I have an accident on dated 4th May 2022. thereafter, I have claimed under ICICI Lombard GIC ltd policy. As per approval of Insurance company CHASSIS has been repaired but issued has been not resoled.

I feel still vehicle balance of scooty is not feet for driving. I have met several time in Service center and complaining for the same but things are not get resolved.

Also, not got proper response for Center Incharge.

Behaviour of staff also not good. Communication is also not happened during the work done.

    I am purchase 2 activa 6 g standard from janjgir and there I am taken to finace with 2 scooty and there is one of madam she's name is ritu madam she's taken extra money from me and there is problem with finace and dealer and why she's taken money from me just solve my problem immediatly it's urgent

    AND THEREFOR I HAVE PURCHASE 2 SCOOTY AND IT'S NOT ONE YEAR AND PROBLEM IS COME WITH BOTH 2 SCOOTY 1 SCOOTY HEAD LIGHT IS NOT PROPER AND 2 SCOOTY THERE STERING HEANDLE IS PROBLEM

            Recently i visited ksn Honda porur for service of my bike (dio) ...the labour charge for every service is Rs3, 879 and the total bill amount is Rs7, 006..the service was not done properly .There was malfunction in my wiring system after the service and they took three days for the service and it was not in a proper way .. kindly respond to this complaint.

                The vehicle was given for insurance claim repair. The Team has lost the job card and unable to provide the relevant information/documents to the insurance company. Due to which it is getting delayed. Now they are giving excused that we are working on it from past one week. I am struggling to go to my office due to this delay in the delivery of vehicle. This was given to Ananda Honda Bommanahalli on 9th May and still not received any update from them. When i call them they ask that authorised person has left the company and so many excused.

                  I have given my Activa 6G for repair under insurance claim on 29th April, 2022 at pragnya Honda, Okhla, New Delhi. The garage personel has committed to get the job done by 10th of may, 2022. But now they are neither picking up our calls or even if they are picking they doesn't give us satisfactory status of the repair progress.

                    Greetings!!!

                    I have purchased my bike Honda Xblade BSVI in Nov-2021. After 4 months i.e from Feb - 2022. I'm facing the problem with the battery not working properly / totally dead.

                    And aslo I have replaced the same under warranty, but now again same problem occurred and this happens again and again.

                    Requesting you please resolve the problem permanently and take an immediate action on high priority.

                      Honda x blade

                      Hello Team,

                      Greetings!

                      Unfortunate incident took place as not getting any resolution so knocking this door,

                      I purchased my bike on Jan 2022 and since then it was going good,

                      On 24th April I went for my 2nd free servicing, and I also mentioned them there was an issue with the bike handle, it is vibrating,
                      They mentioned we have to open the front parts and check and said...

                      Respected sir,
                      There is a bike named Honda Activa after my mother's name (Mrs. Lalita Chouhan) having registration no. MP41MZ2565. On 02/05/2022 I had given my bike for service at sadguru honda showroom in Dewas. Before getting service, I told there that the oil of my bike will change in front of me. But due to some personal reasons I went to pick up my car after two days of service. After 2 days when I went to pick up my bike Then I was told to go to the billing counter and deposit the money and take your bike. When I went to pay the money, I found in the bill that the charges for the changed oil were also written in it. I asked him, have you written oil charges here, was the oil of my bike changed?
                      Then he called his employee and gave the number of my bike and asked, is this car complete? have you changed the oil in it. Then the called employee said that the bike is completely complete. And after paying my bill, I took my bike and left.
                      Suddenly on 13th May 2022 my bike broke down and it stopped. After the fault, I showed my bike to a local garage, then they told that there is no oil in this bike. Because there was no oil in it, so my whole engine was damaged. I immediately called the showroom and asked why brother you did not put oil. Then I told them with my full details including the number of my bike and the date I gave the bike in service. As I told you earlier that while giving the car service I had already told them that the oil should be changed in front of me. Making an excuse for this, he said that you had said that changing the oil in front of me, so we did not change its oil. But during billing, an employee said that the car is completely complete in which I have changed the oil. Showroom staff did not change the oil in my bike, due to which my car got damaged. So I request you that my loss should be compensated by the showroom.

                                I purchased Honda shine bs6 model bike in[protected]. On[protected] my bike got some issues with the ECM while I travel it stops in between and need to toe my bike to the service center. In service center they said they have fixed the issue and it's been 6 times from March 11 to May 6 my bike faced same issue and stopped. Due to this issue I met with an accident and by God's grace nothing happened.

                                There is no proper response from the service center (SVM Honda Avadi) and till now there is no solution provided for this issue. I'm mentally disturbed because of this quality less product and ill-treating of customer in the service center.

                                I decided not to use this product and I need my money back. For refund or replacement also no one is ready to have a conversation and they are here only to sell the quality less product to the customer.

                                    I have purchased at santhosh honda kothapet guntur resedient at tenali 1st servecing given use Teflon coting rs 700/- ok do it but water wash is very bad
                                    2nd servicing given battery charged tomorrow go to the service center he tell us give me billing and aadhar papers after 15 days battery replacement but not in original battery in vehicle when I used kik start after some days go to out saide battery shope he shows this is not a original battery

                                      I have taken the delivery of a Honda Unicorn BS6 bike today. To the best of my knowledge, the rule 138 (4)(f) of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules makes it compulsory for two-wheeler companies to provide two BIS (Bureau of Indian standards) compliant helmets to the purchaser. However it was told to me by the dealer that the helmet doesnt come with the bikle and I had to buy one.
