    Hi.
    I am gaurav jain from jaipur. On 15th aug 2017 i was bought honda activa 125cc (Reg. No rj14hx8209) from honda advent ajmer pulliya jaipur. From the date of purchase i am facing a problem of huge sound problem in head wiser. On 1st service i was told this problem to advent honda workshop manager
    (Mr. G. Shekhawat & mr. Ram niwas) but still my problem is not resolved. From the date of purchase more than 5 times i personally visit honda advent workshop for same issue.
    And from last 15 days another problem of oil leakage from engine is also facing for this problem again i visit honda advent. But still this problem is also not resolved.
    Now this time i am really very frustrated from honda product and advent service.
    Can honda resolve my scooter problems (Head wiser and oil leakage) or not.
    Revert me asap

      Honda service centre satnam honda in labour much more than other and they giving bills of heavy labour charge in small mistake. So this is not fair kindly requested to solve this problem. This kind of problem come more time in our vehicles and many of the issues in these service i would like dedicate new service centre near jaipur of honda 2wheelers.

        Hello sir,
        I have given my honda livo at atul auto showroom jamnagar, at 5th sep, 2017 service center for change of parts (Insurance claim), they are saying they have no parts and still it will be more then 10 to 15 day for that, how it this possible? Company is not making part or not providing to dealer or honda service centers? It should take maximum 8 days but they took 22 days and still saying that they will took more 10 to 15 days. Please solve, i need my bike as soon as possible because i need it for my job, i will loose my job if they will not provide my bike at time. Please help.

          I had booked a honda activa 4g from cargo honda near bus stand jalandhar. After four days i purchased the scooty by cash. My scooty booking was on my uncle name but i bought it on my wife name. So when i asked for refund, cashier refused to refund saying that uncle has to be present there. I am surprised that they didn't asked for uncle when i paid for booking amount but in refunding they are asking for uncle. Cashier has ridiculous behaviour and i didn't like the way this agency work and spoiling the name of honda motors...

            I came up at honda showroom for shine with all possible documents. My documents were cleared and checked by 2 or 3 stafs. I submitted approx 30k at the casier section and then i was told to go at the biling section. At the last moment the man at biling section told that your address has some problems and registration of bike cannot be completed. And i was told to submit rs200 for fdebit or something like that. So at last i decided to cancel my registration.
            I want an action as soon as possible.

            I bought honda activa 4G couple of month back and met with a accident last month. I gave for servicing with insurance claim. Its been almost 21days now and they are not returning my bike. Please do help me. Im attaching acknowledge copy service center.
            I have purchased my Honda CB shine sp 125 from RAJ MOTORS Ajmer on dated. 25/08/2017. they said the RC and number plate will be handed over to me in next 15 days.but till date I have not received RC and number plate due to that I was suffered many times n traffic police always asked me for my vehicle number plate and RC. Kindly do needful action.

              I shashikant from best roadways ltd, have been purchased a new honda shine sp under company account, i had booked this bike in the early month of july (1st week) & have received the delivery of this bike on date : 22/08/17, almost more than 45 days after booking, as it was been delayed for only vehicle number allotment, when i received the delivery of this bike the bike was not in a sound condition as the back side panel of the bike it was scratched, also the handle was bit tilted at the right side.. At the time of taking the delivery, the allotment office said you take the delivery, whatever is to be replaced we will do it in next 7-8 days, & today it is 26/09/17 still it is not done & now i am getting excuses that "maal nahi hai" etc..

              Continuous followup with m/s. 21 honda, sakinaka, andheri (E) mumbai, also same follow up at m/s. 21 honda, chandivali andheri (E) mumbai.

              This is not a proper type of service for the valuable customers.

              Still my bike is standing at service center (Dt : 26/09/17 - m/s. 21 honda, chandivali andheri (E)

                Today i. E - 25th sept 2017 i had given my bike for servicing i. E activa 4g.
                The bike was given at 12 noon & they had told me to collect the bike at 6.00 pm
                As i went to take the bike... When i saw my bike the bike was as it is without servicing. They took 400 rupees from me but the servicing was not at all done. Only they kept my bike from 12.00-6.00 n returned me as it is. My problems where not at all solved. I wish that be careful while giving your bike for serviving do look at all your prblms...

                  While i m purchase of honda dream yuga in may 2014 then bike would be give average around 70 km/hour then after six month while i m give service in ganga automobiles hirabag and amardeep automobiles then average would be give 52 km/hour and in 2016 chain chakkar of dream yuga not working, do change chain chakkar in 2016 so in two auto mobiles while we are give service in that automobiles some spare parts are change in service and not do well service... So company would take action as soon as possible only my opinion not but other customer same face problem in chaun chakkar so is that image of honda company compare of hero company

                    I have visited shri balaji honda at bahadurgarh (Haryana), they found only one service in after all book service. But i can take 4 -5 service after create mnc book. So what i do now, the showroom has decline my request! Plz give me some suggestions

                      On[protected] i have given my bike for service at prime honda vijayanagar. When i received the bike after the service there was a damage on my petrol tank. When i spoke to service delivery boy, they have not responded correctly and when try to escalate to altaf hussain, the manager, he was also refused that the damage was not done at prime honda. There was a paint out from the petrol tank and the damage was not there at the time of giving it to service. Please find the attached pic.

                        It's been 2 months only i bought scooty on 14th july from bigswing honda motors, islampur, gurugram. Suddenly i started facing issue with handle. It's going to left direction but not centred. I went to dealer and showroom itself and it's been more than two weeks they have not repaired it yet. Two weeks ago they were saying fork has bent and now they they are sying problem is with rim they have changed rim. Still it's moving in left direction. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              I bought 1 honda activa 3g two wheeler by march 2016. Hardly i have driven only 6000 kms in this 18 months. I am letting my activa for service process in a nearby service dealership named aadhi honda in coimbatore ganapathy area. Their overall behaviour is very very bad. Whenever we are letting our vehicle for service, they will never treat us as a human being. We need to wait there for a very long time without any proper information.
                              The quality of the honda activa is very bad. The side beeding which comes with the vehicle is not upto the mark. We can tell the whole vehicles spares quality itself is not upto the mark. The beeding which comes with the vehicle is not good and it coming along for a long time. I have visited the said service delaer aadhi honda for servicing. First they have fixed it, but it lasts only for 2 days. Second they have recommended for a new beeding which also lasts for 1 week only. I have paid for that beeding spare. After that also not good, i went again to the service centre for a solution. They recommend me again a new beeding which i have to pay again. I refuse to pay. Then they have fitted somewhat and let back m y vehicle after 1.30 hours. Time is gold. Not for them only. Time is gold for everyone in this world. Can they give back my 1.30 hours? Because of their lethargic behaviuor. Will honda can give back my 1.30 hours because they have not giving us a quality spares oriented quality vehicle. Waste of time. I hope this complaint typing is also waste of time. Better i am praying if any poor (Actually all indian citizens are poor, except politicians) is going to buy honda, dont buy it. They will cheat you in terms of quality less products and lethargic after sales service. Jai hind.

                              Today I reached Barmer shekhawati Honda showroom for my scooter repair of lock broken. After delivery timing I will check the vehicle the seat was broken. I asked to the manager of service section he told me this was daily it happens but I can't do anything for you. You want seat then buy new one purchase. But I can't do nothing for you

                                As per the insurance copy provided by insurance agent policy no. Is 96920330, insured period 01/10/2016 to 30/09/2017 but now i came to know that agent has given me fake policy receipt and its details are as follows,

                                Insurance agent name: modani chanda ashish
                                Insured fake name and period: modani amit
                                Dtd; from 8/3/16 to 7/3/17 (As per insurance company and true honda insurance agent)

                                I have verbally noted complain against the same and honda complaint no ;
                                1-[protected].

                                But no response from dealer and honda2wheeler. And also dealer is threatning me.

                                  Companies dealer nikhil honda at bhilai, chhattisgarh is not giving quotation (Activa 4g) and vehicle with out accessoris. The sales manager mr amar told us that he has been instructed by the management that quotation should be inclusive accessories and the dealer is saying is it compulsory to take acceesories. The quotation includes the amount of rs 800 on which no proper explaination was given & on insisting dealer told it is transportation charges.
                                  He provided today at 11.00 am quotation for brown color activa 4g and at 11.30 am after saying that i will not puchase the accessories he denied for the brown color
                                  This is cheating by the dealer

                                    I purchased activa 4g on 25th august from gugnani motors, bhubaneswar. On the basis of instructions in manual today morning i approached for services at the dealer place. They accept my vehicle and handed a token and informed to take back the vehicle at 6.30pm. Around 5pm one call comes to my phone and inform to collect the vehicle. I rush to service place but reached their i found that my vehicle neither washed nor polished though the dealer take extra cost towards the polish at the time of selling. After my several request they deny and said you may lodge complaint we don't care. My vehicle no od 02an 6336 and my contact no [protected]. This is submitted for information and expect the best.

                                      I approached orange honda service centre at manikonda, hyderabad to get my shine bike serviced on 19th morning. It got complicated around noon same day and i went to pickup the bike. I was asked to pay ₹660 and made a card payment for the same. When i asked for a bill towards the payment i was initially told that bill is not available, i insisted on then i was told that the servers were not working and hence they cannot give me a bill. Then i asked to pay my money back and i will pay when their servers were up and could generate a bill. The supervisor incharge said that i cannot take my bike without making payment and they will not give me a bill.

                                      Eventually he agreed to give me a temporary bill for which i agreed upon a condition that i should receive a original copy once their systems are ready.

                                      The person at the counter has made a rough computer printout with break up for the amount i paid. There’s a reference to gst in the bill and the printout does not reflect the tax registration number.

                                      I denied to pay tax amount without details of registration number. Then they gave another manual bill with same break up for the amount i paid.

                                      Upon the condition that an original bill would be sent on my email i left the service centre.

                                      Later same day i received a soft copy of original bill on email and found that the amount is different from what i paid. I queried about the same with same person who sent me the soft copy. Did not receive any response so far.

                                      I would like to inform you that i will register a complaint with consumer forum and appropriate authorities.

                                      Appreciate if you could look into this matter and take appropriate actions so that other customers do not face any similar issues.

                                        I was one among initial booking for africa twin in india with evm honda ernakulam in kerala along with my friend. Initially one africa twin came to the dealer in the middle of july and was told to us that it is a demo vehicle. From the dealership they told me that it is not a delivery vehicle. By 18th of august the vehicles were all delivered in a big ceremony and during this time i was travelling in europe and was told by the dealer that my vehicle is still in the box and i have told them that i will be taking delivery the day i reach india and that is by 24th august. The vehicle was covered and kept for delivery and by evening it was handed over to me. A few days later i got to know that the vehicle delivered was the 1st bike that they told it was a demo vehicle. This vehicle was taken to different places during this time.
                                        My query and complaints-
                                        1. Why this vehicle was given to me particularly as there was other 3 delivery at the same time.
                                        2. It was promised to me by the manager mr deepu that the particular vehicle will never be given to customer.

                                        Please give me an earliest reply as a redressal to my complaints.
