1. No attention provided to customers.
2. When I did a complaint to the manager regarding the slow procedure of their company even he didn't feel important to apologize and make sure that I'm satisfied with his negotiation.
3. No respect is offered to customers, acts as they don't need customers anymore and behave exact opposite of the word "Customer is the king of market."

Recently i have purchased honda cb unicorn 150 in kun honda dealer at tirupati. After 02 servicings the vehicle engine and silencer noise is very high and also millage is so poor.
I have complained at dealer point but they are telling that there is no problem in your vehicle whithout cheking'

    I have purchased vehicle Reg No.UP64 Z 1719 model-Livo in year 2015 month December from Sidharth Honda Anpara, Sonebhadra UP, 231218
    dealer did not provided me Extended warranty not provided & teflon coating not done on vehicle after repeated request, while he have charged Rs.950/-for this service.
    Now I request you to please advise dealer to refund Rs.950/- to me.

      I brought Unicorn 150CC bike in the month of feb-2016, before one month (January 2017) I have facing problem in battery. Due to this issue my bike have starting problem, headlight not working .. so I contacted near by service centre (Arya bhangy Honda, angamaly, kerala). my job card number is 6391, (24th Jan-2017). Till now i didn't get any service from company and dealers. at the time of purchase i take an extended warranty of 5 year and it will cover the maintenance of battery. If service in delay, i will be force to proceed a complaint to consumer court kerala..

      My honda shine sp is now only 5 months, but its back suspention is damage from the date of purchase. But dealer donot respect me for this matter. Can u help me. (Bhumidhar nath ph:[protected])

        This is the second time I have faced about the service of Honda Activa, Haiku Honda Oct. Ltd. Old Madras Road, Bangalore, I booked an Activa on 14th and supposed to deliver on 15th at 4:30, but they kept on saying 5mins and the timed exceeded to 5:30 and when I ask them, they took out the activa and handed me without the body coating, when I complain regarding that the girl in the counter told me that it is not her duty, her work is to give the delivery note. Even the mechanic was doing chit chat with some other and responded to me, simply says wait.
        I want to know do a customer need to check, what all parts have been fixed and what are all not fixed, why don't they explain about the accessories about the activa.
        Waiting for a favorable response and action against this statement.

          Complain ID : 1408702
          Reference to above mention complain ID yet no status received against my complain raised for my Scooter (Activa 3G) make Honda having frequently issue. It has some major problems matter accelerate to Honda Service station they tried to resolve it at Mansi Honda (authorized service station) but the result was zero . Once again referred me at Apex Honda (isanpur) there they under gone trial & error method. But as a customer i don't have any trust on machine . Hence i request to refund my hard earned money immediately

          Please help me and take immediate action to resolve.

              I have given by scooter activa for servicing.I am sorry to discuss about the bad feedback from the servicing people.The bike was not even washed properly and engine oil was not changed but the bill mentioned them all.My activa which gave about 35kmpl is not even giving 20kmpl.This is the satisfaction i got after giving my bike to a so called Honda showroom trusting your genuine parts and servicing.

                I purchased Honda Activa registration no.
                Activa Number RJ-14HL2064
                from M/s Mukesh Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Jagatpura Road Malviya Nagar, Jaipur vide invoice no. SERINV-RJ[protected] dated 25.11.2016. After few days I found that there has been leakage of Petrol from the Activa . I took my active to the dealer mentioned above for 8 times but problem could not be solved. So I had to approach you....

                This is g. Sudharshan. I got my new honda unicorn 150 delivered on 3rd feb (Friday) from thirumullaivoyal jsp hopda. From the day one i am getting noice
                In my bike from disk. I went to showroom on 4th feb (Next day) around 6pm asking for solution they said its closing time and tomorrow sunday leave
                And asked to bring my bike on monday.

                I taken my bike on feb 6th (Monday) to thirumullaivoyal jsp honda. Mechanic kasi attended the compliant. For 1hour not getting sound
                And again it started to make noice.

                Again on feb 11th i taken bike to thirumullaivoyal jsp honda and explained my issue to ramu (Brance service manager). He tried solving the issue
                But again my front disk making noice on the same day

                Today i again taken my bike to them. Ramu asking time to analyze the issue. I left my bike for first service today (Feb 13th).
                Dont know how may time i need to come? I need the solution (I dont know you replace the disk or bike)

                  I have purchased HONDA Unicorn CB 160 in last year. After third servicing I found that brake paddle is coming upside on bad road & getting blocked. Then I go to service center & found that one bolt was missing near to brake paddle. Which may cause fetal accident at high speed.
                  The service center supervisor told that this bolt was loosen while running & fall down. This was not correct answer.

                    This mail regarding not proper response from Hem Agency, Sai baba nagar, Borivali west.

                    I was gone from last 4 days to that service center regarding my Honda CB Shine bike.

                    But i am not satisfy with their service.

                    Even at time of test drive (Asif) fall down my bike and damage some part (Handel bar left side and leg gard ).

                    And even they was not informe me any thing regarding this damage.

                    Even i was told him told regarding this damage but they was not accepting that damage made by them.

                    Even i told to adviser Mr.Shoib i will complaint regarding this issue to Honda customer care and cosumer center, so they replied me " Do what ever you want and go any where u want and do the complaint o[censored]s, we will not care .

                    Even Mr.Vijay and Mr.Manish from Parekh Nagar, kandivali (west) service center they told now we are not able to help any more and we are not again done any repairing work of your bike from today onwords.

                    I am realy not satisfy with this this kind of service and rude behaviour of service center staff.

                    Now i was already spend of more then Rs-3489/- for repairing work at service center but then also bike was not running properly.

                    So now who is responsible for such damage and all thing.

                    I was already spend lots of time and money for this problem.

                    But I was not find any solution on this.

                    I hope u will do the needful as i expect from you but in same way not any possitive responce from you.

                    That all means your service center adviser done work as per their own satisfaction not as per customer satisfaction.

                    I work as delivery boy and my all work is depending on my bike.

                    last 12 days i am not able to go on my job due this problem.

                    all this expences my bike running properly on today after all repair work done by other mechanic.

                    It means either honda service center have no best mechanic or they dont want to do work as per customer satisfaction.

                    Now who will be pay all that my expenses????

                      Espected Team Honda,

                      My Self Shaikh Md Adil, I am proud owner of Honda Activa, My Bike number is MH.20.EH.9001 which i unlucky bought from a showroom name 'Fine Honda' which is in my city Aurangabad.

                      The problem started from day one, In spite of giving cash payment and all the required documents one day before delivery i didn, t got my delivery on time and was kept waiting for almost 5 to 6 hours in the showroom and useless reasons were given.

                      This poor service quality didn, t end here. 2 days back i went again to the showroom for my first servicing and it was shocking to see they didn't fix any of my problem in the and kept telling me "come next time". I also realized that the staff and workers were not to the level to handle this kinda work. They were really poor with the handling of bike and etc

                      This was a terrible experience with HONDA. I am sorry to say but if this problem is not fixed, i am not gonna buy HONDA products in future nor recommend to any one.

                      So i request you take strict action againts this showroom.

                        I had booked a motorcycle LIVO DISC Metelic Grey on[protected] USHMANPUR showroom sales man told me that your LIVO Motorcycle will be deliver within 10days. But they not deliver LIVO Motorcycle Disc till date I approch to sales person in showroom &Phone also, and I talk to Mr. AAMIR HASAN G.M. of RAJINDRA HONDA on[protected], Mr Aamir Hasan also promise me to deliver LIVO DISC METELIC GREY within eight days (after Budget) but he nothing did till now. My complaint isthry making me fool. And I want to know HONDA SCOOTR & MOTORCYCLE Company to look the matter.

                          Im a honda customer and i received my honda activa 3g on 24/12/2016 from sharayu honda showroom, panvel, Navi mumbai...till now i didnt receive any message from showroom for registation inspite of several reminder calls. My date of free servicing is already over, until and unless my vehicle is not on road for what purpose i will do the free servicing...im a person who is working and after getting my vehicle also of no use and even my first emi i have paid...hope you will resolve my problem

                            Because of the absence of Honda Livo on dated 19thJan 2017, Rajendra Honda Showroom (Bhajanpura). I had pre-booked a Model of Honda Livo with disk break, getting an assurance by Sales Manager (Mr. Sanjay Tiwari) "99% will be available in a week and so".

                            I am highly disappointed with the Customer service that I got till date from the office staff of this Bhajanpura Showroom. Cheque was paid in favour of Rajendra Honda 19th Jan 2017’. Cleared on 24th Jan 2017, although no intimation from their side.

                            With having no option left, I myself taking all the follow-ups for the availability of the bike in the showroom. And by number of time getting the same answer "99% available in next couple of day" by the Sales Manager and staff.
                            Some of the vague argument given to me like the lot is coming and we don’t know what model of bike is in the lot delivered by manufacturing unit and the sales manager is on leave for 13th Jan 2017'.

                            Attaching herewith scanned copy of receipt provided against cheque no. 075129 dated 19th Jan 2017’ amount me Rs. 65, 000.

                            Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                My hornet bike was delivered to me 2 weeks ago from ananda honda showroom hosa road. I did not recieve any documents as my sales executive told me it will take some time. I called her every day but she was delaying every time and sending me to other ananda honda showrooms and making a fool out of me. Today she called me and told me that their showroom lost all my proof which I submitted to them for registration. The show room manager and sales executive are asking me to send all proofs to them again. They are very irresponsible and careless and making a fool out of me. Please help me to take action against them for making me a fool for so long.

                                  Before wrinting this mail i was already sent you mail regarding same problm.

                                  This is Jignesh Chudasama from Borivali, Mumbai.

                                  This mail regarding not proper response from, Honda service center, parekh nagar, kandivali west.

                                  I was gone from last 1 week to that service center regarding my Honda CB Shine bike.

                                  They done repair work of Fog Alignment and Handel bar change.

                                  Even they taken Handel bar charges of Rs-407/-from me.

                                  But still somthing going wronge with my bike.

                                  Bike was not running as smother before repair work was done.

                                  When i am telling them regarding that issue then they told me this not our faultyour bike running as same as before repair work.

                                  I am realy not satisfy with this this kind of service.

                                  Please sort out my problem ASAP.

                                  I want return that Rs-407/-

                                  I hope u will do the needful as i expect from you.

                                  I have attached my RC book copy and job invoice of Rs-407/- with this mail for your reference.

                                    Very sad to say that today I have been to indiranagar Honda service center and lodged a complaint regarding my new activa 3G vehicle at 2.30 pm today to change the RR card part top of head light but nobody has a proper responsibility that tey didn't send the job card of my vehicle to concerned mechanical department until r unless I went and enquire to concerned section at tat time it was almost 4.30 pm evening. So they doesn't have customer service moto and they have completely wasted my time today...

                                    I buy Honda dream neo bike.I find much and more notice from rare part of bike, I trymany time to solve it, but that can't done.notice come more and more, at last I think for selling of this bike to solve the problem. I can't success in repairing of this problem, no service centre solved my problem, finnaly I decided to sell my bike

                                      All the Honda dealers are charging 2% extra on payment by debit/credit cards, As per the RBI rules no extra chagers had to be payed by the buyer on payment by card. Honda itself should get this resolved, but it does not have any option to complain about dealer online.

                                      I have checked on these two dealers they are demanding extra 2%.
                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
