This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased Honda Activa 5G Matte Grey on 14.07.2018 from M/s Red Moto Corp, Mandaveli, Chennai 600 028. Purchase of any new product would bring in joy and merry but the purchase of above vehicle resulted in sadness, loss of faith on Honda product, insult from agency resulting in distress.
Within 2 days of purchase, we have noticed unusual sound while driving and heating of the body of the vehicle spreading up to seat handle. The same was reported to the above mentioned dealer on 17.07.2018. After checking the vehicle, mechanic said that vehicle should not be kept under sun and heat is due to driving in sunny day. To the height of it, mechanic has poured water over the vehicle and when asked he replied that in order to cool the vehicle he did so.
The next day again following issues cropped up.
1.Buzzing sound after switching on
2. Some smoke smell
3. Vehicle stops frequently on the road.
Again reported to the dealer on 18.07.2017 at 11 hrs, the reply by dealer was that it is due to dust in corburator and delivered the vehicle by 19 hrs. Due to dissatisfaction, took the issue with Mr.Guru, General Manager and narrated the entire episode. He has asked one day time to check the vehicle and I have not taken delivery of the vehicle.
We have purchased the vehicle with passion whereas the experience is ill treatment by the dealer, dissatisfaction and mental agony. As the said vehicle is with full of problems request the company to take steps to replace with new vehicle.

As per the conversation with Mr Sham of Regional office Bangalore through phone today morning, we went to the Red Honda showroom, RK mutt road, mandaveli; after general manager of the showroom, Mr Guru informed that they had thoroughly checked the vehicle and the letter was ready.In response to his call we went to the show room at 7:45 pm after giving him a prior intimation. The M.D. refused to give the letter regarding the rectification work done in the vehicle, which is evident that the vehicle (Honda Activa 5G) is defective. When the dealer himself is not confident about the vehicle, how can he insist on us to take the same.He forced us to sign the job card and take the vehicle back.We did not accept this.All these happened even after the interference of Mr Sham for the dealer said that the honda company has nothing to do with the issue and the decision lies in his hands.Your immediate action is required in this regard.
