Bought a new honda cb shine bike at ananda honda bangalore showroom on july 11, 3days after riding the bike noticed that the bike acceleration not working properly, gears struck while changing, too much heating of engine, consuming lot of petrol, spark plug not working properly. Given back the bike to showroom for repair, 2days after repair also noticing same problem. Told the showroom manager to replace the bike but they dinide it saying that bike is already registered cannot replace.

    I have bought honda hornet 160 r from arya bhangy aluva, ernakulam, kerala on feb 2018. Now its has been almost 5 months, the parts of the bike, fuel tank closer have started to rest and water is entering inside the indicator (Left back) and also the electronic meter console. There is sound difference coming from the engine after reaching 60 km/hr. The so called dealers nor the company are showing any interests in the rectification works. All i want is the company to attend my complaint my do the necessary action. The bike under warranty and has only completed its first service.

      Dear sir
      I himanshu pavagadhi has given my two whleer (Aviator) for service at bilimora. I have amc with that honda service center. Each and every time they are taking 2 or 3 days for service and after that much time the service of my aviator is improper. Due to amc my service is free but in my last service they had prepare a bill for a service when i asked about the amc then they said once bill is prepared you should pay the bill and i am government officer so no time to go and complain. I have doubts for the service center that some illigle activity like change some parts, damage some part or remove some petrol from the bike. Please take some serious action.

        Yesterday, i went to rajindra motors (Dealer code: dl010007) for my honda shine sp bike's first service, but my experience was very bad. They looted me.

        First, they asked me to go for an extended warranty for rs. 650, but i refused it and told them to do the normal free service, but then they gave me an offer that if you go for an extended warranty then you will get free two add-on oils of rs 295 (One for fuel tank safety and one for engine safety). Then i decided to go for extended warranty. I went downstairs in customer lounge but the room was too cool and i was suffering with cold, so i went upstairs and sat on the chair in front of service station. Then one mechanic came and took my bike for service and i was seeing all his activities. He only put engine oil in it and did normal checkups of chain and handle. Then i asked him to put add-on oils which i was promised, but he said that he already put the add-on oils in my bike. I said him that i was watching you regularly and you did not put any oil, but then another mechanic came and said that he had already put the add-on oils in your bike. Then, i realized that they both are telling lie and there is no point of arguing with them and decided to leave the service station as soon as possible with the impression that i will never come to any honda service station again for my bike service.

        They charged me rs 950 for my first free service (300 for engine oil and 650 for extended warranty). They looted me and cheated me.

        So, i request you to please do the needful and if possible kindly refund my 650 rs for extended warranty.

          I give my honda activa 5g for servicing at pragnya honda.
          They done their job and give the delivery.
          At the time of delivery of my scooty
          I show there is a huge scratch on the scooty. Afterwards i complaint to manager.
          He said no this is not our mistake.
          This scratch not done by them.
          And not accept their mistake.
          They are irresponsible to their work.
          We give our vehicles for betterment of vehicles but they did not take care of vehicles.
          Please resolve my problem against pragnya honda main office, okhla, near kalka ji depot.

                I have bought honda activa 5g in april 2018 from jhaveri honda kurla (Mumbai) showroom. I am so fed up with starting my honda active daily. It takes approx 4-5 minutes to start with kick daily. I also want to share that it has self start facility, but very sorry to say it only works after 4-5 mins kick starting.
                I am very surprised how this is possible that only three months old activa made me so irritated to write this complaint.
                I also told to my service boy at my first free service provided by honda activa. He told me please start every morning with a kick. I thought it might be possible. But he didnot told me you have to kick it 25-0 times every morning. Very funny... Kindly reply as soon as possible...

                I am Raja I am sarvice in Honda dio 2 sarvice in nellikuppam sarvice center. the sarvice in my shooter very bad condition my problem not rettifive in my scooter.Very very wostes service and customer comunication very very bad in sarvice centre. sarvice centre in nellikuppam cuddalore to panrudi main road cuddalore.
                Your honda exclusive showroom have a bad service ever I visit, sales person arguing with customer and gossip in a group. Customer service very very poor. I request to you please seen on this. Your branding value is decreases if is these conditions have happened all the time.

                  Qution is why 11392 run and open engine and work 10870 rs. Whenver regular company service record. I don't think why come this problem. I think problem is service man work. Can u see my scooter service record and satisfied me.
                  Because i am not beloved why come problem whenever continue all sevice regularly. Can u satisfied me. Why beloved honda company.

                    Dear sir I had purchase my activa 125cc on 7/6/2017 from amar honda roorkee .but their is a problem in my scooty from the very first day .I had send my scooty aprox 7 to 8 times in service center to clear my problem but the problem is as it is.my scooty problem is low average and suspension is very poor please resolve my issue as soon as possible .

                      I bought a new honda cb unicorn on. 14/01/2018 from
                      Bmv honda
                      Kannamangalam
                      Vellore road
                      Arni.
                      Vehicle is such a smooth and comfort.

                      But after first service i experienced over heating problem in my vehicle.

                      I informed to the service center but they refused my complaint with some useless reasons.

                      After second service my engine piston head gets oil leaked i am very disappointed with that leakage.

                      After that i went to that showroom and again i complaint about overheating but they are not take responsible for that issue.

                      I asked to a mechanic reason for oil leakage he said "gasket must be burned due to overheating" mechanic in the showroom said then again i remembered to him but he refused my complaints and also i am facing gear locking problem when i down the lever 5th to 2nd or any other positions.

                      Please help me to find the problem on my vehicle.

                      Finally i have hope on honda to take action on the complaint.

The i call on your customer care number but my problem is not solved. There is no hearing to my problem.                           This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased Honda Activa 5G Matte Grey on 14.07.2018 from M/s Red Moto Corp, Mandaveli, Chennai 600 028. Purchase of any new product would bring in joy and merry but the purchase of above vehicle resulted in sadness, loss of faith on Honda product, insult from agency resulting in distress.

                          Within 2 days of purchase, we have noticed unusual sound while driving and heating of the body of the vehicle spreading up to seat handle. The same was reported to the above mentioned dealer on 17.07.2018. After checking the vehicle, mechanic said that vehicle should not be kept under sun and heat is due to driving in sunny day. To the height of it, mechanic has poured water over the vehicle and when asked he replied that in order to cool the vehicle he did so.

                          The next day again following issues cropped up.

                          1.Buzzing sound after switching on
                          2. Some smoke smell
                          3. Vehicle stops frequently on the road.

                          Again reported to the dealer on 18.07.2017 at 11 hrs, the reply by dealer was that it is due to dust in corburator and delivered the vehicle by 19 hrs. Due to dissatisfaction, took the issue with Mr.Guru, General Manager and narrated the entire episode. He has asked one day time to check the vehicle and I have not taken delivery of the vehicle.

                          We have purchased the vehicle with passion whereas the experience is ill treatment by the dealer, dissatisfaction and mental agony. As the said vehicle is with full of problems request the company to take steps to replace with new vehicle.

                          As per the conversation with Mr Sham of Regional office Bangalore through phone today morning, we went to the Red Honda showroom, RK mutt road, mandaveli; after general manager of the showroom, Mr Guru informed that they had thoroughly checked the vehicle and the letter was ready.In response to his call we went to the show room at 7:45 pm after giving him a prior intimation. The M.D. refused to give the letter regarding the rectification work done in the vehicle, which is evident that the vehicle (Honda Activa 5G) is defective. When the dealer himself is not confident about the vehicle, how can he insist on us to take the same.He forced us to sign the job card and take the vehicle back.We did not accept this.All these happened even after the interference of Mr Sham for the dealer said that the honda company has nothing to do with the issue and the decision lies in his hands.Your immediate action is required in this regard.

                            Myself mr.dilip Chaudhary resi. Dehradun.My Honda unicorn bike 2010 is gone under maintenance for piston and cylinder change. And was changed at 40000 kilometers . at ess ell Honda, service center, dehradun..after this my bike is always in illness somuch fumes are realises after 4000 kilometers service engineer says that piston and cylinder was not not ok damage I sad claims for it. Because it's running cycle is only 4000 Kms..they says to pay for this ...ask me why will I pay is it alright Honda compny spare parts quality...

                              Hi team, I purchased activa 5 G on 7th July 2018 from Bangalore branch Anand Honda, being a loyal customer I am disappointed the way I got my bike initially everything went smooth the ambience was great after vehicle delivery even not reached 2 km there was a vibration like a 5 years old vehicle and I thought it is due to speed limit of 40km which we have to maintain initially but really problem was while pick up . I am really disappointed by the way and number plates they have fixed but very loos it makes disgusting sound can't tolerate .

                              I think this will be noted and response will be granted if no then I will file a complaint in consumer forum with help of my lawyer uncle ...

                                I bought Honda Activa 4G in Jan 2018. One week later it was suddenly not starting in the morning. Almost after trying for 10 mins it started. But would frequently turn off on the road. Recently since 1 month I am facing the same issue every day. Both kick and self start does not work. Honda seems to have supplied a faulty battery. How come a new activa is performing so bad within few months? Multiple complaints on the board as well as service centres receive no response o remedy for the same. Please stop releasing honda activa models if you cannot rectify its faults. It's very frustrating.

                                    I feel horrified to told you that today while driving to my office in morning, the chassis of my Honda Shine Motorbike torn apart from two different points.
                                    I also got injured a little bit, but my life saved.

                                    This incident of field failure is life taking, and is very serious matter.

                                    My bike is still standing there at the incident site.
                                    I also approached to Honda service center, Rudrapur (Satkar Traders) but they didn't heard me.

                                    I am attaching pics and bike's docs.
                                    I hope, Honda will sort out my problem ASAP.

                                      The workshop took vehicle for 14 days for small repair but my vehicle is still not running properly the same problem is still coming and they also knew that as they told me on that day also but ignore by saying that it will go after some days of running.

                                        My activa 4G stuck at the time of running.. its feel like something stop the engine at the running..
                                        Its like “koi peeche se kheech rahaa ho activa ko...”
                                        I also told to service centre but they told, problem resove with time being.
                                        I don’t know about what the engineering work in activa.. but i know, my friend have same activa 4G and his activa run smoothly..
                                        But my activa gives the very worst experience.
                                        I think engine is totally damaged or anything which service center can’t resolve.

                                        Mere pass cb hornet vehicle hai.gaadi liye hue 8 mahine hue hai.gaadi ki 3 free service ho gai hai lekin uska cluster meter ka part set botton abhi bhi available nahi hai.vo botton ke kaaran meter me paani chala jaata hai jiske bajese vo kabhi kabhi kaam nahi karta hai...me karib 6 mahinose pareshaan hu...
