      On my 3rd free service, i found some issues on my honda dio scooter, i informed about all problems, but they not responsing about vehicle issues, they are only doing (Incomplete water wash and engine oil changing), they collecting a money for every issues, i dont know the is having a warranty or not.           Hi i brought a scooter, from the date of brought i am facing idling problem if i keep scooter of 20-30 seconds i will off, when i raiding something is pulling back or decrease the speed of scooter it is not that much speed as new scooter i visited the planet show room and planet service center 7 times and even 1st service has been done they charged 716. (Seven hundred sixteen rupees) even they did not attend the problem, if i stated to explain my problem they are not caring.

            Subject: negligence in proper servicing of my motorcycle, honda cb trigger 150 cc by the honda service centre opposite rajarajeshwari nagar arch, mysore road, bangalore and also ill-behaviour by manjunath and other person.

            I am k. S. Ravikumar, software engineer by profession booked a cb trigger on[protected] and received the motorcycle on[protected]. My motorcycle registration number is ka05 jb 4908. I have faced some serious problems dealing with the service team at “silicon honda”, rv road, bangalore and “silicon honda”, opposite rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore. The chronologies of the events are as follows:-
            1. I lodged a serious complaint with respect to problem with the gear shifting back in 2013 when the motorcycle was brand new. The gear automatically shifted either from neutral to first gear or vice versa, and from first gear to second gear or vice versa. This is extremely serious problem because, while riding the motorcycle, gear shifting would happen automatically from first gear to neutral. This is a very serious problem because if i had just shifted the gear from neutral to first gear and the bike is on the moving and there is a fast moving heavy vehicle just behind me and if the gear automatically shifted from first gear to neutral, the motorcycle would slow down drastically and i would be knocked off by the heavy vehicle behind me which could prove fatal. There are several instances where the motorcycle would stop abruptly in the middle of the road. I was almost hit by a bmtc (Bangalore metropolitan transport corporation) on several occasions. So i orally complaint to the then service manager at silicon honda, r. V road, bangalore, but to no avail. Therefore, i visited the dealer mr. S. M. Baliga’s office and complained regarding the same. Mr. Baliga was quite helpful in inquiring about the same and they delivered by motorcycle in few hours’ time completely rectified. The above mentioned incidents are extremely serious in nature as the very reason the work manager of the silicon honda service team mr. Om prakash’s reluctance in fixing my motorcycle’s gear box problem could prove fatal.

            2. With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your attention that i have been servicing my motorcycle from the honda service centre opposite rajarajeshwari nagar arch, mysore road, bangalore since 2015. Since then, there were deficiencies in servicing my motorcycle on several instances and i have complained about the same to narayanaswamy, the then manager, honda service centre opposite rajarajeshwari nagar arch, mysore road and narayanaswamy would immediately rectify the anomalies and defects. But a person by name manjunath at a lower cadre would create these problems which narayana swamy rectified. But in the recent times, no proper servicing is being done to my motorcycle. The same manjunath is being elevated to service manager’s position presently and he behaves very arrogantly and does not work in same spirit as honda company, a highly esteemed company works.

            3. I delivered my motorcycle for servicing on 19.09.2018 and also paid an amount of rs. 1, 489 on 20.09.2018, but i am totally disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated with the service provided by the honda servicing centre. I complained about the mileage of the motorcycle which has come down drastically and also that there is problem while shifting gears. Balu, one of the personnel at the honda servicing centre, opposite rajarajeshwari nagar arch, mysore road, bangalore listened to my problems and received my motorcycle for servicing on 19.09.2018. Instead of solving the problems in my motorcycle, an additional problem was added after delivering my motorcycle on 20.09.2018. Now my motorcycle has 3 problems gear shifting problem, mileage problem and oil leakage problem. There has been oil leakage since 20.09.2018 which pictures i have sent to ravikumar, manager at honda, r. V road, jayanagar, bangalore through whatsapp application from my mobile. I complained about the additional problem of oil leakage to manjunath and balu at honda service centre opposite rajarajeshwari nagar arch, mysore road, bangalore. Manjunath started confusing me by telling me that some important and costly part of my motorcycle has been damaged and also enquired “if i have opted for extended warranty of 5 years”. Manjunath has not only been extracting money by giving silly reasons, he also has been confusing and misleading me. Since, i have opted for the extended warranty of 5 years at the time of purchasing the motorcycle in 2013, i informed him so. Then, he started to confuse me that i will have to pay extra for the removal of the self-induced oil leakage problem. He started to give a idli-sambar example, at which point balu informed manjunath not to speak to me or clarify my doubts. Manjunath has been making serious attempts to fool me as a customer of honda and such act of his is very much intentional.

            4. Manjunath has been behaving in such a manner for the past 2-3 years and always hints me very obliquely that he has police friends. I have been prosecuting certain policeman who have worked at rajarajeshwari nagar police station in 2013 for illegal detention, criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation among others and also a traffic police sub-inspector from the k. R. Puram police station for other cognizable criminal offences. If it is found that manjunath has been acting at the instance of some corrupt policeman, i reserve the right to prosecute him for criminal conspiracy among other criminal offences. I also reserve a right to file a complaint before the consumer redressal forum at bangalore for “deficiency” in service under the consumer protection act. Manjunath has not only caused severe inconvenience, waste of time and money, but also mental harassment among others. People like manjunath are spoiling the name of a good and reputed company like honda.

            5. With regards to this complaint, i delivered my motorcycle on 12.10.2018 to rectify all the aforementioned problems to ravikumar, manager at honda, r. V road, jayanagar, bangalore. Today i. E. 15.10.2018, i received my motorcycle, and ravikumar told me that all the problems have been solved. But, ravikumar refused to accept my written complaint, he used abusive words and further has not been picking my phone calls. Ravikumar is hand-in-glove with manjunath.

            6. Therefore, i request a fair inquiry into the above complaint against manjunath and ravikumar for suitable and appropriate action, in the interest of justice.

              I just purchased new honda activa 5g before 2 month

              After some time battery issue occurred.
              When i checked with dealer i found battery of tata instead of exide which was committed before purchasing it.

              Dealer is not responding well.

              Rudely behaves and tata dealer asks for money to send battery to their customer center.

              Pls support. Raj motors is cheating consumers

                On 22 / 05 / 18 i bought a two wheeler. honda x blade std stripe engine no KC 35E80015627 from prabhanjan automobiles under ram honda jalgaon. On 27/8/18 while i was driving at a speed of 60. The bike got bumped into the big hole on the road .I lost the balance and I fell down with the bike. Because of which both macwheels of my bike got damaged and headlight also got damaged.

                On 29 -8-18 i gave my bike to the service centre 'prabhanjan ram honda bhusaval as I had the insurance for the same from ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE . It's been more than 2 months my bike has not been repaired. insurance COMPANY employee Mr Sunil Wagh is saying the if in an accident the macwheels get damaged only then the insurance claim gets approved. Since the bike got bumped in to the hole on the road they can not cover macwheels. They are saying the if the macwheels are damaged because the bike got bumped into the hole that means the macwheels are of extremely lower quality..because of which it cannot be claimed. The suggested me to speak to Honda company and resolve the issue.

                I have been in touch with the service centre since last 2 months. If the insurance company is not giving the macwheels then Honda should give. Mr Rakesh of service centre has been ignoring my bike. He told me that he will look in to it and will speak to officials in regards with same. However he has not done anything. My bike is rotting in the show room for past 2 months. Because of this hassle and stress my mental condition getting unstable. I had made a verbal complain over the phone. And there reply was " Your Concern vide Ticket no. 1-[protected] has been resolved. In case of further query, you may get back to us. Honda Customer Care". But my issue is still not resolved. My bike is still in the showroom. And still not repaired.

                I request to higher authorities of Honda please look in to it and resolve the issue.

                I am making this written complain for the same . Please resolve the issue . I will be very greatful to you.

                  I have give my honda activa in service centre aburoad shubh honda and i have told to them to repair my light beeper switch and they told me that now we have to change this switch then i told to them that no problem change the switch and they change also and at that time it was working and in night time the low beam is not working then the next morning i again went to the showroom then they told me that today is navaratri so today we are selling new vechile so come after navratari then after navratri i again went to the showroom then they give me the same excuse that too many vechile are there so come tomorrow so they all are giving me the same excuse. So please take some action against the shubh honda abu road to repair my honda activa light switch

                      Since last three month i have send them 7 emails but got any answer.
                      For this two activatas insurance i have paid thrice, due to co fault but didn't get back the excess amount refund.

                        I am sivakumar, postal inspector from adigaratty village. I bought a honda cb shine vehicle in your concern ooty branch, the same was booked on 10.09.18 and delivery taken on 12.09.18. While taking delivery i was suffered a lot because of the concern service like my requirement timing is 09.30 but upto 10.45 they delayed (Note: front side full of wabbling, water service not done, speedo meter connected, fuel guage is not connected, tools one item is missing, air filter cover is not available, and down to the seat as well as the above back side number plate fiber item was damaged, and the compliment helmet is also not given while taking delivery and the same was intimated to the manager while taking delivery, but he was also simply tackling after 11.00 only taken the delivery by me. On 09.10.2018 i went to the showroom and asking about the service of the vehicle and hand over vehicle to the showroom around 12.00 o" clock (I. E. On tuesday). I went again for rto and serviced vehicle for taken delivery the above mentioned works were not completed by the service department, that day itself they ask me to come and collect your vehicle from service around 09.30 and to go to rto for getting number but i did not get the vehicle in time, in the mean time i asked them the vehicle for rto and the incomplete service is not cleared upto 12.00 o'clock even though wabbling problem is not yet completed, they ask me to come if time permits. Those things were all in front of the manager mr. Dinesh, it was explainted but he is simply tackling again and again. Due to as a sufferer what is solution for the above mentioned problems. Each and every time loss of my leave as well as my dignity as a postal department employee. Kindly follow it and reply me by the way of good self. While the service day itself each and every one suffered on 12.10.2018 just follow it from your mettupalayam branch also.

Then second time ON[protected] The same problem Realay fault the mechanic ALEX to repair adjusted the same spare parts Then[protected] The same fault to continue . The servce meckanc again changed New self moter Realay and claimbed bill. This was un sateiesfecton of his service .

                            I have purchased a honda bike model shine from harnek motors on dated 2017. During running the bike, i was felt that abnormal sound was coming from body part every time loose. I have compliant about this problem to dealer and he accepted. During first service second service then third service they checked but not resolve. But problem was still there. Every service i complaint the problem was still persisting. They checked and accepted the problem but no solved. I was compliant every service but not good answer. I think this is not a way to deal with customer. Please take of this matter seriously and take necessary action because now i have loose my patient other wise i will come through consumer court. I have spent eight month for this matter. I am unhappy to purchase a honda bike. Again i am requested to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action

                              I'm naveen.I am sending this email from Qatar. I purchased activa 125 on 2 June 2018 at sreevari Honda Thrissur Kerala. Recently the bike got hit on to the wall gate. The brakes got damaged. I gave the bike for insurance claim on 26 Sept. Before buying the vehicle we were told that if you take company insurance., They will take the amount but now they are saying we've to pay the full amount. And also they said it will take 1 month time to get repaired. They have to order some parts and it will take time. Already it's more than 1week now. I'm finding difficulty in travelling. We are try to call sreevari Honda they didn't answer my call also.They are informed me Honda not give parts, that why delivery delay.
                              Kindly resolve my activa issues as soon as problems.

                                I had given my honda cb shine (Jh10ab5317) for servicing on[protected] at dua honda service center (Bhuyadih, jamshedpur). My bike was having some problem with clutch and engine stop.
                                But till today i have not get any positive reply from the service center. Whenever i called them, they are clueless about resolving bike problem. Such an unprofessional reply not aspected from honda's service center.
                                Also i had complained previously to honda 2 wheelers india, but they keep their silence over this matter.
                                This festival season got ruined for me because of you all.
                                So it's better to go for consumer court to do the fair reply.

                                Dear - Sir / Madam, I have Honda Dio, but 2time servicingbut horn problem not find out bills pay .pashankar auto pvt ltd venkatsai service center has been employees is not good . Free& paid servic (1) Bike number -MH 42 AT 0792 (2 ) Engine No-JF39EU[protected] chassis no - ME4JF39EHHU025951 However, I request that the bike be given free of cost.
                                Sangram Honda showroom Pandharpur has been observed that not doing service properly. In previous service only washing is done noise coming of mudgad while driving not resolve. Now today also give reason light is not available so we cant resolve handle fork problem.

                                  On 11.09.18 i was given my activa 125 to overseas honda, mylakkadu, kollam, a franchise of vahini honda, kolam, for maintenance of front head light assemblywhich was damaged due to an accident.
                                  Even after 10 days no reply from there and while i enquire they telling that no spare available. Then i bring back my vehicle on a condition that the spare available they will call me. But even after one month they were not called me and i go directly there, they simply telling that no spare availble. Such a waste customer management from overseas honda authorities is a shame for honda scoters india.

                                    Sir,
                                    This is third time i’m mailing you for the same issue. I even could not understand how a honda service centre took such a long time (More than15 days) to resolve a problem. It seems buying honda’s bike was a mistake. Your servicing is poor. I would not recommend anyone to go for honda, not for the products but for worst service.
                                    And lastly your communication is also very bad. Complaint reply is not credentials.

                                    Hornet 2018 version buying may month..Gear shifting​ while suuden break time 5th gear to down gear 4th, 3rd, 2nd is not engaged..It's free moments ...I already explained about this show room ...But 1st service not effective..This repeated..Plz take action..Else stop ur production..This is big issue rit...While ride in highway it's leads accidents

                                      I had problem of bike turning off while slowing in traffic or at signal, they increased idling speed so much that bike vibrates and make noise in neutral position. Also on delivery bike was not washed, they just handed over the key and no one to attend while delivering, my bike was park outside near a garbage dump, very poor servicing not adequate staff at pilot honda byculla branch mumbai

Their service labour did not do any work and advise me that go local labour for your problm.. And talk like nonsence person.. Service labour name is jailendra kumar...
