Dear sir, this is the second time i am complaining for the same issue i faced while servicing. Yesterday was my 3rd free servicing but again i found their washing quality very poor. Dust and mud was all over my bike. They just sprayed water on the bike, no shampoo used nor touched my bike to clean the dirts. Nor they dry the bike after spraying water. How ridiculous!
Last time i complained on the same but nothing changed.
Will never suggest anyone to purchase honda bikes.

    I purchase a activa 5g from uniride honda malappuram (Kerala) on 9th july 2018. From the 1st week i am suffering starting trouble. When i complaint the issue in show room they told it is solved after1st service. But after the 1st service i am facing same issue. With in thelast two month i service 7 time in your show room, 1st time they increased the slow raising. But problem not solved, every time they clean the carburetor and last time they change the carburetor and after few days it start quickly but after some days it become same issue

      I had purchase a scooty honda activa i in the month of oct, 2017 from kauntiya automobiles jadugoda. I have faced much problem regarding ignition switch. I have taken it for servicing. The mechanic of service centre said about battery problem. The battery hadbeen sent to the authorised dealer, but i have not got since 15 days. The prop of honda sales & services at jadugoda not take keen interest. Pl. Solve my problem as early as possible.

        I am living in tiruppur. Tamilnadu.
        Here i brought my honda cbr 150r on raba krr in avinashi road near sap theatre on 2013. I regularly service on same showroom only. Two months before my bikes front brake cable has been broken. So i had ordered that cable on the same raba krr service centre. But this has been more than two months but until now i didn't get that cable from them. Even ami had ask many other showrooms too but they said that don't have that cable. I have been driving without front brake more than two months.in raba krr they didn't answer properly. They are behaving worst. Please take proper action. Please. Arrange me for a cable.

          I am S DEEPA from Vellore Tamil nadu .I bought my new vehicle Activa 5g in Vellore showroom on 23.06.2018.
          Vehicle no TN23CK9960.

          ISSUES
          My vehicle had starting problem in both self and in kick start i explained it clearly in the showroom in 1st service.
          AUGUST 25 2018
          I strucked in the traffic because of this problem.
          AUGUST 28
          I roled my Activa to the Katpadi showroom directly 2 to 3 km.then they checked my vehicle and in formed me that petrol is strucked in tank.
          AUGUST 29
          then also the problem repeated .then I complained the Katpadi showroom.they told me to go Vellore showroom I was very much confused to go because the vehicle was not started because of that I left the vehicle for 2 days.
          SEPTEMBER 3(MON)
          then after that I called the main Vellore showroom and informed them to take my vehicle .they also told yes but they took my vehicle on 04.09.2018(TUE)
          SEPTEMBER 4
          morning 10 am they took my vehicle to Vellore showroom then evening I went and I saw the senior mechanic and chief engineer. They told that petrol is expired.then also they kept my vehicle for observation for 3 days after that they gave me vehicle on SEPTEMBER 7 2018 timing 11.30 am by coming to home the Activa stopped in main road then I called to showroom immediately at that time all people besides me tried to start the vehicle then the same senior mechanic came after 45 minutes till that I was starting in the main road and started the vehicle by doing something in engine then they took the vehicle to the Vellore showroom immediately then I was going to home by walk
          SEPTEMBER 7 2018 to SEPTEMBER 12 2018 the vehicle was on observation in showroom
          Then they gave my vehicle on September 12.2018 there was no any starting trouble problem in vehicle I was been very to see that but then while riding I felt that the vehicle was shaking more and vibrating then it became a main problem.
          Then I had important for works for 2 days so I left the vehicle in showroom they took extra 3 days to return me the vehicle on (SEPTEMBER 22 18 ) I also asked the reason for the problem they said that they changed "OIL, BELT, PETROL, BUSH etc"But also the problem remained the same.

          REASON TO BUY NEW ACTIVA
          Before I used the same Activa 3g for 4 years .I sold it because of same vibrating sound which affects my health severely so that I bought a new ACTIVA 5G model which also contains the same problem in new vehicle then what is the need to buy a new vehicle.
          DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I SUFFERED A LOT
          1)They is a severe pain in body especially in thighs and legs
          2)I had severe tension due to the vehicle when strucked in main road
          3) I lost my salary for few days for taking leave because to go showroom.
          4) I had many problems in my daily schedule.
          WANTED
          I NEED TO REPLACE MY ACTIVA 5G VEHICLE.

            I purchases a activa 5g on[protected] from ashwani honda, hisar, haryana
            Today[protected] when I went for my first free service, the staff of ashwani honda said thai I had skipped the first free service and it's my second free service..It has been roughly 2 months since I purchased my activa and they were saying that they can't avail me my first free service..
            The showroom executive have not informed me not even a single time regarding cancellation of my first free service..I find it intolerable
            I know the time period of first service is 15 to 30 days but they should inform me once before cancelling my free service...I had driven my activa only 900 km and now it is worst experience for me of honda staff.. Atleast they should inform ne once..I used to have a hero bike and a bajaj one, they used to always inform me regarding all's service schedule but the behaviour and action of ashwani honda staff is unacceptable

                I have purchased activa 4g in january 2018.in march my lock set was not working i deposited my vehicle in showroom i got ten days later.
                It was electric system wiring burst in june by cuted by rat i called in honda. Honda service adviser was saying no available activa 4g wiring set and dont know when available. I have bought none honda genuine. Today i have lost my keys. I want new lock set but now also not available. My experience with honda are so good with products quality but honda after sale service and parts availability are dull.

                  I purchased activa 3g on 4/1/17 and at the same time i take extended warranty booklet no 6510362and annual maintenance contract booklet no 3168615 from daltonganj palamu jh.
                  After 1yr and 3 months my trasfer jnv kolebira simdega jharkhand. I claim warranty and annual maintenance contract free service of the service centre simdega jharkhand due to body damage for shifting of trasfer. But the service centre do not provide services as warranty as well as amc free service. He say my amc parchased from daltonganj so do not provide services by simdega service centre. Therefore please solve problem or refund charge of amc.

                    I ajay kumar hp23c9659, honda activa 110cc. I went to sainik honda jahu. Distt mandi. There was no light on tgat day. No washing. To air inflating only oil change. No general inspection. Spark plug cleaning not.
                    I also done amc. But they did not discount of amc.
                    No bill given to me. No entry in servive book.550rs taken...
                    Is this procedure of service
                    What is importance of amc
                    Is it fraud
                    What is this.

                      I have bought activa 3g on 25 september 2015, and about in september 2018, i have watched that my activa 3g is giving out black smoke, then i visit to the service center of honda company (Shri grand honda allahabad) they were told that engine warranty is 2 years and block, piston, ring, timing chain, clutch shoes all will replace and it cost up to rs.8000, then i said okay, 4 days later when i visited service center they said rs. 9500 bill is made. I surprised and i came back home as i was little short of money.

                      The day i came back, i red the book of my activa 3g and it is clearly given that 3 years and 30000km (One that come earlier) warranty on emission and parts will replace free of cost, then why they asking for money?

                      I have given my activa 3g to service center on 13th september 2018 and also rs 2000 deposited.

                        I have bought my honda dio on may 7th, from my date of purchased my vehicle it's alloying in one side. I said it on my services they didn't responds about that and asking payment for solving the problem and from my first service a screeching noise is coming from gear side, in each and every service i'm telling than complaint they didn't solve it. I gave my vehicle service in kun honda and dirdar honda, please take action

                          At red honda (Mandaveli) chennai 28
                          Booking date: 31/08/2018
                          Delivery dt 15/09/2018.
                          From the date of delivery we are facing this issue we have informed the showroom several times but there is no response about the vehicle and customer care also because we took the vehicle to the showroom regarding the problem on 26/09/2018 to rectify the problem and then the showroom manager told us for the various method of inspecting the vehicle and told us to collect the vehicle on the next day but the vehicle was given back on 29/09/2018 still the problem was not solved
                          So please kindly accept the complaint and do take necessary action as much as possible.
                          I hope you will take action to help us in rectifying the problem.

                            Dear Customer Service,

                            This is to inform you that my bike Honda Activa 4G 2018 model which was bought from Shymas Riders Chengannur Branch had completely sunk under water during the floods in Kerala this year (Aug15-22).
                            The bike was given in the service center and an estimate of INR16500/- was declared by the showroom representative to service the same.
                            I was informed that only 50% of the total estimate would be covered under the insurance policy taken from MAGMA insurance and the balance should be paid from my end.
                            It was informed to all flood victims by the Govt that they will be provided with free service for all the vehicles which was damaged during the flood period. So I request you to either wave of the 50% payment upon me and cover the complete service under the insurance police or replace with a new bike as this was bought on Feb 2018.

                              I bought honda grazia bike in may 2018 but from starting only bike giving problem while starting and also miledge is too low its about 36-38 kmpl but not solved in servicing also when the bike stand for one night after that it unable to start with kick and self both getting problem. If possible to change the bike to any bike then it must be better to be good with honda company...!

                                I am prchase activa5g from star honda under unique honda purba burdwan at west bengal. Staff beaviour not satisfatory during srevice tecnician claim extra mony after paid servicing. Deny many facilty after puhasing main person name sk kutubuddin. Please necessary action aganst star honda, seharabazar purba burdwan, weast bengal as early as possible. Name of sub diaributor is star honda under unque honda burdwan.

                                    I have buy a honda livo 2 wheeler on 14th july 2018 from
                                    Bhubaneswar,
                                    Gugunani hoda near kalpana square
                                    Odisha
                                    After the 2 days of first servicing my front wheel disk plate and disk crank destroyed and it produces a ugly sound. When i talk with the people of the servicing station they told me due to the sand particles on the disk plate so that it produces sound and you wash your vehicle then it will be stopped. According to him i do that but no changes. Again in the 2nd service when i asked about the problem they charged me 500/- rupees which is the cost of a new disk crank. The problem is that due to the long queue of bikes in the service station we can not waste our time there to stand for a long period of time to collect our bike, so the people of the service station told us that you come after 3 to 4 hours your bike will be ready and in this period of time i think they are opening our new parts of our bike selling to others. So sir please do something for this activities...
                                    And lastly i want say that your service station destroys the name, fame and brand also of honda...

                                      I bought a honda grazia 8 months ago but for the last few months i have been facing battery and start problem i talked in honda service centre they told me to leave your scooty at workshop for wholeday to battery get it recharged when i asked you should change this as this is not the solution for one time recharge. They told me this is the solution i have.

[protected]) have made full and final payment for purchase of honda activa 5g dlx black color on 20.06.2018 vide receipt no-2018/rc/1050 &51 of rs.69000 to 21 auto india pvt ltd., mohili village, opp bmc school, andheri-ghatkopar link road, sakinaka, mumbai-400072.

                                        At the time of making payment assurance was given that the delivery will be given with maximum 20 to 25 days+rto.

                                        Sir, now 100 days are gone but till today i have not received the delivery for above activa.

                                        While enquiring to concern dealer only one reply is getting i. E. Delay in delivery due to upgradation to other products from honda.
                                        The activa is booked with full payment.
                                        Sir i hereby request you please look into the matter and try to deliver the activa at earliest.
