Dear sir/ maam

I am writing to intimate you that i have purchased activa 4 g
Vehicle no. - dl6saw7438 from
J. B honda showroom, rani jhansi road, new delhi in august 2017 in my name (Anjali gupta) and as per your terms, four free service are complementary to the service.

When i went to avail my second service, an employee told me that i have to buy an amc and i won't be getting free service because i got my service book misplaced during the first service. It's very disheartening only because somebody have lost his/her service book you have to undertake amc without any reason and that to by paying additional charges of 1070 bucks. It's completely unfair on your part not fulfilling the promise.

I request you to consider the issue and suggest me the requisite course of action that i need to take so that i can avail the due service without compulsion to undertake amc or undertake adequate action on your part to rectify it.

    Its been one year i bought honda hornet, i am completely unsatisfied with the service i received from svm honda avadi, chain sprocket getting into problem 4 months once and i cant feel the ride comfort like before after service. Spending 1 lakh on a bike and received unsatisfactions, kindly provide me the solution.

    I hope honda will take this with serious actions, for better customer satisfaction to continue further with honda products.

      Dear sir,
      This is to bring to your kind attention and perusal that, i have booked activa i (Pink color) on 13th january with a token advance of rs 1, 000 at hasan honda, pondicherry. After 10 days on 23rd january, have got a call from hasan honda stating that “my vehicle is loaded and they requested me to pay full outstanding amount of rs 54785/-“.
      As instructed by them, have paid full amount on 24th january including spare part price (Rs 1133). But after a week, hasan honda gm says the following lethargically.

       they claim that, they have called me on 14th january. Which is government holiday (Pongal as well as sunday).
       they says that, i have no right to see the vehicle before delivery and choice of selection also not available.
       they also says that, it will take 15 more days for delivery. If so what is the point in paying full amount 15 days before.

      The above thing making us to panic. And all the customer’s in pondicherry facing similar issue and i am totally disgusted because of these people’s. Hasan honda is damaging brand value of honda.

      Hasan honda gm is uttering few harsh words that, honda will be responsible for the fault in vehicle and we are not accountable!!!

      I haven’t seen pink color activa i vehicle in showroom. I had booked only with reference of picture (Pink color activa i) in template.
      They says to every customers who walks-in to showroom that we will get the vehicle only after 20 – 30 days.
      What is the purpose of placing a showroom in such a big commercial city.
      I have faced same issues before 2 1/2 years while booking honda shine.

        I purchased a unicorn 160 vide chassis no.: me4kc20 [protected] in the last week of oct 2017 from maansasrovar honda - velachery, chennai.
        First service was done as per the company's norms.

        In the first week of january 2018, i found speedo meter selector knob was missing. I took the bike to the service dealer where i bought the bike. They at the first instance said, that cannot be replaced, a bigger part to be replaced but on chargeable basis, not covered under warranty. Etc etc...

        When i insisted that it is a problem with bad workmanship or quality they said they will check with honda and revert.
        2 weeks passed, i again went to the dealership, they said honda also rejected the claim to replace it under warranty but i can purchase the part. Helplessly i called their customer complaint call center no. They received the complaint, acknowledged the complaint via sms ([protected]). After two days i received a call from the dealership that it can be attended under warranty, i have to pay for the part/s. I emphasized that it is a pure quality problems and general warranty terms can't be applied. They turned deaf ears. I again called customer care. They again acknowledged, the story repeated several times. Now it was almost a month, i took the bike to dealership again and they said the part has arrived and they will fix it on chargeable basis. Without any option i accepted for the charges and left the bike in service center. Later may be more than 5-6 hrs, i called up the service center and i was shocked to receive a news that speedometer display is also damaged and i have to pay rs.6000/- to get it replaced. None of the discussions, dealership people talked anything technical. They only talked about warranty, charges, money etc. Once they have also closed the complaint that the speedometer is tampered!

        It is a clear case of honda's unfriendly service. Dealership dictating terms with customer, poor quality of assembly and above all of this audaciousness with a customer.

        It can also be a tact of dealership to make extra money by selling parts by hiding quality problems.

        I am extremely unhappy with the way honda deals with the quality problems and customer complaints.
        I just want a technical person from honda to call me, understand the problem and acknowledge. Not from dealership.

          I had given my activa in universal near nid paldi ahmedabad service centre. Problem was no self start and employes are asking to wait 15 days for parts.. How it is possible to use a kick in activa 15/ 20 days. Customers can't wait more than 24 hrs for self start if it is used several times in a day... If parts are over they should have immediately placed order not waiting for the customer to come with requirement of that particular part. All parts should be there at service centre. Atleast important one ones like of self start

            I have purchased a honda activa 4g from mahamaya honda agency, ambikapur, chhattisgarh. From the date of purchasing activa is not running smoothly, when we race the accelator rough sound and vibration observed. I have contacted to the mahamaya agency but they are not able to recognize / solve the problem. So you are requested to provide me tangible technical support from your end to increase more faith on the company.

            I have purchased a Honda Activa 4G from Mahamaya Honda Agency, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.                 My honda activa i yellow colour purchased last year.
                All the plastic body parts are damaged and parked my scooter in service center (Ratnaprabha motors aurangabad be) and wish to replace against that i have taken quotation on 22 jan 2018 and asked to make all the required parts. Till date after a regular follow up with dealer and company and customer care too, they are unable to produce. The managers sitting in chairs and drawing salary in 5 digit even don't care about the pending cases since long time. Though it's their duty to get reporting for the same. And the worst thing is irresponsible excuses.

                  Sir its me mohamed rabbani. I bought honda grazia in the date 3/1/2018 lakshmi honda gobichettipalayam, erode district, tamilnadu i already have complained about the customer service of the showroom (Is bad). Now the bike is not yet registered by government i am waiting for advance number may be comes after february 15th. Today i went to the showroom for 1st service but bike is not given to me back because it's unregistered. My question is how they will delivered me in 3rd january without registration. Because they want to close the previous complane. Which was given by me. Now they people take revenge on me and many of this showroom bikes are rooming on road without registration but they are cornering me only because of the previous complane. I was very disappointed and hurts alot by this situation.in first complane they have not apologys me. So please take action of those employees and managing director

                    Bought a honda cliq for my wife from raj motors ajmer. Regret i was dealt with in a most unprofessional manner. Even after paying the full amount on the spot i was made to come to their showroom a number of times. The following points to be noted:

                    1. The helmet bought from the shop does not fit into the dickey. The manager denied the fact until it was conclusively proved to him.

                    2. Papers for the scooter were not given to my wife even after several visits to the showroom despite fulfilling all the requirements set by them. It was nothing short of slackness displayed by the staff.

                    3. When finally the papers were handed over, the staff was not able to even copy down the spelling!

                    4 now they have asked to come after month to get the number plate! It is something the salesperson could have informed us in the first place.

                    5 a very shoddy perfdormance by the honda staff by all means.

                      As above said the complaint getting issue once in a month, after getting off we try to start in all possible way. But we couldn't start and we giving to showroom service station. They will make some minor bill and give it to us and saying it's minor problem. Several time we issue a complaint but they couldn't find the solution.in the last free service we given the feedback form and we mention this issue. And we got the feedback call we mention and yesterday we got again the same problem.
                      Kindly do the needful and solve the issue as earliest.

                        Normally when we are booking for a scooter, showroom executives
                        Normally explained detailed budject and everything about the same
                        Even i was happy from our executive explainations
                        And that day itself they said clearly there is some additional fitting
                        Charges you have to pay rs 3500 if you required horn, grill, mat etc etc
                        I agreed and i payed also.

                        Today i got my honda activa 4g. During the time of delivery from showroom i just randomly checked my scooter and i found there is no usb mobile charring point, and i asked about that to executives and there are saying if you paid extra 500 they will fix or else they won't
                        And i asked them again, if there is a some kind of additional payment
                        Then why don't you informed before and why don't you added this on my additional payment which i already payed.

                        Again, they are saying like this is honda policy
                        If you paid extra 500rs they will fix the point or else no

                        Its just matter of 500. I know but i want to know whether usb mobile charring point honda is providing to customer if they payed extra money???

                        If it is yes then why you are showing as a big thing in your advertisement
                        And in broucher as a special feature???

                            The activa 125 (Scv125h), engine no. Jf49e82190229 & hsn code 87112019 purchased vide invoice no. Dl01001717v04304, dated: 18.01.2018 from authorized dealer named absolute motors, 1-c, vivekanand market, sector-i, r. K. Puram, new delhi-110022 (Cell: [protected]/[protected]) has been giving various troubles from the day one i. E. From 18.01.2018. The vehicle was handed over to the dealer a number of times for attending the trouble shootings. Inspite of all their efforts it is not working properly at all. The aforesaid activa 125 is found to be a defective item and needs to be replaced immediately before the issue of "registration number plate". The automobiles need to have an "pre-delivery test" before handing over to the customers. Kindly acknowledge & record my complaint for a immediate replacement by another activa 125 duely checked before delivery.

                              I have purchased a new activa 4g in the month of oct 17. The vehicle shows regular complaints from the beginning itself. The vehicle has been taken to the work shop twice. Carborator cleaned and spark plug replacement done within a span of 3 months and that too with only 1000 kilometres.
                              Really disappointed experience from honda
                              Need an immediate intervention in this regard. My contact number [protected] otherwise we will be forced to file case in consumer court.

                                Respected, sir/madam with due respect i want to inform u that 12th January 2018 there was a advertisements in a leading news paper of our state tripura that, by paying 0nly 3999/(Down payment)you can by a honda two wheeler. After seeing this advertisement i had a talk with showroom owner he referred me to talk with the financer than i had talk with finencer of local bank after listening my details again he referred me to talk with the financer of my home town. Again i had talk with the financer of my home town but aftet listing my all details he refused to give me the loan as per advertisement and he said that he is not going to finance, another financer will finance he don't have such kind of any instructions.I am a regular employee of centrlal government and i am getting a handsome salary also after that also your dealers and financer is not interested to extend any kind of help, i am posted out of my home town and i have all legal documents asked by them . Thanking you .Necessary action please.

                                  The dealer has not provided me with the receipt for rto expenses, which it has charged rs5494, where as actually the expenditure is 3200+odds. Thedealer is subham honda. Allthe papers are with me. While i asked for the printed receipts, they simply denied and told that it should be asked to the company and the rto authority. From reliable sources i came to know one of my friends purchased the same activa 4g and the dealer had to return the disparity amount to my friend. The dealer is khimji.

                                    I bought honda activa 125 from authorized dealer in dewas, till 3rd service, activa was giving good mileage, but after last and 4th service, it's mileage has been gone and it's taking too much petrol, this is very irresponsible, how unprofessional service and maintenance they have done.                                       On september 30, 2017 one of my dream came true, i purchased honda unicorn cb 150 (Black) from aman honda
                                      (Baner, pune - 411045) having chassis number – me4kc311jh8109477 and registration no:- mh.12. Ps.2129
                                      After getting delivery of honda, with full of energy and proudly i started riding bike.in the evening, i made up my
                                      Mind and started my 1st long ride with honda unicorn cb 150 on mumbai pune highway. But after completing few kms
                                      I heard some weird noise from front (Suspension) & bike pulling one side (R. H side), since it was a saturday and its too late for me to go back to
                                      Showroom (Service center). I visited to showroom on (15 oct, 2017) and discussed about the noise, technician told me to come later or in! St service will check the noise & pulling issue. But unfortunately i have not get enough time in between
                                      To visit the service center again. However its been 5 months now and have come across with 1st free servicing
                                      And still i am facing the same issue (Suspension issue) vehicle pulling one side. Because of suspension issue & bike pulling one side (R. H side), my shoulder started paining & getting it more & more

                                      Then today ie 30.01.2018 i called mr. Kamlash (Manager or some one who was taking care of my call said) i will call u back but there was no reply as always so i m writing these

                                      But mr. Rajkumar was very unsupportive with us as always & fake promise & commitment for every thing & said there is accessiors are compulsory or we will not delivery the bike. It was very shocking for me as it was happy movement for my family so i refused to fight.

                                      . I am really disappointed with the performance of a bike.
                                      Its such a disgrace and a big question mark on customer/service center of honda.
                                      Please help me to fix this.

                                      Some more issue as belows
                                      1. Suspension issue
                                      2. Vehicle pulling one side
                                      3. Tank getting white patches & colour getting dul.
                                      4. Said there is accessiors are compulsory

                                      Waiting for a healthy reply & rectification of the above mentioned issue. Or else ill be taking these issue through media or legal way.

                                        I have purchased honda unicorn in the name of mohd iqbal on 14th aug 2017, dealer name : m/s motoden automotive pvt ltd, mumbai. They have fraud me and gave me defective bike, from the day i have taken the delivery of my bike from that day itself my bike has started giving problem, every morning it takes atleast half an hour to start, after riding it for few km is stops in middle, also engine gets very over heated, when inform the dealer they says sir it we will rectify it on first service, till date i dont know how many times i have take my bike to honda authorised service center foir the problem but it is still same. When i asked what is the next step they says we cant help it u do what ever u want to do. Also like to mention this dealer has the worst staff including their manager (Arif) as he never meets any customer, when asked the staff to give his mobile no they says they are not supposed to give his no to any one as guided by him. I really dont understand why honda has approved such dealers and no action has been taken yet.
                                        I need my bike to be replaced or solve the problem 100% or will have to go to consumer court.
