    This is to bring to your notice about the irresponsible behavior, unkept commitments and delaying in providing necessary documents of my honda activa 5g
    I had purchased a honda activa 5g on 25th of june 2018 from madhava motors, 80 feet road subbanapalaya, banaswadi via hdfc, i got delivery of the vehicle about 10days later, when i got the delivery, i was not provided any documents, only the temp reg number and manual was given to me and the sales person said you will receive the remaining docs in about 3 days, since then i have been calling, visiting the dealer for my vehicle docs and whenever i went there they would say you will receive it tomorrow... And so the tomorrow story went on and on, after about 2 weeks they gave me the invoice and fixed my registration plate (After repeated followups) and insurance doc came later and when i asked for the road tax chalan and rc book, again they started the tomorrow story, after repeated visits and unanswered calls, i had to visit vfm motors from where the invoice came and they obliged and speeded up in getting me the road tax chalan the next day. But madhava motors has still not provided the rc book after more than 45 days after purchasing the vehicle, i was forced to ride the vehicle without valid documents and the person at madhava motors keeps telling me it will reach your residence soon and you can ride the bike (Nothing will happen) i still don't have my rc book/card.
    I am very disappointed and tired of running to the dealer and listening to their false commitments and bad quality of customer service.
    I request you to take this issue and take necessary action against madhava motors about the irresponsible behavior of the staff of this honda 2 wheeler dealer.

    Dear, honda company please help me i am survive in big problem.your honda shine model is only 6 months old it create more problem about enhine.
    Its engine can not perform properly. I am maintain all the servicing in proper time.please help me and try to call me from your customer company.

      This is the 2nd time i am raising the same complaint, as there is response whatsoever; till date. (1st complaint on 08 aug 2018).

      I purchased a honda x-blade bike from b u bhandari motors pune, on 18.04.2018. I regret to inform you that i am not at all happy & satisfied with the performance of the bike.
      After a month of buying the bike i got a call from b u bhandari (Bhawani peth) service station, mentioning that i had to bring my bike to their service station for check-up, which i was surprised, how come a brand new bike requires check-up however; on check up it was informed that there are defective spares in the bike (Cam shaft and block piston) which have to be replaced.
      What was your quality team doing??
      Was this not checked by your quality team??

      I believe every manufacturing unit has a quality dept, mandatorily.

      There were no charges levied for the replacement however; the bike has developed the following issues now:
      1) engine stops repeatedly when throttled
      2) mileage received is mere # 38km/ltr (Company claims 60km/ltr)

      I am shocked how honda india can have such type of vehicles on road, honda having an excellent worldwide reputation.
      Consider my complaint seriously and provide a concrete solution (Replacing the bike with a fully tested & certified by honda fresh bike) asap, otherwise; i will be forced to take the next course of action.

        I have a purchase honda cb shine bike 2 month ago from single honda showroom-new nikol, nr. D-mart. First of all type of service take so many time but work not done to properly. My bike first service done last month and suddenly second day leakage of oil in may ways so i can visit showroom service centre he say your bike is serious problem so this problem solve take to 1 days. And today i'm service a bike an than after two hours of service. Problem is as usual. So what can i do for stop aleakage of oil from engine.

          Fyki i am sushanta kumar rout, i bought a honda activa 5g scooter from an authorized dealer, pgl honda, bhubaneswar in 9th august 2018 on 6.30pm. After about 50 kilometers i noticed that front mud guard is scratching with the scooter body. I think this is a manufacturing defect because i compared with an another honda activa 5g scooter that the gap between mud guard & body of our scooter is a little less than other scooter.
          When i inform this to mr ramakanta padhi, sales manager of pgl honda, he checked it out through his mechanical staff and sort out the issue for instant but this is not the permanent solution.
          When i asked to replace this he told me to wait till 1st service.
          But now question is coming if any major problem will arise regarding this, before the 1st service that who will responsible for this defect.
          Hence i bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in india markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you & consider my case.
          I have enclosed the copies of tax invoice and photo copy of defective point of scooter.
          Thank you in advance.

              Bought activa5g std in 4/2018 now in 8/2018
              I'm facing vibration of handle and lowest pic up
              And when i complaint about it dealer he is asking 300/- for clutch greasing and cleaning in warranty period of new honda proudct. Feeling bad they are saying that clacth is not in warranty pls make sure to resolve this issue if clacth is not in warranty why company is saying for full engine warranty for two years

                As i bought honda cb shine on 30/07/2018 at lodha honda showroom in chrompet without registration, it's already passed more than ten days, they are not responding for registration, i cannot able to use my bike without registration, they told me within 5days they will register my bike but they didn't i had contacted more than five times they are not responding my problem so kindly solve my problem

                  My earnest request you to investigate the satnam honda tonk road Jaipur service center workshop. They are not up to the mark...charges are too high and even after paying it after service scooter if fail to run shows theft of parts and unnecessary replacement of genuine parts.
                  My another scooter I had registered complain in jan.18 for vehicle no.rj209934. in very first service after years of purchase when bought at satnam honda they did the engine work.
                  Now my father 2nd service scooter dtd 4 /8/18, scooter is not taking self start. It means battery has been removed and stolen by the...
                  Today am seeking the opinion of consumer court to file a complain against the staff of satnam and manager.

                  How can be single handed scooters can break down after service. Why they did not break down before service.

                    Sir, today i went to enquire and book activa 5g to heritage honda dealer, siddhartha nagar, mysuru. But when i enquired they have not given correct rate of the vehicle. Also they forced me to take compulsorily the extended warranty and acceceries as their wish. But i refused to accept these added expenses and told them not compell me the extended warranty and acceceries. When i told these they have not at all given any response and not shown minimum courtesy towards me. Then i came out and informing this issue. Now please clarify is there any rule like this if not why they are forcing. Finally one staff of the dealers refused to talk with me and neglected. This is very very bad, i request you to advise the dealer and not to force the unnecessary things to customers.

                      my self tahir, from purulia, west bengal, i belong from a middle class family, i was purchased a honda, sp shine last year ( nov 2017), from first week i got some issues of my bike, like self down, light did not came, horn is not noise, many more, i make complant many time to our nearest servicing centre, but did not, do this to me, i am not satisfied with their service, right not i get same problem, they are not interest to solve my issue, i am very sorry for that and feel very angry to honda company, some people are told me the delaer are selling bikes using some old spare & parts
                      can some one help me...?
                      otherwise i will fire my bike soon

                        I've bought a new honda dio from jeevan auto motor, madurai, tn (Kamarajar salai).

                        After riding 100+ kms, i heard a extra noise from engine side. I took the vehicle to honda.

                        Mechanic : it's common problem inlet valve problem in some new scooters, we'll rectify by this evening.

                        I got the vehicle by that evening. After riding for just 3 kms, the problem came again. I turned to honda immediately.

                        Mehanic : we need 1 day time to fiagnose the problem. Get the vehicle by tomorrow.

                        I got the vehicle in 2 days. This time after riding for 1 complete day, noise raised again. I brought the vehicle to honda.

                        Mechanic : bearing is bent, we need 3 days time.

                        I got the vehicle after 10 days. (Much irritated).

                        On getting the vehicle, i ride for 1 week. My first service date came. So again to honda. That evening, when i got the vehicle, noise came again. I surrendered my scooter to honda. Met the manager for replacement vehicle.

                        Manager : no way for replacement, we'll service whatever times the problem occurs. (I'm a working person)

                        I filed a petition against dealer 2 days back. Awaiting response from their side. If negative, i'll goto consumer court against both dealer and honda company.

                          Sir i am purchase the activa for last two month. The extra sounds for activa. Visit for distibuter 10times. Your company engineercheck but not result. L am compleant for second time. Otherwise i am go to consumer court. The harassment for me. The main problem is gearbox. The distibuter employee four to five times open the gearbox change the barings but not sounds end.

                            I have bought activa 5g from a dealer krishna shri motors

                            250/4 nehru nagar indore

                            This activa 5g i had bought on 25/5/2018 though out the period i am getting regular issue in body parts & average for which i had complaint many time to authorized dealer but not getting any solution over this if a new scooter is giving such type of problem from the first week of purchasing then i think so either its a manufacturing fault or dealer's fault,

                            I want proper solution over this either by replacement of by proper satisfaction in services.

                              As I left my bike for service last Thursday that is July 26, the supervisor itself kept the foot mat of my bike (worth around 250-500) . Though it is such a cheap stuff, the supervisor did such a cheap act . On what guarantee should a Honda coustomer leave their bike for their service in their own showroom .

                                I have purchased a honda x blade (Cbf160fsj) two wheeler before date 30/04/18.
                                Speedometer को पिछले 15 दिन से सही से उसमे कुछ भी show नहीं कर रहा.
                                गाडी लेनो को 3 month हो गए लेकिन अभी 7 दिन पहले शोरूम वाले ने मुझे call करके मेरे बाइक का rto no बताया ना मुझे कोई कॉल आया ना कुछ डॉक्युमेंट ओर mp09 vk4913 ये दिया पर ये नंबर rto को शो नहीं कर रहा है

                                I have taken my Vehicle on Feb-18 at Vizag Vishnu Honda and I was given third service given today 02-08-18.There is no Proper service I didn't wash the vehicle.simply given with Out dust Clean...it is not fare.. I facing this problem on 2nd service also.

                                  I purchased Honda Unicorn 160 date on 02/07/2018 and from the very first day the bike is having problem, i guess there is a fork issue the bike is not able to balance and it pulls to right hand side. i went to the showroom 4 times from where i purchased the bike (Honda 21 sakinaka andheri (east)) and even to the honda service centre 3 times but no one is ready to help or solve the issue. the bike is just 18 days old. Request you look into this matter and solve the issue.

                                  As per service manager Mohan singh, single HONDA, it is normal and not required after purchase of vehicle

                                  2) fuel overflow
                                  I paid honda hornet 160 r cbs variant (2018 model ) in tirupur pressana honda . But they delivered 2017 model . when i receive my RC book then only i came to know this is 2017 model .I raised the complaint against the dealer three weeks before.But still i am not getting solutions from honda . . This is very very poor Honda customer service .

                                    Sir, i have purchased a honda active 5 g two wheeler on 31st may 2018 through m/s. Meenkashi traders, tirunelveli, tamil naud, india 627003. There was a mistake in the original rc and orginal insurance given to me and have asked for correction on 12th june 2018. While enquiring last week with the dealer they have lost the papers completely and till now i have not received my orginal insurance papers. They are asking me to check with the person to whom i was co ordinating for correction. Such ir responsible management, poor response. I think honda's guidance to their dealers is to say forget customer once material is sold. Is the way customers are treated. Very painfully i am writing this.

                                      I am ambuj kumar from fatehabad, haryana.
                                      I bought an active 5g std. Model from manjhu honda fatehabad.

                                      My concern is the service and customer handling.

                                      I need the scooty and other formalities ready asap as i need to go to chandigarh by today noon.

                                      And as per agency employee mr. Vinay mehta, i will be getting all the things ready and i asked him twice and confirm all the things.

                                      But when i went to the showroom i was told that it's impossible to complete all things today.
                                      Being an employee i need to follow some discipline and i can't be late for my office, but they denied me many times that it could not be done today at any cost.

                                      I mean why people say the things they can't do.

                                      Then i asked them to keep the scooty with them and give my money back, then only they managed to do the possible things.

                                      They wasted my whole day, and at last they said we don't have number plate for temp number.

                                      What the hell was that.. It's honda, and such stupid irritating thing happened to me and this was really a bad impression for me from honda..

                                      Please assure that this won't be happening again ever to anyone.

                                      My veh got air line scratches.. in 3 pannel and no plate got dent ..in my veh ..and veh got very delay i Gon for service center at 5 o clock and i got veh at 7 ..3 hours wasted my time

                                        Very poor service. I gave my 2 wheeler for first service and they didn’t serviced properly. After washing it didn’t started. As they asked me to come to take my scooty at 3 pm and gave it at 5:06 pm then they are saying आप बैठ जाओ abi busy hu! मुझे लगता है मैंने honda की scooty ले के गलतीं कारदी है! Feedback out of 10 i’ll give honda feedback to -10😡 very angry after first service
