I wanted to purchase honda shine sp cbs in anpara u. P. From siddhartha automobile as this is the only dealer here. But the person mr. Sarvesh gupta (Dealer) is harrasing and 4 months have passed by and he is telling that the company has stopped the production of this model and other model is available wherein the model is easily available in other cities. The dealership of siddhartha automobile needs to be cancelled as two of my friends also wanted to purchase honda 2 wheeler at the same location but this dealer is divulging us, i don't know why. Please look into the matter urgently and let me buy honda shine sp cbs urgently at anpara location.

    Madam/ dear sir
    With reference to captioned subject, i have purchased a honda livo bike on 20.10.2017, i had also purchased honda active before purchasing this bike as i was fully satisfied with your services and commitments.

    But i have to submit huge regret regarding your services, after purchasing honda livo from rs honda aligarh i have done every periodic service of my bike regularly, first service at rs honda aligarh and other 3 periodic services at the mascot honda aligarh

    On 24.08.2018 while returning from the market by bike, i was driving my bike on approx. Speed of 20 to 30. Suddenly my bike got stop perhaps engine was in start condition but the bike was not moving ahead. After that i did shut down the engine i bring my bike to my home walking and i did not start it again.

    On 25.08.2018 i went to the mascot honda service center, aligarh for fixing the problem and servicing my bike which was due. After checking my bike service center officials inform me that chain of your bike was got down and some part of (Chamber of engine as informed by service center officials) the engine is broken.

    Then i requested them to replace that part as it is already been covered in warranty period. At the time of purchase i was told regarding warranty cover of engine for 2 years as it is only 10 months that i have purchased this vehicle. But they refused to honor commitments which was given to me and to replace the parts saying that it is my fault and you have to pay for this.

    Since i am a working person and use my bike for commute, it is very difficult to me commute with our bike as my bike is there at mascot honda service center aligarh since 25.08.2018.

    As i am a trustworthy customer of your company, i can say proudly that i am connected with your company since many years, but i am very regret to say that your company (Honda) such a esteemed institution is not able to give me prompt and satisfactory services.

    Therefore i kindly request to you to ressove this issue as soon as possible. They did service of my bike with out fixing the problem. And saying for picking bike from service center.

    I have also registered complain on tollfee no with complain no 1-[protected].

    Kindly take this matter most urgent as it is very difficult for me to commute without bike.

      I have bought honda 4g on 13th march 2018 and on 6th august 2018 my battery dead. Then i give to change battery to honda service center (Munger) on 6th august but now till date on 27th august 2018 it is not changed. I thought it is my mistake to buy honda scooty. I feel very exhausted in these 20 days, because no horn and self start blow so it is very dangerous to drive on road.

      So, plz resolve my problem quickly and take a hard action against who is responsible for this situation.

        Dear sir... I have been buy a honda unicorn 150 two wheeler vehicle in last aprial 19-2018 at kodad telangana. On the beginning i have problem with vehicle. At the first service done at jaggaiahpet and after 1800 km clutch was problem and immediately i am going to service center of our honda... They are checked and there is no problem said to me... After 2500 km cluth was totally distroid and cluth disk also came to black colour... And i realized to change total clutch plates and iron disks with my money... Now i am problem with chain and engine can you plase resolve my problem or other wise i am going to depend consumer court.

          Sir i m regular customer but i have submitted my bike on 22/08/2018 for servicing but on evening this date they called me and says that bike is ready but when i came to showroom my bike was not ready they took full payment of servicing of 1600 rupees but they didn't give my bike they told me that the part is not available please come tomorrow but when i came showroom again the bike was not ready nd told me to come on saturday 25/08/18 but on saturday they again told me take your bike on monday and today 27/08/18 is still not ready they again give me a date nd told me the bike is not ready they were not solving my problem staff behaviour is very bad so please took some action immediately sir

            Due to flooding given for servicing the same, but even after six days passed i have not received my bike. I have visited the work shop twice but there is no one there to give me a proper reply. Every time i call them they say not finished. I wish to know how long you will take to repair a vehicle. Why do you open such irresponsible workshop to degrade your name and fame.

                  Hi this is ranjithkumar. I have booked dio dlx green in the lodha honda west tambaram. Its been more than 3 weeks from booking date and i have paid full payment. There giving very silly reason.. They lost my aadhar card as well. Very poor customer survice. What kind of control you have to reach the bike to custemer. Very poor dealership. How many times i can go to there place. Please do the needful. They are loosing honda name as well.

                    I bought two wheeler sp shine 125cc 2018 model, reg no : tno5 bq 3238 from jsp honda dealers at chennai annan agar on february 2018. On same day i had a test drive myself before delivery i found there is handle bar bend while i driving feel uncomfortable but delivery person said it will like that only so taken delivery late nite 9pm. After few days i feel my right arm shoulder getting pain regularly then i consulted physician finally we came to know because of vehicle handle bar problem so immediately taken back to showroom after long observation they changed to new handle bar but after that constantly i am getting problems like rare wheel tyre air leak, back break not comfortable while applying, mileage drop, noise on applying first gear, and also handle bar in same condition like earlier. Last 2 days back while on driving suddenly vehicle got switchef off automatically then immediately i self started moved and released clutch immediately vehicle raised in opposite direction and myself fall down on highways road by luckly i am not injured much but vehicle rare lights broken. Finally i decided to return back vehicle to vendor because by daily facing many problems for this vehicle. Now vehicle at jsp honda service centre thirumangalam, chennai. Thanks to honda team.

                        One week before general services done in honda showroom, after services headlight not working battery not charging again return back to services center for that complaint almost 5 days completed still not ready, everyday they told me tomorrow will ready, very worst services in that showroom, if i call to services center no response from them, pls support to clear the issue,

                          My name is deepak and last week i serviced my activa 4g near raj kumar park city honda service center and had a horrible service with the advisor and the team over there.

                          I paid around rs3500 for the service and i can assure you that they have not serviced my bike, all the problems which i described was there like that only, i dint get time to get my bike to re-serviced. Before that i got a call from your one of your cro or bpo agent, she asked for the feed back and i am explaining what has happened in a polite manner but she was not ready to listen to me and just said a word get your bike back to the service and hung up the phone.

                          I took my bike to be re-serviced on monday and he asked time frame of 2 days, i was polite enough and said him, okay but i need my bike to be serviced properly.

                          Later on wednesday they gave my bike back but the problem was still there, the advisor name was "silambarasan" horrible service, i was waiting almost 3 hours near the showroom and i clearly stated that i have an important meeting at 1 so i have to leave by then.

                          He gave my bike back sharp at 1:10, i took my bike back home and noticed that they have stuck a double side tape near the front dashboard, i went back to ask regarding this to that person, he said that is usual and my back tire has been punchared by them.

                          I need a complete refund on the issue and the issue with my back tire need to be fixed with a new tire.

                          I have lots of bike : apache, r15, 5 activa (3 5g, 1 4g and 1 3g) had never experienced this way with the other service centers.

                          Will any one stick double side tape to a dashboard??? Horrible.

                          If my issue is not resolved by friday, i am going to publish on social media facebook, instagram and in twitter with a full footage video of your bills and the experience that i had.

                          Also i am going to give a bad review on your official feedback page and on google (Will mention my experience clearly and will not recommend that service center)

                          I am also going to escalate the issue to my personal lawyer and be ready to face the consequences, on indian standard also i am going to review about my service.

                          मेरी होण्डा एक्टिवा UP50BA3945 मे हैंडिल थोड़ा जाम तथा स्पीडोमीटर की सुई नही चल रही थी जिसे बनवाने मेरा लडका दीप होण्डा आजमगढ के वर्कशॉप मे गया था, परन्तु बिना निर्धारित समय या कि0 मी0 पुरा हुए वर्कशॉप के कर्मचारी ने न ही मेरी गाड़ी की जबरदस्ती सर्विसीगं की बल्कि AMC कूपन बेचा और इंजन आयल मे इंजन आयल प्लस और अन्य भी गैर जरूरी कार्य किये।

                            I have given my vehicle for service and they promised that they will delevery by next day but still now I didn't get any response from service center yesterday I call and confirmed for an delivery they told by tomorrow u can come and collect but when I went to service center there was no work done on my vehicle and billed the parts which is not fitted to my vehicl.
                            If this is a service how do u think customers will come for service.

                              Manager of city honda showroom situated near mmi hospital g e road raipur chattishgarh, misbehave with me, as i m not ready to pay the bank charges against the invoice prepared for me, while i m going to pay the bill through my credit card. I told the manager that bank charges should bear by the merchant site, it is not for the customer, but he did not agree with me and start arguing with me. At last he told me that you have to pay the in cash as our machine is not working. When i told him that i don't have cash, how could i do that. He told me that either you pay bank charges or pay in cash or you can cancell the deal. By listening this i m get angry and i asked for a written confirmation as he charging the bank charges from me. He also denied for that, then i told him that i m going to lodge a complaint against you then he told me that you can do whatever you want to do, lodge the complain wherever you can lodge and he also ask me to leave the showroom, when i asked him for his identity card he denied to show me that and told me that he don't have any id card.
                              Now i request to honda2wheeler association look at the matter and do the needful. Being a manager of such a kind of organisation, he is not supposed to behave the customer like and using such rubbish languages.

                                Dear sir, i was purchased the new cb unicorn-150Cc from Thriveni Honda dealer -Salem. from day one on wards am facing engine vibrating complaint @4200RPM. same as communicated to the dealer, he take the vehicle and return the vehicle with same complaint, after that am escalate the complaint to Honda Customer care. again and again they repairs my vehicle for four times. finally Mr. Arun Area Manager of Honda Two wheeler of India along with his technical team try to resolve the issue.Also they are toking the test drive more then 150Kms(Approx), And Mr. Arun informed to me over through phone the vehicle was ready @ good road worthy condition. Same as confirmed from Honda Customer care Also. Mr. Senthil (Service Manager) Deliver the vehicle @ my door step. But Still the vibration complaint remain same with out any change.

                                    Very poor service from akd honda, berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal.
                                    They are breaking trust of people from honda bikes.
                                    After doing service the problem are getting bigger. They cannot provide a propper service to his customer.
                                    I will go to consumer forum regarding this kind of harassment.
                                    Last sunday they change my airfilter for no reason. But after doing service they made an other problem in my bike. When i am trying to make a speed of 60 kmph, the race is getting low automatically.

                                      Today i availed second free service of my scooter activa 5g up42ar0705 at sardar motors faizabad but i regret to say that services provided is not up to yhe level and the company also charged rs 60+gst extra the details of which is not provided. The same amt is categorised as labour/service amount which is not genuine as few services are totally free as described in booklet.
                                      Pls let me know the reason earliest as possible so the matter may be esclated at higher level.

                                        I am a customee of your two wheelers services from 2 months. I purchased a scooter (Aviator) from your authorized dealer (C. M. Honda) which is situted in aligarh u. P. India. Since last two months (From the date of purchase) your service provider clients ignoring my complaint by giving unwanted reasons and today my scooty fuel pipe bust suddenly while i am riding on it. I dont like the way of your service and this would lead to a case of defeciency in service. Plzz provide me some relief otherwise i will file a case in cdra in negligence&prohibition of (Consumer protection act, 1986)
