We Purchased Honda shine CB 5 Months Back. and we took Icici Insurance Plan for Bike, My Brother Has accident, he is Koma for 23 days, bike has damaged & before that Disel Tank has rust, The quality of Tank is poor, and insurance agents not considerd the bike Damage, Please heli to us sir, bike damage esimation cost would be 8000/- but insurance people not considerd, company (Honda)not replace thediesel Tank,

    I have purchased 1 Honda cb shine from Waheguru agencies Godhani they brought my bike from sudershan Honda Nagpur on 19.02.17 and given to me.i took at home and drive to city there was heating on engine so I took to Service centre they checked there was not sufficient oil in engine tank.
    This is rediculas. Very bad experience from a reputed brand like Honda.another thing I have not received my side mirror and sadigaurd so far . This is again not expected.

      My name is Bhupendra Jain and I have CBR 250R red model 2013. Since after purchased. I was facing so many problems like the handle lock has changed in beginning, after that my engine got damaged which i get it repaired 2 times in indore in honda service centers which cost me around Rs.21000/- at first and 5 months later i spend Rs.6000/- in engine repair. That bike becomes a big problem. Your service center is worst which i have ever felt. Now in jabalpur they are asking for Rs.45000 since they have given the estimate of Rs.32000/- and now the bill rises upto Rs.50000. After asking for so much money finding new problems every time. I have given my bike to them in 29/12/2016 and they have given the delivery date on 04/01/2017 but now its 20/02/2017.Your service is very much disappointment and bike is very very useless and piles of money for service. I will not recommend anyone to purchase this bike even I said them this is the worst bike having very very poor service centers across globe. This bike I have purchased in Rs.1, 70, 000 and now its resale value is Rs.15000 and spending Rs.45000 I can purchase new Hero motocop bike with one year warranty.They are asking to change each and everything which they cannot repair like wire current is not going to my bike so they ask us to replaced the whole wiring system which cost me around Rs5500/- just because of single wire. Nothing has remained to unchanged everything they have changed. If your company will not take any action or any enquiry we are going to report in consumer court and also give an article in the newspaper about your companies fault services. I wont be able to afford this much money to service my bike kindle introspect service center and send your experts to check my bike because that is too much money they are asking and take actions against them.

        Dear Sir,

        With Ref. to my last complaint vide ticket no. 1-[protected].

        I further want to add that no action has been taken on my complaint till now, i question HONDA the customer grievance & Support System which HONDA promises to its customers.

        Celebrate Honda motors was asking Rs.6400 for the repairs of my scooter, they said the carburetor is chocked because of sugar, and is not repairable and will be changed with several other parts.Now i wanna inform you that i visited a local mechanic workshop and he has cleaned the carburetor and the scooter is running fine. and would you believe the cost of repairs is just Rs.950 with many items be cleaned + engine oil + Air filters etc.

        Now i have a question in my mind, IS THIS HONDA policy to make its customers fool by charging money for parts which is not faulty or repairable. or may be the Distributors unfair trade practice.

        I strongly object to such behavior by HONDA authorized workshop for such misleading activities.

        Now i leave it to your Judgement what you have to say in this matter,

        whether you support your staff and do not take action
        or
        you punish the guilty staff for such behave and maintain the trust of HONDA company in customers

          I have purchased Honda cbr150r four months back (sep2016) sine the i have been facing one or the other problems
          initially front disc brake mall function in first month, then rear disc break mall function mall function i have to run for show room even after getting regular service and now horn is down and show room people are asking to pay for it i want to know wither is this service problem or the products are defective

            Hi this is chitikela.praveen i have received notification message as the service is to be done by this week as a reason i have been to Raja Honda on 24th morning i need to wait for atleast 3 hrs for my turn, then the service staff had asked for the manual i was shocked to see i still have 2 months time for the service. How can you send these notifications to the customers that are irrelavent. Just fooling the customers, i had spoked to the person he said the manager is not available and he would ask the manager would give me a call back but still i haven't received any call from the manager. Request higher official to contact me.

              I bought a cbr 150r sports red from cbc honda, trivandrum in the year 2016 (Purchased date:05/09/2016). I bought this vehicle with lot of hope. Some times vehicle started to show some problems. Here are some of the problems that i felt while using this vehicle. They are...
              1) irresponsibility of service centre.
              2) gear slipping (Major problem)
              3) some technical problems.
              4) not satisfied in number of free services.
              5) uncomfortable riding.
              6) not eliglible for better travel.

              On my each complaints i went to service centre. I was not at all satisfied with their services. They only consume only my money but they never provided me with a better service. They totally ignore me.
              So iam planning to give a case to consumer court about this issue. So iam looking forward for a better solution for this issue. I hope you will co-operate with me.

                I have purchased a Honda aviator on 7.5.2016 at muthoot motors konni pathanamthitta in my wife's name SINI.. KR with reg no KL 25 H 7281.The first service is done at muthoot motors konni service center on 6.6.2016 with 464 km .second service done at nandhil Honda punalur Kollam on 6.9.2016 at 2880 km. Third service done at nandhil Honda punalur Kollam on11.1.2017 at 5046 km
                With in few days a starting problem and vibration is shone. I approach the muthoot motors konni service center on 20.2.2017 9.30 AM They tell me to some time to inspect the vehicle. At evening they told the starter had some problems new one had arrange the next day with in warranty . They returned to the vehicle on 21.2.2017 4 pm.The next day the vehicle showed the same starting problem I approach the muthoot motors Konni service center on 23.2.2017.They recived the vehicle for inspection with receipt no. 15842 .Thus the servicers tell me a huge amount to pay to correct the vehicle problems. Now the vehicle is under the Cousteaudy of muthoot motors konni service center .
                I am working in health service .I purchased and services only authorized service centers .and keep the bills and records. So I inform you to correct my vehicle without payment, otherwise I will move legally.

                  I have purchased Honda Trigger from Autofin India, Hyderabad in 2014. Since then I am suffering with many problems. The vehicle raises automatically without using accelerator. Rear disc brake plate and pads are not working and needs to be replaced just for 20000 mileage. Fuel consumption is also very high side & I feel I am maintaining a four wheeler as far as fuel expenses are concerned. I am shocked to know that production of this particular make has been stopped by you and knowingly the dealer has sold me the vehicle which is nothing but cheating valuable customer.                     Hi this is srinivasa.g i bot honda livo in june i done all services in honda authorized service centres but my vehicle is giving very worst mileage it gives only 45kmpl. But when i bying time company given 74kmpl when i inform to service manager also they give very lazy answers 45kmpl is batter this vehicle is giving is thatmuch only i am using honda vehicle not 1st time before i used shine also this is 1st honda vehicle got worst performance .but so many people using livo almost people saying kmpl is good but my is not giving better mileage i service my vehicle in honda service centres but why

                      Sir,
                      I purchased a Activa (Details given above) on 19/02/2017, I had given my Activa to the workshop for some repairs regarding starting trouble. This is my second visit for the same problem, at the time of first service, i mentioned this starting and petrol overflow trouble, but even after the service the problem was not resolved.

                      Now when the problem started again, I went to the workshop of celebrate Honda (Plot No. 27, Industrial Area Patparganj, New Delhi-110092 ) on 19/02/2017 and asked and insisted the workshop incharge to solve this problem permantely as I don’t have time to
                      visit the workshop again & again, So he booked/deposited my Activa for repairs in the workshop and said I will look into the matter & asked me to take it after 4-5 days.

                      Now today (24.02.2017) when I went to workshop to take the delivery of my Activa, he said it is not repairable under warranty and you will be charged for the repairs because you have added Suger in petrol tank and it has damaged the Carburetor. At this time I doubt and not only doubt, but i am sure that he himself has done something wrong (added suger) to harass me. This is not an acceptable behavior with any Customer.

                      Now I feel that, he (workshop Incharge of Celebtare Motors Pvt Ltd.) was annoyed with me (or interested in penalizing me by charging money for repair). because when I went to workshop on 19/02/2017 and requested him 2-3 times please repair it properly, he got annoyed/angry and told me not to teach them how to work. He started shouting at me, and also threatened me to be ready for the consequences, thus to take revenge he has done all this propaganda. I even requested him to please cooperate, but he totally refused and misbehaved.

                      Now I Request the HONDA Company to take appropriate action against the Dealer
                      M/s CELEBRATE MOTORS Pvt Ltd.. and maintain the Goodwill/Faith in customers. I strongly object to such behaviors of staff who gets annoyed just in a little argument. I think the customer has the right to raise complaint again if it is not resolved in service.

                      Please help me out of this situation, I am afraid they may further damage my Activa.
                      So please make sure that they will not damage it further. And I request you to please repair my Activa and deliver me as soon as possible.

                        There is no swipping machine available here for cashless service.
                        And the Manager doesnt give the satisfied answer.

                            I am getting 14 km milege after last free service..only 12000km covered..oil leak is there 2 times i have shwn to service center but no use..and also sound when i put the gear down. Earlier i got 35 km milege..nw its very dificut to maintain ..the serice center people are not ble to cure these problems...the sound appears in half clutch...and i am not satisfied with the service centres..

I had taken my HONDA Hornet 160 bike for servicing, at B U Bhandri service center at viman Nagar Pune My, I had issue wil my bike that I was give jerks when at rest means, when I wait at signal it feels like I m in auto and suddenly it get off, I to this problem to the person about it they said they wil solve it but stil same issue,

                              Same of Shock absorbers Also both front and back comfort has gone I had inform them to clear that but it is not cleared, And that black covering on fuel tank is turning white inspite of taking all care, I asked for some cover or told to applie some thing on that but they have no answer for that they just reply can't help in that stil my bike has not crossed 8 months also and it's white then what About rest so plz, sort out my problem or I have take some other steps to solve my issue ...

                                My name is furkan and I have transport business. Last two day ago I was coming to Honda company at vithalapur. That time there was so many called to my phone from Honda company invironment department. I was told them. Sir, I am on the way. I will talk to you but they can't accept it. And continue called and called and my mind was diverted and suddenly it was my accident and my right leg and my left hand has injury so tell me that how can I do that.

                                  I purchased honda activa 3g blue colour scooter and my name in registration papers printed wrong ie.sangam naveen instead of singam navajeevan.dealer saying that first you register as same as with wrong name and after that you again keep application for name transfer in transport office You say is this corret and how can i do that to become a foolish second owner for my scooter.

                                    There was a problem in meter it was producing noise. I complaint for it 6 month ago but since my problem is not solved and now they are misbehaving.                                         I have purchased Hons Shine bike from Doshi Honda, Indore. Since, one week after the purchase the engine of the bike gets overheated by just running a distance of 2-3 km in winter season. I went several times to the Doshi Honda but the mechanic could not fix the problem.
                                        I am doubtful that the engine is having a manufacturing defect.
