and engine use to get off in middle of road while riding. I have registered complaint to city honda and gave for service. Even after service facing same issue and vehicle is not getting on unless choke is pulled. If choke is pushed back engine would switch off abnormally with head light flashing several times. Could you please fix this issue.

          I bought the honda hornet 160r from honda shorem on narsing hill in porbandar. His engine has a bad sound. That is why i went to the showroom. Super visor told me that and asked to keep a 10-day hornet. I kept a 10-day hornet showroom. Then i went there to take it there. But i had bad behavior and told me that if the engine was to be identical then our team would be accordingly. And used misunderstandings with me. Workers working in the honda service department are not familiar with what they want to ask for. My hornet bike has been in showroom for the last 10-12 days. I have not found any satisfactory answers. And my hornet bike is in the showroom. I am sure this complaint will answer me.

            Sahil honda, nagpur road से तीन servicing करा चुका है और तीनों के दौरान servicing centre के स्टॉफ को वाहन के पिछले चक्के के ड्रम से ब्रेक लगाने के आवाज आ रही है अवगत करता आ रहा है किन्तु तीन service के बाद भी वाहन में ब्रेक लगाने पर पिछले चक्के के ड्रम से लगातार आवाज आ ही रही है।
            जब इसकी शिकायत servicing center के स्टॉफ से की तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि यह आवाज honda cb 125 shine sp की सभी वाहन से आ रही है।
            Honda cb 125 shine sp के सभी modal में ब्रेक लगाने पर पिछले चक्के के ड्रम से आवाज आ रही है यह manufacture defect है या reaping/servicing के द्वारा दुरस्थ किया जा सकता है।

              My complain ticket no. Is 1-[protected]. The problem of starting with self in not resolved so far. Today again i got the same problem, the activa 5g has problem in self starting and it is getting off in running too. Smart technicians from mf honda, nanded, maharashtra have tried but not able to give me solution. I m showing them problem again and again but they r not getting the final solution. It seems they r not willing to solve it. I m facing the problem a lot if i do not get solution i will go to the consumer court. I m sending u today's video of starting problem

              I have taken this bike in the month of Oct 2017, till 2nd service the bike was OK, but after second service the wobbling issue of the handle started, the vehicle wobbles at the speed above 70, which is un solved.

              Need either rectification or replacement of the vehicle if this is the case

                Jhalawar road, dhanmandi, kota, rajasthan india 324007 on 4 may 2018. Motorcycle has balancing problem from date i have bought for this i inform to company and dealer from where it was purchase but they are not resolve the problem. I have register complaint four time to honda motorcycles and scooters india private limited customer care no but they are not able to resolve the problem so please it is kind request to look into matter either replace the bike as soon as possible.

                  I am repeatedly telling to the service centre (Unique honda, burdwan) about the problem i am facing while driving my activa, but they don't bother about the exact problem. They just have done their routine check-up. But, problem persists. They have told rather suggested to change or repair engine (Estimated rs. 9, 000/- approx). The sound from the body of the activa is still there, rather increasing.
                  I want immediate solution of my problem.

                  They could not straighten the handle of the activa, since last two years. They are suggesting to do a lots of things like, frog change, handle rod change, hydrolic change, Tyre change etc. I want the solution as soon as possible.
                  Very very loss of service in Honda prosecuted bike in Activa service was very lese in others delar very very very not good for me ur customer in ur Honda service..

                    Complaint about inefficient poor service rendered by VJ Honda, Ulhasnagar-3 for servicing my Unicorn vehicle MH 05 BX 4554

                    I had opted for A.M.C. of my Unicorn Vehicle at VJ Honda, Ulhasnagar-3 and paid advance amount towards AMC around 9 months back. Whenever the time comes for servicing the vehicle, I am told that there is huge load of vehicles and it will take 2-3 days. I am not able to understand that inspite of the fact that the said VJ Honda is paid amount in advance for servicing of the vehicle and after collecting the amount, the customers are treated in bad manner.

                    I had given my vehicle on 19th Sept., 2018 for servicing of vehicle at around 1.00 p.m. and I was told that vehicle will be delivered on 19.9.18 at 6.00 p.m. (enclosing copy of slip given by them). But to my surprise when I called I was told it will be delivered next day in evening. I had to call several times to the executive – person in charge his Mob. No. is [protected] and he told me to pick up vehicle at 6.00 p.m. but at around 7.00 p.m. the vehicle was delivered to my person.

                    When I took the vehicle I was SHOCKED TO SEE THAT INSPITE OF SERVICING THE VEHICLE IT HAD DEVELOPED MORE FAULTS:

                    a) Their was “chi chi” sound from the vehicle.
                    b) When the clutch is holded the vehicle stops
                    c) Some brakes or other things are being weared out or rubbed and it has become very difficult to run the vehicle.
                    d) Since it was late I had no option but to take the vehicle to my home and make it stand their.
                    e) My bill amount of Rs.1915.00 Was paid to VJ Honda.
                    f) The petrol tank cant be opened, the key gets stuck.

                    Sir the VJ Honda people are interested only to earn money by changing one or other part though it may be necessary or not. THEIR ONLY AIM AND MOTIVE IS TO EARN MONEY BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.

                    Why the following parts were changed and charged without asking and informing me when they were in perfect working condition.
                    Bulbtail Light
                    Plug spark
                    Silencer Coating ( what does this mean)?

                    When a customer pays money for AMC in advance to service his vehicle
                    Why he is made to wait for days to get his vehicle serviced
                    Why it is not ensured that before handing over the vehicle to customer all faults are rectified or not. The VJ Honda people deliberately call all customers after 6.30 or 7.00 p.m., firstly collect money from them, then they handover gate pass, then the vehicle is delivered at the outer gate ? Why this type of malpractices are being adopted.

                    Today when I called Ms.Ashwini – incharge, she told me that their mechanics are not available you have to wait for one day to get the vehicle collected and repaired. Why should I suffer when I am paying huge amount to your company and advance AMC charges.

                    It is immediately requested to take strict stern action on the above dealer and concerned persons and get my vehicle repaired and return me the above cost of parts charged to me without asking/informing me.

                      Power honda hoshangabad road bhopal is fooling the customers in the name of paid service. They charge around 650 rupees for service and oil change. Their employees save some oil in each bottle and sell it to the new customers, they don't even wash the bike properly and create some problem in the bike so that customers will again visit the service center. I have experienced this problem three times there.

                          I've purchased a bike from honda dealer (Most popular in bangalore) from bangalore in september 2015.

                          Post that i've maintained regular services with zero compliance.

                          March 2017 onward having issue with bike as it is shaking while riding.

                          I've complained at service center at they charged a bill with expensive but issue not resolved.

                          Later again i visited the service center they said issue with rear tyre and i replaced with new tyre which cost 5600.

                          But still issue remains and again visited multiple times honda service center and i've raised complained at honda 2 wheeler support and no resolution.

                          Moreover they changed lot of parts for this issue but issue not resolved, even honda team failed to identify & fixing the issue.

                          Instead of fixing the issue they completely damaged my bike condition.

                          Because of poor breaking recently met with accident and again they replaced that parts without proper fixing

                            I bought honda grazia four months back, where after a couple of months found all the lens that of tail light and front indicator lens getting crack on itself. But after filing a complaint till date i havent got any solution.
                            So my personal review is honda product is simply a low cost product, whereas i did nt get any help.

Let me tell you that in this showroom, if the customer buys a bike from a loan, more money is taken, then i ask you to take any action on the owner of this showroom.                                 On (21/01/2018) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (chasis no. ME4JC735LHT106770, Engine no. JC73ET1258094, REG. NO. WB12AT6181). 9 months over but did not get Registration certificate(blue book). I complain but not get result my complaint no. 1-[protected].

                                  3 months back i have purchased hornet 160r from yume honda, sector 18 branch, gurgaon. One day suddenly all the function related to battery stops functioning. I went to the branch service center and they have fixed it. After 2 days the same issue has occurred, again they fixed it in the same way. Third time again the issue has occurred, now it's been almost 20 days my bike is lying idle in the store. Service center manager is giving me lame excuses. For one week their technician who looks after hornet was not available and now they are not able to fix because they do not have the required parts but till now i have not got any satisfactory response. I tried contacting the store manager as well but he also doesn't seem to be in the mood to help.

                                  I have had the worst customer experience till date would advise everyone to avoid buying anything from yume honda.

                                  Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I gave my bike 2 times in the Pritam Honda Service Center (MahaSharatra, Mumbai) but the problem of flowing my oil has not yet been done.

                                    I'm here just for inform you that, i have tried other companies vehicles and the worst one is your's. Your company select those peoples as workman whom don't know there work properly. And i am a # because in last four years i go to your deficient service center and pay extra money instead of market and you know the slogan in market is 'work is done to satisfy' in a favorable price but in your company they just want money. They change good parts into bad and the main thing is without owner's permission they change the parts just for money. And i don't want to service my vehicle in yours company and actually i don't want to use you'r vehicles they are just too worst or maybe because the reason is you.
                                    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Even After completion of 2 months vehicle was not registered by the showroom people of Vellore (selvam Honda)
