Because of the absence of Honda Livo on dated 19thJan 2017, Rajendra Honda Showroom (Bhajanpura). I had pre-booked a Model of Honda Livo with disk break, getting an assurance by Sales Manager (Mr. Sanjay Tiwari) "99% will be available in a week and so".

I am highly disappointed with the Customer service that I got till date from the office staff of this Bhajanpura Showroom. Cheque was paid in favour of Rajendra Honda 19th Jan 2017’. Cleared on 24th Jan 2017, although no intimation from their side.

With having no option left, I myself taking all the follow-ups for the availability of the bike in the showroom. And by number of time getting the same answer "99% available in next couple of day" by the Sales Manager and staff.
Some of the vague argument given to me like the lot is coming and we don’t know what model of bike is in the lot delivered by manufacturing unit and the sales manager is on leave for 13th Jan 2017'.

Attaching herewith scanned copy of receipt provided against cheque no. 075129 dated 19th Jan 2017’ amount me Rs. 65, 000.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      My hornet bike was delivered to me 2 weeks ago from ananda honda showroom hosa road. I did not recieve any documents as my sales executive told me it will take some time. I called her every day but she was delaying every time and sending me to other ananda honda showrooms and making a fool out of me. Today she called me and told me that their showroom lost all my proof which I submitted to them for registration. The show room manager and sales executive are asking me to send all proofs to them again. They are very irresponsible and careless and making a fool out of me. Please help me to take action against them for making me a fool for so long.

        Before wrinting this mail i was already sent you mail regarding same problm.

        This is Jignesh Chudasama from Borivali, Mumbai.

        This mail regarding not proper response from, Honda service center, parekh nagar, kandivali west.

        I was gone from last 1 week to that service center regarding my Honda CB Shine bike.

        They done repair work of Fog Alignment and Handel bar change.

        Even they taken Handel bar charges of Rs-407/-from me.

        But still somthing going wronge with my bike.

        Bike was not running as smother before repair work was done.

        When i am telling them regarding that issue then they told me this not our faultyour bike running as same as before repair work.

        I am realy not satisfy with this this kind of service.

        Please sort out my problem ASAP.

        I want return that Rs-407/-

        I hope u will do the needful as i expect from you.

        I have attached my RC book copy and job invoice of Rs-407/- with this mail for your reference.

          Very sad to say that today I have been to indiranagar Honda service center and lodged a complaint regarding my new activa 3G vehicle at 2.30 pm today to change the RR card part top of head light but nobody has a proper responsibility that tey didn't send the job card of my vehicle to concerned mechanical department until r unless I went and enquire to concerned section at tat time it was almost 4.30 pm evening. So they doesn't have customer service moto and they have completely wasted my time today...

          I buy Honda dream neo bike.I find much and more notice from rare part of bike, I trymany time to solve it, but that can't done.notice come more and more, at last I think for selling of this bike to solve the problem. I can't success in repairing of this problem, no service centre solved my problem, finnaly I decided to sell my bike

            All the Honda dealers are charging 2% extra on payment by debit/credit cards, As per the RBI rules no extra chagers had to be payed by the buyer on payment by card. Honda itself should get this resolved, but it does not have any option to complain about dealer online.

              This is to inform you that i have purchased my scooter Honda Activa 3G on 9th Sep, 2016 above are the details For your reference
              Unfortunately i was very disappointed with quality of the vehicle. Therefore I asked for Refund or replacement to Honda sent many mail raised a complains reference no : 1-[protected] on 08th Jan, 2017, 1-[protected] on 17th Jan, 2017 but Honda Company representative Mr. Naveen : [protected] not taking it seriously .
              The reason behind is why claim, actually on 08th Jan, 2017 suddenly my scooter Activa 3g got jam (back wheel was locked)on road while ridding . It was a my good luck that not any serious injury or accident happen .After this incident i tried to contact with Honda help center they suggest me to take nearest authorized service station. I did so paid for toeing .
              Further at Honda service station opened my scooter mechanism they found whole assembly of clutch burnt, crushed and melted inside . Initially they started blaming me for this damage but when i asked them to give in writing they denied . My question was only let me have one technical reason for it why this happen ? I do not received any genuine reason
              Later they repaired it under warranty after 2days i got my scooter back i felt still there was problem in driving back wheel jerking, Sterring is cross & whole scooter vibrating while driving on road. Twice i visited to service station at Mansi Honda authorized service station no solution i got .
              Lastly i asked Honda to replace it but they inspire me to give them last change to find solution. My scooter took at other service station (Appex Honda).
              There Mr. Novel & Mr. Paras identified the problems are genuine really it has lot issue. Once repaired and called me for trial . It was not completely resolved. Again parts are changed (clutch Assembly, Gear Chakkar etc) as informed me .
              Now my question is to Honda why should i drive a scooter which is back to back repaired. My Vehicle is still standing at Honda Service station from last 15 days .

              Please please help me and get my hard earned .

                Rear brakes was a bit of a problem when a bought my bike a month back. On complaining, I was consoled saying brake pads are new and will get time to adjust. But even after the first servicing after a month, the issue still pertains. And now the rear braking efficiency is almost null. I feel very unsafe while riding as I have to rely on my front brakes only. Pl help to resolve.

                    My honda activa met an accident last month.i hand over the vehicle to honda service centre, panoor, kannure, kerala.the repair quality is very poor. Now the vehicle not in driving condition.cant balancing the vehicle while driving.they charge 16000 rupees for repair.

                      I have Navi of yours company and here I am facing problems. In the market parts are not available. I viseted service centre of Azad Nagar they said to visit Jheel and from there They said to go Kailash Nagar and now to Pitampura. Lock is not available in the market and I am unable to start my vehicle. I have bought Navi with a hope but when I am facing so much of problem. I would not be able to suggest anyone to go for Honda.

                        And even they was not informe me any thing regarding this damage.

                        Even i was told him told regarding this damage but they was not accepting that damage made by them.

                          I have purchased a Motercycle from Regency Honda BC road Jammu on mid of Oct . During my first free service they have no done anything to bike just wash, After receving bike from them bike is missing when i give full throttle. I rectify it from local mechanics. Same is complaint in this forum and lot assurance is given from Honga Jammu and Honda main office India, Last week I have done 2nd free service and same fault this time also. I did not rectify it till today to show them as a proof. No body from regency honda care for previous complaint. VERY VERY VERY VERY poor service. If I go to Regency Honda again they will waste one full day.I dont know what to do for this kind of frauds.

                          I strongly recomend to general public of Jammu and India not buy Honda two wheeler products becos of its very poor service. As a Alternate in my previous bikes from Hero I got good service.

                          I am very much disappointed with Honda bikes service from Regency Honda BC road Jammu.

                            Chain Set of New Honda livo
                            I was Purchase my honda Dream Yuga Bike on June 2016 & its Chain Set was not working properly & arya bangi aluva Ernakulam was told me to replace it. & quated Rs.930/- for it. My bike was at present only 11000KM run.How is it possible chain set is not working. as per your chart it was not replace period of only 14000 KM run. It was your mistake that proper Parts not given to us.

                              I was buy a scooter of Honda Aviator on dt.23.07.16 vide engine no JF21E81111057 name of Narahari Baral from Jagajjanani Honda, Junagarh Kalahandi, Odisha.After that he is giving me the retail invoice .but in this invoice mention dealer name is -Jas motor, Sambalpur.I was deposit of Rs 54992 including insurance, Registration and road tax. But till date he is not giving me the registration number of my bike.I am trying to contact him to solve the matter but he is not responding my call.

                              So kindly solve the matter at your end.Other wise i will go to legal action.

                                I own Honda stunner 2012 model which I bought from Ganpati honda I service my vehicle everytime from their showroom my vehicle number is HR26BQ5670 before service everything was fine with my vehicle but after servicing my vehicle from Palam Vihar my bike's acceleration started missing out so I visited again to the showroom to let them know about my problem and fix it. I asked them who serviced my vehicle.

                                A guy named "Saajid" serviced my vehicle. When I asked him ki "ye kya service kar rakhi hai" he said "Sir service mei toh bas chain tight hoti hai aur bas filter clean hota hai aur kuch nahi hota." This was his answer. They didn't helped me at all.Manager and advisor also didn't support me.

                                Action should be taken against them.

                                They charged me with 850rs for service and all they did was changing the oil.

                                    I purchased honda activa blue colour from jsp dealership. The incident the vechile is on road handel was not proper. i complained to staff they promised that on 1st servicing it will be rectified. till now iam done with three services but vechile condition is becoming worst day by day.no proper pickup, still handel problem, guess they wont change even engine oil while service..half they fell new and half will be old oil in engine. no mileage 35 promised 60. any quaries call me for engine and chassis number of vechile..

                                      I have purchased hornet160 at nellore Sri shidisha showroom. From first service onwards they are not doing good service. Recently I was given for second service, after service they have given with scratches. The service manager was requested me that, they will touch-up with paint and give you back. They are not doing good service and they are replacing the parts of the vehicles. The same issue was discussed with the management and they are also not solved..

                                        With reference ticket no. 1-[protected], I am very sorry to inform you that we are not getting services from your end (service provider). For a single problem we visit your service center for several time but till now we are suffering for the same problem. Please proceed for return back. To choose honda is my life long wrong decision. When first time I visit your service center for the problem of self starting then they tell nothing about the battery problem. Latter I visit there for three times but problem not solver. Now they are asking for money for new battery. I informed the matter to your customer care yesterday for several times but till now no solution found. Now I am in back to wall position. You all are trying to prove that customer is liable for the same. If i not get any solution from your end they I will compelled to go to consumer forum and i have sufficient evidence to prove that you are cheater, Your total system is good for nothing.
