I purchased new honda navi one months back. I am very disappointed with with the starting problem everyday in the morning. You're such a big company having brilliant minds but didn't know the fact that how a my father everyday will start the vehicle by kicking almost 10-15 times... This is a biggest problem we customers are facing today. I request to kindly modify the battery configuration of all the having the same problem. It is sole responsibility of honda to fix this problem otherwise they will lose their customer base.

Dear sir, i purchased honda navi for my father from the worst vaishnavi honda dealer, they are doing worst service and asking too much of money without reason. All customer is fighting them, so, please do necessary action, my number is [protected]

Some parts is vaibration 40km /hr vechile is vibrating and i think very very low cost metal using in honda navi vechile not for good
And main important number plate issue and service and key locking very very wrost and low prices already srtacing in metal head lamp fous is low,,,

    Dear sir
    This is to inform you that i went ur g p motors pvt ltd service center at 110 malvina road george town allahabad for the servicing of my activa on 8th oct 2018. That time my scooty has need to service and has few routine issues. On date i get call from said service center that your front fork sub assy has bend scorer is also need to change. I agree as its authentic companies own service center. Next day i pay around rs. 5491/- and they delivered me scooty at 6.30 around. I received it and moved to my home. I found that scooty is running very heavy as its wheel jam n difficult to maintain balance because its pulled left. Very next day i visited service center n told the problem in instead of solving my problem they told me that your wheel drum is damage and rear wheel rim is bend since you have to changed it. I want know that how could it possible before the servicing my scooty was running smooth but after service both wheel jam, rear rim was bend and what kind of service they done as i paid round 5491/- for the service after its i didn't get satisfied. Kindly take-up the matter and register it as my complaint against the said service center. As this kind of issue happened in authentic service center which is totally against the valuable customers.

      I would like to draw your attention towards me as i made a payment for the new honda aviator dlx model on[protected] via paytm order i'd is[protected] amt rs 57035 and paytm guides me to go honda dealer in agra i. E anand ji honda on gwalior road and the dealer is saying that he would not be able to give me the vehicle because paytm is going to pay after 10-15 days and you have to pay the full amount in advance about 75000 rs then only u get the vehicle and also talking very rudely to us the manger of the dealer named lalit chaudhary so i would be very grateful if you grant me the vehicle as soon as possible so that i can't complain in the consumer forum court...         Hi, this complaint is regarding the inadequate experience within the honda service centres, ananda honda and haiku honda. My new honda grazia purchased 5 months ago has developed handle allignment issues post my second service with ananda honda. Bike was given on 5 different occasions bw 24th sept and 1st week of oct asking the service station to resolve the issue. On all 5 occasions the service mechanics have failed to resolved the handling issues. The same experience with haiku honda where the mechanics are incompetent. I dont understand how honda india can permit such inefficient workforce who are wasting time and money for customers.
        Kindly note that the full amount has been paid (78, 000) for the purchase of the bike,

            Hi team of honda
            I m sorry that i m writing my complait here. But i have to do it. In 2012 i bought ur bike honda stunner and i m very happy with this bike and ur company also. In honda 125 cc bikes i love stunner and cb shine bike. I was very happy with stunner.
            But now i buy cb shine in july 2018 . I have a very bad expereince with this bike. Bqs this bike is giving many problems to me and the service centre team is not removing that problem.
            1. First problem is the bike is doing missing when i drive.
            2. Noise problem bike is giving very loud noise when i drive it above 45 kmph.
            3.smothness in this bike smoothness is 0 from my side.
            4. With in two week i m suffering with these kind of problem with this bike..And i was told to service team they do something in this bike. And after 2 or 3 days the same problem come again..

            I m very disappoint with this bike..
            In my freind circle i have also have honda cb shine i m happy with that bike. Nad that not have any problem i mentioned above..thats why i decide to purchase honda shine ..but that bike is come to me very bad bad...bad...

            And my bike also have starting problem .. the time of second free serice is coming in this weekend . If the problems are not remove in this service i will go to take help with consumer authorties..of here...
            I m not a rich person and my earning in month is just 9000/ rs. The bike is on bank loan and i m giving a emi of rs2486 in a month.. for 30 months . And it is very difficult to afford me..plz tell ur service team to improve my bike to its problem...

              Ke baad scotty recive kiya.. Do din baad shri balaji honda se mujhe feed back ke liye call aya mene kha nhi abhi meri scotty me kuch problem ho arhi hai hai. Me monday ko shri balaji honda show room per aya or mujhe yaha head mechanic alash se mulakat hui or mene apni problem unko bataya... Un hone mujhe wednesday ko bulaya. Me wednesday ko shri balaji honda showroom per gya or mene unko dobra apni problem bataya. Head mechanic alash ne scotty ki check kiya or bataya ki iske handle me band hai or scotty ki battery karab ho gai hai.. To mene kah ki meri battery waranty me hai.. Shri balaji honda me billing department me ms jyoti ne mujhe bataya ki apki battery excide company se friday ko aaye gi or fir hum apko dege.. Me ne kha madam tab tak me apni scotty ki kaise lekar jau.. Kya ase hi hota hai yha.. Ms jyoti ne kha yaha ase hi hota hai.. Ok... Jao jise aapko batana hai bata do... Yaha koi bhi customer ki presani nhi smjhta hai.. Yaha ka staff badi batamiji se baat karta hai... Koi bhi apni responsibility nhi samjhta hai... Plz slove my problem... Sir kya asa bhi hota hai ki waranty la koi part karab ho jaye to customer ko uska wait karna padta hai..

              Dear sir there are lots of problems in servicing of bikes so many time taken not properly servicing of bikes I m a doctor I can't go my duty today because of your worst system and use less Servicing washing not properly so bad condition of servicing of bikes
              I have purchased Activa 4 g from shree Honda rewari before 11 months, but I faced the problem in battery, with in 6 months, they recharged the battery, but still we are facing the battery problem.

                I purchased cb unicorn 150 on 31/05/2018 and i got battery problem within 3 months of purchase and i given battery to honda service located at kolar (Sri kausthb honda) after 1 month also i didn't received my battery what the service you are providing to the customers honda i am not satisfied with your services i hate your services i haven't used battery for a month and i want warranty to extend after 1 year also because i didn't using provided battery more than 1 month till now i didn't received my battery back if i didn't get my battery with in 2 to 3 days i will register complaint against you...

                  Have given my hornet bike no. 7732 and also given my helmet (Cost around 2500rs) to service centre on sunday around 2'0 clock to erragadda branch in hyderabad.
                  Now i have gone to branch to pick the bike and helmet. But they have given my helmet to another customer. I have asked to manager regarding issue but they didn't even answer my issue. They are using vulgar language with me. I have asked that please check the cc footage. But they are saying camera's are not working and said do what you want. They didnt give receipt also to me and talk very badly to me.

                  This is the way hyderabad erragadda branch treating the customers.

                  Please do something on this issue as soon as possible. I need my helmet.

                    Every day we are facing starting problem with activa 125. Every morning need to pull choke to start with 2~4 self.

                    I visited honda service station in gurgaon (Ganpati honda) as well but as per them it will remain same.

                    Recently on 9th oct 2018 ganpati honda service advisor ascused that there is battery issue which he charged and installed again. As per him it is higher cc i. E. 125cc and we need to kick and pull choke every morning.

                    I am also using honda activa 110 for last 8 years but no such problem n performing much better.

                    Never expected such product from honda 2 wheeler.

                    Request you to resolve the problem and provide permanent solution.

                          Below are my concerns and hope the same will be resolved by Honda Team ASAP if the company is customer centric and really care for their customers as others.
                          1) Salesman promised me for discount over phone in MRP and when I reached to purchase no any discount was given.
                          2) Dealer provide discounts to person specific and Bias behavior with their customers at the same time.
                          3) As per dealer offer published in Famous daily newspaper on 16th sep STUDDS helmet must be given to the customers again on 17th sep another offer published which states some additional benefits will be given a part of previous offer but at the time of delivery dealer refused me to provide STUDDS helmet.
                          4) I contacted owner for the same but he behaved arrogantly and rudely despite listening my concern.
                          4) pathetic customer service as no one asked me for a glass of water during my stay in dealer premises I.e. 12 noon to 5:30 evening even I fail to use their washroom due to worse and unhygienic condition.
                          Due to above all issues I am feeling that the dealer has cheated me.
                          Please look into the same and do the needful.

                            Hello sir, i have bought a new honda dio dlx model. When we gave the bike for first service in a showroom. There were problems in the service indicator which froze after the service and we felt drag during starting the bike. Then after the second service the tail lights stopped working and the pressure in the bike was so less. Inspite of this when i went to the showroom for service there was no proper service. They were just ingnoring it. So i pls request u to take necessary action again the showroom and its service centre. Thank you.

                                Dear honda customer service team,

                                I am very upset the way my complain is handle. If you see my below complaint number, i went to 21 honda they have keep my activa for almost 3 days, after 3 days they told me that very morning i have pull the chowk and kick start my activa. I have done for some days, and it works, now from last 7 days i have not started my activa and now when i was going to start my activa, it was not getting starts. Also after pulling the chowk and kick it for 100 times the activa not being started.

                                I have purchase this activa from pilot honda in month of feb 2018, in this 8 months time i am facing this issue for 4 times. I was using the avtiva for last 5 years, but i have never face this issue in earlier activa, but this activa is causing lots of issue. One thing is sure that i have received the faulty product or any part inside this is faulty.

                                The service center of 21 honda chandivali branch is not telling me the exact issue in my scooty, every time they give me new excuse. There are some question of mine.
                                1) why should i have to pull chowk every morning and kick it to start.
                                2) i am sure my battery is faulty, then why the service center people is not willing to change it?

                                I have purchase this bike for my wife and as a ladies she cant kick every morning to kick start the bike.

                                This is my final mail to honda team, if i will not get the permanent solution, i have find some legal way to get the permanent solution of my problem. I will complain for the seller pilot honda - mulund, service center - 21 honda and honda india.

                                I have paid 75000 rupees to buy a scooty for my wife, but till date i have not used properly. Now the situation is this that my scooty totally break down and even not getting start after chowk and kick.

                                  When you will contact, since 5th oct. My activa is standing in yume service centre. No response from your side. What is your objective of customer response time, 5 years or 10 years! Very bad service. It was my mistake that i was purchased honda product. Next time i wil remimber. Third class service.                                     Hi, i m v. Srinivasreddy from bhongir town, nalgonda dist, pin 508116, i own a vehicle honda unicorn 150 cc, and my vehicle no, ts306880, on saturday i given service my vehicle in kushal honda bhongir at 10am on that time service will be done by 2pm khushal honda people said but they didnt given in proper time and service not done by the evening 6pm and washing too, i asked several times to servicing people why servicing and washing not done by evening, they r not responding to me and avoiding me and not giving any answer, so that i taken my vehicle from khushal honda and done servicing by local mechanic, if you people wont give proper service to customer than why you open service centre, please take proper action on this issue.

                                      As i am m. Suresh boght a bike on surya honda showroom 3/8/2018 unicorn 150 cc boght it... Tn12z4889 it's not functioning well as i made a statement to the showroom many times,
                                      As on 1st service they mentioned as rectifying all errors as a new bike i asked for replacement as the bike was registered the said it's not possible to replace due to it's manufacturer defects so i used it for first service untill. As

                                      I filed more than 10 complaints and but non was repaired instead the service performance was poorly done with plenty of scratches.. After plenty of debating they finally said ok to replace for the scratched parts. As i checked my bike again the accepted their mistake on poor service and replaced the rusted parts.

                                      While driving home from showroom the faults was accuring again and again so i checked my near by mechanic they said all the faults were the same
                                      The problems are.
                                      Fork bend
                                      Grear jamming
                                      Noice from engine
                                      Etc... With parts
                                      ..
                                      As i went to the showroom again the another service men checked the bike and as he said no issue they made me to write a written copy that there is no issues. I refused so they removed the front faring and checked and said there is no issues.
                                      As it was a new bike i met the branch manager gupta as he said to test on the road (Roadtest) was done and they accepted there was problems accuring as i faced so many problems and the lack of showroom service and responsibilities was poor mentioned
                                      I asked for a replacement but they refused to do (As i called honda toll free number) and filed a complaint on the issue... The showroom irresponsibly replied me do what ever you want i will take care hearing all this i was so upset.

                                      I call the tollfree number for (20) days
                                      They asked sorry for not replying my calls intensionally
                                      In a simple way..
                                      I asked for replacement of my vehicle they said me to send a mail to the head office i mailed them but no reply came.
                                      .
                                      I went to the website and contacted the zonal office (No reply came) again and again i filed the complaint but no use
                                      The regional office also rejected my calls and irresponsibly answered me.

                                      (Finally i got the area manager manu ph number)

                                      I called 27/9/18
                                      I received
                                      A message from honda to check the vehicle status and issues
                                      I went on the actual day
                                      .
                                      (Showroom lied) that i never gave the bike to showroom for checkup after they knew they got into trouble seriously.
                                      (Ganesh, arasu, gupta) we're called and asked inforont of manu as they accepted they failed to perform the road test and the (The reason was salesman quit the job) and they were scolded by (Manu) and i asked only for the replacement of my honda unicorn 150 cc bike.
                                      Finally they said we can't replace it and totally they caused me 2months of time but (No positive news)

                                      Again the showroom asked for the checking of bike and service issues
                                      On my sight. Because of the acceptance of their default issues
                                      .
                                      2nd time (Road test)
                                      The bikep performance for 100 ml of petrol
                                      3.5km milage was issued by the service men and the area manager rided the bike and said the bike showed a good status.
                                      .
                                      As i returned home and because of the assurance of the manager the same problems was accuring again calling for the problematic issue (Manager) said to try for 1 week and let's see the performance.
                                      Due to inconvenience of bike and performance i asked for replacement of the honda unicorn 150 cc.
                                      .
                                      They (Replied no)
                                      .
                                      After (2days). Manu and kandhan regional manager made a conference call to me and said pay us 20.000 and we will replace a new bike. I said (No)
                                      They said we do replacement only for (Money) or not angerly they replied
                                      .
                                      1. I paid full cash for my honda unicorn 150cc
                                      2. They made fun of me
                                      3. Refused to reply
                                      4. Poorly replied for replacement

                                      (To the head office)
                                      The above information accuring and every issue authorization was known by surya honda i don't know what to do and refund and replace of 87000rs..
                                      I'm eagerly waiting for your reply on legal purpose if i did not get my reply legaly
                                      .
                                      (I may go to consumer court and file a complete and move on further legal action)
                                      .
                                      I request you to replace or refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchase honda cb shine on 17-may-2017 from rironsi automotive, opp auxilium school, manmad road, ahmednagar. The chassis & engine number of bike is me4jc654ch7043741 & jc65e71060944.

                                        After purchasing the bike for one bike bike runs ok but later on when the vehicle goes above the 40 kmph speed continuous noice comes from the engine.

                                        To resolve the issue i have visited 4 times in different service centers of honda but still date i have not to be get permanent solution for the same problem.

                                        In the last week i. E. On 28 september 2018 from rironsi honda, rahuri, ahmedagar service center i have changed the engine valve of bike but problem is remains same.

                                        Currently i have submitted my bike to rioronsi honda fro problem resolution.

                                        I want the permanent solution on my problem or new bike.

                                        I hopes the one of the big brand resolve issues of common man.
