Bykes wheel damage by accident claim sussesful but they say that wheel not available.
Hi i am vikas asahok bhute from wadi nagpur maharastra . I perches honda livo bykes form moscot honda hingna road midc shoroom at 3/2018 . Claim is sussesful but thry said that yours wheels are on the way form 1 month, ther is corriar issu.
Plz help me no one get right ans me. My mobile no is [protected]
i have lot of proble becouse my byke is in showroom for wheel repairing form one month . I go my duty without byke, plz help me.

    I have purchased on Honda Shine CB SP CBS motorcycle from your Aditya Sky Honda, Chinhat Tiraha, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on 24.06.2018 Bearing Invoice No VSI[protected] dated 24.06.2018. Vehicle Chaisi No is ME4JC739FJ7000905 and Engine No is JC73E72032308. I was informed that I would received my Registration No within 10-15 days. But till date i.e. 17.07.2018 (after 23 days of purchase) i have not received my Registration No. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and advice me at the earliest.

      We purchased Grazia disk as on June 14th 2018 at Sona Honda showroom Shimoga,
      Our first service was today means July 16th 2018,
      We r very disappointed to say that this service is very bad, we gave our vehicle to service and we don't know unfortunately vehile left side it was been scratched...
      While taking it back we seen that the scratch... Being mistake from the service man, they we're arguing with us, And the service man who handled our vehicle PRAVEEN, mechanic boy RAKESH,
      please take action and do needful, Mainly the mistake is with Service Manager Mohammed Gous, Being a service manager his work is to give good service to the customers but leaving that they were arguing with us.

        Revered, Sir
        Brand Honda may have established itself as a leading two wheeler manufacturer in India but unfortunately in terms of service it's provides worst service when I compare it to other brands. The Honda service (Gugnani Motors, 452, Chintamaniswar Square, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar-751006) reflects a dismal picture.
        On receiving a telephonic call I booked ( paid service AMC) my Honda Activa ( bearing regn. No. OD 02 AB 7740) for servicing on 13.07.18.
        on the said day of booking it almost took an hour for the service authorities to generate a job card of the said vehicle. Around 5.30 pm on the same day I got a call from the service authority that your vechicle is ready. But I was out of town I requested them to hold the vechicle till the next day morning.
        As agreed on the next day morning around 11.00 am I went to receive my vechicle I was surprised to witness that not a single drop of water was has used to clean the dirty vechicle. Unfortunately this was not the first occasion for me to test the mud. Even on 7or 8 earlier occasions the concerned GUGNANI SERVICE PROVIDERS couldn't ensure me a clean vechicle.
        I was left with no option and was compelled to bring these facts to your kind attention and necessary action at your end.

          Rewa honda agency services is to bad, not a single sells man is available in showroom for attending customer, after 20 min. Talking other employee to buy bike, he sent 10 min after sales man, but the sells man was to rudely behaves, he is not proper giving answers, even he sad just go and take out bike in stock room, that was unacceptable, and it's beyond to honda reputation . Hope you take a good action for ar good reputation of Honda company, .

            I have bought Activa 5G vide Chassis No. ME4JF50AEJT194428 and Engine No.JF50ET7196779 from Platinum Autosales whose address is Platinum Autosales, MR Tower, Opp. Shivalik Hotel, Rajpura-Zirakpur Road, Zirakpur on 01-Jun-2018. From the first day, this Actica 5G is giving starting problem and giving bad performance while pickup when two person drive on it. When i contact Platinum Autosales, as per them ot will be fine after 200 KM. When it complete 200 KMs. I again contact Platinum, then they send some person to my home to pick the vehicle. As per them, battery is not fully charge thats why it is giving a startings problem. In the same day evening they deliver the vehicle at my home by saying. Now it will work fine.

            Again on the very next day when i am trying to start it. Same Starting is there. When i again contacted Platinum Autosales they says there is a problem in the part named "relay" anad they change the same part. But still both problem is there.

            I am totally unhappy with newly bought Activa 5G. Might be its a manufacturing fault.

            I today on 15-Jul-2018 called Platinum Autosales person and requesting the person to get the Activa 5G change from company side. As i don't have much time revisit Dealer place again and again. It more than seven time that i have visited dealer place

            Now i am requestung the forum to help me to resolve this headache.

              I brought a new bike from Arihant honda Aurangabad Maharashtra on 29/05/2018 and found that it was defective
              and complained to the showroom on first service.

              I am facing following problems from the first day of purchasing bike.

              01. Bike gets hot after runing 8to10 kilo meter.
              02. Tale light shakes and very low focus
              03. Head light not working proparly.
              04. There is no proper pickup.
              . bike gets stop suddenly at any time even in speed of 35 and above

              05. I had kept my bike more than 7 times for servicing and the show room
              keeps the bike for 1 days and returns to me stating that all the problems
              are rectified, but still all the problems remain the same.
              06. Last time when I spoke to the service manager there Mr. katary he ensured me
              that he will solve the problem and assured me that head light problam will be slove,
              kept my bike for 1 day.
              07. As after repeated complaints for 7 times all the problems remains intact
              08. I am totally dissatisfied, need help would not recommend Honda CB shine to any one.

              09. HONDA SERVICE BOY SAYS THIS IS COMPANY MANUFACTURING FAULT.

              If my issue will not resolved then i will knock the door of Consumer Court

                Sir I made a request for providing the fuel under Road Site Assistance registration. I made a request at 17:59 hrs on 14 July 2018 and the customer care gave me assurance that the fuel will be provided within 45 minutes but till 0635 I didn’t get any response. That’s why I again made request on 18:40 hrs and the customer care Executive Mr Ashutosh gave me assurance for providing the fuel within 45 minutes however your representative of service centre assured to provide the fuel in 25 minutes. Considering the promises as genuine, I waited for more than 50 minutes but I didn’t get the fuel and I arranged from some other place . However I got call from service centre representative after leaving the place.
                Sir if it is a process of Road Site Assistance then it should be developed and the guys working under you should be instructed to provide services as per commitment because road Site Assistance is an emergency requirement

                    From the first day my above scooty is automatically Turn off whenever its speed slow, on the next day i.e[protected] I came to your showroom cum workshop and explain the problem, your workshop manger check it thoroughly and found that the carburetor of the vehicle is not working properly, he replace the same and ensure me that the Scooty will run smoothly now .

                    But my same issue is arise again after a few days and now in the morning its also not starts. Even if the scooty starts whenever it get slow the vehicle automatically shut down.

                    Today i visit the Ganapati Honda Showroom from where i purchase the below mention scooty with my attach scooty replacement letter and meet the owner but surprise he even bother to talk with me, even not read my compliant and simply write that once the Goods sold not return back it will only repair .

                    I am facing the issue from day one, what is my fault in all theses drama, below is the vehicle details

                    Sir, My scooty runs below 200 Km only, and I am facing lot of trouble, So I request you to kindly replace it with a new Scooty as it is a defective item or kindly refund my amount at the earliest .

                      I have purchased activa 5G on 7th of july' 2018 from Friends Honda, Munshi Pulia, Indiranagar, Lucknow .First of all the accessories were not available. Secondly, I drove it today, it's handle was shaking while going to office, I thought it might be in my mind so I took second opinion of my husband in the evening.
                      He also had been face the same problem. We came to the dealer to aware about this problem, he said that i need to left my vehicle for checkup.
                      Kindly tell why this problem is arising in brand new vehicle.
                      This kind of issue is subtracting the market value of HONDA.
                      If the problem persists kindly clear what should be the alternate!!

                          What the hell is company doing Where the company claims the mileage of actuva 5g to b around 55-60 but the real mileage of vehicle is just around 30-35
                          Is this the way you people are making fool of customers
                          The vehicle of honda is not at all trust worthy to be purchased
                          This is just like keep pouring peteol in the fuel tank every other day as the mileage of vehicle is just half as compared to that claimed by the company
                          Need an immediate solution to my problem otherwise i will have to approach consumer court to get me rid out of this headache...

                            Sir i gave my scooty to claim insurance on 3rd july in jammu, guy working there told me that i will receive it on 9th july but i didn't got it then they told me to take it today but they are delaying it to the next day again and again.
                            and today i receive the mssg from the insurance company that the survailance officer is going to check, where was he till today if he wasn't there then why they told me to leave my vehicle there for almost an week without any reason.

                                  Dear Sir i have complaint about my honda bike. I'm given our bike for servicing hindon honda service center in ghaziabad at 01//07/2018, time approx 14:30. As per service engineer he return my bike after servicing in evening before 18:00. But no any status updated to me in evening time. When i call back at 18:45 then some peoples told me service center is close please tommorow you will be recive bike from service center. Next day i'm out of station for some personal reason then i'm not collect our bike. 03/07/2018 I'm collect our bike evening 18:40. That time evening time so i'm not proper check and not seen bike due to darkness. When i'm drive during go to home then some sound observed from front moter gard. Then i call back immediate in service center but no any peoples receive my phone. May be close service center. Next day i'm call service center in evening time then discuss with our problem. Then she asked me no problem sir please next day come to my service center then i will resolve your problem. But when i go next day in hindon service center then not resolve my problem. Hindon honda incharge give me force i accept this is my fault and broken guard by me not hindon honda. This is very bad experience for me. Hindon honda is worst service center. I'm never suggest to any people go for servicing there. He told me force fully i have an accident. I'm challenging that person. I have register complaint ticket no 1-[protected]. Without my problem resolve my complaint is closed. I'm shocking. I want publically expose this type of complaint. If my complaint is not close proper then i will go cunsumer court but never left this type of people and service center. I'm requesting to honda service center please look in to my problem other wise i will be go next step.

                                      I, purchaser of Honda Activa is disappointed greatly Today when it stopped its function in the middle of journey and failed to run further. My relentless effort of starting the engine by Auto ignition and by kick start went on vain. Since the time was night 8 -o clock I walked with failure vehicle for more than three kilometers as my call for assistance was not heeded by anybody. Lines were very busy. I purchased honda presitigeous vehicle against someof my friends advise to buy TVS N torque with the hope of that Honda product are superior than. I totally fed up with this failure. I did not loose hope about honda still and belive it will come for my handy to address this issue in war foot basis.

                                      As i am i purchased Honda cd-110 after 10-15 days paint is rust i gave my bike to the service center they repaint the the bike again after 1 month bike is giving me trouble with poor average front left shocker leakage i told on my 3rd service to the your staff but no action taken from your service center

                                        To whomsover it may concern

                                        It is regarding the new bike Honda Dio Deluxe delivery services provided by one of the agent MOHAN who sits at GAGAN HONDA KHARADI, so I purchased d bike in cash n also paod extra for passing.. I paid so mcuh money n m waiting to receive d bike since 2 weeks.. Once d passing was done on 5 July I went to showroom on 6-7 July to take d delivwry of it but what I have seen there left me wid so much anger n disappointment, the new bike I was so excited about was left in rain n the bike was al dirty.. It doesn't seem tht its a new bike n showroom people kept it for delivery, when I asked the people who were in the showroom they said the agent MOHAN is not available..I tried calling him so much time n got no answer n thn when I tried d last time he picked up d phone I explained him my disappointment ..He instead of being guilty said take ur bike n go as it's rainy season.
                                        I said I want u to put accessories also along with the bike he said give the other person 4000 n come on Monday 9 July in the afternoon to take the bike wid accessories. I agreed n told him please get it done I wil be ontime to take d bike on monday.. He said okay it wil be done don't worry.. I called him so many time today.. I tried calling him since morning but he dint pick up d call.. He picked up d call around 3:30 PM.. I asked about my bike delivery he said madam come at 6 PM it's not ready yet.. I said okay.. I went there at 6:30 PM.
                                        MOHAN wasn't there n what I have seen left me in tears.. They kept d bike in d corner al dirty wid stains it was looking like someone just took a ride in stones n kept the bike in d corner.. They dint fit accessories also.. Dey just fit the steel gaurd al around n said seat cover, charger, foot rest, axe cover, bike cover teflon coating etc are still not done n wil be done by next week so take ur bike as of now n submit d bike on sat sun.. I was shocked because it's been so many days they delayin d delivwry of bike n the services provided by them were pathetic.. I gave them so much money n now there is no one to listen to me..they left me in tears.. The bike wasn't looking new it was looking used.. Can someone here me? Cn someone get back to me on this? MOHAN has switched off his phone... I am unable to call him.. I DON'T KNW WHOM TO CONTACT NOW.. PLZ GET BACK TO ME...
