    One week before general services done in honda showroom, after services headlight not working battery not charging again return back to services center for that complaint almost 5 days completed still not ready, everyday they told me tomorrow will ready, very worst services in that showroom, if i call to services center no response from them, pls support to clear the issue,
    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Dear i purchase CBR hornet just recently before some day ago, after ride 300km bike ride (daily 30km) but paining neck, hand after ride bike even ride only 30km.

    i am really upset on honda bike i want to change this horrible bike, i was not accepting this type o[censored]n confront from honda bike but its happens.

      My name is deepak and last week i serviced my activa 4g near raj kumar park city honda service center and had a horrible service with the advisor and the team over there.

      I paid around rs3500 for the service and i can assure you that they have not serviced my bike, all the problems which i described was there like that only, i dint get time to get my bike to re-serviced. Before that i got a call from your one of your cro or bpo agent, she asked for the feed back and i am explaining what has happened in a polite manner but she was not ready to listen to me and just said a word get your bike back to the service and hung up the phone.

      I took my bike to be re-serviced on monday and he asked time frame of 2 days, i was polite enough and said him, okay but i need my bike to be serviced properly.

      Later on wednesday they gave my bike back but the problem was still there, the advisor name was "silambarasan" horrible service, i was waiting almost 3 hours near the showroom and i clearly stated that i have an important meeting at 1 so i have to leave by then.

      He gave my bike back sharp at 1:10, i took my bike back home and noticed that they have stuck a double side tape near the front dashboard, i went back to ask regarding this to that person, he said that is usual and my back tire has been punchared by them.

      I need a complete refund on the issue and the issue with my back tire need to be fixed with a new tire.

      I have lots of bike : apache, r15, 5 activa (3 5g, 1 4g and 1 3g) had never experienced this way with the other service centers.

      Will any one stick double side tape to a dashboard??? Horrible.

      If my issue is not resolved by friday, i am going to publish on social media facebook, instagram and in twitter with a full footage video of your bills and the experience that i had.

      Also i am going to give a bad review on your official feedback page and on google (Will mention my experience clearly and will not recommend that service center)

      I am also going to escalate the issue to my personal lawyer and be ready to face the consequences, on indian standard also i am going to review about my service.

      मेरी होण्डा एक्टिवा UP50BA3945 मे हैंडिल थोड़ा जाम तथा स्पीडोमीटर की सुई नही चल रही थी जिसे बनवाने मेरा लडका दीप होण्डा आजमगढ के वर्कशॉप मे गया था, परन्तु बिना निर्धारित समय या कि0 मी0 पुरा हुए वर्कशॉप के कर्मचारी ने न ही मेरी गाड़ी की जबरदस्ती सर्विसीगं की बल्कि AMC कूपन बेचा और इंजन आयल मे इंजन आयल प्लस और अन्य भी गैर जरूरी कार्य किये।

        I have given my vehicle for service and they promised that they will delevery by next day but still now I didn't get any response from service center yesterday I call and confirmed for an delivery they told by tomorrow u can come and collect but when I went to service center there was no work done on my vehicle and billed the parts which is not fitted to my vehicl.
        If this is a service how do u think customers will come for service.

          Manager of city honda showroom situated near mmi hospital g e road raipur chattishgarh, misbehave with me, as i m not ready to pay the bank charges against the invoice prepared for me, while i m going to pay the bill through my credit card. I told the manager that bank charges should bear by the merchant site, it is not for the customer, but he did not agree with me and start arguing with me. At last he told me that you have to pay the in cash as our machine is not working. When i told him that i don't have cash, how could i do that. He told me that either you pay bank charges or pay in cash or you can cancell the deal. By listening this i m get angry and i asked for a written confirmation as he charging the bank charges from me. He also denied for that, then i told him that i m going to lodge a complaint against you then he told me that you can do whatever you want to do, lodge the complain wherever you can lodge and he also ask me to leave the showroom, when i asked him for his identity card he denied to show me that and told me that he don't have any id card.
          Now i request to honda2wheeler association look at the matter and do the needful. Being a manager of such a kind of organisation, he is not supposed to behave the customer like and using such rubbish languages.

            Dear sir, i was purchased the new cb unicorn-150Cc from Thriveni Honda dealer -Salem. from day one on wards am facing engine vibrating complaint @4200RPM. same as communicated to the dealer, he take the vehicle and return the vehicle with same complaint, after that am escalate the complaint to Honda Customer care. again and again they repairs my vehicle for four times. finally Mr. Arun Area Manager of Honda Two wheeler of India along with his technical team try to resolve the issue.Also they are toking the test drive more then 150Kms(Approx), And Mr. Arun informed to me over through phone the vehicle was ready @ good road worthy condition. Same as confirmed from Honda Customer care Also. Mr. Senthil (Service Manager) Deliver the vehicle @ my door step. But Still the vibration complaint remain same with out any change.

                Very poor service from akd honda, berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal.
                They are breaking trust of people from honda bikes.
                After doing service the problem are getting bigger. They cannot provide a propper service to his customer.
                I will go to consumer forum regarding this kind of harassment.
                Last sunday they change my airfilter for no reason. But after doing service they made an other problem in my bike. When i am trying to make a speed of 60 kmph, the race is getting low automatically.

                  Today i availed second free service of my scooter activa 5g up42ar0705 at sardar motors faizabad but i regret to say that services provided is not up to yhe level and the company also charged rs 60+gst extra the details of which is not provided. The same amt is categorised as labour/service amount which is not genuine as few services are totally free as described in booklet.
                  Pls let me know the reason earliest as possible so the matter may be esclated at higher level.

                    I am a customee of your two wheelers services from 2 months. I purchased a scooter (Aviator) from your authorized dealer (C. M. Honda) which is situted in aligarh u. P. India. Since last two months (From the date of purchase) your service provider clients ignoring my complaint by giving unwanted reasons and today my scooty fuel pipe bust suddenly while i am riding on it. I dont like the way of your service and this would lead to a case of defeciency in service. Plzz provide me some relief otherwise i will file a case in cdra in negligence&prohibition of (Consumer protection act, 1986)

                        I went to get my activa 4g scooter serviced at ur dealer people honda paschimpuri agra on 19/08/2018 at 10.30 am. Staff behavior is very rude. No body guided me properly. So i find me very difficult to get my serviced. I feel that there is so much problem to get free service of my scooter then what happens when there is major problem.

                            Hi all,

                            I have purchased honda cb unicorn 150cc having vehicle no. Mh-48-bd-8926 on 26-apr-18 from advisor "happy".
                            From day one i have noticed an issue with front tyre, the air pressure goes low and till date i fill air every 2-3 days to maintain air pressure and avoid puncture. I went to ambadi road branch and showed to happy. He told vipin and vipin took me to the nearby tyre service shop to find a fix. The service guy removed the front wheel and checked but unfortunately there was no issue and he changed the pin. I paid for that service. I have reported this issue to happy many times and he said he will get the tyre replaced but till date he does not have time. He does not respond to this issue. This is customer service from honda.
                            I am most unhappy customer from advisor happy.
                            For nearly 2 months i got fed up chasing happy to give me the tax invoice and challan. After that, again i had to follow up for bike side stand and seat cover. Tyre replacement issue is unresolved and with days going by i don't think he will be doing the tyre replacement.
                            The bike was not used in may as bike documents was not received and incomplete so i could not travel long distances.
                            End of may bike was driven below 1000km. I found few more issues the bike tuning was not smooth, no pickup as carburetor was not doing well. I reported this issue on 1st service to advisor victor on 31st may-18. To my bad luck only bike oil was changed and bike was serviced (Washed) and i paid bill for 380.43. Advisor victor suggested the tune will get set after[protected]km. I took the bike and then came back after 2 days and showed the issue to vipin and head engineer they cleaned the plug and told me to get the bike again and they will do it. I gave the bike the next day and they tuned it and removed the water from carburetor and gave it. Still till this time the bike was rarely used so feedback could not be provided immediately.
                            Once i received the rc book i started using my bike in vasai still below 1500km.
                            This time i found multiple issue. Bike tuning not good, gear shifting was not smooth. I have reported this issue on 4th july 18. Advisor omkar and mechanic: bablu the issue was fixed for a short period of time but still not happy with the bike performance.
                            By 15th of july i started using my bike for a long distance say about 100+ km per day.
                            I started facing the more issue. Bike tune not smooth, gear not going to neutral, chain issue, clutch issue and pickup. On 28th july i brought the bike and this time advisor junaid (Mamu) he just heard me and never took a trial to see the issue. He said i have heard and issue will be taken care. I told them to keep the bike for a day or two and resolve the issue. Next day after service i took the bike only to see it was washed and oil changed. Again the issue fixed was temporary which worked for a week.
                            More importantly i informed junaid (Mamu) strictly that not to change the engine oil as it is not even a 1000 km after the 1st oil change. But a bill was made for 380.43 and paid.

                            I took the bike and unhappy with the fix came back on 11th aug with 1 more issue to add to the old problems. The issue was if the bike is parked for 1 or 2 days unused then when you start the bike starts. It uses the petrol from the carburetor and then it stops. It means the flow of petrol in not steady in the carburetor from petrol tank. Then i have to make several attempt to start the bike and after 3-5 min the bike will start, this has happened on 3 to 4 times and i can provide the video for it if required from society camera. It feels bad when your new bike stops in front of everybody.
                            Handle vibrates after 40km double seat and chain setting issue.
                            This time i found a good advisor agnesh who heard me. I informed him and he did work on the issue. But again the problem was fixed for only few days.
                            In short the bottom line of the above story is "meri bike ki waat lagi hai."
                            I need a solution for the below issues:

                            Starting problem : after 2-3 days break/gap, bike will not work smoothly.

                            Gear issue: gear shifting issue. The bike does not go to neutral from 1st gear. At times it shows neutral light but bike is in gear and it stops.

                            Clutch setting to be checked
                            Handle vibrate after going above 60-70km single or above 40-50km when double seat
                            Need to check rear tyre and chain for its alignment
                            Front wheel air pressure going low (Fix would be try another bike wheel and check if it fix the solution).

                            I am actually fed up going to the service station and poor customer service with temporary solution.
                            I have always called ruby and gave her negative feedback about the work.
                            Can someone please take this issue and fix my bike problem as i have paid 90, 000 for the bike and it is not even driven 3500km and i am facing a hell lot of issue.
                            It’s only about 4 months old and i don't know how the bike will perform going ahead with so many issues. I am feeling a 2nd handused/test ride bike is sold to me which is used for a long time and so now i am facing so many problems.
                            Thought of buying a new bike so won't have to see the mechanics for atleast 2-3 years but it vice-versa.
                            I will share this story across facebook, twitter and lets see the response. If required will put it up in newspaper.

                              I am actually fed up going to the service station and poor customer service with temporary solution.
                              I have always called ruby and gave her negative feedback about the work.
                              Can someone please take this issue and fix my bike problem as i have paid 90, 000 for the bike and it is not even driven 3500km and i am facing a hell lot of issue.
                              It’s only about 4 months old and i don't know how the bike will perform going ahead with so many issues. I am feeling a 2nd handused/test ride bike is sold to me which is used for a long time and so now i am facing so many problems.
                              Thought of buying a new bike so won't have to see the mechanics for atleast 2-3 years but it vice-versa.
                              I will share this story across facebook, twitter and lets see the response. If required will put it up in newspaper.

                                I purchased a brand-new honda activa125 (Bs iv) no: kl-26-j-1066, from muthoot honda adoor on the 23rd of january 2018. I bought it for my wife to use it too. But after few weeks of purchase, i started to experience some problems with the two-wheeler which was that it got major starting trouble. It takes about 5 to 6 times with choke and self and more than 8 times to kick start it. If the vehicle is not started for 2 days, then on the third day it will take forever to kick start it. It is very embarrassing and tiring especially for a woman to kick start a new vehicle so many times. Even though i already done the servicing twice, the problem still persists.
                                Please take necessary action to rectify my vehicle’s problem. If not, kindly exchange it as soon as possible.
                                If you are not willing to investigate this matter, i have no other choice than to approach the consumer court.

                                  श्रीमान जी बड़े खेद के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है, कि आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर आवश्यक और साधारण सा पार्ट उपलब्ध नहीं है। उपभोक्ता रोजाना गाड़ी सर्विस के लिए लाता नहीं है। ऊपर से इन्चार्ज सर्विस सेंटर कहता है कि हम क्या करें ऊपर से कहने के बाद भी नहीं आता है। ये वाक्या कोई पहली बार नहीं है, इससे पहले भी मुझे Trigger Byke की बैटरी के लिए दोनों रेवाड़ी सेंटरों पर piller to post दोडना पड़ा और अन्त में कहा गया कि धारूहेडा चौक पर सप्लायर से बदलवा लो। 15 अगस्त आ रहा है, सैनिक सीमा पर गार्ड करने से मना कर दे तो आपका महाशय अपना so called business will flourish. Think. किसकी जबाबदेही बनती है, बताने का कष्ट करेंगे। जय हिंद।

                                    I purchased a honda dream yuga bike from a authorised seller in bantwal. It gives only 30 kmpl. I told many times while serving. They do not respond positively. I think there is problem in carburettor. Plz check the mileage from ur side plzz. If nay quiet plzz contact [protected]. I referred so. Many friends about ur bike. They are getting good milage

                                      I went for my free service to honda activa showroom sonipat.. But they didn't do the service well and the complaints that i filed in job card to the employee of activa service, none of them is resolved! It's extremely a bad customer experience! The work they are doing is worst over there! I want to file complaint against this worst so called service and want to get it serviced again and the faults that i am facing in the activa..                                         I have purchased the bike Honda CB shine on 30th January 2018 .. and my bike's drum have been demaged completely so the I went to the service centre Pragnya Honda at Okhla .. and they are asking me to give 5000 rupee for changing the drum .. so I am disappointed that ... Is no warranty for the .. bike's drum ... Do i have to pay for it !!! Plzz contact me on my phone number...
