I am from solan nd in solan servicing of vehicle is very bad. They just do only one thing that is changing the engine oil. I said to advisor nd he mentioned all the things in job card but work still not done in the workshop. Nd customer not allowed in workshop, how will custmer knw that his work had done properly or not. I want to complaint plz note this. My vehicle is not giving perfect mileage. Who will pay for my harm. I want my solution as soon as possible.

    My vehicle number kl04 am 2084 just finished 2 free service and one minor bodywork at john honda aleppey, kerala having the following complaints which i explained to dealer many times but still exists. Staring problems, morning need many attempts even pull choke. After start vehicle stopping many times, front vibration after body works, accilator rise always, kicker starter is a big joke and even 100 attempts need to start. Vehicle side pulling and very low mileage as around 30 km only when i check with full tank method. So please solve above all my complaints at the earliest.

      Hello team,
      I have given my activa 4g fro servicing and after two days when they returned my bike to me not a single issue was resolved not even a bike was not cleaned properly. I have givenmy bike in nagpur manish nagar branch.
      When i told them that it is not cleaned and all they told me to talk with main branch and not to us. Even they charged me 300rs.
      This is mannerless behaviour and when they are charging me there service also should be proper.

      Welding joints are not smoothly finished it's looking ugly and unworthy for given money...I hate Honda completely this is the first and last bike in my career.good bye

        I purchase a new honda dream yuga bike date on 22-12+2017 i have complaint that m bike is not giving good milega nahi dr rahi hai keri bike 1liter me 30 she 35 kmpl ko milega dr rahi hai or main a on i bike ko 5 service puri larva chuka hun honda workshop we fir bhi koi difference nahi aa rahaa hai or mughe rohini honda workshop me manager me bola hai ko honda ko koi bh i bike 40km/pl ko milega we u par nahi deti hai ple apse request hai ko keri bike repair ko jaye

          My sister bought a activa i scooter at kovilpatti sgj honda at 12.08.2018 then the showroom manager says registration will be held on 14.08.2018 and then i call the showroom to my sister presence at registration time he will say no we are take the vehicle and finished the registration process and you take vehicle and rc book but still now he is not give any rc book by his careless mistake now we will ask rc book he tell like a its rto office mistake and you go fight with them we are not responsible for your rc book you deal with only rto office

          Now we not suggest buy any honda vehicles to my friends relatives and colleagues

          (My sister bought a scooter in amma scheme the time period now near gets end time period 45 days)

            Hi team,

            I purchased my new activa 5g on july 16th from vihan honda manpada thane gave it for servicing on 17th august for 1st service, i got call in the evening stating the vehicle is ready had gone to collect the same and saw the vehicle was not even washed completely when asked for manager was informed there was no pressure in the water pipe hence the vehicle could not be washed properly and i dont know what kind of service done on it however the service person took a cloth and wiped the vehicle in front of me and stated you can take your vehicle and the man left stating its time to close the shop and everybody has left if wish to complaint come back tomorrow, this is the kind of service received from honda which is very bad not expected and 2 days later i got a call from service center asking about the feedback gave information she mentioned she will ask the shop supervisor to call back and get it fixed i received call back from same lady after a week to get the vehicle as service station informed her that im out of station for a week asked to call back next week for the resolution since then waiting for the call back. Vehicle number mh04 2144. This is highly pathetic services provided by honda staff and this goes without saying that this leads to bad mouthing of honda coz of their incompetency. Thanks hope to find a solution and not been repeated in the future.

            Poor bike servicing just washing the bike and changing the oil and checking chain that set and charged 500 for labour charge, they fails to solve the engine noise there is a lot of complaints, I can't explain any more.. Sorry

              According to your mechanic l came to know that the fuel meyer have to be replaced which will take time but he can't tell me the approx date & time. I send mail to joy bhattacharjee the service manager but he send me a blank mail. Am i joke with him. Pl solve my problem & delivered my vehicle as soon as possible and told me the delivery date & time because we all know the importance the the vehicle.

                My honda activa mh-09- cq -2847 was got repaired from success auto @ 1-2 months back. I paid @ 7500/- i found a problem for engine oil leakage immediately after repair & approached the service centre where they carried out the necessary repair and oil top up. Now the vehicle has undergone total engine blockage due to oil exhaust and block / piston damaged. They have submitted a new quotation @ rs 10800/ - for repairs which has been arose due to negilgience during earlier repair.

                Please look into and help me out from unnecessary financial loss.

                  The dealers do not take any initiative to check the vehicles properly during services and don't entertain any complaints seriously i have been complaining about my issues since 3rd service and this is my 5th service the problem is deteriorated and they are not taking it seriously and trying to convince me that all is good if an activa gives a mileage of 20 km per litre i think we should avoid driving two wheelers

                    I had given my above vehicle in planet honda chandra layout and very dispointed called your customer care number and your representative told you will get reference number through sms and i not received even thogh i complainted to you you are not willing to solve it now i am suffering to contact you what is the response you are giving to your customer i never prefer you anymore and as a automobile engineer i never recommend your product to anyone

                      On 27th august 2018 the bike was not working so i went to the service station and gave it for service at ganga automobiles, hirabaug, varachha surat (Main branch @ ring road, surat), gujarat. And they gave me back on 29th august 2018 and gave a bill of 120 rupees. And told that i[censored] want to have a ride then first you have to give 120 rupees then only you will get you bike.br...

                      I went to get my activa honda serviced at mark autoriders, sion today. The guy took a trial round to check the issues of the vehicle and then made me aware of the same.
                      I handed over my activa to him and after he explained the bill, i told him to check the oil, if bad call me and i will confirm the change necessary.
                      At 1632 hrs i received a call from the service centre saying its ready and to come at the earliest and collect the same.
                      I made some a call and left my sick son whose 5 years old at a friend place in the same building as i didn't think it would be appropriate for me to bring him out. I rushed from kurla in a rick and made it straight to the billing counter, it took me a while to be attended too, once cleared of my bill payment at 1725hrs i went down and spoke to the guy to get my bike after giving the gate pass.
                      He went to get the same and took a long time, it was around 1758hrs, i check with his collegues and in a few mins it had come, but seemed just washed and brought. Till the guy actually cleaned/dried the same, the guy started giving the coating for which i had the coupon for.
                      All done i took the vehicle and left as i was more worried about my son, on the way as i left the service centre the front headlight panel which he told me he would fix it, was done nothing and it made a noise while on a bumpy road, again i took a turn and brought the vehicle to the service station.
                      I again mentioned and explain and they did the job and i returned home.

                      My concern (2 points) is one, that if they are not sure that the vehicle is ready in all its sense they should not call the customers, second when the vehicle is in service, check all the vehicle in all sense and inform the customer even if the oil needed to be changed.

                      At times i feel, that it would be better for me to do it with a local garage guy who would charge me less plus attend to all this problem.

                      Hoping they would improve on their services and respect the customer's time.

                        I had meet an small accident my scooter fork and hand bar has been bend and some repairs, so the service man told to replace that all, i had paid and replaced it, it's honda parts purchased from suryabala honda, but now it's have been too vibration and like shaking of handlebar when it's happening in driving, they didn't take any action about it and they r saying the complaint on tyres and i had changed and check it to but it's not come to originality 2, from the second service i had heard the engine nose like piston noise right now they didn't take any action on it, sukrawarpet suryabala honda service is very worst and head office ramanathapuram branch is not bad but i want to get originality of the handbar and fork

                          I purchase activa 5g before 4 month, after 1 month of purchase it's front shocker is not work properly . I am go honda showroom (shree dev honda meerut) first time i am go .he say" it is not a problem after 1000 km this problem is automatically solved" . I am go 3- 4 timeline he give m different- difference excuse at different time . Finally i explain my problem in 2 service but he say " this shocker is damage due to accident in real the accident is not happened any type to scratch and accident not find . Please help me the service department of shre dev honda is lise my proble .help me

                            My self Shiva Prasad, i just ordered my Dio standard on 21st August 2018 near kogilu cross honda showroom bangalore karnataka.. one of the worst experience in my entire life.. honda executive called me saying that we are sorry for undelivering your bike.. past 10 days cant even think about costomer problems.. i think honda people creating bloody ### nonsence reasons to delivery the bike. Dno wat happend i want my bike delivery at friday evening ie 31st august 2018.. please dont fraud people

                              I have purchased a new Honda Grazia DLC Scooty from Sai Point Honda Thane branch on 18th August 2018. Since then I'm facing a vehicle vibration issue I had complained to dealer but dealer said that every 125cc scooty has a same problem dealer deniying with the proper solution.
                              So please help either take us vehicle back n provide me the refund at the earliest.

                                October/2017.i registered my bike on my wife's name (y. Sujan Wesley).
                                Last month of this year on[protected] I given my bike in PRANAV HONDA tadepalli(mandal)showroom which is located in tadepalli(mandal), guntur(district).i faced engine problem along with too much rising of acceleration. And also leakage of oil from the engine. After ten days I went again to PRANAV HONDA regarding my bike problem.they adjusted acceleration and send me back. But my problem was not cleared completely. After20days I went again to PRANAV HONDA tadepalli(mandal) they done some repair to my bike and some what 80% of my problem cleared .buy again I faced acceleration problem. I feel bad and I repaired my bike with private mechanic. And today[protected] I went for water wash as I have free washing coupons, as I buy AMC. But the way they spoke with me is they showed too much arrogance, aggressiveness towards me. I didn't find any politeness in their receiving an customer. I hurt alot. As this is the second unicorn I'm using. In 2014 I buy an unicorn with registration number ap07bw8784 registered on my father's name(yanamala.nehemya). Again in 2017 I bought another unicorn bike, because I have a lot of respect and I have a lot of trust on HONDA. so please take some neccesary action, so that a customer like me never lost trust on your company HONDA.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Sir I have bought the Honda dream yuga bike registered on the name of Narendra singh Rathore. RJ. 37 SR6194 from vikas honda budsu which comes under Rulaniya motors kuchaman .It is under servicing period but there are charging for replacement of clutch plates Rs 1000 INR .and it has been serviced 5 days back and this problem of cluth plates has arisen and they are charging for it by saying it doesn't comes under free service.so please contact the dealer and bike has been brought on Nov 2017 and it is under gaurantty period.

                                    Madurai Jeevan honda services peoples are not taking the services due to three services engineers only available in the work. There are not doing proper services and all time improper worst services. All engineers are freshers and don't know how to remove and connect the part's. They are changing different scooters parts in the bike. No proper response from the services manager and worst behavior.

                                    I ve droped my honda stunner pgm fi bike in jamkhandi sandesh honda service station ..even 25 dyas the bike has not ready... manager says we d9nt have trained mechanicals.. then how they are running service station without trained mechanics... no responce with the phone calls worst behavior of manager..

                                      Respected Honda,
                                      I bought a new Honda Activa 5G in the month of 12 July, 2018. Only 1.5 month pasded, but the scooter is not good in service. The average is very low and the main problem is that the self starter is not working. Daily I have to start for 10 minutes. Last week, it didn't start and company service boy took from my home and checked and said petrol is having dust and they filtered carburettor.I took at home, but today again it is not starting, I pulled the scooter and bring it to showroom, same self Start Problem.
                                      Please take some action on service department.
                                      In future, I will never buy any Honda products and never suggests other person also to buy Honda products.
