On 22 / 05 / 18 i bought a two wheeler. honda x blade std stripe engine no KC 35E80015627 from prabhanjan automobiles under ram honda jalgaon. On 27/8/18 while i was driving at a speed of 60. The bike got bumped into the big hole on the road .I lost the balance and I fell down with the bike. Because of which both macwheels of my bike got damaged and headlight also got damaged.

On 29 -8-18 i gave my bike to the service centre 'prabhanjan ram honda bhusaval as I had the insurance for the same from ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE . It's been more than 2 months my bike has not been repaired. insurance COMPANY employee Mr Sunil Wagh is saying the if in an accident the macwheels get damaged only then the insurance claim gets approved. Since the bike got bumped in to the hole on the road they can not cover macwheels. They are saying the if the macwheels are damaged because the bike got bumped into the hole that means the macwheels are of extremely lower quality..because of which it cannot be claimed. The suggested me to speak to Honda company and resolve the issue.

I have been in touch with the service centre since last 2 months. If the insurance company is not giving the macwheels then Honda should give. Mr Rakesh of service centre has been ignoring my bike. He told me that he will look in to it and will speak to officials in regards with same. However he has not done anything. My bike is rotting in the show room for past 2 months. Because of this hassle and stress my mental condition getting unstable. I had made a verbal complain over the phone. And there reply was " Your Concern vide Ticket no. 1-[protected] has been resolved. In case of further query, you may get back to us. Honda Customer Care". But my issue is still not resolved. My bike is still in the showroom. And still not repaired.

I request to higher authorities of Honda please look in to it and resolve the issue.

I am making this written complain for the same . Please resolve the issue . I will be very greatful to you.

    I have give my honda activa in service centre aburoad shubh honda and i have told to them to repair my light beeper switch and they told me that now we have to change this switch then i told to them that no problem change the switch and they change also and at that time it was working and in night time the low beam is not working then the next morning i again went to the showroom then they told me that today is navaratri so today we are selling new vechile so come after navratari then after navratri i again went to the showroom then they give me the same excuse that too many vechile are there so come tomorrow so they all are giving me the same excuse. So please take some action against the shubh honda abu road to repair my honda activa light switch

      I have purchased a new dio dx last month, in that i had many problems like
      # seat locking problem
      # side stand problem
      This was been noticed during purchase bt it was promised by them that it will be repaired on 1st service, this month i had a 1st service and problem was re highlited bt the problem was not solved.
      It's completely costumer in satfication and poor service.

        I have bought two nos. Activa 3g from innovative honda ahmedabad. Since than time to time i have enquired about my two activatas rc books, but failed to get satisfactory reply.
        Since last three month i have send them 7 emails but got any answer.
        For this two activatas insurance i have paid thrice, due to co fault but didn't get back the excess amount refund.
        You are requested to do needful on the above two points.

          Sir,
          I am sivakumar, postal inspector from adigaratty village. I bought a honda cb shine vehicle in your concern ooty branch, the same was booked on 10.09.18 and delivery taken on 12.09.18. While taking delivery i was suffered a lot because of the concern service like my requirement timing is 09.30 but upto 10.45 they delayed (Note: front side full of wabbling, water service not done, speedo meter connected, fuel guage is not connected, tools one item is missing, air filter cover is not available, and down to the seat as well as the above back side number plate fiber item was damaged, and the compliment helmet is also not given while taking delivery and the same was intimated to the manager while taking delivery, but he was also simply tackling after 11.00 only taken the delivery by me. On 09.10.2018 i went to the showroom and asking about the service of the vehicle and hand over vehicle to the showroom around 12.00 o" clock (I. E. On tuesday). I went again for rto and serviced vehicle for taken delivery the above mentioned works were not completed by the service department, that day itself they ask me to come and collect your vehicle from service around 09.30 and to go to rto for getting number but i did not get the vehicle in time, in the mean time i asked them the vehicle for rto and the incomplete service is not cleared upto 12.00 o'clock even though wabbling problem is not yet completed, they ask me to come if time permits. Those things were all in front of the manager mr. Dinesh, it was explainted but he is simply tackling again and again. Due to as a sufferer what is solution for the above mentioned problems. Each and every time loss of my leave as well as my dignity as a postal department employee. Kindly follow it and reply me by the way of good self. While the service day itself each and every one suffered on 12.10.2018 just follow it from your mettupalayam branch also.

          Hornet 2018 version buying may month..Gear shifting​ while suuden break time 5th gear to down gear 4th, 3rd, 2nd is not engaged..It's free moments ...I already explained about this show room ...But 1st service not effective..This repeated..Plz take action..Else stop ur production..This is big issue rit...While ride in highway it's leads accidents

Then second time ON[protected] The same problem Realay fault the mechanic ALEX to repair adjusted the same spare parts Then[protected] The same fault to continue . The servce meckanc again changed New self moter Realay and claimbed bill. This was un sateiesfecton of his service .

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased a honda bike model shine from harnek motors on dated 2017. During running the bike, i was felt that abnormal sound was coming from body part every time loose. I have compliant about this problem to dealer and he accepted. During first service second service then third service they checked but not resolve. But problem was still there. Every service i complaint the problem was still persisting. They checked and accepted the problem but no solved. I was compliant every service but not good answer. I think this is not a way to deal with customer. Please take of this matter seriously and take necessary action because now i have loose my patient other wise i will come through consumer court. I have spent eight month for this matter. I am unhappy to purchase a honda bike. Again i am requested to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action

                I'm naveen.I am sending this email from Qatar. I purchased activa 125 on 2 June 2018 at sreevari Honda Thrissur Kerala. Recently the bike got hit on to the wall gate. The brakes got damaged. I gave the bike for insurance claim on 26 Sept. Before buying the vehicle we were told that if you take company insurance., They will take the amount but now they are saying we've to pay the full amount. And also they said it will take 1 month time to get repaired. They have to order some parts and it will take time. Already it's more than 1week now. I'm finding difficulty in travelling. We are try to call sreevari Honda they didn't answer my call also.They are informed me Honda not give parts, that why delivery delay.
                Kindly resolve my activa issues as soon as problems.

                They informed me vehicle is repaired, wait 15 days for delivery, after insurance company will pay money to srivari honda then they will deliver.

                  I had given my honda cb shine (Jh10ab5317) for servicing on[protected] at dua honda service center (Bhuyadih, jamshedpur). My bike was having some problem with clutch and engine stop.
                  But till today i have not get any positive reply from the service center. Whenever i called them, they are clueless about resolving bike problem. Such an unprofessional reply not aspected from honda's service center.
                  Also i had complained previously to honda 2 wheelers india, but they keep their silence over this matter.
                  This festival season got ruined for me because of you all.
                  So it's better to go for consumer court to do the fair reply.

                  Dear - Sir / Madam, I have Honda Dio, but 2time servicingbut horn problem not find out bills pay .pashankar auto pvt ltd venkatsai service center has been employees is not good . Free& paid servic (1) Bike number -MH 42 AT 0792 (2 ) Engine No-JF39EU[protected] chassis no - ME4JF39EHHU025951 However, I request that the bike be given free of cost.
                  Sangram Honda showroom Pandharpur has been observed that not doing service properly. In previous service only washing is done noise coming of mudgad while driving not resolve. Now today also give reason light is not available so we cant resolve handle fork problem.

                    On 11.09.18 i was given my activa 125 to overseas honda, mylakkadu, kollam, a franchise of vahini honda, kolam, for maintenance of front head light assemblywhich was damaged due to an accident.
                    Even after 10 days no reply from there and while i enquire they telling that no spare available. Then i bring back my vehicle on a condition that the spare available they will call me. But even after one month they were not called me and i go directly there, they simply telling that no spare availble. Such a waste customer management from overseas honda authorities is a shame for honda scoters india.

                      Sir,
                      This is third time i’m mailing you for the same issue. I even could not understand how a honda service centre took such a long time (More than15 days) to resolve a problem. It seems buying honda’s bike was a mistake. Your servicing is poor. I would not recommend anyone to go for honda, not for the products but for worst service.
                      And lastly your communication is also very bad. Complaint reply is not credentials.

                        I had problem of bike turning off while slowing in traffic or at signal, they increased idling speed so much that bike vibrates and make noise in neutral position. Also on delivery bike was not washed, they just handed over the key and no one to attend while delivering, my bike was park outside near a garbage dump, very poor servicing not adequate staff at pilot honda byculla branch mumbai

                            Today i was going to take my honda activa 125 delivery after service from punjab honda, near ahmedabad mall, vastrapur, ahmedabad
                            I was parked my bike out side their parking slot but their one person given my bike to towing van without confirming with any customer who were came for taking their vehicle delivery after service
                            I have to pay rs 350/- to towing inspector
                            This is my humble request to get noticed if your authorized service dealer has not any parking facility for their customer then their is no meaning of service with honda the world leading 2 and 4 wheeler manufacturer

                              I own a honda cbr 250 with the chasis no - mh04fy1964.

                              The bike had a starting issue and intermittently was switching off with jerks in throttle. I gave the bike for servicing in july 2018 at sai point workshop in thane, gokul nagar. The bike was kept there for 2 weeks! Details as follows:

                              Job card no.: 2018/gj/3773
                              Supv name: ramchandra sawant

                              Invoive amount paid - inr 15343 (Invoice attached - inv1)
                              My issues:
                              After spending the amount i did, i was surprised to see the bike did not have a proper clutch lever fixed.. Was told they have ordered the lever but hasn't yet arrived. So i was given a temporary lever from another bike which was not even fitted properly.
                              My throttle kept going on high race even when i kept the accelerator at zero position. I was told this will settle down as i ride the bike. This issue persisted and i was obviously lied to!
                              Basically, an exorbitant amount and time taken and cheated by the service station personnel!

                              I took the bike to another sai point service station at thane, ganesh wadi where it was kept for 3 days. Details as follows:
                              Job card number: 2018/tj/18581
                              Supv name: babu khan
                              I was given an invoice of inr 1556 (Attached inv 2) saying that the throttle cable was changed. However, some sensor is not working and they would have to replace it. The invoice date was 17/9/2018. Apparently, they still have not received the sensor from the spare parts team. Wonder if honda spare parts and logistics are so messed up that they cannot service customers!

                              Today, it's 14th oct 2018 and the bike just wont start for the last 2 weeks. After several approaches to the 2 service stations, they still have not been able to send someone to pick up my bike.

                              I believe honda to be an excellent brand and was satisfied with the product to an extent that i was contemplating a repeat purchase.in fact, i was an advocate of the brand. However, the attitude of the service staff has left an extremely foul taste.

                              All i am expecting is - my bike to function the way its supposed to. Obviously the thane sai point team has not been able to solve my issue since july 2018. I request for help from the honda management. Hope this is not too much of an expectation and will be looked into at the earliest.

                                Sir i have honda activa & i went to satnam motors pvt ltd, 36 near glass factory tonk road jaipur 302015 for the service of activa. I hand over the vehicle in the morning today 8:45 am with complaint in front shockers. There was noise and defects in front suspension and also problem in acceleration. After all till evening 6 pm there was no call from there side while my sequence number was 7 in the morning and they were promised to call me when vehicle will be ready. Finally when i went to receive my vehicle in workshop, i found that my vehicle was ready but documents formalities were not complete and i have to wait approximately 40-50 minutes. After that when i checked and drive the vehicle i surprised to see that same problems were there in the vehicle even after service. There were no improvement and repair was done from satnam service center. It was really very very poor service and pathetic situation i have not ever seen. I request there staff to see the issue but they refused and said to come monday again. There staff behaviour were also very dirty and not responsible. My problem was not solved and finally i have to go outside for the solution/repair of my vehicle. This was my first visit to satnam service center, i am really very disappointed to such kind of service. I would never want to go there and never recommend to any one for them. It was really a very dirty patch at the brand name of honda. I request you to take the matter seriously. So that no one customer suffer from such kind of service problems from satnam.

                                  Honda service station of nerul is not so good don't go to buy 2 wheeler from there they make fool to customer i had done service from honda showroom that was my 3rd service now its around 5th service i have completed but still engine noise is the problem which is not resolve yet due to that problem now my engine belt is broken and they are denied to give it in warranty they always charge for nothing and not resolve any problem on there own.

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    Referring your mail for problem resolved, i'm sorry to say that you have wrong information. My problem is not yet resolved. Dua honda service center hadn’t done yet to resolve the problem. I called dua honda yesterday and asked for the status, they said work is in progress and will inform me when completed. But i got no reply from them and my bike is still at the service center.
                                    Very much unsatisfied with your services.

                                      I had purchased honda shine 30 january 2017. I was completed all servicing regarding to bike and before 2 months ago my bike petrol tank was leaked at 4 to 5 spot on right side and below tank that's why my petrol was drained about 2 liters.
                                      I also complained to dealer i. E. Laxmi narayan honda, kudal. There was no response. Please help to me to resolved my problem.

                                        Sir i have purchase the activa 125 in oct 2017
                                        From 2 second service me tell the service station that active get vibrated at 0-10 and then 40-50
                                        I had previously complaint for the problem and they solve that issue temporary
                                        After some time its again get vibration
                                        Last service i did on[protected] for the same problem
                                        2 days activa run smoothly
                                        And today i again went in service station for the problem
                                        There were accepting that the water was present inside the brake oil that has been done from there side while doing the last service
                                        Now today they saying leave the activa for 2 days
                                        How can i do the same i have lot of work to be done

                                        Kindly solve the same on urgent basis
                                        I have attached the copy of invoice and water inside the brake oil
