Sir,
Complaint about inefficient poor service rendered by VJ Honda, Ulhasnagar-3 for servicing my Unicorn vehicle MH 05 BX 4554
I had opted for A.M.C. of my Unicorn Vehicle at VJ Honda, Ulhasnagar-3 and paid advance amount towards AMC around 9 months back. Whenever the time comes for servicing the vehicle, I am told that there is huge load of vehicles and it will take 2-3 days. I am not able to understand that inspite of the fact that the said VJ Honda is paid amount in advance for servicing of the vehicle and after collecting the amount, the customers are treated in bad manner.
I had given my vehicle on 19th Sept., 2018 for servicing of vehicle at around 1.00 p.m. and I was told that vehicle will be delivered on 19.9.18 at 6.00 p.m. (enclosing copy of slip given by them). But to my surprise when I called I was told it will be delivered next day in evening. I had to call several times to the executive – person in charge his Mob. No. is [protected] and he told me to pick up vehicle at 6.00 p.m. but at around 7.00 p.m. the vehicle was delivered to my person.
When I took the vehicle I was SHOCKED TO SEE THAT INSPITE OF SERVICING THE VEHICLE IT HAD DEVELOPED MORE FAULTS:
a) Their was “chi chi” sound from the vehicle.
b) When the clutch is holded the vehicle stops
c) Some brakes or other things are being weared out or rubbed and it has become very difficult to run the vehicle.
d) Since it was late I had no option but to take the vehicle to my home and make it stand their.
e) My bill amount of Rs.1915.00 Was paid to VJ Honda.
f) The petrol tank cant be opened, the key gets stuck.
Sir the VJ Honda people are interested only to earn money by changing one or other part though it may be necessary or not. THEIR ONLY AIM AND MOTIVE IS TO EARN MONEY BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.
Why the following parts were changed and charged without asking and informing me when they were in perfect working condition.
Bulbtail Light
Plug spark
Silencer Coating ( what does this mean)?
When a customer pays money for AMC in advance to service his vehicle
Why he is made to wait for days to get his vehicle serviced
Why it is not ensured that before handing over the vehicle to customer all faults are rectified or not. The VJ Honda people deliberately call all customers after 6.30 or 7.00 p.m., firstly collect money from them, then they handover gate pass, then the vehicle is delivered at the outer gate ? Why this type of malpractices are being adopted.
Today when I called Ms.Ashwini – incharge, she told me that their mechanics are not available you have to wait for one day to get the vehicle collected and repaired. Why should I suffer when I am paying huge amount to your company and advance AMC charges.
It is immediately requested to take strict stern action on the above dealer and concerned persons and get my vehicle repaired and return me the above cost of parts charged to me without asking/informing me.
