from first day it have problem of petrol reading, its always show full ijn meter i was sufferd from this 5 time on road petrol getting empty but in meter its show full, already 2 service done by service provider but problem not solved

    My name is amit Singh ( virar ) and on[protected] I bought a new bike activa 3G ( scv110g )Shop name national auto wheels from Vasai -West and registered nub is MH 48 AR4246..Honda company promises of average of 60perkm but I getting 40perkm it's very less and it's shows that Honda company is making us fool in the name of activa 3G it's very shameful.

    Something these ppl saying " sir u are getting 40 average and after checking they said u are getting 55 average .. how it can be possible.. they are just making us fool .. I need to take these people to court .. !! How can they are not responsible for this ...!! Honda ppl should answer me !!

      I have purchased Honda CBR 150R from rajpal honda, 26 A, Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore - 452001, Opposite Sapna Sangeeta Cinema in march 2015. They have sold me bike model no- honda CBR 150R which was manufactured in year 2014. I came to know Manufacturing year of bike by getting registration card(RC). As per zero debt insurance policy, only starting three years can get this policy. My purchased bike has completed two years, but according to manufacturing year it has completed three years. They cheated me because they have not told the manufactured year of bike, while selling. I have gone now for getting zero debt policy, they denied and told that your bike has completed three years. So you are not eligible for getting zero debt policy. Please do needful as soon as possible...

        I purchased a Honda Activa 3G from Preetam Honda, Oshiwara, Mumbai.

        I paid an advance amount of Rs 20, 000/- in cash and gave them a cheque of Rs 44, 000/- as full and final payment on the 30th March 2017. Please note: the government had made announcements of the BS 3 bikes being banned from the 1st April 2017 due to which the dealers slashed their prices by 10-14k.

        Even though we made the full payment on the 30th April 2017, Preetam Honda did not give us any discount on the BS 3 complaint bike. Because he says we registered the bike and gave the advance on the 26th April, 2017.

        When we asked the difference in the 3G and the 4G bike while booking, all that was told to us by his saleman was that the light starts automatically in the 4G and there's an external unit which is still not available that will help charge the phone. Basis these two really silly points we decided to go for the 3G activa.

        Soon after we read that the BS3 had many issues with the carbon emissions hence they are banned and BS4 will be as per the government norms and hence it’s a better bike with low emissions of carbon dioxide.

        I changed my mind after reading the article. I want to support the government; I want to go with the BS4 bike that emits less carbon dioxide.

        When I reached the shop the very next day that is the 31st march 2017, after booking the bike and without my full and final cheque getting cleared the dealer says the bike has been registered, the very next day.

        01 How can the bike get registered without my payment being transferred?
        02 When did trust become so common in Bombay?
        03 If the bike had been registered why was no road tax document shown to me?
        04 Why was I not allowed to take a picture of the receipt the owner kept showing me as the RTO booking document?

        I went to lodge a police complaint in the Oshiwara police station on Sunday evening the bike dealer Mr Anand called me said that he will do something, he wants a day, please do lodge a complaint. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday passed nothing from him. Not a word because there were a whole lot of bank holidays and he was buying time, so that he gets the RTO PAPERS TO SHOW ME THAT THE BIKE IS ALREADY REGISTERED AND HE COULD GET RID OF HIS STOCK AT THE OLD PRICE OF RS 64000/- I was the right candidate to make his profits and sell all his old stock.

        I'm ready to pay the difference amount Rs 1000/- and get a BS4 bike, id like to support the government in their move, am I wrong?

        Why can't I cancel my bike the very next day? Especially when the full and final payment has not been done? How can the bike be on my name before even the money going into the account, I have all proofs of the bills and cheque payments.

        I will lodge a case against the dealer if I don't get the BS4. Please suggest

          I bought my bike(CB Shine) on march 6th, 2017 in JSP Honda showroom, Balkam Peta. I went for 1st servicing of my bike in Balkam Peta on April 4th, 2017 and I gave my bike to Sai Kumar for servicing. While submitting my bike to Sai Kumar, I asked him (Sai Kumar) as change my bike engine oil in front of me only, but that guy(Sai Kumar) replied very harshly and rudely as below,

          1) We don't change engine oil in front of you.
          2) If you ask me to change engine oil in front of you Then you can take and go your bike, we don't do service for your bike.
          3)That guy didn't give me even his higher authority person number When i asked him to talk.

          Is there such rule for do not changing the engine oil in presence of customer? Honda servicing guys are behaving harshly with customers and cheating customers.

          Actually I did talk to JSP Honda showroom guy about Sai Kumar words and then that showroom guy said Him(Sai Kumar) to change the bike engine oil in front of that customer only, but that guy (Sai Kumar) didn't care his words and behaved very harshly and rudely with him as well.

          I did buy my bike with my money and I am paying amount(320/- rupees) for engine oil Then why those servicing guys are not changing by bike engine oil in front of me? What is the problem?

          I have doubt as they didn't change my bike engine oil in 1st servicing. I am not satisfied with Honda servicing people. I never recommend to my friends for buying any kind of Honda bikes in JSP Honda Showroom just because of bike servicing guy's harsh behavior.

          I want mechanic in door step for checking my bike, changing engine oil etc. I am frustrated with him (Sai kumar). So please solve my issue ASAP.

          JSP Honda high authority people responded very quickly to my problem. The same service guy (Sai Kumar) came to me and changed my bike engine oil in front me. Now Issue got fixed and I am satisfied with his service. Any how my opinion is it is better to be careful while talking to customers.

            My DiO met with an accident on 10th March 2017 front parts guy broken so I have applied fr insurance recovery they came and all inspected and they said OK and went from 14 th March my DiO is in the Honda service centre which is near magadi Rd, till now they haven't touched it today it's April 5th such a poor response I called them many times, and visited they r not responding properly my vehicle num ka 02 jm 1214, Honda service centre num [protected] the guy who is manager his name is wilson

Gaali galoch ki aur baat krne ke liye koi tayar nhi hai... Maine just unko itna bola ki mujhe cctv photage bataye agar showroom se glti hui toh woh action le woh mechanic ke baare me... But unhone gaaliya dike mujhe waha se jane ke liye kaha... Mei court case file krne jaa rha hi company pe... Within 24 hours... Ek toh sir unse kahi mujhse maafi mange... Yaha company pe case kr deta hu...

                I am purchasing a new bike Honda CD 110 after 10 month my bike battery is not working. I am go to ashoknagar shrisant Honda showroom so in showroom employee take my battery $ say after 15 days I give u new battery. After 15 days I am going to showroom employee says ur battery is not working $ say I am not replace ur battery warranty of battery 12 months. So why not replace so plz help me to replace a battery because battery warranty time is going. I am not satisfied ur services. $ don't say any person to purchase a Honda vehicle.

                    Globus motors. Gujrawala town. Delhi & honda motors hav cheated my father Ramesh kumar Bassi by selling used & old avitor drum. When the matter gone to police they forcely changed it but make another fraud. Now they give us bs3 model which is banned frm supreme court. I hav all papers to show but dealer, honda motors & police are comined against us. Its a simple case of fraud. Which is punsible under law. On papers the vehicle is bs4 and delivery is bs3 vehicle. Its a serious offence

                    Its a simple case of fraud made by honda motors. Its dealer globus motors delhi. Police. Honda costumer care department. Honda employee krishan kumar. I am enclosing the voice recording of employee krishan kumar who has cheated us along with its dealer and police. On one hand krishan kumar is admitting that fraud is going on and on other hand he is treating himself as a judge of supreme court. The voice recording proves that supreme court is a fool. Its a serious matter to constitution of India.

                    I hav been complaining from 29th mar 2017 regarding the fraud made by your dealer globus motors gujrawala town delhi. Selling avitor drum with bs4 engine but delivery is given aviator drum with bs3 engine. As per response you are only giving me the ticket no. Of my complaint. No action or investigation has been made from your side. So i am registering a complaint against you at Model town police station delhi. If you do not take necessary action then i will go for PIL in the court.
                    Sir I am facing oil licage problem last 2nd servicing and both last 3th servicing, and very poor his suspension, I am facing bike suspension problem last 45 days, please help me my mob number [protected].

                      I purchased new Honda CB shine bs4 engine 28 march 2017.now after few days gone bike starting issue is coming.i give the starting race through accelerator the accelerator going stop quickly.I visited in service centre Mumbai Thane branch 4 April 2017.They not giving Quickly solution to new bike customers.keeping waiting.I want mechanic in door step for solve this issue.i am frustrated for this issues in my new bike.so plz solve my issue ASAP.

                          Respected sir,
                          I would like to bring your attention to some bitter experiences that I met with your Honda dealers.we have purchased Honda Activa I in your showroom. At first the actual price of the scooty is 42, 000 but they charged us 47, 000 even then we purchased the scooty and they said that we will provide all the services for free of cost such as permenant registration, extra fitting chargers for free. But after doing temporary registration now they are saying that we have to do our permanent registration and extra fitting with our own chargers this is unfair and this leads to the customer dissatisfaction and mistrust.And this also leads to the lose of brand loyality of the customers.

                            I have booked a vechile honda activa 3g in KPM MOTORS in kallakurichi on 31.03.2017. i have seen that bs3 bikes were given in offers upto 13500 which was given but i have enquired in showroom but they havent given that much offer. they had given only 10, 000 offer on condition that we should buy additional extra fittings which is compulsary that costs RS 3500.But they havent provided a proper detailed bill for that.
                            But they have given offers upto RS 17000 to other 20 members in the same KPM motors on the same day when i have booked, which i came to know on the next day. Even after that i asked but they havent given any offers.
                            They have charged Rs 8376 for my vehicle registration and life time tax but the actual charges for my vehicle is only 8% of the invoice and the other fees is around 650 only. they have charged around 3500 extra. i have asked for the explanation for that but they havent given any proper explanation.
                            The extra fittings which they have charged is too expensive when compared to market price and they havent given me any detailed bill.
                            The way they are treat the customer and the service provided by them is very bad.
                            plz find the attached photo copy of the receipts. and i request you to take the necessary action

                              Sir I am fooled by Honda Dealer who is sold me a BS-III Vehicle which stopped by the government; he is not educated me that is going to be stopped and moreover I paid exact amount without any discount; I described everything below kindly do the needful,
                              Hello, I am Veluswamy; and I am 31yrs old… and I am more tired of spending money on my 9yrs old bike which is given by my Brother; many parts are damaged which is not available in the market(Splender NXG) I Planned to sell this, to get any low budget bike; Once I sold I tried to buy some used bike but unfortunately not suited for me; so that I have decided to go for New Bike; I Choose Dream Neo(Which low budget bike from Honda, Since I doesn’t have much amount to buy higher bike), so I went nearest showroom(AM Automotive), after long discussion I decided to take Bike(on road price Rs. 61, 900/-); I paid the Initial Amount Rs. 32000/- on 28th Mar’17(Amount paid proof attached); pending amount I Approach bank loan which is not able get; it got rejected due their policy not supported; I Paid remaining amount Rs. 29, 900/- through my friend Credit Card, they are processed with express speed I surprised their speed process, they ask me to give your originals to send RTO 30th Evening I have submitted that too; after submit the documents, I heard the Discount from Honda and other bike manufacture, Still I have not understand that dealer cunningness, Still I thought that they are offering for Financial Year End(I am not eligible for that since offer given after I booked); but still have Doubt why they are giving huge discount, I searched on the on the online for this huge discount, Finally I understand that they are not giving any offer they try to sell the vehicle which is going to be banned by Government so that they are offering huge discount, 31st I went AM automotive who is sub Dealer(AM Automotive) of DIDAR Motors; I met the owner and said Sir Please cancel the Bike which is going to be banned by Government I am first time buyer; I am not much well family background to buying this banned one…. And ask him to cancel but he is not ready to listen my words… after a long discussion he said go to DIDAR Motors Head office Who is our main dealer if they taking call I’ll do you favor or otherwise not; I ask him for their Contacts but he is not ready to give and tells like: I’ll give only one hour grace time not more than that, I realized his cunningness he is try to send registration without my permission, I took my originals came out to the main dealer; they are also convincing me to buy the vehicle and ask me to submit the originals; still I have not get any action from the AM Automotive… still vehicle not send RTO for physical verification due to my original documents are not there with him.
                              Sir Humble request who is reading this complaint Rs. 62, 000/- is how huge amount for the middle class even I am not buying sports bike I am buying low range economical bike; for their profit they are hide that BS-III vehicle going to stop by government; they are not educated me who is not aware the supreme court order)
                              Supreme court order came on 28th Mar’17(as my knowledge)
                              I Paid Initial amount Rs. 32000/- on 28th Mar’17(the same is attached)
                              I Paid Remaining amount Rs. 29, 900/- on 29th Mar’17(with my Friend Credit card same converted in to EMI; Proof Attached)
                              I have submitted the Originals on 30th Mar’17
                              I finally realize the cunningness of the dealer (who is knowing the supreme court order already; and he hide the same)
                              please help me to get BS-IV vehicle

                                I purchased my bike (Shine sp) at 30th march 2017. Sangam ajency ghaziabad (Dealer code up34000). They dispatched me bike with check engine oil. After 5 km ride my engine got stuck and heated. I checked there was hardly half letter engine oil in my new bike's engine. When i get back to dealership than they told me to come later and refused my request. So i did refill me engine by private vendor. I belong to hapur (Jkm leela honda hapur) at present my bike at there. So i contacted to local honda service center, he told me fix issues in bike they will charge me. So my question is why should i pay for sagam auto's fault. My mistake is i purchased bike from honda. Very much frustrated and disappointed with honda regional office, sangamauto ghaziabad and jkm leela honda hapur.

                                  I purchase a Honda Cb Shine From Satyam Honda They Take 43000 From Me And Only Give The 36 amount Bill
                                  On Asking Them For Difference They Said It Is Comany And Dealer Margin
                                  But when I Research i Found CB shine is sold in only 36318
                                  So Sir I Feel i am ripped from Honda AND
                                  I cant imagine to buy any other vehicle from Honda.

                                    Sir i purchased Activa 3G dated on 15.02.2017 from bundi honda, and my 1st service was lapsed on 14.03.2017 due to not providing service booklets.
                                    i m come to dealership so many times but he did not resolve my problem.
                                    now i m coming today for 2nd service (Km.3500) but they given answer negetively and said that company not sending booklets while reminding our Area incharge so many times pls look into the matter deeply.
                                    The company area incharge not support to your dealership problems when we are customers . where we go

                                      Respected concern team, I am facing the problem of heavy smoke from engine. My Honda amaze releases a huge amount of smoke while accelerating. I have visited to Hallmark Honda Nerul Navimumbai for several times. But they are not providing the required service to us. My car has not even crossed 25000 kms till date. Traffic authorities are stopping us every day, it is so harmful to the environment. Since then I am not taking my vehicle out. Request you to please look into matter.                                         I was booked two nos of complain on 09.03.17 vide ticket no[protected] and another one was[protected], but it is a matter of regret that there was no any solution of my problem, only your company persons are called me asking me what is the problem in the bike? Already I am informed about my vehicle 5 times. But there are no solution. Today your person again call me ask me the same . I think there no good service intention from your company only you know how to do sales of new vehicles. Please do the needful otherwise i will take legal action on you company.
