I am owner honda unicron 150 self starti am give money 06/07/2018 for engine warrantee extension in your honda dealer k m honda, kujang he tell you come after one month but i am going after 1 & 1/2 months your honda dealer person tell our people not extension your engine warrantee because now one year time over but i will give money one year time under but your dealer person hear not serious in job, please solve my problems
Your dealer k m honda person fault that not my fault.
Another issue please solve i am bike buying time give rs-81, 000.00 in check through but your dealer k m honda, odisha dealer give invoice only rs-71, 763.00 please my problem solve.

    Dear sir.
    I had visited your service center at nadiad service authorization code is :-gj200001 for put my activa for service on 24/8/2018. At the time i pay 1840 rupees.. I had issue with only service but instead of service they change some part too.. After i the service when i take first ride its seems very heavy and noisy.. Now i visited again this service center they told me you need to pay again money for forther repairing.. And the exucutive behaved very rudly and just try avoiding me.. Also have a footage how badly they behave..

      I would like to here your view on this and a solution as well.

        I am an owner of honda cb shine oct 2107, since i purchased my bike there has been lots of problem in the rear both shockers after scheduled second service, when inspected by the service enggineer it was claimed that both the shockers are faulty, i have serviced my bike as per schedule. How can shocker of the bike become faulty within less than one year of period, when i asked for replacement for the same its was outright denied that shockers arent covered under warranty, how is that possible kindly look into my concern & provide me appropriate remedy.

          I have purchased a honda activa 125 2 wheeler of your company from the show room trichur honda, main road koorkenchery, thrissur on[protected]. This 2 wheeler had a starting trouble after using around one and a half month. So, i dispatched it at the trichur honda show room on[protected]. They informed me that battery of the 2 wheeler became failure and so they would replace it soon. But, they have not taken any action till this time.
          They are following laziness and indifference towards me. It is very deplorable and regretfull approach. It will definitely adversely affect the reputation of honda 2 wheelers company.
          So please do the needfull.

            I am still having issue into this bike as i am unable to start.
            I have already visited there today for the solution but one of the mechanic from honda 21 is saying that i need to leave bike for couple of days to get the solution resolved.
            Now please explain me what they have done in the past when i had left for the same issue.
            I don't have that much time available for every now and then. Because it is second time i have visited by pushing my vehicle.
            Also give a feedback regarding the reception lady not to get rude with the customers.
            Quick response with the solution will be highly appreciated.

                I dont know whether this mail will be first read. But still i would like to bring to your notice that
                I'm a big fan o[censored]nicorn 150 and would desire to buy it for the past 1 year.

                Today i visited jsp honda anna nagar and i was really feeling bad about entering the showroom. I also have the invoice proof which i'll submit if you need

                I asked the sales advisor to give me the only the vehicle without insurance as i'll take it on my own for this the way he reacted in completely un professional. After speaking a bit bold he accepted and still told you are making a big mistake.

                I'm asking one simple question is it not possible for a customer to buy a vehicle without insurance from dealer.

                After this coming to the next page in accessories i told i dont want any of them as i'll get it fitted on my own. For this you sales representative told me

                "sir, ungaluku vandi kudukanumnu enaku avasiam illa en kita irundhum. Accessories pota unagaluku vandi tharen. Veliya sub dealers kita indhan vandi vangarathuku enaku 5000 premium la blocking poi kitu iruku. Venum na vangikonga ilana vandi tharamudiyathu"

                To translate what your sales rep told

                There is no necessary for me to give you the vehicle even if its available with me. Why should i give you the vehicle without accessories from my side?? If you want you buy or else i've people in sub dealers who pay 5000 rs additional to get the same vehicle in blocking.

                I 'm not sure whether honda is aware that these type of dealers work in a black market and add up 5000 extra to the same vehicle.
                I'm now really confused whether to buy this vehicle or not. As i'm completely feeling disheartened and feeling really sorrow of my self getting knowingly cheated if i buy from this dealer.

                I'm a team bhp fan and i'll surely forward this mail to the moderator to showcase how
                Honda dealers show attitude.

                On top of all these things they are saying extended warranty is 1075 but the actual is 750 rs only.

                  Vehicle purchased in august 2018
                  and service done on 31st august 2018
                  major issue is that the staff of Absolute Honda Mahipalpur Delhi are adjusting old parts ( Brake Caim ) in new vehicle
                  today i came for an problem of sound coming from rear side
                  and they found the promblem after 1:30 hours and to solve this problem they replace new part with old part in my vehicle without my permission and i told the manager why you put that old part in my vehicle he said we have no new part available right now
                  and i captured the picture of that old part

                    I mr kanaiyalal mirchumal devnani is honda customer since 2010. I have aviator with registration number gj20j8582 and trigger with registration number gj20s8282 which are given regularly at rahul motors dahod. Last time some three months back my trigger got stuck on road on complain rahul motors technician told the vehicle is not having engine oil and its piston is stuck on which i requested that i give my bike in service to you only and i get it service under anual maintenance plan its your fault you didn't put oil in it even though they charged me for it ;they charged me 5000 rs and got my bike service which is not atall performing well on raod so i have stopped riding it. Now last month i gave my aviator for service with stiff handle bar on which trahul motors technician advised me to get its tyre changed so i got it done now still the complain persist and they have charged me rs 2350 rs to correct that then why they advised me to change tyres they seem to be fooling all customers kindly do the needful i have diverted many of my friends to tvs two wheelers because of rahul motors careless services

                      I had purchased activa 4g in jan 2018 from rohan honda - pimple saudagar, pune, mh. Since march 2018 it was giving problem in self start and even kick start stopped working.
                      I had complained and also got my 4th servicing done from bu bhandari - vimannagar. (Pune, mh).
                      They set the rpm and said it will not occur again. It's not even 2 months and the problem started again.
                      I need the battery to be replaced by honda as it seems to have delivered a faulty product.
                      How come a new vehicle is facing starting problem so soon?

                      Service is not satisfactory, staff behaviour was very unhealthy. Whenever we have a plan to put our vehicle in service station they people only washup, I don’t understand why they people asking for oil changing every time does that worth ????

                        I am from solan nd in solan servicing of vehicle is very bad. They just do only one thing that is changing the engine oil. I said to advisor nd he mentioned all the things in job card but work still not done in the workshop. Nd customer not allowed in workshop, how will custmer knw that his work had done properly or not. I want to complaint plz note this. My vehicle is not giving perfect mileage. Who will pay for my harm. I want my solution as soon as possible.

                          My vehicle number kl04 am 2084 just finished 2 free service and one minor bodywork at john honda aleppey, kerala having the following complaints which i explained to dealer many times but still exists. Staring problems, morning need many attempts even pull choke. After start vehicle stopping many times, front vibration after body works, accilator rise always, kicker starter is a big joke and even 100 attempts need to start. Vehicle side pulling and very low mileage as around 30 km only when i check with full tank method. So please solve above all my complaints at the earliest.

                            I have given my activa 4g fro servicing and after two days when they returned my bike to me not a single issue was resolved not even a bike was not cleaned properly. I have givenmy bike in nagpur manish nagar branch.
                            When i told them that it is not cleaned and all they told me to talk with main branch and not to us. Even they charged me 300rs.
                            This is mannerless behaviour and when they are charging me there service also should be proper.

                            Welding joints are not smoothly finished it's looking ugly and unworthy for given money...I hate Honda completely this is the first and last bike in my career.good bye

                              I purchase a new honda dream yuga bike date on 22-12+2017 i have complaint that m bike is not giving good milega nahi dr rahi hai keri bike 1liter me 30 she 35 kmpl ko milega dr rahi hai or main a on i bike ko 5 service puri larva chuka hun honda workshop we fir bhi koi difference nahi aa rahaa hai or mughe rohini honda workshop me manager me bola hai ko honda ko koi bh i bike 40km/pl ko milega we u par nahi deti hai ple apse request hai ko keri bike repair ko jaye

                                My sister bought a activa i scooter at kovilpatti sgj honda at 12.08.2018 then the showroom manager says registration will be held on 14.08.2018 and then i call the showroom to my sister presence at registration time he will say no we are take the vehicle and finished the registration process and you take vehicle and rc book but still now he is not give any rc book by his careless mistake now we will ask rc book he tell like a its rto office mistake and you go fight with them we are not responsible for your rc book you deal with only rto office

                                Now we not suggest buy any honda vehicles to my friends relatives and colleagues

                                (My sister bought a scooter in amma scheme the time period now near gets end time period 45 days)

                                  I purchased my new activa 5g on july 16th from vihan honda manpada thane gave it for servicing on 17th august for 1st service, i got call in the evening stating the vehicle is ready had gone to collect the same and saw the vehicle was not even washed completely when asked for manager was informed there was no pressure in the water pipe hence the vehicle could not be washed properly and i dont know what kind of service done on it however the service person took a cloth and wiped the vehicle in front of me and stated you can take your vehicle and the man left stating its time to close the shop and everybody has left if wish to complaint come back tomorrow, this is the kind of service received from honda which is very bad not expected and 2 days later i got a call from service center asking about the feedback gave information she mentioned she will ask the shop supervisor to call back and get it fixed i received call back from same lady after a week to get the vehicle as service station informed her that im out of station for a week asked to call back next week for the resolution since then waiting for the call back. Vehicle number mh04 2144. This is highly pathetic services provided by honda staff and this goes without saying that this leads to bad mouthing of honda coz of their incompetency. Thanks hope to find a solution and not been repeated in the future.

                                  Poor bike servicing just washing the bike and changing the oil and checking chain that set and charged 500 for labour charge, they fails to solve the engine noise there is a lot of complaints, I can't explain any more.. Sorry

                                    According to your mechanic l came to know that the fuel meyer have to be replaced which will take time but he can't tell me the approx date & time. I send mail to joy bhattacharjee the service manager but he send me a blank mail. Am i joke with him. Pl solve my problem & delivered my vehicle as soon as possible and told me the delivery date & time because we all know the importance the the vehicle.

                                      My honda activa mh-09- cq -2847 was got repaired from success auto @ 1-2 months back. I paid @ 7500/- i found a problem for engine oil leakage immediately after repair & approached the service centre where they carried out the necessary repair and oil top up. Now the vehicle has undergone total engine blockage due to oil exhaust and block / piston damaged. They have submitted a new quotation @ rs 10800/ - for repairs which has been arose due to negilgience during earlier repair.

                                      Please look into and help me out from unnecessary financial loss.
