Unfortunately i purchased honda cb shine 125 on 25 jul from rs honda, marris road, aligarh which having issue of not running properly, also checked twice even then the issue not resolved yet, now i m planning to lodge a compliment in consumer court. Hope i will receive a positive response from your side. I also contacted them so many times.

    Dear sir,

    I went to get my activa 4g scooter serviced at ur dealer people honda paschimpuri agra on 19/08/2018 at 10.30 am. Staff behavior is very rude. No body guided me properly. So i find me very difficult to get my serviced. I feel that there is so much problem to get free service of my scooter then what happens when there is major problem.

      I purchase new activa 5g two months ago but it's break and vibration many problems. So i can very harshness. Please solve the problem i am purchase the new activa rampura phul, district bathinda. I am going service but they service it. But the problem same. So please ignore it and contact international honda bathinda. Solve the problem. I shall be thankful

      I had gave his activa scooty for service...dated 12.08.2018..when I check the spedometer ..not working...other thing is that they gave me raw bill of service rs. 830..but when I received actual bill after two days ...that is rs. 826. What is this matter...

        Hi all,

        I have purchased honda cb unicorn 150cc having vehicle no. Mh-48-bd-8926 on 26-apr-18 from advisor "happy".
        From day one i have noticed an issue with front tyre, the air pressure goes low and till date i fill air every 2-3 days to maintain air pressure and avoid puncture. I went to ambadi road branch and showed to happy. He told vipin and vipin took me to the nearby tyre service shop to find a fix. The service guy removed the front wheel and checked but unfortunately there was no issue and he changed the pin. I paid for that service. I have reported this issue to happy many times and he said he will get the tyre replaced but till date he does not have time. He does not respond to this issue. This is customer service from honda.
        I am most unhappy customer from advisor happy.
        For nearly 2 months i got fed up chasing happy to give me the tax invoice and challan. After that, again i had to follow up for bike side stand and seat cover. Tyre replacement issue is unresolved and with days going by i don't think he will be doing the tyre replacement.
        The bike was not used in may as bike documents was not received and incomplete so i could not travel long distances.
        End of may bike was driven below 1000km. I found few more issues the bike tuning was not smooth, no pickup as carburetor was not doing well. I reported this issue on 1st service to advisor victor on 31st may-18. To my bad luck only bike oil was changed and bike was serviced (Washed) and i paid bill for 380.43. Advisor victor suggested the tune will get set after[protected]km. I took the bike and then came back after 2 days and showed the issue to vipin and head engineer they cleaned the plug and told me to get the bike again and they will do it. I gave the bike the next day and they tuned it and removed the water from carburetor and gave it. Still till this time the bike was rarely used so feedback could not be provided immediately.
        Once i received the rc book i started using my bike in vasai still below 1500km.
        This time i found multiple issue. Bike tuning not good, gear shifting was not smooth. I have reported this issue on 4th july 18. Advisor omkar and mechanic: bablu the issue was fixed for a short period of time but still not happy with the bike performance.
        By 15th of july i started using my bike for a long distance say about 100+ km per day.
        I started facing the more issue. Bike tune not smooth, gear not going to neutral, chain issue, clutch issue and pickup. On 28th july i brought the bike and this time advisor junaid (Mamu) he just heard me and never took a trial to see the issue. He said i have heard and issue will be taken care. I told them to keep the bike for a day or two and resolve the issue. Next day after service i took the bike only to see it was washed and oil changed. Again the issue fixed was temporary which worked for a week.
        More importantly i informed junaid (Mamu) strictly that not to change the engine oil as it is not even a 1000 km after the 1st oil change. But a bill was made for 380.43 and paid.

        I took the bike and unhappy with the fix came back on 11th aug with 1 more issue to add to the old problems. The issue was if the bike is parked for 1 or 2 days unused then when you start the bike starts. It uses the petrol from the carburetor and then it stops. It means the flow of petrol in not steady in the carburetor from petrol tank. Then i have to make several attempt to start the bike and after 3-5 min the bike will start, this has happened on 3 to 4 times and i can provide the video for it if required from society camera. It feels bad when your new bike stops in front of everybody.
        Handle vibrates after 40km double seat and chain setting issue.
        This time i found a good advisor agnesh who heard me. I informed him and he did work on the issue. But again the problem was fixed for only few days.
        In short the bottom line of the above story is "meri bike ki waat lagi hai."
        I need a solution for the below issues:

        Starting problem : after 2-3 days break/gap, bike will not work smoothly.

        Gear issue: gear shifting issue. The bike does not go to neutral from 1st gear. At times it shows neutral light but bike is in gear and it stops.

        Clutch setting to be checked
        Handle vibrate after going above 60-70km single or above 40-50km when double seat
        Need to check rear tyre and chain for its alignment
        Front wheel air pressure going low (Fix would be try another bike wheel and check if it fix the solution).

        I am actually fed up going to the service station and poor customer service with temporary solution.
        I have always called ruby and gave her negative feedback about the work.
        Can someone please take this issue and fix my bike problem as i have paid 90, 000 for the bike and it is not even driven 3500km and i am facing a hell lot of issue.
        It’s only about 4 months old and i don't know how the bike will perform going ahead with so many issues. I am feeling a 2nd handused/test ride bike is sold to me which is used for a long time and so now i am facing so many problems.
        Thought of buying a new bike so won't have to see the mechanics for atleast 2-3 years but it vice-versa.
        I will share this story across facebook, twitter and lets see the response. If required will put it up in newspaper.

            I purchased a brand-new honda activa125 (Bs iv) no: kl-26-j-1066, from muthoot honda adoor on the 23rd of january 2018. I bought it for my wife to use it too. But after few weeks of purchase, i started to experience some problems with the two-wheeler which was that it got major starting trouble. It takes about 5 to 6 times with choke and self and more than 8 times to kick start it. If the vehicle is not started for 2 days, then on the third day it will take forever to kick start it. It is very embarrassing and tiring especially for a woman to kick start a new vehicle so many times. Even though i already done the servicing twice, the problem still persists.
            Please take necessary action to rectify my vehicle’s problem. If not, kindly exchange it as soon as possible.
            If you are not willing to investigate this matter, i have no other choice than to approach the consumer court.
            Hoping to hear from you as soon as possible.

              श्रीमान जी बड़े खेद के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है, कि आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर आवश्यक और साधारण सा पार्ट उपलब्ध नहीं है। उपभोक्ता रोजाना गाड़ी सर्विस के लिए लाता नहीं है। ऊपर से इन्चार्ज सर्विस सेंटर कहता है कि हम क्या करें ऊपर से कहने के बाद भी नहीं आता है। ये वाक्या कोई पहली बार नहीं है, इससे पहले भी मुझे Trigger Byke की बैटरी के लिए दोनों रेवाड़ी सेंटरों पर piller to post दोडना पड़ा और अन्त में कहा गया कि धारूहेडा चौक पर सप्लायर से बदलवा लो। 15 अगस्त आ रहा है, सैनिक सीमा पर गार्ड करने से मना कर दे तो आपका महाशय अपना so called business will flourish. Think. किसकी जबाबदेही बनती है, बताने का कष्ट करेंगे। जय हिंद।

                I purchased a honda dream yuga bike from a authorised seller in bantwal. It gives only 30 kmpl. I told many times while serving. They do not respond positively. I think there is problem in carburettor. Plz check the mileage from ur side plzz. If nay quiet plzz contact [protected]. I referred so. Many friends about ur bike. They are getting good milage

                  I went for my free service to honda activa showroom sonipat.. But they didn't do the service well and the complaints that i filed in job card to the employee of activa service, none of them is resolved! It's extremely a bad customer experience! The work they are doing is worst over there! I want to file complaint against this worst so called service and want to get it serviced again and the faults that i am facing in the activa..                     I have purchased the bike Honda CB shine on 30th January 2018 .. and my bike's drum have been demaged completely so the I went to the service centre Pragnya Honda at Okhla .. and they are asking me to give 5000 rupee for changing the drum .. so I am disappointed that ...                       Acceleration and speed when riding
                      I took a new HONDA X BLADE (Black Colour) Engine no ********,
                      Chassis no ********* from Gagan Wings HONDA, Wagoli Pune on 2nd of july, 2018.
                      I have been experiencing some irritating problem when riding my new X BLADE.
                      When I am accelerating my X BLADE in 4th or 5th gear starting from 40 km/hour and upto 55 km/hour speed,
                      my bike is not taking acceleration smoothly and the speed is fluctuating to a remarkable extent.
                      And when I drive my X BLADE above 55km/hour (for example like 60 or 65 km/hour speed) steadily then also the speed is fluctuating.
                      I am very much worried about this problem after buying a new X BLADE and feeling irritated.
                      I like to draw kind attention of the relevant authority in this regard. I also given my bike two times to the service center but they failed to solve the problem.
                      Its my humble request to the relevant authority to take necessary action regarding my problem.

                        My honda activa 5g purchase date 13-apr-2018, up14 dq1450, when i went to sangam honda for 2nd free service. While receiving the my 2 wheeler i have been told that the battery has gone faulty. Although there was no issue in self ever before, whe i asked the dealer to change my battery as it was in warranty after 2 days today he told me thet the battery is old and its not cover in warranty.

                        I am quite sure that my battery has been changed during service. I need the investigation on the same and request u to take action on the same.

                          Hi,

                          3 months back I had purchased Honda Activa 5G from Mysore palace Honda branch, I had lodged 3 complaints with customer care about the vehicle not starting with selfstart or kick start. I was in middle of some other road and vehicle stopped and didn't stàrt. When I informed to customer care they told to wait for 3 working days to get response. This is really pathetic service.

                          Honda Activa 5g is real disaster for me, i purchased this vehicle because of Honda brand, My experience with Honda Activa 5g and customer care is very bad, never thought kind of bad service Honda provides.

                          How can I get help for my vehicle now.

                            My name is akhil kumar shah i finance a honda 2weeler grazia from sargam honda khora colony branch.
                            After one month today i called them to ask about my rc they guy how answer the call said its not generated i request them please process asap he said transport authority is not of father.
                            I said talk in professional way so he started abusing and asking me to come in showroom for fight.
                            I doesn't not believe honda such h big company hire these kind of people i don't not suggest any of my family or friend to buy any thing from honda.
                            One hand you buying and giving business to them and in return you are getting harassment by there staff.
                            Even they drunk on duty so ridiculous.

                            Please i have a big request please take a right action on this.

                              poor service provided by one of honda franchise

                              We are very upset with behaviour and service provided by one of your franchise located in delhi roshnara road with the name of sumanglam automobiles on 14 of august 2018,
                              Recently i had service my scooty from sumanglam automobiles they do nothing in name of service they do not even wash scooty properly, i found my scooty same as before i send it for service they do nothind but charged all charges and not even respond to us

                              This is to inform you that i have purchased the honda activa 3g in the year of 2016 and the number of vehicle the mh 49 ag 7638. I have purchased this vehicle from honda authorized dealer i. E. Tajashree honda, dev nagar nagpur showroom. My concern is that in very first month the rear tyre of my vehicle get punctured and same i have reported to dealers but they haven't entertained my request. So its been 2 years now and i had to done about 6 times a puncture repair. I drive the vehicle in city only and my daily run is about 18km on good road conditions. I handle my vehicle by my own and before also i had my bike which hardly get punctured once in a year. The tyre which comes with the vehicle was having the problem since day 1. Now i am in situation where i will have to change the rear tyre in just 2 year o[censored]se. Could you please suggest the workaround for it. If i can get any help from honda service center.

                                Avon honda rajpura had give back RC file . But I have submittied again at Avon Honda Office.
                                I have suffering without RC form last 6 month
                                Who is responsible for that ??????
                                Kindly resolve my issue.

                                I have bought Honda Activa But yet i have not get the registration certificate of vehicle .I have many times complaints against RC matter.

                                  This is regarding complaint of my honda activa 4g. I purchased this in december 2017. There is problem with its start from few weeks after purchasing this. I have already taken its 3 services`from honda service center. I informed to mechanic there is an issue with its self start. I informed them multiple times. But they said this is the problem with every 4g activa. I had spend lots of money for latest model, still i am facing the issue. Please let me know what to do in this case?

                                    Sir, i r. S. T. T. V. Ramana, having cb shine vehicle bearing no. Ts-10-ef-0180, complained that, i had purchased a cb shine vehicle at fortune honda, hyderabad. But my vehicle regular servicing was done by raam honda from beginning, since nearest my residence. The said servicing center not doing proper job, using unskilled staff in work shop. There is no regular water servicing staff, since 08 months. After asking the same by me, they told that, come after a week, even my vehicle given to regular servicing. Kindly look into this and issue orders or guidelines to this agency. Action taken in this regard is highly appreciated.

                                      मैं लगभग दो बर्षो से लगातार अपने स्कूटर का सर्विस आपके यहाँ कराता हूँ, पिछले सर्विस के दौरान आपके मैकेनिक ने बताया की इसके इंजन मे समस्या है और इसको ठीक कराना जरूरी है, मैंने एक्सटेंडेड वारंटी का बुकलेट दिया तो कहा गया की इसके साथ एक letter चाहिए जहाँ से आपने purchase किया था, मै वहाँ गया, वहाँ से टेलीफोन के माध्यम से आपसे बात कराया फिर आपने कहा की documents लेकर आईये इंजन के समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा !

                                      जब में ये सब डाक्यूमेंट्स (Extended Warranty Booklet + Extended Warranty payment proof) लेकर फिर से आपके पास आया तो आपने फिर से मना कर दिया, हमें जानकारी चाहिए की क्यों आपने मना किया ?
