Shri Sai hinda is located in karmala.
I went to show my scooty for faulty service done by centre.
Mr. Somnath Jagtap was in charge there. He refused to admit my bike even though I was ready to wait.
He was talking arrogantly in front of many people. He was continuously singing song to irritate me.
He did not responded to his boss also.
My complaint is about him only and centre should take strict action against him

    Dear Honda Team,

    I hope you are doing great, This mail is to keep you informed I have not received my number plate till date as its not 12 days as of today. from (XGR5+X6V, Muthuraya Swamy Extension, Hegganahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560091)
    as per the RTO guidelines, it should take about 7-10 days to receive the number plate, however, honda Planet honda has charged me and i haven't received any proper response now its has been 13 days now.

      Recently I have been purchased honda sp 125 with disc break on 14 January 2022. Now after three months from purchase front wheel bearing have some problem and service centre advised to change the bearing without warranty. This is not my mistake that only three months after a internal part of bike have a problem that not covered in warranty. I very disappointed.

            Honda unicorn bs6 wobbling

            I purchased Honda unicorn bs6 1 year back from prakash Honda guduvanchery. Now I have crossed 15000 km. After i crossed 5000 km I started experiencing strange wobbling issue that happens suddenly when I ride through pathhole or bumb. I tried explaining this to my service centre changed cone set ( paid), checked fork allignment only to experience the same. I really don't know what to do. I don't have good riding and my last option...

              I bought my ACTIVA-4G in 2017. Despite of regular service and well maintenance, all of a sudden the vehicle started troubling me with unbearable notice. When I took this issue to the notice of the service centre in Kurmannapalem branch, the staff responded very carelessly. They just said that the vehicle came to bore. How could it even be possible?? Timely service and smooth maintenance must give a guaranteed result. The service person didn't want to take it into his account. Instead of showing concern they insisted me on exchanging my vehicle. I took a deep breath. But still, I accepted for the exchange of my vehicle though they didn't give me a good price for my vehicle as I was left with no choice.
              Now the problem is that the so called showroom incharge Mrs Sireesha, couldn't deliver my new vehicle with required specifications even after 40days of pre-booking. No Two wheeler actually requires such a long period of waiting.
              The pinching thing is that Mrs. Sireesha couldn't even guarantee the delivery date of my vehicle till date. She doesn't even respond properly to the customer. Always careless response had been noticed from her end.
              Now that I changed my mind, and don't want to wait any further as I'm facing discomfort in public transport, I took this to the notice of Mrs. Sireesha, so-called incharge of KURMANNAPALEM BRANCH, she said that she can't do anything as my amount is locked with her branch. According to her response, I can analyse that she's in a point of view that I was left with no other choice except taking the vehicle from her branch. She also tried to force me to take a vehicle without colour choice. But when I denied that, she started behaving very very carelessly. Best thing is to make this HONDA SHOWROOM KURMANNAPALEM BRANCH CLOSED. As they don't care for customers.
              Someone who can resolve this issue is seriously needed. Or else, to file a complaint is the only choice I am left with.
              I even want to mention this in the Google review also so that others would not be get cheated like me.

                  By purchasing activa 6g, Sales start can not work from 6 month...whenever activa service in prabha motor ...every time i raise this issue and every time they only charge battery which cant work in 1 month...

                  At the speed of 40 and above a different sound hear ...this issue also i raise during service time till now cant solved...

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I have requested for spare parts of Honda Dio from Srinivasa Honda, Warangal.
                    We have given an advance of ₹1000/- and ordered the spare parts in Oct 2021.
                    Since then, We have been requesting the Show room regularly at an interval of 10 days about procuring the spare parts.
                    Everytime, They have always informed us to wait for 10 days.
                    In this way, they have wasted our time and money for more than 6 months.
                    Now, they informed us that the spare parts are not being manufactured.

                    I request you to take up my issue on priority and get the spare parts of Honda Dio.

                    Please donot compel me to approach Consumer court and other grievance redressal channels, to get my complaint resolved.
                    The advance bill of ₹1000/- displaying the spare parts is provided herewith for your ready reference.

                          I have bought Honda unicorn 160 on 16/1/2021 from Rehoboth Honda Tirunelveli. So for the vehicle has given 30000km.
                          Last 3 month the complaint is arising so many time .Each month I m spending more than 2000 rupees only for the complaint.Its happening inly in my vehicle.
                          In the beginning because of The performance of the vehicle I've bought the vehicle.
                          But now I teally feel bad to have the vehicle
                          Either you rectify the defect in the production team or kindly stop the product in India
                          According to me Bad to use Honda unicorn 160.
                          Because of this i am stressed

                              My name is Jitendra kumar saini . My bike SP 125 no. Is RJ02BV8339 got accident on 7th March 2022 and submitted for repair at Sub dealer “Baba Shri Sukhdev Honda ”, Mundawar, Alwar – 301407 . As per their communication they have already raised the parts/material requirement on 9th March 2022 to the concern team or department but till the date no material received. I am also continuously taking follow ups regarding my bike but every time I am getting the same reply that “We don’t have the parts to repair and we have already mail but till the date no parts received . Also we don’t know that when we will receive the material/parts”.
                              Now please tell me that where should I have to go for the solution even your dealer don’t have the information regarding material. As Honda is a big brand but I this I did the mistake that I purchased the Bike from Honda.
                              I have also raised the complaint today with complaint id[protected] .
                              Kindly understand my problem that its 22nd day from 9th that I didn’t get my bike from your service center. I have also attached the parts list for your reference.
                              Today i again called to service center but same reply received but when i called to customer care they told me that parts has been to the service center.

                              Really disappointed form your service response.

                                  I own Unicorn 150 and having engine vibration and abnormal sound problem in my bike at 5000 km only I visit to service center they tell me to change the timing tensioner of the engine I agreed and change the same and paid for timing tensioner and and labour of the same. But my problem doesn't solved I again reached to the service center now they said to change other engine parts to resolve the problem. You are giving 2 years warranty and not covering engine manufacturing defect totally unsatisfied. I want solution for Engine Manufacturing defect. Raises complaints many times but there is no response. Wrost service experience ever.
