With referance of follwing details my vehicle is not serviced proper as per the company rules, i alredy service my vehicle dated 10/01/2017 but i m not satisfy with service, still in my vehicle having some problem regrding electrical wiring, after that again i serviced my vehicle dates 02/02/2017 then that time they charged me again full amount regarding my electrical wiring charges,
Please do me a favor and give me proper reply as soon as possible

Chityala nalgonda Dist telangana state i did not receive invoice and any other paper's i asked many times my invoice paper's but any one not respond. many problems facing with traffic police.

I have Navi of yours company and here I am facing problems. In the market parts are not available. I viseted service centre of Azad Nagar they said to visit Jheel and from there They said to go Kailash Nagar and now to Pitampura. Lock is not available in the market and I am unable to start my vehicle. I have bought Navi with a hope but when I am facing so much of problem. I would not be able to suggest anyone to go for Honda.

I was gone from last 4 days to that service center regarding my Honda CB Shine bike.

But i am not satisfy with their service.
Even at time of test drive they fall down my bike and damage some part (Handel bar left side and leg gard ).

And even they was not informe me any thing regarding this damage.

Even i was told him told regarding this damage but they was not accepting that damage made by them.

I am realy not satisfy with this this kind of service and rude behaviour of service center staff.

Please sort out my problem ASAP.

I hope u will do the needful as i expect from you.

I have purchased a Motercycle from Regency Honda BC road Jammu on mid of Oct . During my first free service they have no done anything to bike just wash, After receving bike from them bike is missing when i give full throttle. I rectify it from local mechanics. Same is complaint in this forum and lot assurance is given from Honga Jammu and Honda main office India, Last week I have done 2nd free service and same fault this time also. I did not rectify it till today to show them as a proof. No body from regency honda care for previous complaint. VERY VERY VERY VERY poor service. If I go to Regency Honda again they will waste one full day.I dont know what to do for this kind of frauds.

I strongly recomend to general public of Jammu and India not buy Honda two wheeler products becos of its very poor service. As a Alternate in my previous bikes from Hero I got good service.

I am very much disappointed with Honda bikes service from Regency Honda BC road Jammu.

Chain Set of New Honda livo
I was Purchase my honda Dream Yuga Bike on June 2016 & its Chain Set was not working properly & arya bangi aluva Ernakulam was told me to replace it. & quated Rs.930/- for it. My bike was at present only 11000KM run.How is it possible chain set is not working. as per your chart it was not replace period of only 14000 KM run. It was your mistake that proper Parts not given to us.

I was buy a scooter of Honda Aviator on dt.23.07.16 vide engine no JF21E81111057 name of Narahari Baral from Jagajjanani Honda, Junagarh Kalahandi, Odisha.After that he is giving me the retail invoice .but in this invoice mention dealer name is -Jas motor, Sambalpur.I was deposit of Rs 54992 including insurance, Registration and road tax. But till date he is not giving me the registration number of my bike.I am trying to contact him to solve the matter but he is not responding my call.

So kindly solve the matter at your end.Other wise i will go to legal action.

I own Honda stunner 2012 model which I bought from Ganpati honda I service my vehicle everytime from their showroom my vehicle number is HR26BQ5670 before service everything was fine with my vehicle but after servicing my vehicle from Palam Vihar my bike's acceleration started missing out so I visited again to the showroom to let them know about my problem and fix it. I asked them who serviced my vehicle.

A guy named "Saajid" serviced my vehicle. When I asked him ki "ye kya service kar rakhi hai" he said "Sir service mei toh bas chain tight hoti hai aur bas filter clean hota hai aur kuch nahi hota." This was his answer. They didn't helped me at all.Manager and advisor also didn't support me.

Action should be taken against them.

They charged me with 850rs for service and all they did was changing the oil.

I Have purchased Honda active 3 g in the month of September 2016 and now am facing vibrant problem vehicle is getting vibrate while driving have shown this vehicle to authorize garage sai point Honda kharigaon kalwa thane but my issue is not resolved till yet after that my vehicle met with accident and front panel is damage the part is not available from 20 days my vehicle number is MH04HH8431 i have spoken to person of go down the have told me that they will call me 15 min but till yet i have not receive the call name is mr ashok and shailesh

I purchased honda activa blue colour from jsp dealership. The incident the vechile is on road handel was not proper. i complained to staff they promised that on 1st servicing it will be rectified. till now iam done with three services but vechile condition is becoming worst day by day.no proper pickup, still handel problem, guess they wont change even engine oil while service..half they fell new and half will be old oil in engine. no mileage 35 promised 60. any quaries call me for engine and chassis number of vechile..

I have purchased hornet160 at nellore Sri shidisha showroom. From first service onwards they are not doing good service. Recently I was given for second service, after service they have given with scratches. The service manager was requested me that, they will touch-up with paint and give you back. They are not doing good service and they are replacing the parts of the vehicles. The same issue was discussed with the management and they are also not solved..

With reference ticket no. 1-[protected], I am very sorry to inform you that we are not getting services from your end (service provider). For a single problem we visit your service center for several time but till now we are suffering for the same problem. Please proceed for return back. To choose honda is my life long wrong decision. When first time I visit your service center for the problem of self starting then they tell nothing about the battery problem. Latter I visit there for three times but problem not solver. Now they are asking for money for new battery. I informed the matter to your customer care yesterday for several times but till now no solution found. Now I am in back to wall position. You all are trying to prove that customer is liable for the same. If i not get any solution from your end they I will compelled to go to consumer forum and i have sufficient evidence to prove that you are cheater, Your total system is good for nothing.

I got my activa serviced from sangam honda sahibabad, ghaziabad on 19 jan. I told all my complaints to the engineer there and also got them mentioned on job card. One of them was “vehicle is getting over”

Next day when i reached to take my vehicle and asked about the complaint, i got the response that everything is fine. I asked again about the overness but got the same replied.
I asked the mechanic to show me if the petrol overflow is stopped. He checked and problem was there.
I am very disappointed with the quality of service and the re-check process if any in sangam honda, sahibabad, ghaziabad.

We came to workshop by perception that vehicle should get proper during service; specially technical things else surface cleaning can be done anywhere roadside. But the level of quality check at sangam honda is v. Poor.

Another instance of filter also happened with me which should have changed in my previous service. Due to which i have to lose my important meeting on a day.

I have serviced my honda dio 3 days before .in that service they changed the clutch belt to the engine, after that when receiving my vehicle from showroom i felt a noice while starting my scooter.at that time they told me the sound is because of crank bend and vehicle need to given to get ready one full day. They told that tomorrow we will contact you and will give the correct problem about the noice. And till now I didn't get any call or queries from the showroom . So please try to solve my requests as soon as possible...

Sir i purchased a honda livo vehicle and at 1st day of purchased i have a concern of petrol leaquage and still i have same issue today i visit to a dealership at hindon honda gaziabad i said my concern to service advisor then they find prroblem in carborator then i give appoval to sa to change that part but they said me that part is not available there so o request him to order that part but they said no to me then i meet mr shashikant parsad customer relation manager but they have no sense how to talk wid customer and behave and they said we cant change part and itss okk vehicle have no problem but technician said there is problem i m fully dissatiesfied with honda service ... the worst service is honda i will take serious action about this.

As per authorized dealer offer free helmet, lap top bag and vehicle cover will be gifted if we purchased vehicle in December end but dealer has not given any offer to me and stating gift items are yet not received.You have to look in this matter and resolve this matter immediately.

Hamare pass honda dream yuga bike h jis ki Cervicing me 4 baar company show room me karwa chuka hu lekin meri bike me break noise ka problem company solve nahi kar payi h. Bike ka upper dipper switch pichle 6 monthes se kharab h lekin company me available nahi h.aur company me ek bhi sahi mechanic nahi h jo bike ka sahi kaam janta ho. Am Azeem am from Kerala trivandrum.yesterday I went to some of the Honda show room to book honda dio . and I confirmed to buy from CBC parton show room. I asked for accessories details they didn't give me all others in Tvm gave the details.I have paid the full amount and they tell the amount of accessories .which was 20 to 25 percent extra.compared to other providers. I asked why this change they Will give in this amount only if you want take it this clear cheating. Before going to further proceedings I would like to inform you.the same. Please take necessary steps.s

i had a complaint that a reason for not being satisfied. I bought Honda Livo registered no RJ20 JS 7501 on 2 January 2017. I paid amount of payment in advance. they booked a motorcycle. when i reached the Ever Shine Wheel showroom on 2 January after completing paper they gave me a motorcycle at the same day i had number of problems
1 .It chain set has junk and it makes problem to shift the gear mostly 3 to 4 gearbr...

The CBC honda service center in near venjaramoodu(Trivandrum, kerala) showroom has very very poor in services they are not doingthe free service also they just change engine oil only they do not care about bike very badly they are doing the service they doing for make mony or just for the formality so i kindly request you to notice this issue and make a good decision to the purticular CBC honda i just enquired about the outher service centres in CBC everyone tell the same issue also they are collecting more mony from costumers. While bike purchasing time they change the company giving helmet and giving very bad helmets
