Prakash motor rarah bharatpur se22 july 2017 ko bike purchase ki. Six month bad bettery ne kam karna band kar diya. Aaj month ho gaye bettery na to replace hui or na hi complained par karwahi hui. Meri new beetery agengies ne lay li or purani bettery de di jo dead hai. Self bike jo moth se kik se start kari pad rahi kiya fayda self bike ka. Plz conccern the agengies. Otherwise i submitted the case in counsumer court.

    Dear Team,
    I have purchased activa125 from om honda bhopal (m.p) on 14/7/2018
    since then the mask of activa is vibrating and making noise, the mask is loose
    even today in my first service i complained abt same but the service incharge ignored the issue.
    still the problem pertains and i am not getting any resolution for my problem, dealer is not interested in replying

      I have brought honda dio dlx from Honda fortune, MG Road, Secunderabad on 16 Jul 2018 invoice No AP01BA0118V01210. I have paid Rs 10, 169/- for Veh/Accessories/Insurance/Registration/Extended warranty etc vide their invoice No Snk/18-19/01847-SR dt 10 Jul 2018 and Registration agent charge Rs 750/- vide their bill No 013 dt 10 Jul 2018. Our Registration Agent Mr M Laxman contact No [protected]. I contact to Mr Laxan previous 2 weeks for our registration, he told me I will be call back within 2 days but they cannot contact me, I call to again but their are no needful reply. I share our problem to fortune honda, MG Road, Secunderabad but they told me after purchase of vehicle with in 10 days your registration will be completed, but my registration is pending till date and they cannot give reply needfully.         Dear sir
        Evershine Honda MOTORS kota service centre is charged for chain lube & chain cleaning in free service. They have to say that in that motorcycle chain is not normal. And it's not to part of a free service. I talk to service manager in that company so he told me that it's not a free service and you have to pay in that amount.
        I'm conformed that no required of any special lube in that part. Kindly take to action in that part & Pls contact to me

        Battery no is 583563 is not work properly .when i complained the agencies prakash motor bharatpur take my battery and replace old battery no -m716r663469. this battery is also dead.what i can.

          Dear honda,

          I bought honda grazia 125, alloy wheels variant from shankar honda, gowribidanur bearing the below details.

          Engine no. Jf49eu3056975.
          Chassis no. Me4jf49aaju020270

          This specific unit have the following issues which do not convince me that it's a new bike. It feel like these are refurbished bikes from a third world country dumped at the cost of customers by redoing the looks part.

          Issue #1 - starting the motor especially when not used for 1 day is difficult.
          Issue #2 - moving the bike for initially upto 20kmph is vibrating and uncomfortable.
          Issue #3 - mileage is at 35 definitely not more than that.
          Issue #4 - the front light is not bright enough
          Issue #5 - the suspension set-up is hard, it's extremely uncomfortable.

          Well, i don't mind going through all the issues if honda fix the first 2 issues which are extremely annoying for a new bike.

          Another issue is the honda team.. They are taught to convince customers that the bike is in best customer and it is that way. The team thinks customers are using bike for the first time so they are not really familiar with good or bad with bikes.

          Please help me resolve the issues or replace the bike with less costly bike of my choice.

            Myvactiva purchased 8 months back basically slow speed off problem problem not solved 3rd servie after 3rd service self not working ask rehoboth tirunelveli he told change battery relay circuit this not covered warranty u pay 350/- than rectified the problem. Basically very very dis satisfied for honda activava 4g bike because of very worst service.

            i gave my dio scooter for service(27/07/2018) in angadippuram am honda due to 7th service. i got return after 2 days. i saw after get the service the madcard broked and scratched if you give the mail id then i will give you the photos of my scooter before service and after service

              Am bapi khilar from bhubaneswar, i have pre booked for 2nd service in pgl honda, firestation, bhubaneswar, they gave time 10.15 am but when i came here for service, their team said pls take a token serialwise, i have waited for 2hrs. After 2hrs waiting when i ask to honda team they said that this is our process.

              So please let me know is it your procedure for free service??? If yes then why prebooking is compulsary.

                I went to yug honda for servicing the bike with chain issue on 20 july. There was no problem at all with bike starter or battery still they asked me if i want to change the battery. After servicing what i saw battery was not working properly, i had ignored this issue as i was asked to change the battery and i think may be there was prob with it so they asked me to change it. Also i have told some other issue with bike those were not addressed. They had change the chain but the chain they used was old or they re-used other chain. After this incident i think they played with battery to. I reuest to address this issue and i hope i will get proper loggs for this. Also i request to change the chain again in fornt of me. I can't trust anymore on honda at least on that delear.

                This is serious issue i noticed in many cases. Please look into it.

                Note-in last 2 servicing in feedback call i had mentioned bike was not properly serviced then also they ignore this and no action was taken on this.

                  I have brought activa 5 g from brijesh wari honda showroom palampur on 22/07/2018. I am extremely disappointed because it starts giving problem within one week of purchase. The problem with the vehicle is that it stops itself when the break is pressed. I have to start it 4-5 times within the journey of 7 kms. I have made complaint in rsa on 28 july but their response was also not satisfactory. My rsa request id is 644045. It was very disappointing when you have brought new vehicle and it itself stops any where in the road. Since honda is reputed firm and i have not expected this kind of response from the vehicle. It was just to inform you that if the issue is not resolved as soon as possible i have to go in consumer court against company for defect in goods and deficiency in services.

                    1) is having uniform rates or not?
                    2) are these rates same or not through out india?

                      I got a call from pilot honda service center, govandi. I had got a call for servicing my honda unicorn bike. When servicing was completed technician had witnessed the issue of smoke emitting from engine or carburetor. Still he insisted to use the bike. But when this issue was escalated to service center they are asking for 500/- visit charges. Really bad servicing offered by pilot honda service center govandi branch. Very irresponsible branch manager and executive.

                        Last 9 months ago i perchance new livo bike @ stirling honda from pune maharashtra.
                        Now in rainy season traveling on road i faced some problems.
                        Front/back wheel both spring water on rider & back side person.
                        अभि पिछे बैठे आदमी का पुरा पॅन्ट किचड से गंधा होता है. राईडर का जुता और आधा पॅन्ट गंधाने होता है.
                        वही splendor प्रत्येक नहीं होता. मतलब आपके डिझाईन मे कुछ तो समस्या है.

                          I have purchased a honda shine sp with disc brake on aug'17. Initially it was good in fuel economy but after 3rd servicing, i am getting poor mileage (40-42km/lt). I had gone several time to my nearest dealer (Janee honda/asansol/w. B), but they failed to rectify the problem. I am really now disappointed with this byke. Registration no of my bike is wb38 am1334, named by madhusudan hazra.
                          Pls help me.

                            Since the last few days, my honda activa 125 stops on it's own while engine is running & then fails to start. I have bought the vehicle only 4 months ago. I have visited the service centre at-least 4 times on consecutive days but the problem is not rectified. Each time i am told that it's an issue with the fuel. I have tried getting the fuel refilled from all the possible gas stations but the problem is still there. The service technician is refusing to acknowledge the fact that there can be a technical fault with the vehicle. I told him that i have started facing this problem only recently & that if it was actually a fuel issue then i should have faced this from the beginning. I have tried re-fuelling the vehicle from the gas station they suggested but the issue is still present. My vehicle is still under warranty. I want my vehicle to be replaced with a new one since the fault is not getting rectified. Please assist.

                              Though i was paid all that credential detail for bike but till this 27jul, 2018 they could not clear all papers to me.

                                I wish to bring to the notice of renowned brand of honda 2-wheelers that the radiant vehicle pvt. Limited showroom (For honda 2 wheelers located at telibagh market, opposite ram bharose inter collegem rai bareli road, lucknow, uttar pradesh-226029) is maltreating your customers and selling faulty vehicles and mishandling complaints.
                                Myself, ganga ratan (Senior citizen, age 61 years as on date) have purchased a honda activa 4g with following details:

                                Scooty purchase date: 27 february'2018
                                Scooty owner name: ganga ratan
                                Scooty purchased from showroom: radiant vehicle pvt. Limited
                                Showroom's address: telibagh market, opposite ram bharose inter college, rai bareli road, lucknow, uttar pradesh-226029

                                The scooty has been having battery problem since the purchase but each time i complained to showroom people, they returned me back with this or that excuse. Finally, scooty stopped self-starting because of battery trouble. I took it to showroom with following details:

                                Scooty with faulty battery given to showroom 1st time on[protected]
                                Scooty with recjharged battery was returned by showroom 1st time on 20 june'2018

                                Scooty started starting trouble again after 4 to 5 days. When again took it showroom, they said that i have to get it repaired myself and it is not their responsibility to get the battery changed. The scooty is within warrenty period. They said that i must kick start scooty all the time. They told me that it is not their problem that i am a senior citizen. They asked for money in warrenty period.

                                I need to get battery of my scooty changed at the earliest as it suddenly stop in middle of the road even after being recharged by showroom people for one time. I t is serious trouble for me and i want my complaint to be handled at the earliest.

                                Inspite of repetitive complaints, my problem is not getting resolved. Showroom people are highly rude and uncooperative. I hope that honda 2-wheelers will look into the matter and resolve ot at the earliest.

                                I hope that renowned brand of honda 2-wheelers will live upto its brand value else i will go to consumer court.

                                  Am radhisha babl., as our vehicle number tn 69 m2340 was under service at pearl honda showroom in tiruchendur.. It was more than a year... We couldn't got our vehicle.. And it was more and more damaged and the showroom doesn't even caring about it... There was no proper billing record... Humble give our vehicle in good condition.. Kindly regard this complaint and take immediate action... Thank you

                                    A defective bike has been delivered to me.
                                    I have been struggling with the honda service for almost a year now and i don't have patience anymore to deal with half knowledge people in vihaan service center, thane.
                                    1) bike startup issue
                                    2) t section (Handle issue)
                                    3) handle bearing issue
                                    4) alignment balancing issue
                                    5) clutch shoe issue
                                    6) kick start issue
                                    7) bike seat issue
                                    8) fuel gauge issue

                                    I need a complete replacement of the bike or give my complete payment back. I made complete payment of the bike at the time of booking and this kind of pathetic service i get. Totally disappointed with honda.
                                    To a customer who makes complete payment gets a defective bike, what justice should i call for this?

                                      The day i bought activa, on every service i got the
                                      Same problem which is of not working smoothly. And after bringing home from service centre, the very next day my activa not takes self start. Now i used to call service centre and they send a mechanic at home and he repair. This is the story of every service of my activa. And smoothness problem is still the same. Kindly help.

                                        I have honda livo has bought 18-feb-2018, and has time to time serve for service center shree grand auto him but yesterday the service center is saying that his kalach plate has been burnt and estimated cost of 1600, but why, time to time servicing in bike and only for use to 1500 km
