Purchased activate 3G three days before on vaasavi honda, Tindivanam, Tamil nadu... I found that abnormal sound and bike gets frequently off, It creates a huge dissatisfaction on Honda, my brother says to file a complaint against this in consumer court but I think u will not make that situation and replace it and do favour to me as a per your valuable customer...

V.D Honda Rajapuri, new delhi, During service there is no sitting plan for customer, customer cannot watch during service, siting plan at ground floor and service of vehicles at first floor.customers are not allowed to go in work area then how we will know about service n change of oil.

    I have Honda Activa 3G, few months back I realised that the Fork of the bike was defected, I noticed it now since I started having problem with the shocks of the bike. The service centre(Priority Honda, Taleigao, Goa) are not ready to replace the fork which is under warrenty(bought my bike in July 2016). I did my second servicing at the km. reading of 3805 but the limit specified for 2nd service was[protected], they still marked G/R for that, they also made me pay fine on second service due to G/R. Since they marked G/R on the owner manual I cannot get my bike part replaced.

      I purchased a honda activa 125 from yume honda gurgaon on 22nd jan 2017. Within 3 days i noticed some different sound from engine, while i complained to the service center, they where asking me to wait for first service. Similar issue where reported many persons previously, even in there complaints they also got the same feedback from the service center and finally they where facing lot more problems, when i reported the same to the honda customer care. After 10 days follow up i got a call from mr nawneet chodhary (Nawneet. [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com), he introduce as technical team head from honda, he committed me that my issue will attended from honda technical team itself. Next day itself i submitted the vehicle to the yume honda service center. They kept the vehicle with them 3 days, mr kamal said to me from honda technical team repaired your vehicle and the issue where resolved. Very next day again i faced the same issue. When i complained to customer care they where asked me to submitted the vehicle again on the service center. After a week i got the call from them and the vehicle is ready the same time i noticed my vehicle where run more than 150km, many scratches and all. When i asked to mr kamal he said the vehicle done the testing and all. Very next day again i faced the same issue while i reported to them again said to submitted the vehicle. If the honda technical person mr ashok kardam (Ashok. [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com) and mr nawneet choudary where not able to resolve the issue then why they keep my vehicle in the service center.
      Even my registration of the vehicle also not done. While i asked then to do the replacement of the vehicle. They where saying the vehicle already run near about 200 km (Out of which 150km not from my side) the remaining only from my side use that include the submission of the vehicle to the service center, and many scratches so they cant replace the vehicle. All those scratches from the service center only.
      Why honda is marketing such defected vehicle to the market. Why customer should suffer for that all.
      Is this is the quality of the honda vehicle?

      Please help me to get my issue resolved.

      Very bad experience from Yume honda. not even ready to give 1 star. My vehicle have just 30 days old, Mr Kamal and his service persons not able to identify my activa issue even after spending 20 days, He was behave very badly with me, when i asked for a replacement he was not ready to do even that too. the vehicle is not even registered too. Now the sales team include Mr Deepk called several time and asked me to submit the documents for the registration. With out resolving I was not ready to provide the documents or even not ready to pay the emi too.
      I seen many persons where fighting in the service center, they where charging too much, the complaints where not resolved on a single service, using other vehicles parts especially the accidental vehicles. The technical persons where testing the condition of the battery by screwdriver not with multi meter. That damaged the battery too. careless services cause for damages on the vehicle. Someone where fight on the scratches, Mr Kamal said the vehicle is running on the road, if you met with an accident then what will happened. so ignore the scratches.
      so now i want to cancel my vehicle loan, and need to get back the checks. and the money which i spend for the initial payment.
      Dear smalpe84, I am also one of the Honda two wheeler owner, I have gone through your problems, sound in vehicle may due to manufacturing defect.when the vehicle was given for attending to problem no of times you should have insisted the job card, where in all details will be entered like any missing, damages to vehicle if any so that you can have all the details, if problem is not solved by the local dealer, pl address a letter to sales & service division of honda motors by e mail or by speed post, they have to respond to your query. As per warranty for 2 years from dt of purchase against any manufacturing defects & to replace any defective part or rectify the same. If no response is received from the manufacturer, pl approach your jurisdictional consumer forum for your grievance. before approaching cf, pl ensure that preserve original purchase bill along with warranty card for documentary evidence. As far as damages to vehicle it may be due to rash driving leads to falling of vehicle by service personnel, while taking delivery of vehicle after rectification you would have made remark about damage in the delivery challan.

        This is for the replacement of speedometer glass since there are few cracks on speed meter, image of which i have attached .
        couple of days back i got a call from service center saying that glass has arrived but when i reached to replace it they said that glass can be replaced because of thermal cracks. since it has been 4 months a have purchase the bike it is not possible to get cracks so early and i have serviced the bike for five times .I think CITYHONDA HRBR layout Bangalor karnataka people have given me a Display bike which they give usually for test drives I have been facing so many problems with bike from the day of purchase, in further any problems comes of manufacturing defects i would like to register a case in consumer court for selling this defective product.

        I hope for positive and early reply from your side.

          Honda - Livo - Chain sprocket complaints within on year usage

          I took my Honda - Livo(KA -19 ES 0960) for 5th service to Matrix, Honda dealer at Mannagudda, Mangalore ( total running kilometer - 16020) and the Service engineer asked me to replace the chain and sprocket. I drove the vehicle with economical speed on Mangalore - Bangalore highways. I am very punctual to maintaining bike with timely services.

          I observed the same problem earlier also, i.e., about 700 km - the chain problem...

          I have a Honda activa 2014 model at the month of october, i will service regularly, after the one year the service after the next day the engine oil bottom bold is missed automatically it is a service problem, the oil will drain fully the engine is demaged, I ask the honda service to claim in company for engine demage, the should not response, he simply I changed the engine bore and service charge and bore all of total is 7500 rs, after that 6 months I am having same problem, the engine power plug demaged 2 days ones, and engine oil drain in 1 week.weekly my expense of bike is 1000rs and bike is in very worst,

            Thanks for the earlier reply, my previous problem (horn issue ticket no. 1-[protected]) is solved. But there are few cracks on speed meter, image of which i have attached with this mail.
            same problem i have explained to showroom persons and have not received any response. Please replace the glass as this is of poor quality product from Honda side.

              Sir, my vehicle has starting and accelerating prb from 3 months .and whenever i go to service centre, they used to tell to boy new parts of my ACTIVA 3G.
              now as they have very less knowledge of repairing vehicle, so they have shortcircuit in my scooty and due to which my CDI is burnt and damaged.
              i have contacted to many servie centres mechanics, and they used to tell its mechanics fault .
              So i request u to take action over the mtter

                Last August I bought a bike in presanna Honda coimbatore and nearly 10 time I got problems n
                Poor service till date. One day the vehicle's ignition was off on middle of road and a bus came to hit me back after that I was scolded by the driver n the service man took 8hr to reach me till that time I was waiting in road. They are not woried about us n after this incident many problems in bike n several times I'm getting problems in my bike n I no more have belief that your product will be safe for my future so please take away ur product and save my future and return back my money
                This is the worst bike which I have used
                N very worst service in my locality by presaana Honda Coimbatore .
                I have never seen such a dump work n a brand like this. In case of no action I would definitely rise a complaint against this in consumer court n here after I won't suggest r encourage my mates to be a customer o[censored]r brand . The service provider is fit for nothing and very very bad service .

                  Dear sir

                  i was send bike for repairing since bike still smoke relaease . I have been regulary done 4 free service at your service center but after 3 days bike release more smoke form silencer.My job card number is 13132 dated:-11/02/2017 but still no response from service center. Bike is under warranty, pls do need full, i am facing more problem without bike from more than 25 days and now they raise invoice of 3000/-
                  but this is under warranty so why i pay this big amount. Pls take action and do need full

                    I had a very bad experience with Honda CB Unicorn Bike, the dealer (Gugunani Honda, Bhubaneswar, Orissa) and Honda Customer Care . The bike is not robust, The dealer and Honda Customer care are not professional. I fell for Honda's brand value and commitment for quality . But Honda Bikes, India no where near to it.


                    I bought a Honda Unicorn CB 150 in Mar 30, 2016. Initially I was reluctant to go to this dealer due to some bad feedback I heard from some friends. But as no other show room had the black color bike we finally decided to zero in for this dealer. I made a payment by cheque . Dealer told they have done Teflon coating for all their bike, so forced us to pay additional 600 for the same . Later on we realized it's their scam they don't do any Teflon coating and provide a receipt from a third party. The Teflon coating is done by their mechanic later for name sake with very old scrubber and of very inferior quality . By doing so you are paying for additional scratches rather then to protect your bike. They talked us and force us into buy AMC and additional warranty for another additional 3-4K. There was complete chaos at their show room as it's very small and they had many customers on that day. Finally the bike was delivered to us at 8:30PM at night without even giving it a proper wash let alone the Teflon coat.

                    As it was pitch dark there was no way for us to check the bike before taking delivery. The next day morning we realized our bikes has several dents near the fuel tank and scratches all over the body. We promptly went to the dealer to complain. The dealer blatantly refused to take any responsibilities saying we should have checked the bike before delivery. If you take a delivery of bike in night without a wash how would you know if there is starches and dents in dark ( as show room front doesn't have good lighting). We promptly reported to Honda customer care on 31st March.But Honda customer care sucks big time. One of the worst experience than our Indian brands.They suggested to talk to dealer and work it out. They should realize customer buy a product because of Honda brand not looking at dealer. There is lack of ownership and no value for customer service and satisfaction.

                    Our woes didn't stop here . After a fortnight or so we heard a noise coming from engine which is surprising for a new bike. A month latter the 3 indicators fell off automatically( 1 front and 2 rear) . Again complaint to Honda and fight with dealer to get it replaced. There logic we might have met with an accident . When we showed him there is not a single scratch or the glass of indicator cover has no damage then they agreed for a replacement. We had few more disasters followed with the bike .The battery cover came off automatically . They could not fix the unusual sound coming out of the bike. The bike vibrates a lot . It's like buying a head ache paying 80K. My previous bike Hero Honda bike was far more superior quality with very good customer care.

                    The latest being the back fiber support came off automatically. We had made repeated complaints to Honda but no solution provided. We followed up with Honda customer care for replacement of the bike as it looks a manufactured defect or might have been altered by the dealer. They kept on delaying so that the 1 year warranty would lapse and you would have less chance in a consumer court. Looks like all the plastic parts are of very inferior quality . The bike is not at all stable.

                    The Dealer and Honda have least concern once you buy the bike. I am not sure if Honda has started production with such inferior quality or this bike is a defective piece which the dealer pushed me into. Stay away from this dealer(Gugunani Honda) like plague . Sincere suggestion to avoid buying any Honda bikes if you think you are not favorable side of luck and want peace of mind.

                      Sir i'd a activa 110 average related issue..then i go to service center for this query..they told me i have to change belt and spark filter plug..after this today serviced my activa and change spare parts as said by them...after this they changed my activa's belt and spare part..after this they told me now this activa will run smoothly without any petrol related issue...after this i full my petrol tank for cheking the average.. when i reached home then i found that my petrol was leaked throughout the way...as the time was 6.30..the service station was closed..then i go to local mechanic in emergency then there i found that petrol pipe was cracked..there were no need of change the belt and spark plug.and inside activa no one can say that any service is done today.as the main reason was the crack pipe..sir these are the mallpractices doing by the service center.. sir please resolve my complaint and take action against them...sir i am attaching the photos of activa engine after service..no one say that the service has been done

                      City honda services center's are not providing genuine service to voluble customers...
                      I purchased new bike from City honda from the day of taken am complainting for engine over heat and in formed to service manager but Service authorities not responding properly..

                      I need solution for this.

                        I have Active regn. no KA-04-HS-5072 which I bought from my friend in march 2014 as Ur delivery time was more.
                        I am servicing it regularly from Dhruvadesh Honda - Gokula-Bangalore. But I am very unhappy with servicing as my vehicle condition is worsening after each service. I have 2 more Activas in my house. But fed of service quality

                        It's very difficult to get service at samrat honda show room as there is no paytm or BHIM or swiping machine.Very poor maintanace of que system for paying service bill. No online payment system till now where it's difficult to get ATM money

                          I have purchased 1 Honda Activa 3G from Johal Enterprises Ramnagar (Nainital) on 30/11/2016 but still they have not provided me vehicle registration and RC. Many times I have called to shoroom but no response.
                          This is ridiculous.

                          Very bad experience from a reputed brand like Honda.

                          Very upset custommer as i purchased aviator in name of honda, but your dealer are chanjing parts which is good in condition, such battry, cluch belt, etc and when i proved him wrong he is not giving my payment back since days .my complaint NO is - 1-[protected] so pl do somethig as i belive that custommer satisfaction is big thing for any co.

                            I have had an atrocious experience at your service centre . Inspite of having zero dep insurance charged me for parts not even replaced by them and made me chase them for 5 complete days and a whole day in their work shop after calling me to pick up the rectified activa .I find that this agency Aakansha is just not fit to identify the problems of the consumer with high degree o[censored]nskilled and extremely misbehaved staff who only believe in just snatching money from the customer. If I am not heard at your end I am left with last option to knock at the consumer forum at last.

                              I Shaikh Mohammed Alam, want to bring to your kind notice the following fact.
                              That I have purchased Honda Activa at from AR Auto Wheel from Sion Bandra link road Mukund Nagar Pila bungalow near Sangam Marble Dharavi Mumbai 17.
                              I hereby state that have purchased a bike on 6th of July 2016 from AR Auto Wheel . I made cash payment via receipt number 278 and 572.

                              I hereby state that it till date Mr Atul have been making false promises on giving me my bike original paper, And have given false Number.

                              I hereby state that Mr Atul is a clear cheater and have cheated 51 people, He is not only gave me false assurance but also tried to hit me.

                              He haven't given me the bike RC book and the number for my vehicle which he has provided he is also a false. There is no such registration in RTO of Mumbai.
                              I have made a complaint regarding him at the Dharavi police station on 24th October 2017 for which I was summoned to meet Police Inspector Mr.S B Reti after 3 days, after visiting him he said that within one week Mr Atul will be paying back my money and will take back the bike.

                              I hereby State that Mr Atul Clearly Told Mr. S B Reti that he have cheated me along with many other People, and assured Police Inspector Mr.S B Reti and me that he will clear the matter within 1 week time but he dint cleared and till date no action has been taken.
                              I hereby State that I have been continuously visiting the Dharavi police station for the same .

                              Mr Atul is having a criminal mind and he have been cheating a lots of people

                              I hereby state that without my paper my bike is totally illegal and if something happens to my bike I won't be able to justify.
                              I want strictest action to be taken against Mr Atul and hereby want to get his Authorisation and accassiotion with Honda to END...
                              Its Getting a Bad name to Brand Like Hondaand hereby states that is cheating and mentally harassing me for past approximately 1 year.

                              I hereby State that I have sended him Notice from my lawyer on which he haven't replied.

                              I hereby State was fined 4 time, by Traffic Police as i wasn't able to product Bike Paper, Along with that I have also Paid my Lawyers Fees. which Approximately comes to 4300.

                              I hereby request you to kindly initiate the strictest action you can take against Mr Atul.

                                  Our bike has taken nine month ago but in this period we are doing three servicing in your authorized service center and running of bike 2500 K.M. only . at the time of third service they told mi that clutch plates are damaged . i also faced average & pick up problem.
                                  please give us proper service which we required. this problem create before 2 months.

                                  please do the needful.

                                  Samarth honda Udaipur Rajasthan told me go to local garage for your recomplaint.
                                  Today at workshop of Samarth honda sec4 udaipur, your representative Mr Harish kumar has told me that u dont have lifetime service at honda. So go to local garage. See attached video. Pls look into this.

                                      My name is suvarna khilari, I purchase Honda activa 3g on 25th Jan. 2017 in Honda Motoden showroom, Mahim, Mumbai... But I very badly state that, in this showroom customer service is very very bad... After 25 Jan. 2017, I didn't got my registration no. Till today... When I enquired it is state that you call after 10 days.. Other showroom get registration no in 8 days... But this showroom owner not co operate to Custmer... And their staff didn't get good service to customers... That's why I am told to other interested customers who will purchase Honda bike not to purchase because of very bad service of after purchasing... Please give mi rto registration no... So I am able to ride. Your bike..
