      I bought 1 honda activa 3g two wheeler by march 2016. Hardly i have driven only 6000 kms in this 18 months. I am letting my activa for service process in a nearby service dealership named aadhi honda in coimbatore ganapathy area. Their overall behaviour is very very bad. Whenever we are letting our vehicle for service, they will never treat us as a human being. We need to wait there for a very long time without any proper information.
      The quality of the honda activa is very bad. The side beeding which comes with the vehicle is not upto the mark. We can tell the whole vehicles spares quality itself is not upto the mark. The beeding which comes with the vehicle is not good and it coming along for a long time. I have visited the said service delaer aadhi honda for servicing. First they have fixed it, but it lasts only for 2 days. Second they have recommended for a new beeding which also lasts for 1 week only. I have paid for that beeding spare. After that also not good, i went again to the service centre for a solution. They recommend me again a new beeding which i have to pay again. I refuse to pay. Then they have fitted somewhat and let back m y vehicle after 1.30 hours. Time is gold. Not for them only. Time is gold for everyone in this world. Can they give back my 1.30 hours? Because of their lethargic behaviuor. Will honda can give back my 1.30 hours because they have not giving us a quality spares oriented quality vehicle. Waste of time. I hope this complaint typing is also waste of time. Better i am praying if any poor (Actually all indian citizens are poor, except politicians) is going to buy honda, dont buy it. They will cheat you in terms of quality less products and lethargic after sales service. Jai hind.

      Today I reached Barmer shekhawati Honda showroom for my scooter repair of lock broken. After delivery timing I will check the vehicle the seat was broken. I asked to the manager of service section he told me this was daily it happens but I can't do anything for you. You want seat then buy new one purchase. But I can't do nothing for you

        As per the insurance copy provided by insurance agent policy no. Is 96920330, insured period 01/10/2016 to 30/09/2017 but now i came to know that agent has given me fake policy receipt and its details are as follows,

        Insurance agent name: modani chanda ashish
        Insured fake name and period: modani amit
        Dtd; from 8/3/16 to 7/3/17 (As per insurance company and true honda insurance agent)

        I have verbally noted complain against the same and honda complaint no ;
        1-[protected].

        But no response from dealer and honda2wheeler. And also dealer is threatning me.

          Companies dealer nikhil honda at bhilai, chhattisgarh is not giving quotation (Activa 4g) and vehicle with out accessoris. The sales manager mr amar told us that he has been instructed by the management that quotation should be inclusive accessories and the dealer is saying is it compulsory to take acceesories. The quotation includes the amount of rs 800 on which no proper explaination was given & on insisting dealer told it is transportation charges.
          He provided today at 11.00 am quotation for brown color activa 4g and at 11.30 am after saying that i will not puchase the accessories he denied for the brown color
          This is cheating by the dealer

            I purchased activa 4g on 25th august from gugnani motors, bhubaneswar. On the basis of instructions in manual today morning i approached for services at the dealer place. They accept my vehicle and handed a token and informed to take back the vehicle at 6.30pm. Around 5pm one call comes to my phone and inform to collect the vehicle. I rush to service place but reached their i found that my vehicle neither washed nor polished though the dealer take extra cost towards the polish at the time of selling. After my several request they deny and said you may lodge complaint we don't care. My vehicle no od 02an 6336 and my contact no [protected]. This is submitted for information and expect the best.

              I approached orange honda service centre at manikonda, hyderabad to get my shine bike serviced on 19th morning. It got complicated around noon same day and i went to pickup the bike. I was asked to pay ₹660 and made a card payment for the same. When i asked for a bill towards the payment i was initially told that bill is not available, i insisted on then i was told that the servers were not working and hence they cannot give me a bill. Then i asked to pay my money back and i will pay when their servers were up and could generate a bill. The supervisor incharge said that i cannot take my bike without making payment and they will not give me a bill.

              Eventually he agreed to give me a temporary bill for which i agreed upon a condition that i should receive a original copy once their systems are ready.

              The person at the counter has made a rough computer printout with break up for the amount i paid. There’s a reference to gst in the bill and the printout does not reflect the tax registration number.

              I denied to pay tax amount without details of registration number. Then they gave another manual bill with same break up for the amount i paid.

              Upon the condition that an original bill would be sent on my email i left the service centre.

              Later same day i received a soft copy of original bill on email and found that the amount is different from what i paid. I queried about the same with same person who sent me the soft copy. Did not receive any response so far.

              I would like to inform you that i will register a complaint with consumer forum and appropriate authorities.

              Appreciate if you could look into this matter and take appropriate actions so that other customers do not face any similar issues.

                I was one among initial booking for africa twin in india with evm honda ernakulam in kerala along with my friend. Initially one africa twin came to the dealer in the middle of july and was told to us that it is a demo vehicle. From the dealership they told me that it is not a delivery vehicle. By 18th of august the vehicles were all delivered in a big ceremony and during this time i was travelling in europe and was told by the dealer that my vehicle is still in the box and i have told them that i will be taking delivery the day i reach india and that is by 24th august. The vehicle was covered and kept for delivery and by evening it was handed over to me. A few days later i got to know that the vehicle delivered was the 1st bike that they told it was a demo vehicle. This vehicle was taken to different places during this time.
                My query and complaints-
                1. Why this vehicle was given to me particularly as there was other 3 delivery at the same time.
                2. It was promised to me by the manager mr deepu that the particular vehicle will never be given to customer.

                Please give me an earliest reply as a redressal to my complaints.

                  My name is nikhil... I purchase cash activa 4g on 22 aug 17 from there as per seller name prabhjit singh.. I will receive my rc with in a week they given prc to my activa till 31-aug-17... After that i went there on 08-sep-17 to collect my rc, one of the lady l forgot her name she came tommarow you will receive rc... I extended my prc date till 15-sep-17 i tought due to some might be they did not receive my rc.. But when i went to collect rc on 20-sep-17 5.30pm the staff is being rude.. I told incase you did not receive rc then please extend my prc date they told they can't extend the date on prc.. They are guideing me to collect prc from 3phase i don't know where that is... I request them to extend my prc date incase of challan who will be the responsible funny thing they said *it's evening where you have to go*they are deneying to take the responsbilty of challan... At the end one more fake promise come to us tommarow for rc... They don't even think from customers point of view... No customer value...

                    honda activa 4g - starting trouble, vibration & bad service issue

                    I bought activa 4g on the release week, from the first day there are issues with starting of the vehicle.
                    1. It won't start with the self-start and the kick start is also waste of time and energy.
                    This issue is observed even when the engine has ran for more than 30 kms.
                    2. Vibration is observed near the footrest when vehicle attains a speed near to even 30km/hr!!! Ridiculous!!!

                    I have bought honda activa 125 on sunday 10th september, 2017 from sheel kishan honda, rampur road, bareilly and drive 100 km to reach kasganj district just after purchasing this vehicle but it could not reched at my destination and stopped all the functions of this vehicle purchased before 3 hours. I have contacted with service supervisor of bareilly dealer mr. Awasthi, he advised me to contact dealer present at kasganj. I have brought my vehicle next day to kisan honda, kasganj. Service supervisor of this dealer advised me to leave this vehicle for one day to track fault. I left it and contacted after one day but he replied that there is a fault in wiring and cdi part is not working and this part is not available at our agency. He again advised me to contact with bareilly dealer. Ans i continuously keeping informed to both dealers about the problem but they are so irresponsible and careless that i could not get my vehicle back till now even i complained on toll free number of honda company 3 times but they also could not provide any solution till now. They also so irresponsible and careless to address any complaint. I am so tired and hopeless with the attitude and quality of product. I am field worker and urgently required a vehicle to perform my assignments but i could not done it and punished from my employer due to not fulfill the field requirements. I am very much physically and mentally disturbed due to having this trouble while i have purchased this vehicle on cash because of emergency assignments at my work place.
                    Now i dont want back this vehicle. I will buy another vehicle from reliable company.

                      I want to purchase honda unicorn150 from wardha, maharastra, dealer is forcing me to take 3 years policy costing 6800, also he is forcing to take accesories of 6000rs, also with this he is giving me 2000 rs kit,

                        I have purchased a honda stunner 125 cc in 2014 after one month i started facing battery problem spark plug problem and now due to rusting there have appeared any holes in my petrol tank. Since the day i have purchased the bike i am facing problem but the service given to me is pathetic, they don't give you the solutin they will give u the reason.

                        Sir i taken vehicle honda shine chassi no: me4jc652ahti60633, engine no:jc65et0489603, on 31.03.2017, they commited discount as 15000 onroad cost, still they did not given a amount at any cost...I send to showroom more than 50 times. Kindly doo the fovour, other wise i m ready to action by consumer court...

                          On name of taqdees kapadi. From 25 day vijay kadam sales executive he is not giving me registration number please help me out.
                          Because every day cops are catching me and ur sales executive is not answering my calls and now i called on showroom they are telling me more two to three days.

                          I have made an claim for accident 4 months before on 5 of april & given my bike on 2 of may but then to 2 parts were remaining but after that I got another problem with center tank cowl for Honda hornet2.0. They told me that they will order new one & will fix it in 3 days but its about more then a month it's yet not sorted & after that I have given my bike for service on 4 of June & in that they didn't check the bike & given me my bike fixing the remaining 2 parts in the claim they even not check for the service. My bike is still blinking for the service. & when I given them for the service they didn't check the bike & my bike chain box is not good, I told them to order that to but they didn't ordered that also taking about a month still they didn't ordered that part also. The staff are making that if you are in hurry please go somewhere else for the parts. Kindly solve my problem or else I'll raise an complain on deficiency of services on Honda & bajaj alliance as I'm paying for the parts that has to be given in the claim during accident repair.

                            Our complaint has been consistently with your honda to wheeler, which we have never solved, but the grievance is serious today and it is condemnable for you and your company to tell you that people take checks while taking a bike and after paying the money if you are asking to return the check, why do not check back my bike cb hornet 160 r, which i bought from ayush honda junnardev district chhindwara, had left some money for which we 4 blunk checks were asked for a month, the payment has been completed but the check was not returned. When we went to the showroom, we were told that we should come tomorrow. Okay, come tomorrow, then go and get your father. Then we took our father and told him that we would send a check to your place today, more than a month has not been given check or given any phone
                            is this what you call repeatedly for your company's real estate money when your turn comes and disturbs the customer (By coming today to come tomorrow). I am disturbed by taking a bike from your honda company
                            Hope you have not given any solicitation of your complaints so far, but this time you have solved something. Our problem returned to the check. We have already given two money. Now do not worry now.

                              This is to inform you that i have purchased a honda activa 4g on 30-jul-17 from joy honda, mewla mahraj pur faridabad, haryana.

                              On a regular basis i am follow up for my rc and no. Plate but i am not getting appropriate answer.

                              Its being 50 days of purchase and my challan has also expired.

                              I speak with sales manager and they are not taking any serious action.

                              My friend also purchased one honda bike with me and he got his rc.

                              Its really difficult to run vehicle without rc and expired chaalen.

                              Joy honda dealer is not coopertaing with me and not telling the exact date.

                              I am calling on daily basis and they are only making me fool.

                              Request you to please help me and provide the rc & no. Plate.

                                I purchase cb shine byke in january 2017. But not received my registration card from rto which suppose to be delivered in 3 months maximum. Vehicle registered ie on 23/02/2017.
                                Raised grievence in andhra pradesh rta site also. But no responce from officials.

                                  Bhavna honda seawood (Nerul) service center not provind good service. One person mr tushar is agree to fight with customer. His behaviour is very rudly. I am explaining my issue, but he was agree to fighting. Self and manual stating is having some problem, and voice is coming from headlight. Its a 3 month old honda activa. I had purchased with same dealer.

                                    I here ratish from Pune purchased a bike 150cb unicorn from sterling honda, it was very poor experience on my new bike from the first day itself it started trouble with many problems like wobbling, fuel gauge, rims, chain spokets, engine noise over heating, I was totally unhappy with my bike and the service center they always try to say that your bike don't have any problems you r wasting your time, this process was going on for six to seven months you can even check my recent complaints and mails at last I took my bike to another service center in aundh named Rahul service center honda authorized, I showed my bike they told me your engine has abnormal sounds we have to dismental it I agreed with them and they started the work second day I had a call from service center with a quote of 14000 for engine repair I then called your area incharge Mr ananta who covered it in warranty in this 1and half year's my bike was in showroom for four months for different problems still after repairing the engine from Rahul service center the bike is in the same conditions as before with engine noise I never got a mileage of more than 38 till now after the hole one and a half year's process I tried to show some local garage two three of them said don't waste your money u have got a faulty engine I also tried to match the sound with others unicorn 150 all the bikes were smooth but mine has got a abnormal rubbing sound I am totally unhappy with my bike I tried each and every things even I spent a lots of money outside no use your experts also don't have enough technical knowledge in this one and a half year's they changed my lots of original parts from my bike like swing arm, four times they changed my tyres twice the fuel gauge, rims etc, this is my last complaint or mail if I don't get a proper response obviously I will have to go for legal process I don't want to repair it again and again I want my bike to be replaced or change the engine
