Respected sir:
As i am m. Suresh boght a bike on surya honda showroom 3/8/2018 unicorn 150 cc boght it... Tn12z4889 it's not functioning well as i made a statement to the showroom many times,
As on 1st service they mentioned as rectifying all errors as a new bike i asked for replacement as the bike was registered the said it's not possible to replace due to it's manufacturer defects so i used it for first service untill. As
.
I filed more than 10 complaints and but non was repaired instead the service performance was poorly done with plenty of scratches.. After plenty of debating they finally said ok to replace for the scratched parts. As i checked my bike again the accepted their mistake on poor service and replaced the rusted parts.
.
While driving home from showroom the faults was accuring again and again so i checked my near by mechanic they said all the faults were the same
The problems are.
Fork bend
Grear jamming
Noice from engine
Etc... With parts
..
As i went to the showroom again the another service men checked the bike and as he said no issue they made me to write a written copy that there is no issues. I refused so they removed the front faring and checked and said there is no issues.
As it was a new bike i met the branch manager gupta as he said to test on the road (Roadtest) was done and they accepted there was problems accuring as i faced so many problems and the lack of showroom service and responsibilities was poor mentioned
I asked for a replacement but they refused to do (As i called honda toll free number) and filed a complaint on the issue... The showroom irresponsibly replied me do what ever you want i will take care hearing all this i was so upset.

I call the tollfree number for (20) days
They asked sorry for not replying my calls intensionally
In a simple way..
I asked for replacement of my vehicle they said me to send a mail to the head office i mailed them but no reply came.
.
I went to the website and contacted the zonal office (No reply came) again and again i filed the complaint but no use
The regional office also rejected my calls and irresponsibly answered me.

A message from honda to check the vehicle status and issues
I went on the actual day
.
(Showroom lied) that i never gave the bike to showroom for checkup after they knew they got into trouble seriously.
(Ganesh, arasu, gupta) we're called and asked inforont of manu as they accepted they failed to perform the road test and the (The reason was salesman quit the job) and they were scolded by (Manu) and i asked only for the replacement of my honda unicorn 150 cc bike.
Finally they said we can't replace it and totally they caused me 2months of time but (No positive news)
.
Again the showroom asked for the checking of bike and service issues
On my sight. Because of the acceptance of their default issues
.
2nd time (Road test)
The bikep performance for 100 ml of petrol
3.5km milage was issued by the service men and the area manager rided the bike and said the bike showed a good status.
.
As i returned home and because of the assurance of the manager the same problems was accuring again calling for the problematic issue (Manager) said to try for 1 week and let's see the performance.
Due to inconvenience of bike and performance i asked for replacement of the honda unicorn 150 cc.

They (Replied no)
.
After (2days). Manu and kandhan regional manager made a conference call to me and said pay us 20.000 and we will replace a new bike. I said (No)
They said we do replacement only for (Money) or not angerly they replied
.
1. I paid full cash for my honda unicorn 150cc
2. They made fun of me
3. Refused to reply
4. Poorly replied for replacement

(To the head office)
The above information accuring and every issue authorization was known by surya honda i don't know what to do and refund and replace of 87000rs..
I'm eagerly waiting for your reply on legal purpose if i did not get my reply legaly
.
(I may go to consumer court and file a complete and move on further legal action)
.
I request you to replace or refund my money as soon as possible.

    I have purchase honda cb shine on 17-may-2017 from rironsi automotive, opp auxilium school, manmad road, ahmednagar. The chassis & engine number of bike is me4jc654ch7043741 & jc65e71060944.

    After purchasing the bike for one bike bike runs ok but later on when the vehicle goes above the 40 kmph speed continuous noice comes from the engine.

    To resolve the issue i have visited 4 times in different service centers of honda but still date i have not to be get permanent solution for the same problem.

    In the last week i. E. On 28 september 2018 from rironsi honda, rahuri, ahmedagar service center i have changed the engine valve of bike but problem is remains same.

    Currently i have submitted my bike to rioronsi honda fro problem resolution.

    I want the permanent solution on my problem or new bike.

    I hopes the one of the big brand resolve issues of common man.

        Amideep honda showroom varachha surat 395006, i purchased bike of honda cb shine delivery as date on 22 aug 2018 and after 200km oil leakage in engin so i visit showroom workshop they told me dont worry it automatically stopping oil and clean it. But now1200km and dont stop leakage oil then today im going again showroom workshop and thy told me open engine and check and confirm to you for what is issue.
        But i dont want to open engine, i want to replace bike.

          I was purchase activa 5g from yume honda railway road gurgaon on 13 may 2018. After 1st service i was observed vaibration in scooter. After 5 times complaints till now complaint is not soloved. Yesterday 5 oct 2018 i was visited at yume honda sevice centre i told me this is munafacturing defect pleasr call the honda team.               Hi,

              I took honda cb shine bike on 30-jul-18 in hyderabad showroom. For every 3 to 4 kms bike is getting stop and also having starting issue. I took this concern to the showroom management and they have serviced my bike 4 times to resolve this issue. After 4 successful bike checkup still i am facing the same problem. I have never experienced this kind of poor service before. I am fed up with the service.
              I would have met with the accident twice because of this issue. So please do a favour in resolving the issue at earliest.

                I have purchased honda unicorn 160 on 26 april 2017 frame no me4kc29 - 98h8004885 and engine no kc20e[protected] but its display meter is not working from last six month. I have been complained vide complaint reference# 1-[protected], but the authority did not take any action on this matter, in their publication company already announced that this type of complaint to sort out freely. But no reply still received.

                    I purchased honda shine[tn70-c4201] on 2011 and used till 2017 which i covered only 62, 000 km. I replaced oil for every 2000 kms and did a good maintenance. But still the engine got seized. So i had to sell the bike for a very less cost[rs.15, 000].

                    I again bought another honda shine[tn70-w7107] in which the headlight, engine chain tensioner spring, fuel gauge light were damaged within 6 months of purchase.

                    The sound of the bike was also very bad with excess vibration. I was not claimed any warranty for the repair inspite of an external warranty for 5 years for such a bike for rs.73, 000 which is very bad.

                    When i went back to the showroom, i was told that the honda models are of this quality only and there's no warranties given for those parts. This is a significant loss for me purchasing a new bike. I just cant understand how this brand has become absolutely poor these days. Very unsatisfied and disappointed. Please look in to this issue.

                      We bought a new honda cb shine before one month on ishana honda tenkasi. While using this vehicle we found that the odometer is not working properly so we raise a concern about this issue on ishana honda. At that time the technicians told that we will repair it. After some time they told that there is no issues on odometer. After a long argument they ask a time to rectify the issue. Still i didn't get a solution from ishana honda. Is this a way honda treat their customers. Why the honda can't able to provide the solution for this issue. Its a manufacturing defect how can i take a responsibility for this defective product

                        i given my motorbike ( honda stunner, Registration NO: HR-12S 4805) for repair on[protected] to Pressana Honda at Chinniampalayam, Coimbatore. Job Card number is 2824. i had submitted advance money of Rs 6000/-for repair on 03-07-18, whose receipt no is 5007. but till date no repair has been carried out . they had drained all the petrol from my bike, which was about 10 litres. Bike need replacement of front wheel, handle bar, front wheel cover(plastic body covering front wheel), slight cracks in doom support and minor work. initially they told me it will take 20 days but still they are saying soon it will be done. they are fooling me from last 2 months.

                          Dear sir, this is the second time i am complaining for the same issue i faced while servicing. Yesterday was my 3rd free servicing but again i found their washing quality very poor. Dust and mud was all over my bike. They just sprayed water on the bike, no shampoo used nor touched my bike to clean the dirts. Nor they dry the bike after spraying water. How ridiculous!
                          Last time i complained on the same but nothing changed.
                          Will never suggest anyone to purchase honda bikes.

                            I purchase a activa 5g from uniride honda malappuram (Kerala) on 9th july 2018. From the 1st week i am suffering starting trouble. When i complaint the issue in show room they told it is solved after1st service. But after the 1st service i am facing same issue. With in thelast two month i service 7 time in your show room, 1st time they increased the slow raising. But problem not solved, every time they clean the carburetor and last time they change the carburetor and after few days it start quickly but after some days it become same issue

                              I had purchase a scooty honda activa i in the month of oct, 2017 from kauntiya automobiles jadugoda. I have faced much problem regarding ignition switch. I have taken it for servicing. The mechanic of service centre said about battery problem. The battery hadbeen sent to the authorised dealer, but i have not got since 15 days. The prop of honda sales & services at jadugoda not take keen interest. Pl. Solve my problem as early as possible.

                                I am living in tiruppur. Tamilnadu.
                                Here i brought my honda cbr 150r on raba krr in avinashi road near sap theatre on 2013. I regularly service on same showroom only. Two months before my bikes front brake cable has been broken. So i had ordered that cable on the same raba krr service centre. But this has been more than two months but until now i didn't get that cable from them. Even ami had ask many other showrooms too but they said that don't have that cable. I have been driving without front brake more than two months.in raba krr they didn't answer properly. They are behaving worst. Please take proper action. Please. Arrange me for a cable.

                                  I am S DEEPA from Vellore Tamil nadu .I bought my new vehicle Activa 5g in Vellore showroom on 23.06.2018.
                                  Vehicle no TN23CK9960.

                                  ISSUES
                                  My vehicle had starting problem in both self and in kick start i explained it clearly in the showroom in 1st service.
                                  AUGUST 25 2018
                                  I strucked in the traffic because of this problem.
                                  AUGUST 28
                                  I roled my Activa to the Katpadi showroom directly 2 to 3 km.then they checked my vehicle and in formed me that petrol is strucked in tank.
                                  AUGUST 29
                                  then also the problem repeated .then I complained the Katpadi showroom.they told me to go Vellore showroom I was very much confused to go because the vehicle was not started because of that I left the vehicle for 2 days.
                                  SEPTEMBER 3(MON)
                                  then after that I called the main Vellore showroom and informed them to take my vehicle .they also told yes but they took my vehicle on 04.09.2018(TUE)
                                  SEPTEMBER 4
                                  morning 10 am they took my vehicle to Vellore showroom then evening I went and I saw the senior mechanic and chief engineer. They told that petrol is expired.then also they kept my vehicle for observation for 3 days after that they gave me vehicle on SEPTEMBER 7 2018 timing 11.30 am by coming to home the Activa stopped in main road then I called to showroom immediately at that time all people besides me tried to start the vehicle then the same senior mechanic came after 45 minutes till that I was starting in the main road and started the vehicle by doing something in engine then they took the vehicle to the Vellore showroom immediately then I was going to home by walk
                                  SEPTEMBER 7 2018 to SEPTEMBER 12 2018 the vehicle was on observation in showroom
                                  Then they gave my vehicle on September 12.2018 there was no any starting trouble problem in vehicle I was been very to see that but then while riding I felt that the vehicle was shaking more and vibrating then it became a main problem.
                                  Then I had important for works for 2 days so I left the vehicle in showroom they took extra 3 days to return me the vehicle on (SEPTEMBER 22 18 ) I also asked the reason for the problem they said that they changed "OIL, BELT, PETROL, BUSH etc"But also the problem remained the same.

                                  REASON TO BUY NEW ACTIVA
                                  Before I used the same Activa 3g for 4 years .I sold it because of same vibrating sound which affects my health severely so that I bought a new ACTIVA 5G model which also contains the same problem in new vehicle then what is the need to buy a new vehicle.
                                  DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I SUFFERED A LOT
                                  1)They is a severe pain in body especially in thighs and legs
                                  2)I had severe tension due to the vehicle when strucked in main road
                                  3) I lost my salary for few days for taking leave because to go showroom.
                                  4) I had many problems in my daily schedule.
                                  WANTED
                                  I NEED TO REPLACE MY ACTIVA 5G VEHICLE.

                                    I purchases a activa 5g on[protected] from ashwani honda, hisar, haryana
                                    Today[protected] when I went for my first free service, the staff of ashwani honda said thai I had skipped the first free service and it's my second free service..It has been roughly 2 months since I purchased my activa and they were saying that they can't avail me my first free service..
                                    The showroom executive have not informed me not even a single time regarding cancellation of my first free service..I find it intolerable
                                    I know the time period of first service is 15 to 30 days but they should inform me once before cancelling my free service...I had driven my activa only 900 km and now it is worst experience for me of honda staff.. Atleast they should inform ne once..I used to have a hero bike and a bajaj one, they used to always inform me regarding all's service schedule but the behaviour and action of ashwani honda staff is unacceptable

                                        I have purchased activa 4g in january 2018.in march my lock set was not working i deposited my vehicle in showroom i got ten days later.
                                        It was electric system wiring burst in june by cuted by rat i called in honda. Honda service adviser was saying no available activa 4g wiring set and dont know when available. I have bought none honda genuine. Today i have lost my keys. I want new lock set but now also not available. My experience with honda are so good with products quality but honda after sale service and parts availability are dull.
